It’s not usual to leave a review about a towing company, especially when they have towed your car, however, it is surprising when the people working for these type of companies are so kind and understanding. Although my vehicle was towed 😞; Dinah was so amazingly polite and nice! Thanks for making this experience a bit better!!

I can tell you by personal experience that this company is professional and treat people with respect, particularly Karen and Desiree. They are very friendly, kind, and go above and beyond to take care of the customers. Susan is not so friendly - very rude and treats people with much disrespect. She could learn a lesson on customer service. As someone with past customer service experience, I would expect to be terminated for the way she treated me.

ASAP saved the day, I called them out of desperation. My truck broke down in the middle of the road, on Park Ave in Orange Park. I called 6-7 companies (went down the list on Google) and finally got to ASAP Towing, who was able to get there in less than an hour, and also had a very reasonable rate. I wish I could leave a 10 star rating. I operate from Orlando and they were nice enough to hold my truck to the next day for when my mechanic could get to it. They also gave my guy a ride. I wish I had found them sooner, they would have saved me so much headache over the last 10 years. Thanks ASAP.

It did take a while for the driver to rescue me, but he was courteous and professional. Took great care of my car, and took it to where I needed to have it repaired. Great price for service. Definitely recommend.

Do you self a favor and use ANY other tow company besides this. This company is absolutely terrible in every way possible. If I could change my rating to 0 stars I would. I Could not get a tow at all in my apartment complex for an illegally parked car In my spot. Was told there was No email or supervisor to talk to so I could file a complaint so I’m complaining on here. I was treated extremely rude and lied to constantly by the front desk person their name was alexis. The company has advertising all over this apartment for 24/7 towing. The apartment office is constantly emailing tenets to call this company any time do deal with getting a tow. They can not fulfill their 24 hour service at all this is a joke. By far the worst costumer service I have ever experienced and they did not do the job at all, never called back or show up ever. Do not use them.

This was my first towing experience. ASAP Towing was timely, friendly and professional. James was the tow truck driver and he went out of his way to make it a painless experience. Ive called at different times and its always a 45 minute to 2 hour window to wait. My apartment complex uses them and I have yet to see them arrive in a timely manner.... Im not sure if this is common so thats why the rating is low... my interaction with them on the phone has been fine.

The week of Thanksgiving, on my way home to ATL from Jacksonville the clutch went out in my 18wheeler. ASAP towing service came out. Cameron was our service technician. I cannot stress how professional and courteous he was. Excellent towing skills. My truck and trailer were in a tight spot. Cameron made sure we had everything we needed. Even called me the next day to see how everything was going. The best customer service Ive ever had. Would give 10 stars if I could.

You have to pay cash!” They are unprofessional and unrespectful to me! Their website says we can pay card but lady denied that! Because I don’t touch the cash at this COVID-19 situation! She forced me touch the cash to pay the fee! I will sue them!

Broke down in Jacksonville FL on way home to NC not only did a tower get to me in less than 30 minutes they offered storage at very excellent rate. fast forward a month later transporter went to pick up car on day storage was due again but Amy did not charge additional storage she assisted me all the way released my vehicle to transporter and was always courteous and super helpful the entire process. definitely recommend this company to anyone needing towing and storage in that area. When they say 60 minutes just be prepared to wait a while day. Dont even bother calling them they will not help you at all. Literally try any other towing company.

ASAP Towing and Storage sucks. I had a 1998 Audi A4 and I traded it for my truck September 2018. Almost a year ago. Well I signed the title over and got in my truck and left. Now here we are, about 2 weeks ago I get a letter in the mail that my 1998 Audi A4 that I got rid of almost a year ago has been impounded. After jumping through hoops to find out who last owned the car, I offered them to pay the impound fees and I’d waste my personal time to meet them there so they could get the car back. The car is still registered to me because they never went and got the title work done. They told me they couldn’t afford to pay for the impound fees. So I told them to give me the title, since I’m legally bound to the car anyways. So I get the title and the key back. It took 2 weeks for me to get the key the title and the money to get the car from impound. It was $640 the day I found out, and I went there to get the car today. In a 2 weeks span, the fed went from $640 to $1,055 . I have the title in hand, the key in hand and $1,100 in hand to get this car from them. They tell me that because I signed the title, it’s an open title and they will not accept that. I’d have to take off work, to go to the dmv and get a new title for the car then come back and pay an increased rate because the daily storage fee hit again. I have tried sending them messages through Facebook, emailed them twice and even called to see if they would do anything to work with me, given the situation to begin with. No response. So I said fine, I’ll pay you the $1,055 for a car that I paid $500 for, just to get it out of your impound. But since it’s an open title, and they won’t accept it, then I guess it’s not my car. Since it’s not my car, don’t come after me for money, especially since I was just going to pay your outrageous rate anyways and just get it over with. So to all my friends who need a car towed, or truck recovered, don’t use asap towing. They are just in the business to screw everyone. Use anyone else that is available, but don’t spend your money with ASAP.

I tried to get a disabled car towed from a community they are contracted to monitor and their receptionist was rude and not willing to do what theyre contracted to do. Find another youre service to monitor your community. I know were looking for a new one now.

Towed my Lexus from parking at my apartment which is fine cause I didn’t have it registered. But in the process drug the back bumper across the ground causing a hole in the Fiberglass and breaking the bumper brackets and said because the car was missing front bumper they handle those cars differently because it’s basically a POS” ...... so I just dropped it. They thought I was just looking for free things when really I’m just gonna repair it but now I got more to repair .... thanks for not towing my car to best of your ability.

Absolutely fantastic service. I was quoted 2 hours (after midnight) and the drivers were there under an hour and a half. They talked and joked with me the whole time to ease my worries.

I was having trouble from several companies getting to tow my truck. ASAP gave me a fair quote and an estimated time of arrival. Sean, my driver, was quick, efficient, and most of all safe. Loaded my F250 up with no issues and got me deliver to the shop. Made sure I had a ride before departing. Great costumer service. I hope to never use them again but if the need arises I know who to call for a tow.

Total scam. They are rude and dont give you any information. My car was towed out of my OWN driveway in the middle of the night without me knowing. I thought it was stolen when I tried to go to work the next morning. The police finally told me where it was. This company is pathetic and is crooked. Also said they didnt have change so I had to give the guy ane extra 10 because I was 23 cents short and didnt have smaller bills. He just wanted more free money. Pocketed an extra 10 bucks off me. Total scam!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE BUSINESS DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Its a shame 1 star is the lowest rating I can give them because I think even 1 star is very generous.I had to wait from 4 til about 8:30 in the heat with my motorcycle for the truck to show up. The driver was literally one of the most rude people Ive ever met. they charged me 125$ just to go 2 miles up the road, and the best part is the guy was expecting me to tip him.

They dont even deserve 1 star takes them hours to come out. I called at 7 PM called them back again at 9 pm and they said no one was available. I finally got a call back again at 1 am with the driver saying he was far and didnt want to wake me up so call and cancel. Woke up the next morning to have a car towed out of my reserved spot for them to say I would have to wait to get service after I called the day before. Their service is horrible and I wouldnt recommend. Their name needs to be changed from ASAP towing to turtle towing because they do not come out at all.

I am writing a review to give this company 0 stars. I had to at least give one in order to write a review. This company came to my apartments and towed my vehicle without my companys approval. I am highly upset because they not only towed my vehicle but left ugly scratches on the car. When i called to speak with the manager she rudely ended the conversation by disconnecting the phone call. I called back and spoke to Michael who was very helpful with providing me the procedures as to how they move the vehicles. He explained that before they tow the car they notify the apartment complex and provide a tag number. Which is not what they have been doing per my property manager all she recieved was a bill but no pictures of vehicles or tag numbers. This company is very unprofessional and I would NEVER call this company if my car needed towing. This does not end here. I will be searching for the owner

Terrible. I called ASAP asking them to send driver for picking up my vehicle. They said, I have to be at the gate to dispatch a driver. When I arrived at the gate, they said its going to take 45 minutes for driver to arrive and if you wish to leave, driver will call upon his arrival. It took me two hours to get my car. Really poor service from this towing company.

Dispatch told me 1 hr for help. Im on the side of the road at busy expressway. Told me another 1/2 hr. I would had called someone else, otherwise. Still waiting!

This is not a towing company. It has a city contract and by the time you know they have ur car, u wont be able to pay its storage fees. Its thrives off selling cars theyve legally stolen from people who are the hardest hit without them. Its only customer is the City of Jacksonville. Please let them keep this customer as its only one. Use another towing company.

Heed the warnings of other reviewers and steer clear of this towing company! The tow truck drivers are rude and unprofessional. I work with the public at my job and if I talked to people like they do I would be out of a job in a heartbeat! They think nothing of blocking traffic when they are towing a car and ignore you when you ask them to please move so you can get home. This driver cursed at me said told me Two can play at this game! What game? Wanting to be able to get to your home? ASAP needs to do some serious training to teach their drivers some people skills. Or better yet, screen them more carefully.

Every single negative review on here is absolutely spot on.I didnt know that the City of Jacksonville was its only customer.Now that makes sense.Obviously the owner is working alongside some of our elected officials within the city to technically extort and tow peoples car at their will.This company towed my car TWICE while I was living in this condo...Not once did they ever contact me or tell me the reason as to why they did it.This company is absolute TRASH.

My car was towed buy this company and damaged my car, front bumper has damage missing body covers,dirt shoved in the front of my car damaged the ac condenser. Vehicle was in need of towing. I gave the guy on the phone where I was. He said hes not going to send his driver up & down the road to look for me. I gave him point a to point b & I would be in between those points. He kept saying hes not going to send his drivers up & down the road. I said its one direction and if he starts from point a & go to point b he would find me. Then back to cant send his driver up & down looking for me. Instead of cussing him out. I called Akins Towing which had no issues coming to get my vehicle. Dont call these a-holes

Garbage customer service. If I call and politely ask if someone is on site to release my car after hours - and you tell me tough luck I need to call when I arrive, be happy with the $150 Ill pay to support your dying business.

Just horrible. Horrible customer service. SCAMMERS, THIEVES, AND LOW LIVES.All contents of trunk of car they towed we STOLEN. This company has city contracts and abuses customers with RUDE behavior. This can not continue with no mechanism to disenfranchise them. In a free market, it would not abuse customers and continue to operate. It was a horrible scene what the owner did over the phone: just unprofessional, yelling, and irrational P.O.S. It was one of the most upsetting dealings with anyone I ever had in my whole life. Someone that felt that she could abuse a customer over the phone and suffer no consequences. And she did so. If that was out in the open, that business would NEVER have anyones patronage.
