I went in nervous because my haircuts are usually messed but but this place and the wonderful staff gave me the best haircut that I could have her asked for. Wow, wow, wow. I am FLOORED by the professionalism here. They are so sweet and they really make sure you are comfortable and happy and safe. I appreciate every single staff member I encountered before during and after my facial on Wednesday. I had my first facial at a spa in Hoboken and it was awful. I heard that Arthie was the best so I booked an appointment. Blown away. She was SO gentle and caring with my anxiety and my skin. She explained everything and my extraction wasn’t painful like it was in Hoboken. Her energy was so calming and positive. 10/10 you guys!! I am coming back here again. I will not go anywhere else after this experience. Hooked on Spa Blue and I wish them so much success.

Went in today for a gel mani, made a last minute appointment and they were able to take me. Maggie did my nails and she did such a great job. The place is very clean and elegant. I was even offered coffee during my mani. Will definitely be going there again!

This secret gem is just what was needed. I had an amazing day today. When I walked in the door I was warmly greeted and was offered coffee, tea or water. As I filled out the paperwork the receptionist and hairstylist engaged in friendly chatter. Once in the massage room, it was the right temperature, candles and the sound of rainfall gave a calming peacefulness. I removed my clothes and layed on the table. To my surprise. The bed and towels were warm and inviting. When the masseuse entered the room she did a quick orientation and started on my back. Man she was amazing! I fell asleep and woke up feeling like a million bucks! My husband was also very impressed with their massage technique and professionalism. This was our first time here. But it will not be our last! Thank you Belen and Artie! You have gained life libg customers!!! At the end because it was Valentines week we were treated to wine and chocolates.

I had a bang trim appointment scheduled for today. However, I was not told beforehand that the stylist was busy coloring another customer’s hair during my scheduled appointment. They left me waiting 15 mins without any sort of consideration for me. When I brought this to their attention, they were trying to make me stay. I left bc I had to be somewhere else and my time was ultimately wasted. I also wouldn’t want to give my patronage to this salon for their lack of customer service. Very inconvenient, disappointing, and unprofessional. This was my first and last time ever going in here. I don’t recommend this salon to anyone.

The Brazilian blowout saves my completely unruly hair, and it lasts for 3 months. Hector and his staff are wonderful, and prices are reasonable. The salon is beautiful!

My new nail salon! I came in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The shop is ultra modern, clean and generally high end. Great customer service and I look forward to coming back.

This is my second time here and I love Spa Blue! I forgot to review last time and am actually reviewing from the pedicure seat now because I don’t want to forget again, and I want to make sure they get the recognition they deserve.Every person here has been so kind to me and treated me so luxuriously- even knowing I’ve used a Groupon to come. They are easy to call and book appointments with, greet you warmly when you arrive, and are very attentive and detailed when they do your nails.They have a nice range of colors and nail polish brands, and last time here I saw one girl giving a manicure with a design and it was just inpecible. It’s a really nice environment, especially compared to the other nearby nail salons. For a basic manicure the prices are comparable as well; so to me it’s worth spending a little extra to come here than other locations (I got a nail infection from one place down Newark ave and another place on Newark charged my card $10 and claimed it was the tax.. ) so I’m very happy I found this spot. I also had gotten a wax here once too and they were very clean and professional.The only thing that would make it even better coming here is if they offered a glass of wine :) otherwise I’m very happy happy to have found Spa Blue!

Went to this place twice. First time was great, I had Leah for gel manicure and she was great. Based on my first time experience, I went there the second time to get both gel manicure and gel pedicure done. However, I forgot to appoint Leah so I was served by another girl and she was not professional at all. Her action was aggressive, did not treat my hands and toes gently! When its done, my nails look ugly because of the uneven color and bumpiness. Its just bad quality. Even after they gave me a discount it was overall a bad experience.

Horrible facility with bad ventilation in a run down building. On top of that, my barber started working there, and they made her raise her prices more than 50% for the same hair cut I had been receiving for years.

Terrible management. They scheduled my wife for a time which was already booked for someone else. As a result she had to come back without a massage. They did not squeeze her in or suggest alternatives. Total waste of time.
