First time going to this place and Im glad I did! Super friendly and welcoming staff. I had my acrylics removed and a gel manicure. It was done quickly but not rushed. Definitely pleased with the outcome and recommend to anyone who might be skeptical about going to a new place. I dont get my nails done too often but the next time I do I will definitely be going back!

So I got my nails done there about 2-3 weeks ago and at the 2 week mark I took the polish off so that I could paint them myself again. Well once I took the polish off it looked as if I had acrylics and my nails are now so brittle and break so easily. I’ve always had very healthy strong nails but now they are damaged and brittle. I’ve had my nails done professionally a few times and it has never been like this. Will never come back.

They are absolutely the best in the area. Paris nails really cares and does great work. Ricky and his crew never disappoint me and always make me feel like family. I just love going here there pedicures are some of the best I have ever had.

At first I thought it was all going okay until I still had stuff around and under my nails not cleaned up that well, but it was cleaned supposedly because they were done. So I mentioned it and got them touched up and I just wasn’t fond unfortunately. I felt confident at first with how much my friend told me about them. But afterwards I just wasn’t feeling it and the design by far was rushed. Just wasn’t what I thought or expected. I am sure they do better work, so definitely not saying that, and everyone has their days. But I definitely wasn’t feeling these nails or the time they put into them (which does take time and skills). Plus I’m not use to getting them, but either way, in my perspective they could’ve been better. Just keep at it, and I’m praying those days get turned around, as we all have them.

My nails have never looks so gorgeous and cared for to include the pedicure I got which has lasted me for a month now and they still look anew. The nail techs are amazing, kind, know their knowledge with the tools they use, and their area is very clean and organized. The pictures below are my nails when I got my full dip acrylic set and when I got them removed. I really couldn’t have asked for any place better.

I went in for a full set, ended up with a new style of nails and a fabulous pedicure! I would highly recommend this place. Its clean, comfy and they have every color and style!

I asked for a specific design and the guy said “ok” and I got NOTHING close to what I asked for.My nails were not the same shape or the same length the gel clear polish was lumpy and I had a couple bubbles. He put so much polish on that it chipped off within 3 days.

Love this place already, they were very careful at paying attention to details and my nails came out awesome! Definitely will be coming back!!!!

Came in when they first opened and was very pleased. Had a pedicure done first which was absolutely amazing! My feet feel better than ever! Then I saw Jessica who did my nails. I did sunset ombrea nails and Jessica suggested a few things from the bright colors to the diamond nail art. She did a fantastic job. Im thrilled that I found this place awesome people and excellent work! Will definitely be back and bring my friends!

I came here yesterday and it was ok, the person who did my nails was a bit on the disrespectful side not tomention kept complaining just because i moved my hair out of my face. i used to come here all the time but now it really isnt all that great anymore.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. Ricky is wonderful! I broke my nail off not even a week after getting them done and he got me in no problem and touched up my top coat and did it all out of the kindness of his heart. Wouldn’t even let me tip him! I highly suggest going here!

Wanted to love this place. My nail tech Ricky was very nice, funny and easy to talk to. At first glance I loved my hot pink acrylic nails ombred to sparkles. But my one hand the almond shape was pretty wonky. Then when I looked again they were pretty far up from my cuticle line. Now a week and a half later they are lifting in the back pulling my hair when I wash and rinse my hair OUCH! Usually this doesnt happen till 3 weeks for me. I also got a pedicure. Two of my nails were chipped after 2 days. Now four are chipped. Usually my pedicures last atleast a month if not longer.. nails were a bit expensive at 55 dollars considering the quality. And my pedicure was 35. I left 10 for each tech. I wont be going back again.

By far the best experience ever in this wonderful salon. Super clean and when I say super clean, if you get a pedi, they use a disposable liner for each use, that means no spreading germs, fungal infections and when you receive a mani, its a one time use...a plus. Took 3 of us in spot on, gave us refreshments and made us feel comfortable and relaxed.If you want a place to have a mani/pedi....this is your place.I give them 5 🌟.

I went there today with my children and mother and they were incredible. They were so hospitable and nice, as they were patient. My 3 year old got her nails done for the first time and kept messing them up but the ladies redid them and never got impatient. Hands down the best place i have been to and i love my nails!

As I walked into Paris nail salon, which was somewhat busy, I signed in and began to walk to restroom. The man there working on someone nails began to shout at me, “Can I help you?” I then stated I’ve already signed in and wanted a pedi and eyebrow wax, he then told me to sit down over there as he pointed his fingers. I said no, I have to use the restroom. He then said as he rolled his eyes, oh please. I didn’t feel as I was wanted there and it was very embarrassing as a grown woman, being yelled at in front of a large group of people by a grown man. I took my unwanted self and spent my money elsewhere. Will not return again and will not recommended them to anyone.

Decent enough place, my go to is Aloha and decided to switch it up for my fill in. The lady who did my nails was nice, but the paint is already peeling...its been maybe 5 hours and Ive done nothing that could warrant peeling paint.

I wanted to go a few times before I gave my review. Well, I’ve been numerous times now, & I am very satisfied. Jessica is punctual, polite, fast, & does a great job. I would highly recommend her. Every time I’ve scheduled an appointment, she’s started on time & gets me in & out. Nice, clean salon also!

My tech, the older gentlemen Ricky, was very rude. Kept threatening to charge me more because my wrist wasnt bending in the direction he wanted or I wasnt relaxed enough as he put on a full set of acrylics, and he did charge me extra. Got the basic pedicure package, basic french tip acrylic nails and he charged me $91. Also did a very messy job. He didnt listen to what I had said I wanted, did his own thing until I asked him politely to do it the way I asked and then proceeded to get an attitude about it. Highly recommend going somewhere else, or at least not getting your nails done by him if you do go there.

Based on the reviews I thought this place was going to be great but boy was I wrong! He applied diamonds on my ring finger with some glue that made my whole nail sticky and all day my nail has been filled with lint and dirt. He cut me several times which didn’t seem to show any sympathy and just kept cutting me. And last but not least most of my nails are not even! Not going back again!

We got a pedicure and choose a color with the 4th toe being a different color. It didn’t look the way I expected so I simply asked to change it like the other toe nail color. They wanted to charge me 5& to just change it. Didn’t do cuticles no oil a 2min massage and a total 20min pedicure. The worst experience I’ve ever had!!!!

I got my nails done a week ago and i’m already missing 4 nails because they were cracking underneath and lifting. The rest of my nails just look horrible too lifting on the sides and almost breaking on the sides. I got a pink and white ombré fade and it’s almost chipping and isn’t cute anymore. i’ve been getting my nails done for years now since i’m a hairstylist and like to have nails and always refer my clients to places i go but i’m not happy i payed $60 just for my nails for them a week later to be missing and not what i expected..

Not coming here again. My fingers were bleeding when I left. The person doing my nails kept skipping and forgetting different fingers and told me to put my hand in the gel dryer and when I went to do the other hand told me not to... I don’t know if they thought I already put it in or not. Uncomfortable experience, just wanted something simple and was charged a high amount. I didn’t ask for a discount or anything, just payed and wanted to leave.

I have been staying to this salon over a year everyone is so welcoming and friendly, if you’re looking for a very nice experience this is the place to go, but by far this is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! Definitely worth coming to, and if you’re looking to get coffin shaped nails . The man is the best

I honestly will not go anywhere else but Paris Nails and Spa. The whole staff is amazing, fun and friendly. Jessica is a miracle worker; so patient, knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable! If I could give 10 stars I would. Never a bad experience!

I have used Paris for about a year now. I like the people. They are very friendly and helpful. Richard does my dip gel nails. He is super sweet and very easy to chat with. Ricky is funny and shared his grapes this morning. It is the personal touch.

I’ve tried a good handful of places in Jax. This place is a hidden gem and this is probably the best dip service I’ve ever had. Done by Jessica. It’s a small, cozy spot with not many employees so I wouldnt be surprised if there’s a wait sometimes. I’ve waited until after the second visit to leave a review. An extremely friendly staff. And most importantly good service and good cleanliness.

We had a great experience here . Absolutely worth it. They allowed my husband and i to have our 1 year old there. Very very patient with us extremely kind. Lots of smile. Not much conversation but meh.Would and probably will go back. Thank you for our pedicure!!!!

The staff also have a large menu of adult beverages. I know its kind of hard finding a good nail tech but shes so nice. No one is pushy, and she is quick & does great with check out. Styles along with excellent prices! I will definitely be switching over to this salon!

They were extremely nice but the quality of the full set I got was honestly probably one of the worst. The thumb on my left hand is super messed up. The fake nail tip isn’t even glued onto my nail and I got cut 3 times by the tech. The tech did the acrylics so far on my nail that it already looks like I need a fill. I asked for a rounded tip and they are all lopsided. The side of each nail are filed down to the actual nail and does not match the acrylic ombré. They are all uneven. Like I said they were super nice, but pretty upset with the quality.

If I could give them more stars I would Best Nail Shop in Jacksonville. Great Experience every time I go Great customer Service and Smiles. My nails last for weeks and always get them how I want them. Rick so nice always willing to go up and beyond.

Some of them are nice. Jacob is such a breath of fresh air, but that’s the extent of it. Rush jobs, and attitudes when you go back to fix a nail. I got cut today during the drilling, and the guy didn’t seem to care. I used to go there when they were named “Foxy Nails”. They’ve upgraded the place, and I still wouldn’t be a regular. Never again. Ricky, the manager’s uncle saw me the other day, and I guess he saw this review, and he turned his back when he saw me lol. If you want better reviews, offer better service. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Great to see a salon that values customers cleaniness with disposable liner, sanitized tools, and serves drinks. Its a nice place to meet up for friends day out, birthdays, bridal showers, and other special occasions for special pricing and discounts. The salon is spacious and can hold a group of private parties. I definitely like what I see.

The guy made me cry and wasn’t able to do the nails I chose. My friends nails fell off after 3 days and her painted toes chipped off for 70 dollars not worth it.

My daughter and I got a pedi and it wasnt a long wait. Very nice people and excellent customer service. Next time Im in jacksonville Im definitely going to come back. Recommended

Never going back here. They cut almost all my fingers and when I showed them I was literally bleeding he tried to tell me it was my Cuticle. When I told them I’m not paying full price they took off $5 but charged me and extra $30 for a design. Rip off. Not happy. My fingers hurt SO bad.

Decent place. Clean and polite staff. Had miscommunication about pricing and when I went to ask for military discount tho. Also just noticed paint is uneven on thumbs. Toes do look great tho.

I used to go here all the time but the last couple years I hadn’t got my nails done. I decided to get them done again and with most places not doing the liquid gel nails and loving the staff here I went again. When I got there I didn’t recognize anyone but Mya. First time she did them everything was great. When I went back for a fill she was very rough and NOT friendly at all. She didn’t put the quality into my nails like she did the first time. I was back within 3 days due to my nails cracking and chipping. She was not happy that she had to fix my nails! I asked if she could round out my nail just a tad more and she replied in a very snappy “in a minute”. I’m done! Won’t be going back! I don’t pay to sit in front of someone and feel like I’m not wanted there. This place was so much better back in the day.

Kim did a beautiful job on my nails and made sure there were no chips or cracks on them before leaving. I would definitely come back to have my nails done here because of her customer service. Best nail salon in jville. Ive tried several since moving here 6 months ago and you either get bumpy, uneven, or what THEY want rather than what you ask for.Van does an amazing job. Very courteous and goes the extra mile to make sure Im happy with the end result for both nails and eyebrows. Will not be trying any new nail salons, Ive found the one!

I was here for two hours for a full set and a tie color change. I picked out a yellow color for my toes, the woman put orange on both my feet and then put yellow and neither colors were the color I picked. The full set I asked for ombré.... I understand a lot of places can’t do ombré so they should of just not of done them, they aren’t bad but they aren’t great either.

The atmosphere was nice, but I got a full set coffin style with gel which was $50. I didn’t mind the price but some of my nails are uneven and some are lumpy. My thumbs are uneven and my nails were based of the longer one, so they seem too long.

I’ve been here numerous times the past couple of months and to say the least, I won’t be coming back. There is always something different wrong. I’m either over charged (I’m talking about $92 for dip powder nails when their pricing sign says $60), or my nails are slanted and NOT straight. This past time I got a yellow color and Ricky insisted that I needed 3 coats for that color. The color started bubbling up an hour after I left, I came back. They fixed it with no charge which was great. But it hasn’t even been a full week and my nails have chipped again and one nail broke by just closing my door of my car.

Lovely music, nice looking, friendly staffs, real relaxed on Honey orange pedi and fabulous pointed nails set with diamond designs. Thanks for making my day. See you soon again.

I came to the nail salon at 10:00 am and didn’t leave until almost 12:40 because they only had 2 employees and kept taking turns in between clients. If I come early, I expect to be taken care of before you start working on someone else’s set and make me wait. The customer service needs more supervision and attention to detail. I was extremely disappointed with the time it took to get a gel mani pedi.

The owner and staff are just amazing super friendly and just amazing service me and my best friend got our nails done there and just love them we got the glow ombre and they are really neat!!
