Lovely people and great pedicure! It was my first pedicure since pre-covid, and I cant tell you how badly my toes were just hurting. But she was very thorough and never hurt me.

Was quoted a 30 minute wait time for acrylics, I waited 50 minutes before I left. Will not be back.

I have been here a few times as a walk-in and the most I had to wait is 15 minutes which isnt bad at all. They always do a great job and everyone is so nice.

Walked in two customers. One getting pedicure and one getting manicure. The man working on the manicure looked at me and no acknowledgement. So I asked for a pedicure. He looked me up and down. Pulled out a note pad and said 30 mins. My second time trying to receive services here and given an outrageous wait time with an empty shop. I could assume why but I won’t but I wouldn’t suggest this nail salon.

This was my first time going here. Lily did my fill. I was out of there in less than an hour! I did not feel rushed at all and the prices are great!! I will definitely be going back. The owner came in and she is a very nice!

Walked in with 2 hours to closing time and all they said to me was “we’re busy”. I came in to get a fill from the first time I visited. I definitely will not give this location any more service due to the rude customer service.

I was a regular customer somewhere else. After my Favorite nail tech retired after having her child it was back to not knowing where to go. Today I was like I need my nails done and I found this nail salon, I walked In and was instantly greeted and put in a chair. I am a thousand percent satisfied with my nails. The prices are great and the work is phenomenal.

Well first of all Im new to the area and I decided to check nail place out. Came after 4pm wanting a full set andpedicure. No answer when I said hello again one of their customers reply back that was getting their nails service. then I nail tech reply with what are you having done. I said a full set and pedicure. they turn around and told me we can do the pedicure but not the full set. I couldnt understand they had for nail techs that had a client. plus one pedicure Tech that was finishing up a client. and there were no other customers before me or asking me waiting to get service. then I said Im new to the area from Atlanta I can patiently wait. no answer from none of the nail techs. and then somebody said its Christmas weekend I said maam its December 21st Friday after 4 p.m. and why are you speaking for them . just bad customer service but never refer nobody to there business and wish them and their business best of luck. dont waste your time. I didnt waste mines I decided not to get my nails done. and just wait until I leave to go Atlanta December 26th there nail techs know how to treat customer much better than these Jacksonville Florida nail tech do. (dont waste your money here or your time)

Great nails. Friendly people, nice facilities. Might need better ventilation because it had the (usual) nail acrylic...aroma and my husband had to leave because it was a bit strong. Didnt turn me away though and I recieved the best set of acrylic nails I ever had!

Very good experience. Affordable price for my pedicure and she did such a fantastic job. Best foot massage Ive ever received. I thought she must have heard me wrong and was giving me the deluxe pedicure, but it was only the standard. Highly recommend this place and will be coming again.

This is by far the best nail salon I have been to in a long time. Great customer service! Excellent work. Very professional. Down to earth. I drive a nice distance just to come here and its worth it! If you love being pampered and feeling great the entire time you are being serviced, then this is the place!

The place isn’t the most up to date when you first walk in, BUT best manicure I have ever had, amazing pedicure and the staff was great! I will make it a point to come here when I am passing through Jacksonville! I recommend calling about an hour ahead of coming in.

Nice people working there. Initially the pedi looked good - when got home and lotion rubbed off - there was A LOT of flaky thick skin left on the heels and polish came off at edges within a week.

I came here for the first time because they’re next to my house. I just wanted a pedicure which normally runs me around $20-35. The pedicure was nice but she started to massage with some wax and failed to tell me it wasn’t included in my pedicure. Basically I’m giving them a 2 stars because she charged me $50. Of coarse I still tipped her but will never go back. I think it’s dishonest to complete upgraded services without discussing fees with your clients if they even want it. I asked for a simple pedicure and due to this was my first time Here I didn’t know the differences between their signature pedicure and a simple one.

I have been going to this nail shop for many years. The owners and employees make you feel at home with a peaceful and postive vibes and while making you welcome .I wish more nail salons would be like this. I love S& K nails and their super wonderful staff.

The owner is a bully. He was cussing out my technician while she was working on my nails. I was very uncomfortable and felt bad for the girl working on my nails. I love the woman that did my nails, and she was always very sweet and accommodating. I wont be going back though because of that little man.

My nail technician of 5 years went overseas for 5 weeks, I had to find somebody quick because my nails were in dire need. God let me to this place. As soon as I walked in I got a good vibe off of the environment and the workers. They made me feel comfortable and welcome. A dude named Jack did my nails, and he slayed my shhh. I freakin love my nails! 😍😍😍 This is my new spot! 😎

The service I received was outstanding! I recommend this nail salon and rate it as 5 stars. The prices are about the same as most nail salons in the area.

Service was good I had to rush though because I had other appointments through out the day. I got a pedicure and a gel polish it looked wonderful

Never going back. Went once and did a great job. Made an appt for tonight and when I arrived, I was told by one of the staff from across the salon, Were busy and cant get to you today. Dont worry, you wont be seeing me again.

My girlfriends and I love this place. We went to the place across the street, but they were RUDE. We werent even acknowledged. So, I searched other nail places and found this one...I didnt even realize it was just across the street. LOL Anyway, we walked in and were welcomed immediately and told it be would be about 20 min. We got some food and came back just in time. We are loud and probably obnoxious when we are all together, but we are funny. The ladies there were so friendly, nice, and even were laughing with us as we busted each others balls. As far as the nails go, very quality work. We did pedis. We went back the other day an a they remembered us. I brought my daughter this time and they loved her. She even got her lil toes done for free...I tipped my lady for it 😊. We got pedis and one if my friends got acrylics or gel, I cant remember. However, she loved that the guy did exactly what she wanted. She wanted him to just out the stuff fight on her natural nail. No tips. She said everyone always insisted on putting the tips on and thats not what she wanted. They all did a great job and we will go back every time to get our nails done. They even do waxing.
