Great service, timely as well.

I would recommend any place or any other used tire shop but this place. They advertise sets but literally have not 1 set of tire. Patches fall out that they do. And they run false advertisements to get you in the door. Not to mention the aggressive mentality of the shop owner the second you disagree with him. Stay away!

Im a repeat customer and each time I use this service my expectations are always exceeded! Ive recommended nello tire city to all my family and associates.

Do NOT rent a uhaul from this location!!! I rented one on uhaul app on 10/10 for 10/14. Got email confirming rental. Arrived at location to pick up. Establishment was dirty and looked run down. Uhaul truck was parked in making vehicle impossible to get. When we pulled up reservation on uhaul app, it said that no vehicle had been assigned to our reservation and to call Shiela. No answer. The door to Nelos was slightly ajar, we knocked and they shut door. Clearly they were there but didnt want to deal with us. We had to rush to Normandy Blvd uhaul because we were aupposed to be in Hilliard to pick up furniture being donated to hurricane victims who lost everything. They took care of us and got us on way. Rent uhaul from them not nelos!!!! We wouldnt have even left our vehicle on the premises if nelos if they did have a truck for us!!! Then once we were on the road, 1 and half hours after my 7 am reservation time, a gentleman from nelos called to tell me my truck was ready if I hadnt gotten another one yet. Really?!?!?!?!?! This is why you should never rent a uhaul from this business. Uhaul should be embarrased to be associated with this business!!!!!

Been going to get work done here for over a year....for some reason consistent customers doesnt hold any ground...he forcefully completed a repair job of which I informed him I could not afford to get done at the moment just so he wouldnt lose the job. #MoneyHungry Then claimed its best for his business that he doesnt release my car until the balance is paid in full...I will not be returning back. I advise you to find a more committed and consistent mechanic...the craxy things people do fo money! SMH
