I called them first thing this morning for towing service of my sons car. They were polite and professional and let me know to expect a phone call when driver was on his way. The driver called, super friendly, showed up when he said he would and the whole process just really exceeded my expectations. Thanks for being top notch. Needed my truck towed after a breakdown. They showed up in less than 20 minutes with the right equipment. The driver was friendly and the price was right! They got me taken care of quickly, which in turn got my truck to the shop in time for repair the next day. Highly recommended.

Had my car towed yesterday and had told the guy I wanted it delivered to a certain shop. I called the shop and they stated they did not have my vehicle. I call Pinks back and say which shop I told the person I wanted it brought to. He responds with No, you said .... which i had not mentioned at all. If you want them to get to your car quick theyre great but for $85. I expect my car to be where I needed it to be.

I called Pink’s after another tow company quoted me 90+ minute arrival time. My decision was based solely on reviews, and I was not disappointed. Very affordable and fast. George arrived in under 30 minutes and had my car loaded before my ride made it. He was extremely kind and made sure I was safely in his truck while he worked, and then waited with me until my ride arrived. His positive attitude helped ease some of the anxiety I was feeling over the situation.

My car wouldnt start and I had no idea what was wrong with it, this towing company came highly recommended by my car dealership and they were not wrong about it. The guy was so nice when i called and said that they would call when they were on the way out, not even 10 minutes later he was on the way and jumped my car so that he could tow it to the dealership. He was kind and courteous, he explained things that could be going on with my vehicle and explained what he saw that could be the issue. You could definitely tell that he was well experienced and knew what he was doing. Would highly recommend to anyone that they use this company for their towing needs.

Pinks towing was wonderful to work with. From the call time to pick up was about 35 minutes. Driver called and was very friendly and courteous. Driver was knowledgeable and helpful. Great company to work with.

Just witnessed on Baymeadows road one of the trucks blow past a school bus stop sign while kids were getting off. When I called the company it was clear the “boss” was in the truck with the driver as he said he just told me he didn’t see it. I called immediately after witnessing it. He said “thanks for bringing it to my attention”. No excuses. Obviously shouldn’t be driving a licensed vehicle if you can’t see a stop sign!

Stranded at the Town Center Publix 6:00 pm rush hour traffic. Called Pinks Towing the guy that answered the phone very nice, told me the driver would call when he was on his way . About 15 minutes later got a call from George the driver said he would be there in about 30 minutes from the Avenues . Even in rush hour he was spot on and called me to say he was still on his way . George was GREAT !!! Friendly, happy and professional! Not many people like that anymore. Thanks Pinks and Thank-you George !

When you have the name of your company on the side of your vehicle, your actions are on display for the whole world to see. I experienced a road rage incident with the driver of their wrecker. The whole time, he had a full size pickup on the back. Was driving in a totally unsafe and irresponsible manor.

Pinks Towing saved the day! My girlfriend had a blowout on the 295 East Beltway, and was able to baby it to the Wendys parking lot. She didnt feel safe driving it because it was leaking some fluid. This was at night, mind you. I called up Vern at Pinks Towing and within a half an hour he had arrived with his truck, put the vehicle up on the bed, and towed it to my mechanic after hours so they could look at it in the morning. Safe, fast, reliable service. There is only one service I will call if I need a tow, and thats Pinks Towing!!!!!

Hung up in my face! I was giving details on what was required to tow my car and the employee who answered the phone was barely listening because he kept saying huh after every statement that I made. I told him that I was in a separate destination from my car and would need him to pick up the key from me then go to my cars location. Somehow he missed this simple direction. When I corrected him (coyly laughing from such a simple misunderstanding), he let his personal feelings get in the way and he hung up in my face. Great company who hangs up in the face of a female stranded with a disabled car. Looks really good for that whole pink breast cancer awareness.

As a business owner its citical for me to keep our trucks on the road and productive. We recently had a problem with one that was stuck just 3-4 miles from our shop. I called Pinks for a tow then headed out to meet our driver and wait for the tow truck. The Pinks truck was there when I arrived! Very friendly people, found the truck with no hassle, and quickly got it to the shop for repair. I wouldnt call anyone else for my company or personal vehicles.

I was recently in a car accident and needed a tow. My father had hired Pinks in the past and recommended we contact them. They met my husband at the site in under 15 minutes and had the car in tow, promptly and professionally. The driver even helped take pictures of the damage and texted them to us (my husband didnt have a good-quality phone or camera with him). My husband rode to the collision center and was well taken care of throughout the whole process. We highly recommend this towing service to anyone in need.

After working on our F-150 stuck the mud in our yard for 2 days, I called Hagerty Plus Road Service for help. Because it was 150 feet off the paved road and their max footage for help is 100 feet, they suggested we called Pinks Towing for help. Spoke with Vernon Johnson he offered to be there in one hour. Bingo, he was on time, extremely concerned with not causing damage to our truck that was stuck up to the axles and the undercarriage was on the ground. With his years of experience, he had pull chains attached to his wench and we were rolling again in just a matter of minutes!! Saying he was professional would be an understatement. He was clean, courteous, well spoken and extremely knowledgeable and extremely reasonable. What more could you ask for. Thank you Vernon.
