This nail shop doesn’t sanitize tools at all, very dirty and uncomfortable experience. There were small bugs everywhere, crawling and flying. I had to go in myself and file my own nails to my desired shape, BIG WASTE OF MONEY VERY DISAPPOINTED. My pedicure looks very juvenile. I don’t think they know what they are doing there

Great experience, new to the area and couldnt find a local spot to get gel manicure and pedicure without walking 15 minutes. This spot is minutes away, awesome pedicures and my nails last 3 weeks with my gel manicure.

BE AWARE: THEY DO NOT USE STERILIZATION AT ALL!!!!The most nervous and the worst manicure in my entire life.-No service-No quality-NO STERILIZATIONI was shocked about the last and noticed only at home that she put other color on my nails not that I was asking.Should I tell that at home I was trying to fix manicure by myself. The gel was everywhere around the nails on my fingers and cuticles.I really regret that I was to shy and did not tell anything at salon!That manicure was lasting 8 days and it was annoying days. So awful nails never happened to me.

Been going here for two years and always happy with the service!! They care about their customers and do a great job! Please support the business!

Amazing pedicure!

I went there on a Sunday afternoon to get a pedicure. I’ve been here before and they did a decent job for the price. When I got there they asked if I had an appointment which I didn’t. Mind you the place was empty. They said they couldn’t do it then and to come back later. I asked how much later. They talked for a couple minutes and then said no they couldn’t do it today. Then they turned three more people away after me. Again the place was completely empty maybe two people getting their nails done. I’ve never seen a nail place turn away walk-ins like that when they have no customers. I will definitely never be going back there

For the gentlemen out there you show know that this spa is totally guy-friendly, unlike some salons I have visited. I really enjoy the experience and have been there many times. The owner and staff are so welcoming and really make you feel at home.

This place is awesome! Love the people who work there and its a treat for me to go there once a month to get my nail polished and watch Netflix on their TV! :)

If you want to be rushed and have a sloppy pedicure and gel manicure for $55 then this is the place for you. It’s a shame because the location is convenient for most who live in exchange place area and on the way home from work/path train... but I can’t justify spending that much money for lazy work. Also, they demand a tip when paying which I find to be inappropriate and distasteful.

Don’t go to them for facial ever. On the name of facial they just put a mask & turn on the steam. They do not give any face massage at all. Do not even clean the face properly before starting the facial. They put on the mask directly & after removing it, they let you go. No extraction of white heads/ black heads etc. Going to them for a facial is totally a waste of your money.

Please, never do what waxing in this salon (they called it waxing, but do not even try to remove hair with their roots, they just throw them out from the surface and then you hair are back in a few days, just like after shaving, but worse, because it comes with itchy and bumpy skin). and you would better do your nails at home - unhygienic place (she took a box with many sets of instruments, there were some hair and dust also, then when done with my nails she put used instruments back in the same box)

Always feel rushed and the owner has bad bedside manner. I’ve been there 3 times and it’s not a relaxing vibe.

Amazing service, highly recommend!

Went in for a gel powder on 3/28 and was told it would last 3 weeks. On 4/2 I went in because a nail was already chipped and Brenda fixed it. On 4/5 two nails cracked so I went in to get them fixed. Brenda gave me a hard time and said that I deliberately hit it. I’m sorry I didn’t know I wasn’t supposed to use my hands at all after a gel powder manicure. Surely won’t be coming back here and neither should you.

Well I should have gone to this place reading the reviews. My bad I didnt. Every single person who wanted to give this place zero star is absolutely correct. I walked in for a hand waxing service and got out with painful red rashes and a lot of wax still on hands. When I requested them to remove the wax they recommended that I go home and take a scrub bath. I wish I could attach the images of this horrid experience. Please believe all the bad reviews of this place and save yourself from going.

Worst place ever. I would never go back and would recommend the same to everyone. Utter waste of $50.I went here only because it was right across my apartment. I made an evening appointment for French manicure and reached there on time. Soon I was assisted by someone(who did not know English at all) she started to file my nails on left hand in square shape and she barely knew what she was doing. It was so bad that I literally had to take filer and repair them my self. The end result for that hand was different length of nails in every finger. So I asked the lady to stop and said to the owner I dont want to continue. She then asked some other lady to work with me. She was okay, not great. She barely managed to do my other hand properly while giving directions to the other lady on how to file nails. My both hands had different length nails because the previous lady filed them shorter so for obvious reason we had to file more on my other hand too. I was no more interested to continue their service but the lady pushed hard suggesting it wont be any issue and will look good. I finally let them paint it. While I was waiting for my gel to dry out, she gave me a quick 1 min shoulder massage and it was not at all pleasant and very uncomfortable. I had to ask her politer to please stop. Anyway I was not at all happy with my manicure as well once done. And that is just not enough! The biggest disappointment was the manicure started chipping off in ONLY TWO DAYS!!!! Seriously? It didnt even last a week properly. Worst experience ever. Never again!!!!! I should have just painted my own nails rather than giving them $50 for their awful service.

Hit or miss, great pedicure, but dropped the paper towel in the tub, felt like a fish, gross sensation. Gel manicures sometimes perfect, other times peeled off

If there was negative 10 review i would.horrible service. Brenda (owner) did my gel manicure. she rushed through the whole process . i was in and out in 25 minutes! work was super shabby, i can see my nail beds through the colour. the colour isnt applied well around cuticle/borders.there are chips already and its only a day! i went back to her within 24 hours to see if she could fix it. but she said this is your first time!! getting gel, you dont know. it always shrinks!?? she kept denying how this is perfect and she can not fix anything.I have gotten gel done a lot of times and never have heard a response like this from a salon owner.terrible work, worst 30$ + tip spent!please save your time and money and go else where.

Unhygienic! I got a mole in my toe after a pedicure from this place :( painful 4 months. Waxing was done by an old women who took 40 mins for the legs alone and left most of it undone because she could not see properly. Felt itchy after the waxing too... will not recommend this place.

Was a walk-in appt today for a mani/pedi. The service was very good Fanny did my services for me and I am very pleased. The price was reasonable $30. The is very convenient to my job so I will be going again.

Honestly, every time I go in the place my nails always chip or crack. Brenda the owner always ask for a tip, like an obligation. Sometimes she can be a bit rude. Not a good place to go, only if you really need it 🤷🏻‍♀️
