Keith Norton dropped what he was doing and came to pick me up after my transmission quit shifting into gears 50 miles from my home... he was courteous, helpful, polite and so friendly!! I feel like I’ve met a new friend! Price was very good and service was EXCELLENT! Keith treated my truck like it was his own, making sure the towing device was aligned correctly and his driving was extremely safe... would definitely recommend this company for any wrecker service!!!!Thank you so much!!!

These guys are FANTASTIC! CALL ROCK IT WRECKER SERVICE FIRST!!! At 7:30 my Husband, Kids, and I slid off the road into a ditch, in our truck. We got out to look, and absolutely thought the worst. When the guys showed up to pull us out, they were so nice, and helpful. We had them in a ditch full of water trying to dig out a place they could hook to. At 9, we drove away with a scratch! We cant thank you guys enough!!

This is by far an amazing company. I called in because I locked myself out of my 2019 Freightliner when i called in the gentalman I spoke with said iv never unlocked one but i can be there is less than 30 mins and I will try. When he got here about 20 mins after we hung up he was in my truck within 5 mins or less. He was a very quick working and very kind. I definatly recommend them to anyone hands down the best service.
