They are the beginning of my nails and they are great been going to them since their daughter was 2 years old

I went for my birthday and I told one of the younger workers what I wanted done to my nails and I did not get that. First they did not have any color I wanted. I offered her a color I brought with me but I was told they can’t do that -_-. Secondly the style did not come out the way I wanted so she fixed it twice and it still wasn’t great. Lastly I noticed as I was getting my nails done, I did not see the nail girl clean any of the tools she used on me. So when I asked her did she clean the tools she claim she did it already but then she got up and started cleaning the tools after I said it . Which freaked me out and I was over everything. I wish them the best but they have to do better. I don’t know if the place as a whole sucks but that mail tech sucks and needs to get more training. I definitely won’t be back.

This place is horrible. It was my 1st time here! My nails were done by the owner Kelly. They were thick and were coming off the next day. She did my gel refill in 20mins. Thats impossible in the nail world. Never again

Do me nails shop is a very unprofessional shop I ever seing in my life, the owner is so rude and her daughter talk very nasty .she always disrespects customers and they don’t really care about nobody . The don’t work good at all ; I will never encourage nobody to go in that shop🙀👎👎👎

Gel does not last 2 day

Decent place, if something is wrong or you dont like something they will fix it. No salon is perfect. Fyi pick a tech you like and stick with her.

Pedicure was fine but manicure was worst I’ve ever paid for. She was rushing and multi tasking, didn’t take time to properly file or do cuticles. I should’ve asked for it to be redone because it doesn’t look like professional filing, shaping, or cuticles at all.

They do nails excellent, they need to fully understand they customers and what they want I asked for a French tip with a different color and they colored my whole nails Im not the type to make a scene. Please triple ask the customers what they want and dont make it feel like their being rushed

My first time here. I went there at 6 pm and they close at 8 pm. There was a little rushing but I pointed out the mistakes and she fixed them. I did not like the older lady attitude when I asked her was good at powder nails. She hesitated when I told her what I wanted. I told her if she wasn’t comfortable then let someone else do them so she told me to go sit down and wait for someone else. I may try them again

I always have GREAT service at Do Me Nails. Ann is the best and treats me like family.

I had made appointment for 5:30 pm got there 10mins early nd still had to wait becuz it was 3people in front of me like what was the point of making the appointment 🙄

Went there today,Im not satisfied with my nails it was my first time there it was a older woman, I went to get a refill Ive been getting my nails done since 2008, first of all after the refill of nails and filing they tell you to wash your hands but that didnt happen with me, and then they put the,nail polish on I was there for almost 2hours it shouldnt take that long for a refill maybe Im bugging but I dont think so, I usually go near journal square never had problem there. I paid 33.00 for everything. Everyone says thats cheap but I dont think so Im sorry .

I have to admit that they do a great job doing Pedicures and Nails. Very satisfied with their service. Please dont go by anyones bad review on here. Trust me when I say they are wonderful in what they do!

It was a bit of wait to get in a chair for service, though it wasnt busy. However, Shirley really provided nothing but exceptional customer service. Friendly conversation, cared about what I wanted and liked, complimented my nail choices, and very careful/neat/clean. I got full set gel nails with mood color polish.

This establishment has very poor customer service, starting with the owner. They rush their service and my nails have been uneven every single time I have visited. The workers are very lazy as well

Would never recommend their services. Has my nails done here once, full set acrylic, and they were bulky and misshaped. Here, you truly get what you pay for, cheap prices and even cheaper services.

My daughter took me there on Fathers day for a pedicure, they did a good job. Took their time and made me very comfortable.

Completely rushed job, all my nails came off!!!! Completely lost me as a costumer. They say Kelly is the best; but she was absolutely horrible, she was the one who did the job. Never Ever Again.

Went to the salon and the owner Kelly did my nails, absolutely horrible job...uneven bulky not shaped correctly and it looked as if I needed a refill and they were just freshly done! I was still charged $35 for a terrible job. She did say she would do them over but after being in a salon for 2hrs for a pedicure and manicure I had no time to have them done over and I explained I was going on vacation the next day as well. I just the job rectified and I will never go there again. I do not recommend going to this salon and if you do Kelly wouldnt be the person you should have do your nails

SHE FOUND OUT MY BROTHER WAS A POLICEMAN.AND SHIRLEY STARTED TO ASK ME COULD HE FIX A TICKET FOR HER AND I SAY NO! NO ! THATS ILLEGAL. AND I PAID HER $55.00.WHEN I LEFT THERE I PROMISE MYSELF I WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN. THEY GIVE YOU A CARD they STAMPed FOR EACH TIME YOU CAME. The shop the card will be discount when u reaced 5 visited WILL BE STAMP AND THE 5TH TIME YOUR SRVICES FOR THAT DAY WILL BE CHEAPER.I PRESENTED MY CARD TO SHIRLEY WHICH WERE THE 5TH TIMES OF SERVICES AND SHIRLEY SAId SOMETHING TO KELLY IN THEIR LANGUAGE. AND SHIRLEY TOLD ME $55.00 dollars. The card is a fake.

My first time coming here was on 6/1/18. I got a gel manicure/pedicure and the next day, my entire thumb polish came off. The polish was watery and i will never go back again. Gel is suppose to last. Terrible, disappointing and a waste of money.

I came here to get my nails done for graduation picture, Kelly did my nails. She nails are crooked, and uneven they look horrible. Kelly asked me to give her the money i gave it to her and she was trying to act like she gave me my change but if I didnt mention it she would of kept it . I will not be appending this nail salon anymore .
