I looove coming here. Everyone is friendly and they do amazing work! The nails last a long time and all the nail techs are really talented. I typically visit Liz or Kim to do my nails. Recommend this place. They work by appointments or if you get lucky you may walk in at a good time and they will take you.

They are over priced. Very expensive. And my nails where really short. But they lasted a good amount of time.

At all times the workers are pleasant and always ready to accommodate the customers.

I love coming here to get my feet done they have a great spa treatment for 35 to $40 with hot coals and hot wax. I dont get my nails done here only because two women at the place do really good nails and theyre not always there but as far as your feet getting done yes and dont forget to ask for your glass of wine while theyre doing your feet

Reallllly pretty. Im not going to lie. BUT Totally UNFAIR. Told them i wanted acrylics with q cute design. The they throw gel on them. Thats like $25 extra that they didnt mention until AFTER it was on them. Totally taking advantage of the fact I told them it had been over 6 yrs I havent gotten my nails done. So she tells me now we put gel on all design😑 thanks for letting me know..🙄

I had a regular manicure and the day after the nail polisher came out. The same day after I came back to this salon and asked for a refund (I paid $10.00 + $2.00 tip) and the manager told me she could not give me the $12.00 back, she could give me $5.00 regarding the nail polisher. This is totally absurd!!! This place is so unprofessional. DO NEVER GO TO THIS SALON, unless you want to be upset and completely dissatisfied.

The Nail Tech did an amazing job on my nails

I’ve been a loyal customer for 8 years, and the ONE time I tell Liz that I am not happy with a design, she makes my nails all the same color and says she isn’t going to do designs, then charges me $35. I came today to reconcile with her but she said she doesn’t feel comfortable doing my nails anymore because I didn’t like the designs ONCE in 8 years.I asked, “So you’re saying that a customer can’t complain if they are unhappy?” Because for all of you reading, if the chef made your steak medium rare when you asked for well done, you wouldn’t send it back? If you pay for a service and it isn’t up to your standards and you paid the price, you shouldn’t speak up? She said “If someone tells me they don’t like my design then I don’t do their nails again.”What’s crazy is that I had a similar situation happen with Maddie and she understood we don’t share the same taste and did it AGAIN to my liking. This is an act of professionalism.This is not how business is supposed to run. If I was a loud, hostile customer, I probably would have been taken care of. It’s unprofessional to not service the customer when that’s your area of business. I wasn’t rude or anything. I politely asked if we can change it, and that should not have been a big deal nor cause any lack of confidence in her skills.Sadly, her business lost a loyal customer and friend.

DONT GO. THIS IS AFTER TWO DAYS. I dont work so there is no excuse besdies CHEAP PRODUCT not to mention horrible customer service. Mice everywhere. Asked nicely to redo the color and they said 20$ First of color change is 10$ but for them to not even be apologetic and simply fix is it is beyond me.

I was not pleased with my nails at all. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails done and it looked nothing like the picture. My designs were bad and my nails looked a week old on the first day. After four days they started to come back off. I definitely wasted my money.

This nail salon is filthy, and they are rude. I had to ask the nail tech to sanitize the very visibly dirty tools . I wouldn’t let them use the cuticle clippers on me as I was concerned. If I didn’t have a job interview today I would have ran out of there. The nail tech didn’t remove my polish before filing my nails. She snapped at me that she knew what she was doing. I informed her that I was a licensed hairdresser and she was not following protocol. I will never return, and I don’t recommend anyone patronize this business .

I have been going to see this lady that now owns the place, since I was a teen I go in there now she still remember me. And because of that she always match me with someone that does great work. Even when those times its not quite what I wanted.

This salon does NOT stand by their work!I had my nails done Monday (2 days ago) and when I woke up this morning, my nails were all discolored and chipped!When I went to the salon to try to get them fixed they flatly said no and said $20....I had already spent $50 on them less than 2 days prior!!I was aghast! For them not to acknowledge that something had gone wrong with the polish was incredible to me!!I WILL NEVER GO HERE EVER AGAIN AND WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS TO STAY AWAY!

Nobody will greet you when you enter this place. They will wait until they have an open spot to speak up and ask if you are getting anything. But I let it slide. The lady who did my manicure (gel, acrylic nails) was great. The Spanish woman needs to get her act together. Extremely lazy and sloppy with no attention to detail. Ive never had a worse pedicure in my life. No exaggeration. Apparently Im not the only one either! Avoid her if you go here! Everyone else seems great.

I cannot stress enough how wonderful Liz is, I am a former resident of Bayonne NJ and currently I travel from Easton PA to Jersey City just to have her do my nails. I have tried various nail salons and am always left unsatisfied or unimpressed. I have never had that feeling with Liz, not only is she creative with her own designs but can duplicate and perfect any design shown to her. I have recommended several people, friends, family, and even patients from my job to go specifically to her. LIZ PLEASE NEVER LEAVE AGAIN!!!!!

Wish I could give 0 stars!!!!Save yourself the hassle. Waited 2 hours to have the lady tell me she doesnt have the color I want then when I ask her to show me other choices she doesnt want to because she doesnt want me to complained that I dont like it when shes done and she has the audacity to tell me she doesnt have time to wait for me to look through my phone for another design I can get. AFTER WAITING 2 HOURS she couldnt give me 5 mins!!!! Beyond rude!!! Take your money elsewhere. I know I will make sure everyone I know who goes there doesnt set foot in there again.

So I like the nail salon overall, but maybe about 2 weeks ago Kim wasnt there and the Spanish girl lied to a customer saying that she had to do someone else nails and she didnt just her eyebrows. So the customer left the same situation happened again with the one that sit next to Kim. I feel like they only like to service people who are regular when Kim is not present. The Spanish girl need more customer service skills.

Over priced to the max.. Went with my mother and niece one time.. My niece is 5.. 180 with tip.. Smh fill ins and pedis.. My niece got her nails painted.. They are just over priced to me.. Made me decide that I dont need my nails done for that price.. Smh done with this place.. And the work is rushed.. Im good..

I refuse to go back here. I got a full gel set and two days later. My nails began to pop off Nd left up. I went back and she did nothing but added more acrylic nd it looked bulky Nd horrible. Don’t spend your money here on nails. Only pedicures and eyebrows. That’s all they good for

I go to this nail salon faithfully!!! I only go to 2 people Liz ( no longer works there and dont knw where she is now :( ) and Queen!!! Queen makes my nails look so natural and elegant like i like them :) Ive been living in Hudson County for 4 years and now live in Essex county and still will travel miles just to this shop! highly recommend for anyone just dont go to Queen I dont want to wait to long lol :) :P

I go to this nail salon every 2 weeks and I am always satisfied. They are also amazing at waxing.

This place is horrible! The owner KIM has uncertified people doing manicures and pedicures along with doing nails of all kind, period. No one in this salon takes their job seriously nor loves what they do. The Spanish girls have attitudes and only service the regular customers and turn away new customers. The young girls ages 16&17 that are uncertified also work there and do a horrible job. Nasty attitudes and displays are dished out. The staff here may greet you nicely when you arrive only because they see dollar signs on you. I recommend for everyone to go to NAIL TEK located in Downtown Jersey City. I promise you that youll never be disappointed. The pricing is great and the services is VERY PROFESSIONAL! Believe me when I say YOU WILL NEVER BE DISAPPOINTED AT NAIL TEK! I will never go back to this salon again. Within a week, your nails and polish comes off and breaks. They barely sanitize their tools. Many people have caught fongus due to poor Cleaning Maitenance and dirty tools. There is no refund or consideration for their poor work outcomes. NEVER COME HERE TO DO YOUR NAILS! They are quick for one reason, because they dont care about nothing but money. Department of Health and Sanitize Services along with the Department of Labor should be called on this place. Go to NAIL TEK; Nail Tek is the place to go!

Queen is the best she does me and my wife gel manicure the best she has a great personality and professional demeanor. ..she is the main reason we travel from nyc

Paid 23 for a refill I didn’t even get color she charged me for taking off my gel and for cut down my nails wasn’t even long all she did was file them down. I got home and my thumb chipped off a piece of acrylic!

Twice a month i use to visit these girls.. good service.. just a smell of chemicals are too much..

I have been going to this salon for about 10 years now. They prices keep going up and now they dont accept credit cards on Saturdays so bring cash. They are always super crowded so expect to wait. I only go for one specific person to do my pedicure.

I went to Anns Monday they are so unprofessional lady did my nails had a attitude because I I was telling her how I want my nails she didnt know how do designs so I ask her can Liz do it she told me Liz cant do my design because she didnt put the nails on I paid and left with no polish on my nails my nails are thin got air bubbles around the cuticles one broke the next day as I was taking my card out the 🏧 THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING THERE DESIGNS MAYBE NICE AS FAR NAILS NO GOOD TO THIN #NIGHTMAREINANNNAILS
