I came in today with a nail catastrophe. My old nail tech Ive gone to for 13 years had to get back surgery so now I am on the prowl for a new salon. I tried one by my house, and they butchered my nails. I asked for coffin, and ended up with half Square half coffin uneven looking nails. I dealt with it for about a week. On my day off work today I found this gem! I was greeted nicely, and asked to wait which is no issue for me considering I was a walk in. Then MsJennifer let me know she does designs which made me super happy. She had me look up her Instagram or look at pictures and find something I like, and she will do it for me. I was on the spot so I chose something not to extravagant I will definitely have something picked out ahead next time. Ms. Jennifer rehabbed my nails, and has them looking so good! Her attention to detail, and the care she puts into her work is admirable. They definitely have a new regular. I HIGHLY recommend this salon to anybody looking for quality, clean work. Thank you Ms. Jennifer for ending my hunt for a new salon i will be back in 2 weeks! 😁

Been twice with my lady and the first time I felt like the lady just rushed on our feet because we was the last people before closing. So we went back. This time we went much earlier. To my surprise we both ended up with the same results. Another rushed appointment from the nail tech. $130 for a rushed job just wont get it for me. The worst part was the lady rushed to go sit down to watch YouTube. Poor service twice. There wont be a third time.

Horrible customer service. I walked I was immediately told we don’t have time for you. Waiting for a client with a appointment. FYI it was other nail technicians with empty seats. Horrible service!!!!!

I went here a year ago and had a very bad experience, but thinking it could’ve just been a bad day I was talked into going here by a friend once more and had an equally bad experience. My gel polished was removed by the electric drill (instead of a file) which ended up sanding down my real nail bed. I was cut several times by the tech and said “ow” loudly enough for her to hear to which she did not respond. She cut my nails much shorter than I had asked and the paint didn’t even cover my full nail. The clear gel coat is also under my nails and now my nails are so thin from the drill and buffer that I can’t even try to pick the clear part off. The rest of the day has gone by and my nail beds are still very sore. On top of this, she was aggressive while removing my polish with the scraper and kept yanking my arms and hands around and continuously stopped working on my nails to answer the phone and schedule appointments.Awful experience. Unprofessional establishment. Go anywhere else.

Its been a week and 2 nails have already fallen off. When I sat in the chair, he automatically started putting my nails on. Didnt do my cuticles, didnt cut, file or buff my nails. Didnt even get the nail shape right. My nails hurt after getting them done. I already need a new set after 1 WEEK because they werent done properly and already look super grown out. My first and last time going there.

Don’t let the inside fool you, this is one of the worst nail salons ever. At first I was extremely pleased with the nail tech that I had. He really took his time, made sure it looked exactly like I wanted. I got a full set of acrylics with the dip powder, per the recommendation from the nail tech, and I was pleased. BUT, less than a week later, 2 nails broke so I went back to have them fixed. I had a different nail tech who obviously didn’t want to fix them, was completely sloppy, and didn’t fix it when she pointed out the color didn’t match. The next day, another nail broke. I will never be back.

It’s nice on the inside but if you are getting full set acrylics don’t go here. they made my coffin shape wayy to bulky and the lady who did my nails cut me multiple times with out saying anything

Waited a little over 40 minutes while one nail tech wasn’t even busy. But then another nail tech took me back and I told him what acrylic shape I wanted he made comments and asked why I didn’t want a different shape. He also said if it weren’t for him no one would’ve done my nails because everyone wanted to go home. Definitely won’t be back

After learning that the nail shop I had always attended had closed, finding a new nail shop wasn t going to be easy. They don t all come out right. But Bartram nail did. They real satisfy.

Absolutely horrible!! NEVER GOING BACK. I had two different people help me. Both were incredibly rude. I asked for sns manicure and got the sns.. charged for the manicure as well... but got NO manicure whatsoever. He didnt even touch my cuticles or put the cuticle oil or lotion on at the end. I feel like I was just being rushed out the door and that they did not care about how my nails turned out whatsoever. Matter of fact, my nails already look grown out and I got it done today...Complete waste of time and money. Save yourself the trip - GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Nice environment but will not be back. Very rude service. We waited 30 minutes for the pedicure without even an apology. I would normally not mind since we were in the massage chairs, but even when it was our turn, they were not kind. My nail tech stopped my pedicure to go and cash another customer out and answer the phone.. with my same gloves tried to come back to my pedicure! I asked her to change her gloves and she had an attitude about it! Will not go back here.

Clean nail salon and in a well kept area. The tech i used spoke English well and understood what i was asking for. I am able to go on my lunch breaks during the week and have my nails done and I feel like they are reasonably priced.

Not sure who my nail tech was but nail painting was very rushed and sloppy didn’t take her time. Unfortunately I am not impressed :(

One of the workers had such an attitude. While I was getting my nails done he kept getting frustrated and was in a hurry. All he just did was shave off my gel from my previous mani and then kept ignoring me whenever I asked for a certain shape I wanted my nails to be. My nails aren’t bad but they definitely aren’t the best. I won’t be coming here again and the prices are to high for such a sloppy, lazy, quick job. $35 for a gel fill in? Really?

Their customer service is good and bad. Those who are kind and considerate are somewhat overshadowed by the ones who wont speak English and talk to each other constantly as if you arent even there. I go because its convenient, and Im often short of time, however its not nearly the best experience you can have near Mandarin.

I am here now for a level two pedicure. The place is clean and inviting. Depending on who does your pedicure you may get a friendly tech and you may get someone who ignores you (like today). Plus I got a terrible massage. I wont be back, there are too many other nail shops in the area to try. The massage part is everything to the experience in my opinion.

I was out of town and discovered a charge to Bartram Nails. I called to speak to Jenniger the nail tech but the lady answering told me she was the manager. I told her about the charge and she was familiar with it. She said she ran it again from a visit 3 weeks prior because she didnt include the tip. She even said she called my credit card company and they said it was ok. It was a debit card, and there was no way they called her. I was forcefull in telling her this was fraud and I was not happy with her running my card again. Beware of your account!!! This is unlawful and stealing in my book!!!

Staff is indifferent and sometimes rude. They never have enough staff to service customers. I left my other salon because this one is closer but I wont be back. I arrived today more than an hour before they closed for a simple fill and they turned me away and this was not the first time this has happened!. I am happy to take my business elsewhere.

Tried this nail salon for a mani/gel after getting a referral from a lady in my neighborhood and when my normal salon (Nail Spot) was totally booked. When I first walked in, there was no music on and the owner was on the phone yelling at a supply vendor (from what I gathered) about being unhappy with shipping and shipping costs. I sat down at the station they asked me to sit at and the towel had someone else’s finger nails all over it. When I asked to switch out the towels, she seemed rather bothered by my request and just brought back the same towel after shaking it off in the back. I didn’t want to stir the pot anymore and just let it be. Bad mistake. The tech then proceeded to cut my nail beds when trimming my nails, I told her and she did it again on the next nail. Mid-grooming, she proceeded to take out earphones, get on her phone and call someone. She wasn’t paying attention to what she was doing, which is why she cut my nail bed. She just seemed so bothered by the fact that I was there. I switched over to the gentleman next to her once he finished the last client and when my nail tech got up to take a call. I ended up paying for a whole different service because I wanted to leave her chair so bad and needed an excuse to ask what he was doing with the previous lady’s nails (they looked great) and he said SNS. So, I said that is what I would like and he said come sit right here. In the end, I would rather stay across the street at Nail Spot where I never have to wonder if it’s going to be a great and positive experience each time I walk in - it just is.

Clean environment however I went in to get a dip powder manicure may 2nd. I realized the lady was rushing but I ignored because they turned out well. Not even a week later and my nails are completely chipping off which is not suppose to happen with dip powder. My momGot shellac May 3rd and her nails are chipping as well after only a week of having them . For that to be my first experience at this location I was not happy. I had high hopes because of the reviews but no luck.

Last minute pedi on a Fri afternoon because I had some unexpected free time become available. The experience was terrible. The nail tech was rude. She told me my toe nails were too short, but continued to trim them. I told her to stop. It hurts and not to worry about trimming them. I explained I had trimmed them earlier in the week because they were too long. This was a last minute unexpected pedi. The whole experience was rushed and uncomfortable. Then when it was over and I was waiting on the toes to dry, she told me again they are too short and next time dont cut them. I told her again this was an unexpected visit but not to worry, I will never be back. I would have been better off throwing the 25.00 out the window. The place sucks!

The person who did my pedicure was extremely rough and made it hard to relax. I had a gel manicure one week ago and the polish starting chipping within 4 days.

Very disappointing when you schedule an appointment and have to wait 30+ minutes I understand things come up from time to time, But this happened on two different occasions consecutively. As a business owner myself you must respect your clients time. I do not have my nails done on the weekends because they do not accommodate appointments 👎 but I respect their rules is why I do not indulge on the weekends. I cannot and will not wait to get my nails done, there are too many salons awaiting my business. I doubt I will go here again I think this place has potential to be 4 or 5 stars but my finger nail cuticles are so raw from the abrasive way the man nail tech filed my sns...my poor cuticles were collateral damage!! I have never experienced this in the 20+ years I have been getting my nails professionally done.. sadly I didnt realize it was how much pain / raw my cuticles were in until I left/ ran my hand under water. Also, my sns nails came out too chunky.Pros: nice place appears clean but I did notice some things that made me question if they clean their nail equipment between guests.2. Great massage chairs3. Spacious4. I received a decent pedicure but the express service is just that express, no hot towels or nothing the woman nail tech did pretty good with my feet. But for the price of their express pedicure I get a good hot stone pedicure at American Nails.5. Modern / newly updated.6. My eyebrows were done nice.Cons: my poor cuticles were rubbed raw!! Never again! I wouldnt recommend Bartram Nails to anyone. It may appear nice and clean which is good, but that is the only decent thing about the salon. I went to get a pedicure with my fiancé and they sat us in pedicure chairs where we waited 45 minutes for them to finally tell us two other people were here first so they would take care of us after. They did not even run the water for us to soak our feet or offer us a drink. They were completely understaffed for a Saturday. Regardless of the quality of the pedicure, the salon does not know how to run a business that satisfies customers. Please take my advice and bring your business elsewhere!!!

Do NOT come to this nail salon. I went there last week for a fill and a color change.... there were six people ahead of me.. no big deal. After waiting THIRTY MINUTES a lady comes up to all of us and says only TWO people in the whole shop know how to do acrylic nails and we would have to wait AT LEAST another 2 hours... this nail shop has got to be a joke. The staff were rude and unprofessional. Do NOT waste your time here. I will NEVER return and I will NEVER recommend this shop to ANYONE....

This is the WORST place I have ever gotten my nails done they were rude unprofessional and sloppy! They are also the most expensive place I’ve ever gotten my nails done a full set 32 dollars not worth it considering my nails broke within a day bc the lady rushed through them. I came here with my little sister when I called and made an appointment I asked for her to sit next to me bc It was her first time when we got there we waited 30 min past our appointment time and they sat us on opposite sides of the salon even though the 3 seats next to me were empty! They were rude not only to me but my 10 year old sister.

A girlfriend and I went here a couple weeks ago. The facility is very clean and modern but I was less than satisfied with my service. We both got a gel mani and pedi. The pedis turned out great but the manicures were awful. We both left with nail polish on our skin and huge bubbles in the polish. We both got glitter polish (for the holidays) and it was done so unevenly. I understand that glitter polish works differently than regular polish but they just looked terrible. Mine started to peel off within DAYS. Not just chip, but actually peel off like the nail polish I would get when I was a kid. I think I would blame that more on the formula of the polish and not the staff though. Also, I have small warts on a couple of my cuticles and I could tell the lady doing my nails was talking to someone else about them before asking me about them. I am already fairly self conscious about them and this whole experience just made me uncomfortable.

I requested SNS and got it but it was not what is suppose to be. SNS is removed by soaking off without drilling. They drilled to get done fasted and damaged my nail bed. 😬 They are also over priced compared to other salons. No cool. Shop is clean and new but, I wont go back or send any one else there.

This used to be my go to nail salon until my last visit there turned out to be an unpleasant one. Even more dissapointing is that a friend who I had highly recommended this place to met me there that day to also get her hands and feet done. Her technician was actually fine but she was sitting next to me and witnessed first hand how rude mine was. For starters my technician seemed annoyed with me, making faces and talking to my friends technician in her native language, pretty sure she was talking about us. The entire pedicure was rushed and half done. Then at the end when it was time to cash out my technician was noticably irritable that I was not paying cash and instead using my credit card. For this very reason, a generous tip was not given, I was so disaapointed with the service and crappy attitude I had to put up with for no obvious reason. To be fair, the technicians that did my and my friend’s manicures were totally fine as was my friends pedicure technician. It’s very unfortunate that my pedicure technician being in a bad mood carried over into her work. They lost two customers that day and I have now found a much better place to get my hands and feet done where I feel welcomed and receive excellent service, Lavish Nails Lounge off of Old St Augustine. No need to turn back.

If i could give negative stars i would, please do not ignore the bad reviews like i did. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Each person had a different price. It was my worst experience ever.

They dont greet you and talk about you in front of and behind your back. It got so bad I just walked out. There work is subpar and they look heavy like press on nails.
