I went to get my eyebrows done and the woman made them extremely thin. When I asked her why she told me that how it’s to be done. You wanted your eyebrows done I did think. Not only did she thin my eyebrows out she burned my skin. When I asked for a refund she refused to refund me and refused to give me the contact information to a manager. I was trying to speak to her she decided to pull out her phone and ignore me treated me with NO respect. I wish I was able to as the obits of the burns she left on my face

Treated my friend with much disrespect, worst service to administered. Would considered this a painful experience but there is no scale great enough to express such dissatisfaction and unprofessionalism experience at this facility.

Went here for my birthday and wanted a nude stiletto, acrylic full set. Was seated in little to no time and the technician really paid attention to detail. Nails came out exactly how I wanted and I had paid $45 for them. Will be back again!

Loved good services

I went to do my acrylic nails and they only last 6 days. They started to fall off. They did NOT break off. Literally poped off like they were just glued on .

I went 20 mins before closing and they said no. i told them i was going on vacation and they still said no. also ladies had attitude. don’t come here

Was in a hurry to find a nearby nail salon and thank god i ran into allure on 440. Jenny did my mani and pedi, I was very satisfied. The salon is spacious, clean, has new, fresh colors, and theres plenty of parking.

I went there for a refill and two of my nails fell off within 5 days and one of them is lifting so soon it will be three nails. The place was nice but it’s a bit expensive but it will be my first and last time there.

I used to go to this nail salon often. However, I went in to get a pedicure at 7:15 PM, they close at 8 PM. Two technicians were doing nothing but sitting at their desks and one lady who was doing a pedicure yelled in an angry manner. Now I do not understand the language she spoke, however, doesnt matter what language you speak you can read body language and can tell it was not very nice. The gentleman at the reception said, Im sorry its too late. Really?! 45 minutes till closing and Im late, while two technicians sat at their desk? I took my money and went to Aphrodite Nails in Bayonne, not to far from this location where I was attended and treated very kindly.

They are very rude.

Terrible customer service. no words to describe.

For starters the nail technician did my nails uneven and when I asked her to do it over she constantly kept telling me it was fine .It was in fact not fine the nails were crooked and on top of that no one should tell you how something is going to looks if you’re money being spent . My nails fell off the second week after getting them done .
