I went here today and scheduled and appt for 5:00 pm online with an available “professional” based on her Instagram posts. I go there and needed something very simple done.She asked me if this was my first time and I responded saying no I have been here before and booked another professional and I had to wait the 2 times I have been here for over 30 minutes with that person. Then the second time I had to go with another available person instead of that person because she took over 45 mins.While doing my nails she tells me that she is an advanced artist and that she only does complicated designs and I should book with people that do more simple work and are faster.I am not sure why you would have a scheduling system if you can’t keep time? May be have more of a buffer. Or add the expertise of each “professional” and don’t say to customers that it isn’t your job? I am paying for the service so it is your job!!!I wouldn’t recommend this place again to anyone after this experience.Acrylic refill $20, online booking fee $1 and then in store I paid change shape from square to oval $10 and gel nail Polish $15 oh I didn’t tip her!!!Attached are the picture of my nails. Like I can do a better job so called “advanced artist”!!!
This is the largest nail salon Ive visited in Jersey City (located on the Westside). It is clean and Covid-19 protocols are enforced. You can book and pre-pay on-line. They offer a variety of mani-pedi packages. Technicians are skilled. Walk-ins welcomed.
I am so happy with my experience at Cuteticles on Westside Ave.! The establishment is clean and maintained. I love that they have different locations, it makes it convenient. Every employee I have encountered at the Westside location has been very professional and friendly. I see Kay for my nails, I get acrylic with designs and his work is amazing! I love designs on my nails and he definitely delivers! His work also lasts, I had no fading, lifting, chipping or breaks.Great at shaping as well! Kay is punctual, he takes his time to make sure he gets everything just right and his customer service is impeccable!! I am so glad I decided to choose Cuteticles and that I chose Kay!
On Friday, I scheduled an appointment online to come in on my only day off which is Tuesday. Tuesday comes and I walk in at 12:15. The receptionist tells me to wash my hands and when I come back, she tells me that they cannot do my pedicure because my pedicure and refill would overlap. Which is why I called multiple times prior to my appointment and never got a hold of anyone. She tells me that the lines were down earlier that day but I’ve been calling since Friday? I get flustered and ask why couldn’t they just call me and notify me? She got stuck. I scheduled this appointment 4 days prior to coming in and I’ve been continuously getting confirmation texts but when I walk in that’s when they decide to tell me? I felt as though it was very unprofessional especially because I was really looking forward to it again on my only day off!!! Rosita my previous nail tech is awesome. My prior experience went so much better and the receptionist did all the steps to make sure my appointment met my needs. I was very disappointed today
I made an appointment two weeks in advance only to wait be made to wait. After twenty minutes another customer came in and was seated right away for the same service. The receptionist was not friendly and did my offer to assist. Waiting to speak to manager.
I was looking for a new salon and found this one on Instagram. I’ve only been here twice and I won’t be coming back. Making appointments online is very confusing.. they aren’t specific with the services online so I made an appointment and chose the closest option of what I wanted. I showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted he said he could do it.I asked for a full set with gel polish And a design, I asked about how much it would be and he said $30, I thought it was a bit much because the design was fairly simple, but I said okay and went with it. At the end my total came out way more than I expected. I later realized that he used acrylic color and not regular acrylic with gel polish on top.. but which is way more expensive & I couldn’t tell the difference between the two. The nails came out okay but they were not worth what I paid. They charge for everything which doesn’t make sense. They charge for my length which wasn’t very long (I would say close to medium length) and they charge for shaping.. even when I didn’t change my shape so they basically charged me for filing my nails .. they also charge a sanitation fee which I wasn’t aware of. The salon is nice and clean but way they charge excessively.
Awesome service! Dao did an amazing job with my pedicure. Shes the best by far. I had another appointment set with a different nail technician a half hour after my pedicure. However, Jenny was available immediately after so I did not have to wait. Jenny does neat and beautiful work. She took her time shaping my nails to perfection. Amazing service!
They cancelled an appointment I had scheduled and had been waiting for a while as it is hard to schedule any services with them. They cancelled my service 1 hour and half before my service time. I’m coming from NYC. I need to pay a toll. This is highly unprofessional. I understand emergencies happen but if it were the other way around, I would of been charged half of the service if I didn’t cancel or reschedule 24 hours before the service. I have a newborn at home and I had to arranged my whole day (my husband has to take off for such a thing since I have no one else for the baby) for this one service to then have it cancelled on me 1 hour and half before. Imagine waiting weeks for an appointment to get your nails done for an event like your wedding and not even 2 hours before your appointment they cancel due to an emergency and on top of that have no solution. Highly unprofessional. I scheduled a couple of services but the main ones were acrylic full set with intricate art. Really wanted to love this place.
I’ve had it with this place. I really did have love for them. But They need to work on SCHEDULING.This has happened multiple times… I get it things happen. But for this to happen consistently? I got seated to only be told half and hour later I cannot be accommodated. I was never even told that I would be waiting that long. (Really could have saved me time.) Keeping your customers up to date, would be nice.They advised me that they couldn’t find my nail tech nor did they have anyone available for a later time. (I was not a walk-in and arrived when they opened.) The front desk tried to offer me a nail job that I did not come in for- this was appreciated but more could have been done. It honestly felt like no one wanted to take responsibility for service recovery. What would have been nice ? Was to have my appointment rescheduled and offered a discount for the inconvenience.I understand both sides of the situation, but your scheduling and service recovery must be a priority. Also …Why is that the customer next to me gets accommodated because someone else canceled?!
They are exceptional. Always on time and if they are even running minutes behind they will accommodate your time. The location is relaxing and clean and no matter who does my nails they always come out perfect. I am very particular about the paint jobs and they always get it right. So far I have worked with Peter, Elle, and Rosita. My favorite place in jersey city. To be honest my favorite nail place overall.❤

This is my first time booking an appointment with Cuticles and by far it was amazing. I wasn’t able to book both services back to back. Jordan did my pedi and Nam did my acrylic set. Jordan was amazing she took her time doing my pedi and was very gentle. Nam was very gentle and fast. Now I wait to see how long my nails last.I’ll be booking again!
Despite having an appointment, I was made to wait close to an hour before my appointment with Cristina. The front desk staff werent apologetic and after my demand for a refund was offered 20% back on my credit card and one week later the partial credit is still not there. The manicure was blah. They have no amenities. Not even bottled water for sale. No courtesies of any kind. Plus theres no social distancing in there. Every station was used and the smell of chemicals is horrid. No ventilation. Id give 0 stars if I could.
I was excited to to try this salon I found on IG. However, the pricing needs to be more transparent online. If there was a better understanding for all the add-ons, then I would not have been so appalled by the pricing. I was charged $30 for shape and length when my nails weren’t a true coffin shape or a long length. My nail beds are 1cm in length and width so when my nails are only 2.5cm with a full set on, that doesn’t constitute “long nails”. My friend was charged for medium nails and her nail beds are 2x2cm and her full set nails were 3cm. That makes absolutely no sense and there needs to be a length guide. I payed $140 for nails that should have been $100 at most, and that’s being very nice.4 of my designs were “stickers”. If it’s not hand painted, why would I pay $7 for each design when those stickers are 99¢ for the whole pack.I could go on and on about the excessive pricing. However, the techs were professional and very welcoming. I especially loved the lady that did my underarms.In addition, I had to wait 40 minutes after my appointment time to serviced.
Traumatizing experience! Physical & verbal assault! DO NOT USE NINA!!! This was the 2nd fight I’ve seen in the shop since I’ve been going. I’m done. How is this a salon? Violent, dangerous, nasty, stressful. Yesterday, a customer physically assaulted a nail tech then kept the salon hostage for 20 minutes! 20 minutes of screaming, of belittling staff and customers, threatening to fight everyone, threatening that her boyfriend was going to pull up (who knows with guns or not). Nothing was done about it, even though the owner was on the premises. He just let his staff members threaten to beat her and throwing subs like “you got a fake Gucci” and “I have air conditioning at my house”??This IS A NAIL SALON. People kept saying there are children here while everyone was cursing and screaming. It was gross but it’s the norm there. After 20 minutes of her assaulting staff members, she finally left because the cops were called. That’s not what I want to experience while I’m paying crazy money at a nail salon. Customers weren’t offered a discount or any compensation for what we endured. I left the salon with a stress headache and just wanted to get the hell out of there fearing for my safety! I go to a nail salon to relax and I pay a lot of money at Cuteticles. My service was $88 and I left a 40% tip! ($32) because i am a service provider too. I will never go back. You’d be better off getting your nails done in a prison yard. Less chance of you getting shanked.
Nice new spot on West Side. I encourage you make an Appointment if you are going on the weekend. They get busy.. but I was able to get squeezed in after waiting 20-30 minutes
I went on Saturday for a gel pedicure and gel manicure. Dao was so patient and super sweet, but myy toe polish came off that same night and two of my nail polish came off too and it has only been 1 day. And for it to be 85$ I would’ve thought it was worth it. This is my second time going there and both has been disappointing.
Wish I could give the West side location 0 stars..I dont know where to begin..I arrived and got a pedi which was great..my appointment for a new set plus intricate design was scheduled for 2:45pm..I went to the desk and was told by the receptionist to wait itd be a few minutes as my tech is with someone..no worries...ONE AND A HALF HOURS LATER..I let them know Im going to get something to drink and come back ( it is hotter inside this place than it was outside).Upon returning, the receptionist told my tech his next appointment is here!!.. another 20 minutes pass and the receptionist asks me if I want to go to another tech where I declined. As I had been waiting this long already and shouldve been given the opportunity earlier..shortly after was able to meet with my tech....The second I get in the chair..the receptionist tells my tech his next app has canceled. She then informs him to hurry because he is behind schedule..I let my tech know Ive been waiting for almost 2 hours..he literally laughed and said No way ....apparently they over booked..the entire time he did my nails he was watching a sports game on his phone and taking personal phone calls.Aside from this...the receptionist kept coming over showing the nail tech her nails and confirming he will be there at 7 to fix her nails..it all made sense as to why she wanted to switch me so he can fix her nails before she goes home! She then told him shed be back later for him to fix hers....So unprofessional!!Also...SO OVERPRICED!!!!!!!
I loved my nail tech Linda. The receptionist is not very good at their job. I DMed the nail tech asking her a question about the time and she advised me to talk to the receptionist and change the time. I did so, came at 5:15 (new time) and the receptionist could not find my appointment until 5:45 (old time) and I had to wait. 😡😡😡 Other than that it was a good experience.
I was very disappointed by the service and wish I had a picture of my nails before they reshaped them. I do have to thank one of the girls in the front who wouldn’t let me leave until they tried reshaping my nails; I really appreciated that! I went with Ben because I saw his Instagram profile and thought his work was great and would be perfect for my wedding nails. Unfortunately, my experience greatly differed. I showed him pictures and asked him what he thought would look good. He told me not to do coffin because my nail bed was to big, so I agreed. I told him I at least wanted them more narrow (as I don’t like the wide look) and then to file them square with very round edges. My nails came out SO CROOKED! Not only that but the pink gel was bubbled (which they charged me $10 extra for).. If I knew it would bubble that much I wouldn’t have gotten the pink gel. I’ve had friends get that and never seen it bubble like that before. Additionally, there is space between my nail and the fake nail with gel!! So things are getting stuck between my nail and the fake nail. They lifted which is so crazy to me. What a terrible job. It was absolutely horrible. When I asked him if he could fix it, he told me they looked that way because I confused him…I made what I wanted VERY clear. He refused to fix them and said someone else would have to do it as he had to leave. So Noelle had to refile my nails and FINALLY they actually looked good. She did exactly what I had originally asked Ben to do. The two ladies at the front even admitted to the fact that they’ve never seen Ben do a set like mine. That’s how crooked they were and how rushed and bad the work was. I can’t even tell you how bad they looked after he finished. If it wasn’t for Noelle the shape would have been so horrible. Ben was so rude to me and rushed through everything. After all of this they charged me $75 for everything. I didn’t even get a nail removal but they charged me for it. When I walked in all I had on my nails was gel polish on my natural nails (not UV gel). Usually places charge you $5 to remove gel polish. They considered it a “nail removal” which was so odd. I am so disappointed…and these nails were for my wedding where I had pictures of just my hands for ring shots!I would try out other nail techs there but not Ben again. I also wish they would have at least gave me some concession. I think that wasn’t the greatest customer service on their end but I appreciate Noelle doing her best to remediate the situation.
Love this place! Spa pedicures are the best here. It’s affordable and the care you get is phenomenal. Been coming to this establishment since they’ve been on Central Ave. so happy they have another location closer to home on west side. Will be continuing to come here for a long time.
Extremely unprofessional - the booking team is terrible and lack customer service. I scheduled an appt with Ben, 3 weeks in advance. I am supposed to be traveling on Wednesday. The team calls me to tell me my appointment has been cancelled and the best they can offer is 20% off and to put me on the waiting list. I wouldn’t be upset if this had not happened in the past. I used to like coming here but they have for sure lost a client.
Schedule three appointments I online. all 3 appointments failed. They say they have walk-in’s but they are bogus. When you get there they deny you! at some point or another this business will fail Because they have very poor business practices. Eventually somebody will sue them very misleading. Don’t bother yourself
This place is super clean! However if you want your appointment cancelled during your uber ride there this is the place you’d want to attend. No point in making an appointment because they’ll cancel at the last minute anyways. Super unprofessional. Didn’t even offer any accommodations. I was told to wait for any available person as if I didn’t make an appointment with the person I wanted to get serviced by.
I haven’t gotten my nails done here yet, though I’m sure that they have phenomenally talented artists. However, I do have my waxing appointments here and I have to say that I’m very pleased with my experience. I’ve only ever had Ms.Tina and I don’t believe I need anyone else. She is very professional and warm. I was so afraid to get a Brazilian for the first time, but Ms. Tina made my appointment a very smooth process. I trust her completely. This location is also very clean and spacious.
I really didn’t want to leave a bad review,but i think they asked for it after all.i had my nails done exactly a week ago,gel manicure acrylic and 2 of them broke yestersay.1while eating and the other one while sleeping.and for a service of 85$, i think that they should way longer.i started gojng at this location in the hopw that they were different from the other one,but after going there for 4 -5 times,i just realized that they are the same.unprofessional (they stay on the phone all the time)rude(if you tell them that you don’t like something or to fix something they give you attitude and they still don’t do it) and way overpriced (becuase come on guys for a 85$ service you should do way better.the only good thing this salon has is their receptionist.everything else disappointed.
I feel bad writing this because my lady was so nice... but my appointment was for 6:45pm, I had to wait a while before I was seen, no problem I’m understanding.. however I’m so upset at how my nails came out, she was rushing from the second I sat in her chair, I overheard a conversation with her friend and she was trying to catch a ride home with her so makes sense why she was rushing. I was charged $70 for the worst French ever LOL!! So expensive for rushed nails I would’ve rather her have told me she didn’t have time to do the French they’re so bad even my boyfriend noticed instantly how bad they were painted and said his 6 year old sister could’ve done better :/ sad because I’ve been wanting to try this nail salon for a while and finally got an appointment, but they are very clean not sure if I would go back because they’re so expensive for the basic
I absolutely love this place and definitely found my new permanent salon. They are always booked so you must make a appointment. Whatever design you show them they will most definitely deliver. I love how clean the salon is and every single nail tech are very skilled. Can’t go wrong here !
I scheduled an appointment online and what I get done was not specified so I picked the closest option to it. When I got to my appt. I was told I couldnt get what I needed because thats not what I scheduled. When I explained that the option was not available online, I was told I shouldve called to make my appt. I said, then why have online appointments. I was told to wait a few minutes so I did thinking I would be taken care of. My tech did not seat me until 40 minutes after my appointment to then tell me she couldnt take care of me because she didnt have the time to do what I needed on my nails. After I argue a bit they pass me to someone else to take care of me who got my color wrong, charged me more and to top it off polish started chipping the next day. Needless to say that was the last time I got my nails done there. P.S. they also charge $3 to disinfect the chair you sit in.
I love this salon! So nice and clean, it was busy but I didnt feel like my tech was rushing me. Cant wait to return!

First and last time visiting; there’s no sense of urgency here. Received a text at 2:45 saying my tech was waiting ready for my 3:30 appointment. I arrive 3:20 and waited til 3:50 and walked out. It’s like they’ve already collected clients in rotation so us “new” clients or “non regular” don’t really matter. With me working from home, I don’t have a lot of room for error when it comes to appointment times and duration of service. It would be nice to have nail salon who actually follow the book or atleast give a heads up if they can’t meet expectations.
I almost canceled today, but Ellie made it very worth my going today. I really needed the attention she gave. I told her she is my new best friend. I so enjoy foot massages. Pedicure only today.
Even with an appointment waited over 30 minutes for my first service to begin and then an additional 20 minutes for the second. The receptionist are really indifferent about ensuring that the techs know that you’re waiting to be serviced.
Out of all the great reviews I’ve seen I would hate to be the only bad apple out of the bunch. However, today was definitely my first and probably my last time booking here. Nice place, clean environment very spacious but what I experienced today all that went out the window. My appointment was set for 5pm and all day I have received messages from the BOOKING app saying my appointment was confirmed. I arrived around 4:50 excited to get my nails done when I was told by the receptionist that my appointment was canceled because “my tech wasn’t there” and that she’s been calling me since 12 noon but it kept going to voicemail. I did not once received a call from them and I’m quit sure they didn’t call me. I then explained how did she call and get my voicemail but again I was still receiving appointments confirmation through texts ? As I proceed to walk out I get a text from the BOOKING app that my APPOINTMENT was then CANCELED. I was very much confused so I turned around and asked “if my appointment was canceled at 12 why you just canceled it now ?” She then states they leav the appointment open to see if we would want to Reschedule… overall I became very annoyed at the unprofessionalism that was shown today and they didn’t even care that I was upset or mad about what had happened. I would definitely have liked to experience a service from them but with the way I was treated today I don’t think I would ever want to spend my money there.
UNPROFESSIONAL!! I called ahead of time to let the receptionist know that I will be running 10 min late for my manicure appointment. I showed up and my nail technician was starting another persons nail and the receptionist told me to have a seat. After waiting 20 minutes, I still wasn’t being serviced and decided to reschedule. I will be looking for another salon. If my appointment was at 1:45, why am I not getting serviced by 2:30 at least!! No apologies from the receptionist. No customer service training whatsoever.
Nice service and great work but prices are crazy. I did one sticker and three fingers with minimal jewels. Ended up being an extra 50$ on top of the original 50$ cost of acrylics. If I knew my total would be over 100$ I would have said no. One of the stickers already came off.
Its a clean establishment however they keep cancelling my appt. i booked for acrylic plus jelly but they said its only for jelly. No its not they clearly can NOT READ!!!

I always feel welcomed and love the professionalism. They also do great nails. I moved from Queens, NY 4 years ago and I finally found my new nail salon.

The ladies takes their time doing your mani and pedi, not in a rush like other places. They are very sweet and humble. Cuticles spotless clean and quiet. Even though they have music playing but you don’t hear people talking and screaming. It’s very relaxing to come here. I be escaping home just to have a moment to myself.
Very overpriced for the nails i got. I paid $104 for nails that should have been no more then $60. Online it says it charges $20 for “intracate nail design “ when i told the nail tech he said intracate means just base nail polish which means no sense. FALSE ADVERTISING
I LOVE Cuteticles! I can’t praise this salon enough. It’s clean, and not just generally clean, it’s pristine there! The surfaces and tools are consistently being wiped down and disinfected. They follow covid rules above and beyond what is required.As far as the service goes, I’ve never had a manicure or pedicure I was unhappy with. I get dip powered nails and they have never chipped. Mine last nearly 3 weeks!
My first visit using my Christmas gift card from my beautiful sister. Although the wait was a half hour on top of me arriving early, but my nail technician, Ms. Mari, was great and worth the wait; I give her ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. They carry several mood changing color gel polishes yet not a large variety. Hopefully, more is purchased before my next visit.Now as for the frigid internal conditions the day I visited, which I understand from everyone its been going on for at least 1wk to 2, is a shame! According to my cellphone temperature app it was 50°, basically the inside as cold as outside. Majority of the employees and customers present were working and/or getting services with our winter coats on. Granted, I understand the inoperative heating system is a building issue and the landlords responsibility, but for 2wks!? Come on! This is unacceptable and inhumane as owners (Rivet) to not even provide space heaters for the tenants and customers. Them cold frigid conditions, with no mobile space heaters, is insensitive, sad, and shameful. Hopefully, by now the owners should have found a solution to the heating situation. 🙏🏽
As we all know finding a reliable, experienced, clean, and organized nail salon is very hard. I came to this establishment looking to receive the five star service unfortunately I didnt. I had to wait two days to get my nails done by day two I gave up. The reason behind this issue was because of disorganized scheduling. Then I started to get advertisement texts from this establishment . Not happy at all only reason I gave this place a two star was because the women who did my pedicure was so nice and felt bad about my experience.

Everytime I go here I have to wait for my nail tech. Even if I’m the first appointment, I’m waiting at least 20-30mins. Also got a fill today and the girl was done in 40 minutes with gel color and the quickness shows in how baldy shaped my nails are. I basically waited for her for as long as it took her to do my nails. I gave this place so many chances but never again
The salon is right across the street from me which is a plus! They are very clean and have you sanitize right when you walk in. It is done by appointment so very few people in the salon at a time which makes you feel safe at this time with the virus. I was taken right in time and all done within the hour! Alison is very good and very sweet. Definitely recommend and about to book my next appointment!😃
I have never stepped foot in a cleaner or more aesthetically beautiful nail salon. Im very cautious with COVID but as soon as I walked in the door my mind was put to ease. Booking online was easy and Lee was phenomenal. This might be the best set Ive ever gotten- so natural looking! Will absolutely return!
The service was excellent. My appointment started on time. They were quick without sacrificing quality of the service and end product. Their Covid policy is amazing. They do charge a $3 sanitation surcharge but its worth it because everything is super clean. Highly recommend!
So far I have visited two of their locations during the pandemic (The Heights Loft & West Side.) They are very thorough with cleaning after each client and flexible if you are late to an appointment. They use all new materials for each customer as well. I definitely recommend their services.

Came here for the first time since they recently opened. I just moved nearby and I’ve been looking for a nail salon. Even better that they also have a threading service. I called around 430 before showing up to make sure they have availability today. I was told to come at 6 and I received text confirmations for the appointment. I showed up at 6pm and I was seen right away. The eyebrow threading took about 15 minutes. There’s only one lady that does it and she’s super sweet. Then another guy did my pedicure. He was very thorough and did a good job considering I haven’t gotten a pedicure since before covid. I just got regular polish so I stayed a little to make sure they’re dry. They have a section where you just put your feet under a fan/UV light. They do charge an extra $3 for sanitation but I feel better knowing they are constantly cleaning and making it safe for their clients. I’m so happy they opened a location near me because this is gonna be my go to for nails and threading!

They are taking all the necessary precautions, I felt it was extremely clean and sanitized and everyone was taking extra care in making sure it stayed that way. The soft are all very well trained as well as friendly and helpful. This is a great salon!

Noelle was very professional and did an amazing and thorough job on my pedicure and Powder Dip nails. She was so great that I made an appointment with for my Mom tomorrow! The salon is very clean and take the necessary precautions to keep their customers safe from COVID. This is definitely my new go-to salon! 💜

Super disappointed . I’ve been going to cuteciles since I moved to Jersey and was super excited when they opened this location. I never had an issue with my nails. There has been little things that I didn’t really like previously, but I’m not getting into it. This time it led me to write this review. I got my nails done yesterday for a trip. I got classic mani and pedi . That very same day my nails stared to chip!!! It’s day 2 and I barley have any polish on my nails!!!!! This is disappointing because now I have to pay to get my nails done after paying $36 for nothing ! This is not the nail techs fault, but has everything to do with the salon updating their nail polish and getting rid of their old ones !!
They recently opened and Ive been there 3 times. All 3 times I was satisfied. Mimi does amazing job every time 👏 🙌 ❤ happy there is a good nail salon on the west side of jc. steer clear of other places ladies !
I’ve been here twice to get my nails done by Anna. Everyone is very professional and nice. I noticed someone complaining about the $3 sanitation fee and I’m glad to pay a few extra dollars to know that they’re doing their part to keep everyone safe and they clean in between every customer! My nails always come out beautiful every time too (:

The service was okay but I lasted 2 hours just for a pedicure 😑. The appt was at 2:45 and left at 5:07pm.I think this place is robbing people $48 for a pedicure with gel and on top of that 3 extra for sanitation???? I didn’t even get a massage or a exfoliateSo that means because of COVID-19 You want to take advantage of customers? Just because you just open your business in October. I should report this!Never again
I started coming to this nail salon after quarantine and I completely love it here, If your in jersey city,nj and want your nails done I highly recommend this nail salon.

The shaping on my nails was sloppy and the gel polish on my fingers peeling off within a week. Gel Mani/Pedi was $80, which is pretty reasonable for the area but not for the quality.

Cuteticles Rivet went above and beyond to accommodate me and I cannot thank them enough! Noelle gave me a gel manicure and made sure that I found the perfect shade of burgundy I was looking for and she even suggested that I add a sparkle/shimmer shade to one of my nails for a nice contrast. Lisa was professional accurate and so caring. I will certainly be a life long customer . She did refill from a previous nail salon and my nails look brand new as if i did a whole brand new set. They are so clean and friendly you certainly wont be disappointed!!!!!
OVERPRICED was charged for a service I didn’t have never got refunded for my extra charge. Don’t send receipts to when you pay. Please check your transactions after you pay. They will charged you more if you don’t pay attention SMH!!!
I set up an appointment the first time I went to the salon and there was a mixup with the online booking so I had to see a tech I didn’t book with which was fine. Then the second time around I set up an appointment and the tech I set up an appointment with was running 15-20 minutes behind I would’ve like to receive a phone call but that wasn’t done. Then I was told there was someone else who could see me so I said OK I ended up waiting longer for that tech then I would have for the tech who was running late. So I decided to leave and I wasn’t offered an apology or any sort of compensation.
Great service by the front desk and staff. The salon is very clean and consistently sanitized. The decor is very nice too. I’ll be a frequent visitor since this location is closer to my home.
I had my eyebrows and upper lip threaded and I had a pedicure. The facility is extremely clean and there’s someone constantly wiping everything. The staff is very accommodating and professional. I will definitely come back and I’m excited try all their other services.

I enjoy the professionalism. Its beautiful inside as well. the nail techs Ive had, do an amazing job. Im happy as hell walking out of there with my nails done. Even the girl who did my pedi for.the first time today not sure how to spell her name but I think its Bibiana, did an exceptional job! Peter did my nails a week ago or more and it still perfect regarding the strenuous job I have. Linda is my usual nail tech and always does an amazing job as well as Ive seen Annavi do but havent had her as a nail tech yet! But I love it here!
This has been my third time going to this neighborhood salon. I must say the quality of nails is awesome and Lee does amazing work. Place is so cleaned and very staff. Tony the owner always greets his customers with open hands.

I first started with Cuteticles at the 410 Central Ave location and loved the service. However it was always a mission to get to them from home or work. I was ESTATIC when the came to the WestSide area and I love how Noelle works on my feet and nails. Shes patient and REMEMBERS EXACTLY what I like with my pedicure. I appreciate the attentiveness she has with me. :-)
