It was a last minute decision for me as Im not good at tending to my hands and feet and they needed help, like real help! Being a gentleman I believe having a clean and neat appearance is good! The young lady who cared for me was Truly Awesome! She didnt just rush through because Im a man but made sure everything was right! She was very Polite and engaged in Conversation and it showed she enjoys her line of work and All her customers! I felt really good and relaxed when she was done, but didnt look like the hobbit I did when I entered! Thank You for the Clean look!

During my visits the salon and the restroom is always clean, neat, and quiet. There’s little to no talking among the staff in their native language while working; which I feel is both annoying and rude to the customers. The service is prompt, reasonable and very professional. Over charging for gel and pedicures. I shouldn’t be paying $40 for a REGULAR gel pedicure especially since I was waiting for a long time because there was only 2 people in there and I’m pretty sure they DONT clean their tools after each use

The guy did my nails and I just got my nails done Saturday and two of them broke Sunday while I was pulling my hair up in a ponytail. This was my first time going there, I’ll never go back it took him over two hours and he still messed them up plus they broke the next day

I went on a Wednesday night, around 7PM, which was close to closing time. The nail tech took her time while doing my manicure and pedicure. I really appreciated that! I got a gel polish for my manicure and spa pedicure with warm wax. This was my 2nd visit and Ill go back, in hopes of getting great service, again.

I went in last wensdnday to get my hands an feet done I asked the man with the glasses that I want a cuticle cut before applying the acrylic an he did not do so I also wanted my nails cut to my liking he made the nails very long 8 of my nails are uncut an 2 of them are will not ever come back to place

Didnt have much of a choice when it came to the chrome/holographic powders which is what I wanted to try. I got almond shape and wanted them to be long I had to explain the shape and once the tech filed them they were too short...I paid 50$ for my nails and definitely wasnt impressed i went here for a girls day with a co worker and I wont be back Ill be going to my usual people in Middleburg for the same style and the proper length for half the price 🤷😩

I have tried many nail salons and I am very happy with this one. They will shape your nails like you want, pointy, square, round, etc. All you have to do is tell them how you like them. Also lots of polish colors to choose from. They are friendly and offered me water, or an ice cold soda. I highly recommend them. Very nice owners.

So, this is about to be long.. I’ve been going to this nail salon since 2004 and never had an issue. Tony (previous owner) was the person that’s been doing my nails since Elementary.Yesterday I went in for the most BASIC thing ever, a full set (coffin shaped) and gel polish. Michael (sits in the very 1st seat by the door) was the one doing my nails. I asked him to not put a lot of acrylic on my nails because I hate thick looking nails and what does he do? Not only made them thick but wide. Google “Duck Nails” and you’ll see.After I voiced my issue, he caught an attitude and told me to “give him time to file them” so I did. After giving him all the time in the world my nails was still thick and wide. So I simply got up, paid for the poor as* full set he did and went down the street to Antique Nails to have them fix his mistakes.Since Tony is no longer coming back, I don’t plan on going back to this nail salon either and definitely would not recommend.

Don’t go here to get acrylics. They use ILLEGAL MMA acrylic powder which is linked to causing cancer!!! Not only that but they do a horrible shaping job and they rush. Don’t waste your money here.

They are just wonderful here. They take their time with you and do a great job. My tech did so good on my brows and the pedi is very relaxing.

Don’t waste your time going to this place. I just got my nails done today and they’re already chipping. I’ve literally done nothing to cause the polish on all 10 of my fingers to chip.Now I have to waste my time going back there to see if they can fix it.

I came here by myself and seen someone I knew and we had a brief conversation. They let the other person go without charging for her eyebrows and when they realized THEIR MISTAKE they decided to charge me because I knew the person and was not going to tell me they over charged me. I had to ask why did it come up higher than expected and they had the nerves to tell me I had to pay for her eyebrows because she paid for everything but her eyebrows THAT THEY FORGOT TO CHARGE HER FOR.Keep in mind we came separately, I did not even know she was going to be there.

Tracy assist me my nails and eyebrows are amazing. The salon is very clean. Its was not busy . She offered beverages. I felt welcome at this salon . She definitely pays attention to detail . Ladies ask for tracy 😁😁😁😁

My favorite spot !!! I love these guys theyre always so nice, generous and funny . I always enjoy myself here . My three favorite techs will give you a pedicure so good youll start falling asleep! 😄 Once I was getting this particular color for about two months so they just gave it to me . I read the comments above about this place being so quite well all I can say is in my opinion maybe the techs thought you wanted to relax because sometimes depending on the day it is very calm and tranquil like visiting a spa . I always recommend this place

They tell you 5 minutes for 45 minutes completely work around you satisfying people who came in 30 mins after you and they leave before you because their services were completed this place is completely disorganized and this will be my first and last time here . Only settled cuz it’s a holiday 🤷🏼‍♀️

Went once before and the service wasnt that good. I had hang nails and my nail beds hurt for maybe 2 days after getting them done. I would give 2 stars for this day. So I try to give this place another chance bc its close to where I live. The next time I went, I took my 8 month old with me who was in his stroller. Ive taken him to salons before and had NO problems. Hes quiet, not whiny. When I got in the door, I told the male I wanted a full set. He goes on and refused to give me service because I had my son with me. He said someone would have to hold him. Even though I brought the stroller ... ? Never going here again.

My visit today was interesting.It is very quiet which is fine with me and I am not sure if that is normal for them but Im content. I did a pedicure only with a French lookPros: My feet is definitely clean and scrubbed right. I can go home happy knowing my feet looking great.Cons: It could be due to the language barrier but they are not able to communicate well when they are working with you.Example: The tech was up in age maybe in his 40s going on 50 with glasses.While scrubbing my heel he kept tapping my legs as I was thinking he should be able to talk and say what he wants. I then asked did you want me to hold my own leg up he stated yes and when I wasnt keeping it high enough he kept tapping my leg.. Lol.That is unusual and the first for me. The tech you should be able to have a tool to utilize our leg weight while you work productively or find a way to hold my leg where is not inconveniencing your client.Secondly my heel is semi smooth but I just went home and put shea butter on it like I normally do which takes care of the roughness on heel.My massage was wack for sure. The other lady next to me was getting better from the female tech.Would I recommend them... Not sure.I wouldnt knock them out all the way bc there are all others in there but I probably wouldnt go back to him.I would suggest they should be more welcoming, catering and attentive
