I read the reviews and was extremely worried but when I called to make an appointment to get my car back the lady i talked to was very friendly and helpful. The day I went to get my car I got there a little early and they helped me right away. They were super friendly and helpful and I got my car back quickly. The man that helped me was extremely professional. I looked my car over and everything looked fine and I went through all my belongings and nothing was missing.

My husband Terry and I went to recover our truck that was repossessed. I read the reviews and was prepared for the absolute worse! I thought all my things would be “missing”, we had valuable items and some hidden cash in the vehicle and I thought it would all been gone, but nope! Everything was bagged up and in clear bags. Them doing that made it easy to vacuum the car lol. We met with Jamie, who seemed pretty straightforward and professional to me! Before I signed the paper she allowed us to verify that EVERYTHING was in the car! It’s not their fault we didn’t pay for our truck note and the truck had to be repossessed. I don’t like the appointment system and I hate that white big writing on my window lol, but all went well! Go in there with a good attitude and you will get the same in return. Thank you, Jamie!

Despise all the bad reviews, I actually received all my items that was in my car. And when I got my car it was just like I left it. And Quita was super sweet and very patient. Not to mention the whole procedure of getting my car back was quick and easy.

They were relatively helpful and polite over the phone when arranging to pick up my car. The woman who actually greeted me and brought my car out to me was very nice and things ran smoothly. So i thought. I realized once i actually got into my car and the woman had retreated back behind the gate that my phone mount and charger were missing, and all my stuff had been bagged up in the back seat. I looked in my glove box to find all my personal documents were missing as well. With account numbers and sensitive data. When i got home i looked through the bagged stuff thinking everything would be there, but no. Over $100 worth of electronics and household supplies were gone - including laundry detergent! And my papers were all over the place. This is a breach of privacy and theft.I came into that experience with a very reasonable and respectful attitude. I understood this company has a job to fulfill and the only one at fault for my car repo was me. So, those of you that say its all about how you handle the situation with these people - thats a yes and no. They certainly mirrored my politeness and proved their customer service can be more than amiable, but theyre straight up SHADY. THIEVES. And OUTLAWS. Whomever disagrees in their reviews either knows someone or works directly for the company.Anyone that was repod and missing items should report this incident to the company whom you owed money to that hired them.

This place came and picked up my car repoed in the middle of the morning at least they would have gave us a chance to bring the car they didnt give us a call asking us to bring the car they just crept in the middle of the night of morning and repo the car charged us $400 for the car even though we were a few months behind and pavements and charge late fees how are you going to charge someone $400 for a car that you chose to come and pick up without giving a person a chance to bring the car to you however a couple of times the person that answer the phone was rude but of course I got that in check in person and they dont let you park in their driveway they do have a sign they want you to park on their grass and watch you from their cameras again however they did allow us to park in their driveway let me get my belongings out of the trunk of my car so I hope anyone else that goes there or have their car there whether it was taken there or repo I pray that you have a better experience.

Nothing but a bunch of thieves! They are keeping my belongings and claiming it wasnt in my truck! My sons carseat, my husbands wallet, my sons brand new scooter he just got for Christmas, a brand new bottle of perfume, a loaded gun clip for my husbands gun. And much more inside our glove compartment. How pathetic of this company to keep other peoples items. Especially a childs Christmas gift....

A lot of people locate this review section to immediately bash and try to ruin a businesses reputation by posting bad review.I wanted to tell the experience I had because this place is NOT A BAD COMPANY.It’s all in the approach, non of us are happy that they are doing there job and repossessing outlet cars but they were professional and did everything that was asked of them.The driver (although he gave me a hard time) respected me through the whole process.Thank you specialized towing and my deepest apologies to everyone there I had given a hard time to!

This company was hired to tow my car. Items were missing from the glove box which has triggered an investigation. I have been so nice to them but they have a rude lady who works for them. They make up stories to play to their interest. reading through their reviews I can see this is a constant problem of theirs. If you have a choice do not chose them for anything.

Did not get all my personal items. The DVD player was missing, 2 pairs of prescription glasses were also missing and nothing from my glove box. Car was repoed, you would think they know your having a hard time financially and maybe not rob you. I had the money to get my car back but the way they pulled it out of my yard makes me think they damaged it. I went and bought another newer modelPeople suck!

Beware of this company! They are horrible, very rude and disrespectful! When they towed my vehicle my wallet was in the front seat, I also had guns and ammunition in the truck. I called to get my wallet and they would only allow me to get 1 debit card and my drivers license, the representative went through my wallet.. They also stole stuff out of my vehicle and then wanted me to sign a form saying that I received everything before even being allowed to look at my vehicle. This company is awful and I advise everyone to stay away! They stole over $150!

My name is Stephanie and I just left the repo in Jacksonville and the 2 woman that assisted me were so sweet and so understand AND so helpful. For it being a repo they let me get all my stuff out and were super nice and felt bad for my situation and helped me in any way they could. My new pack of cigarettes were missing, things were moved around so I dont know what else is missing or what not but they were sweet.

My name is Isley, I am a previous employee with this company. My experience working here is nothing but the worse. First, the employees performing Repo work in the tow truck do not have a repo license and the owners allow that because they do not want to sponsor them and have them get a repo license in fear that they will immediately leave and open their own towing company so they prefer to break the law. Second, every car that comes in has a property inventory list done which is dishonest by not adding valuables in the list but instead the items are added to the employees pockets and when the customer comes to pick up the item and claims they are missing the items the owners say it was not on the inventory list. The owners and manager sometimes decide to swap parts off the repo cars that go to auction and put them on their amera cars when the employees damage the cars, how do I know well Diego asked me a few times to swap out once a door for a Toyota iA and another time a window for a Toyota Prius and another time a trunk for his black Honda Accord that had a ding on the back.

This is the nastiest employees ever. If your car is repoed and you would like your personal items they charge 150.00. They will not give you your weir cards, medicine, purse or other items unless you pay that amount. The state of FL should have a law against this. They get paid to Repo the car and then 150.00 to collect your personal items.

10/10 would not recommend. Awful customer service. You have to make an appointment get YOUR car that you’ve paid to have released, and there’s no availability but one time. And they’re closed on the weekend. If I could leave one star I would.

I am a wrecker driver myself and I have a serious issue with the way this company fails to use the REQUIRED equipment I.e. Tow lights on the vehicle in tow. They constantly pull cars at high rate of speed with zero brakes lights or turn signals alert the car around them. In addition they are operating illegally with some of there trucks that have a Miami, Florida address and phone #. This must be a Duval county address and phone number. There trucks are also not being registered with Duval county for a wrecker sticker. This is a criminal. offense, knknow as I was tickected for operating a tow truck without a valid reg sticker which

Also reported them to my lein holder because their driver who repoed my van was high on something that night and was the same one who refused me the manager. Already have reported the to the BBB and Ken Amaro with first coast news.

These people just say we do it by appointments .. they just want to keep the vehicle for more days by saying this as storage fee .. I went and sit outside for 4 hrs no one entered gate to pick up the car .. best fraud company i came across

I really hope the owners read this. I went to get my car back, when the rude and disrespectfull red hair gold teeth girl named jaim brought my car i noticed her eating my kids cookies so i confronted her mostly because she had a lit up ciggarrete inside my car. She got mad and said heres your cookie back and spit it on top of my seats!! I left it like that and came back at 8pm to talk to the manager and let things calm down and she was still there with a bunch of kids running around inside, what kind of place is this?? I just left it like that but i think management should take a good look at who they hire. This place it a guetto place in the day time with disrespectuff people and kids playground at night.

I understand businesses have rules to abide by and can only do so much, but these people make it as hard as possible to get your car or belongings back. We fought for over a month about a day to come, explaining my husband was in the military so it was very hard for him to just get any day off. After him finally getting a day off and them finally agreeing we could come, we drove about an hour there and it was the most complicated thing to find. We went to one gate and they told us to go around, fine no big deal. We went to the other gate and waited about 10 minutes but no one came out, so we moved to a third gate. Another car pulled to the gate we were at previously and someone came out immediately to help them, so of course we were confused but we just went back to the other gate and waited another 10 minutes. We called and someone said the lady would be right out. Our appointment was at 12:30 and by then it was around 12:45 (keep in mind we were there on time they just took forever to come out and directions on where to go were never made clear.) finally someone came out, but told us we were late so had to come back. Her exact words were “oh nuh uh y’all should’ve been here on time you gotta make another appointment.” So I explained we were there on time and we’ve been through hell making an appointment there and she basically called me a liar telling me “we have video cameras and I didn’t see your car.” She was the most unprofessional and rude person I’ve ever met. We have a video of her yelling at me and telling me to “shut up because she’s doing me a favor by letting us in past our appointment time.” There’s a way to talk to people and even if she genuinely thought we were late, there’s no reason to speak to anyone like that. They put the remainder of our stuff in the car in a trash bag which was ok but I looked through and half of our stuff is missing- I’m assuming they stole it because I know for a fact it was here- my Bluetooth speaker for the car, missing money (I guess my bad for leaving it in the car but I had no idea it would be towed), etc. I’m a very patient person and understood it was a process, but there’s never a reason to make things so complicated and be so unprofessional and steal from customers cars.
