Extremely polite & welcoming. The prices are reasonable & the people who work there are friendly. Felt comfortable the whole time. I’ve had my gel polish on for about 3 weeks now.

I had my nails done here one time post COVID-19 pandemic, they lasted a long time. The owner’s wife did my nails.

Worst experience in JC.... they sat me down did 7 nails then had the nerve to stop doi g my nails to do someone eyebrows and feet. Then she states the lady was first ok then why didnt you tend to her before me. No customer service at all. Dont come here.Not worth your time or money

I ran in during lunch to get my old nails removed. Best service, best nails, and the nicest Staff ever. They were very nice and kind. Sometimes, they asked until I said ok! Will definitely be back next week for a refill on my full set. I absolutely love the end result.

By far the best nail salon in this area. I love Sonja for my fills & all of the pedicure ladies have been great too! It’s clean and they control the chemical smells well. They don’t rush you out the door and they do good work. Highly recommend!

I have been there 4 time and 2x the older women with glasses doesnt do nails or feet well at all, she works too quick, rough and skips steps while doing the pedicure and if you complain...they just ignore you..and they are too expensive...Never going back there again!!!

The nail tech was a little rough

I went here today 07/27/2020 I was just here FRIDAY!! JESSICA did my nails and they all fell off, they were literally coming off, and I got overcharge for a filling that was 35$$$ don’t go here avoid this place Talkative, unprofessional and very ghetto. I went in to get a set before, I’ve been here 3 times and the younger staff was nonchalant. And it was a lot of flies, really grossed out by that. Save your money highly unprofessional like who nails fall off in 4 days ?? My sister went to another nail salon 2 weeks ago and her nails are perfect go somewhere on Bergen but not this place

The tech was very rude. She didnt listen to what I asked for and spoke to me in a very condescending manner when I had to correct her because she didnt listen. I will never go there again. And if you want kind, quality service dont go there either.

Love this place. Ive been searching for a good nail salon since I moved here from New York and Im very happy to say Graceful Nails is the place for me. Very professional and the staff is awesome. I highly recommend it

Very mordern and very clean, I love my nail tech Anna she is literally the BEST been loyal for years and her work is hands down amazing she takes her time to tend every detail making sure I always get exactly what I want there is nothing she can’t do my nails always gets compliments and always lasts, she does appointments only through her Instagram AnnaviNails, have her do your nails you will never be disappointed! The staff is friendly and the salon is spacious

I would not recommend there’s no shock to anyone, I had the misfortune pleasure of meeting Belinda and her coworker. These 2 employees Are the most unprofessional women I’ve ever experienced. After a dispute over the price of the service, they both got up to fight me in front of customers. In addition, they threatened to have a male associate assault me. The employees stuck there the entire time, and allow this to go on no one intervened. I even brought it to the attention of the owner John and he did nothing.

I come in every 2 weeks for a shellac mani and pedi. What a better way tho start then pampering my feet! They have informative about nails job! and they really took their time doing my nails. Everything is very clean AND modern. Def will recommend this place

If You Want To Spend Money Then This Place Is Fine But They Charge Too Much. Having A Card Minimum Is Fine & Understandable By Why Charge An Extra Fee When Paying Debit/Credit. Doesn’t Make Any Sense.

Nice place. Clean. Pricey but sometimes worth it. Sometimes the nails dont last long, but I think that depends on the lifestyle.

My nail tech was super nice and I didnt want shellac on my toes, so I did standard. Plus it doesnt smell like chemicals at all and no - axeton.

Paid a lot of money to get my nails done two of them broke within three days, went back and they charged me $5 for each. This happens every time I go to them. It’s like you pay them to come back and get them re done.

My 1st time ever in this place and I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE again. The lady that did my feet was mean also she left my toe nails uneven and one foot nails are shorter then the other foot. The lady that did my tips was rude. And got mad I wanted my nails short because I work in a hospital. This place is just so Unprofessional.
