Ive been going to this nails shop ever since I was about 3 or 4 (Im 16 now), and know a few of the staff. I love being welcomed in every time with their big smiles, glad to see me again. I love the lady that sits in the very front left table (right behind the payment counter) that does my manicures (I get acrylics because my nails are super short). She respects my introverted-ness, but still does a little bit of catching up, hoping Im doing well. She remembers most of our appointments together and practically knows my preferences now, its amazing. Shes just the absolute sweetest, so talented, and just a pleasure to be around. I also love the lady who sometimes wears glasses who does pedicures. She often takes care of me and smiles as she tells how she remembers how small I was when she did my nails years ago. Shes so nice and gentle, constantly making sure that Im perfectly comfortable. Oh, and the way they do my eyebrows is absolutely perfect in my perspective. Anyway, this place is amazing. I personally love this place and how homey it feels.

Just left today and absolutely HORRIBLE!! The guy was obviously in a rush! Paid the 67 deluxe because the girl with red nails was pressuring it and then threw the book on another chair and this is what I got. The guy was extremely rough and I have cut under my toe nails. He did more to one side of my foot and no the other. I try to call 5 times to the shop no one answer. My feet are sore after the experience and everyone in the salon saw that he was beating my legs like it was enjoyment for me but it wasn’t. I was VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!

I’ve been 3 times in a row so far and the customer service has been excellent every time! I get pedicures and their chairs work great and the technicians all take their time and are thorough… I have made this my home place!

I love their treatments and options. Do not like that they speak in a foreign language the entire time.

I came from across town to visit this place, I called ahead and was asked what time I would like to come. There was no wait and I was greeted with a warm welcome. I loved my relaxing pedicure by Candy, it almost put me to sleep.My nails look exquisite. I will definitely return.

ANH has been doing my waxing for at least a year now and she is the best! Eyebrows are always on point!She knows how I like them, she takes the time and doesnt rush like I just want to get it over with. She is so sweet.She does my gel mani too. Same thing, on point, the length I like them, the shape I like them, perfect termination, not rushing.She is off Mondays so I always make sure I make an appointment or walk in when I know shell be working.

The nail tech that did my pedicure was amazing and very sweet....however the male manager is very short tempered rude insulting and extremely unprofessional. His people skills with persons of color is extremely lacking. Will not be returning.

I was a bit apprehensive after reading some bad reviews but Im so glad I went! The ladies there are so sweet! My nail tech Anh was amazing, kept complimenting my nails. The spa pedicure was so relaxing.. I will absolutely be going again.

I went for filling and they didnt cover my entire nail with filling. The guy doing my nails was too busy watching the employees! I also asked to just polish my toes nails to match the color in my hands and they hit me with a $25 charge just for polish!! I shouldve gotten a pedicure instead!! Not coming back!

I will not go back to this salon The customer service was poor and my toe is still healing from the pedi i had done a week ago. She clipped it to close as if she didnt know or wasnt paying attention. My toe is still sore and i know will heal but this was enough for me to go elsewhere.

The guy who did my nails was clearly in a rush and not interested in giving me what I wanted. They’re too long (he was annoyed that I kept saying a little shorter, so I gave up) and I basically had my entire left eyebrow ripped off. They’re uneven and thin - but he keeps claiming how “beautiful” all of his work is and even made me sit in a chair so someone else could inspect my brows after I told him they weren’t even and then stormed out. He was incredibly rude on top of his bad manicure and waxing.Long story short - avoid this place. Thankfully I didn’t have to pay for my eyebrows, but I’m not happy with the entire experience.

I didnt have a lot of time and they were busy, so I was a little concerned. They got me right in. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a friendly man pointing me in the right direction.I opted for the spa upgrade and it was worth the extra cost!! The place is clean and updated. Modern massage chairs and sealed, sanitized nail tools. JC, the lady that did my pedicure was professional and thorough. This may be the best pedicure I have ever had.Dont listen to the bad reviews, most people only post when there is a problem, not when they have had a positive experience. I almost passed this gem up, Im glad I didnt. Highly recommended.

Poor quality. I originally wanted regular polish but was convinced by a worker to get gel because it lasts longer and dries quickly. My manicure lasted one day. I will not be going back.

Buyer Beware! They will take every dollar they can. They overcharged me for my pedicure, then argued when I brought it up. The manager didn’t correct it when he became aware. They asked if I wanted gel at least three times. When she took me for my brow wax, she told me I “needed” several other things. Pedicure was great, overall experience was not.

Happy Nails is my favorite salon I’ve tried two in the Bartram area & this one is far the best! A nail tech does my designs and nails to my liking and sure very neat ! Even the pedicure team are attentive and good with details and patient ! This is a gem that’s worth trying you won’t be disappointed! Todd is cool & accommodating :) ! Friendly & Quality service .

I went to Nails so Happy yesterday. The lady doing my nails never even said hello. She was very rude and seemed to be complaining. I got on tips and the process was so rushed. Seemed like they wanted to get my nails done as fast as they could do they could get someone else in. My nails are longer than I wanted and had to ask to get them shorter and they’re still too long. They never asked what shape I wanted. My thumb nail was slanted I had to ask to get it straight. It was just a very careless process. I went almost a year ago and didn’t enjoy my experience so I thought I’d try again. I regret it

What a great experience I had!!! I always read the reviews, but I have been here before and fortunately never had a negative experience. They open at 9:00 a.m., but doors were open at 8:50 a.m. and were taking clients. This time, however, I went with a full set, pedicure, and eye brow wax. All three services were spot on and they I could not have had a better job. I brought in a picture from Pinterest and my nails are an identical version. Very thin and natural looking and I received a compliment from another client while they were being done. The staff was very friendly and inviting and the prices were good. I booked another appointment right there and cant wait to pick another spring color! Anyone that was disappointed in their experience, please give them one more shot, I think you will be glad you did. Both myself and another client made our appoints for the same time and plan to get coffee and get our nails done!

Not so happy with Nails So Happy. A friend and I went in the other day. I wanted a pedicure, they wanted a manicure. They werent busy at all, but we sat and waited a good 10-20 minutes at least before I was told to go back. Once in the chair, I waited again. I know you want your feet to soak, but it was taking an abnormally long time. The owners wife started on my pedicure, and was a good ways in when my friend came and told me they were leaving because they kept getting skipped. The owners wife was kind of rude about it and kept saying no you cant leave. Friend left anyway, and the wife began launching into me. We were never rude or mean, and I kept telling them not to worry about it. It was extremely embarrassing. Her daughter also came over and tried to explain it to me, but it honestly never made sense. They kept saying certain people werent licensed, and everyone has their own department. Yet the wife and younger girls were switching around. All that aside, I didnt feel that I was given a good pedicure. I was rushed along, she cut my nails crooked and way too short. No massage at all, and then the girl that painted them was kind of messy. The bottoms of my feet look okay, but my nails arent pretty. Dont think well be back.

I have gone here and had great and terrible experiences. First time I went was for my eyebrows and had a bad experience. Second time was for my nails just because it was on my route for errands and Anna (Ann maybe) did a wonderful job and I enjoyed her so I decided to come back again a few days later with my mom and sister who are in town for vacation. I got a very sweet lady named Angela who was great. My mom got a nice man but my sister got the manager who was so rude from the getgo. He literally just kept saying things to make it worse, eventually my sister was in tears. It didn’t seem to phase him. He was rude, inconsiderate and horrible at customer service. I wouldn’t recommend going back since he is the person you would deal with if you have an issue.

Nope... Nope....Nope! Ive been coming here for months on an emergency basis only. I first tried them out because they were convenient to my job so I could go during my lunch hour. They were horrible. I went 3 days later to my regular salon to have them re-done. I have only gone here in emergencies and when I go, I know the workmanship will be rushed and botched. In less then 24 hours the Gel polish will chip off. Its something Ive come to expect. But Good news is that there are a few new nail places opening in the area so at least theres other, better options out there.My biggest recommendation... avoid them at all costs. Go somewhere else.

Ownership changed recently and I always have very good experiences there since then. As with many walk in nail salons you will sometimes experience a long wait, but I make appointments so I dont have this problem. I also use the same nail tech, Mickie, whenever I go. She always does a great job and there is not a significant language barrier which I appreciate very much.

It was a really rainy day today but decided to come in for a pedicure anyway. To my surprise, the salon had no other customers; different than my previous experiences where the salon was packed. Every worker was busy deep cleaning the salon. From the time I had sat down to the time I left, they had raised every pedicure chair, swept, and mopped underneath each one of them. I could tell that the salon was clean anyways, but to see it first hand, was a different story. There’s nothing like going into place and knowing that their workers take the time to meet sure their salon is sanitary!

I walked in on a non busy day and a lady started to work on my pedicure (I think she was the owner)...well, 5 minutes later in walks another customer who needed the whole shebang (and not just a pedicure like me). The lady that was working on me just gets up, greets her and starts her pedicure!! She then sends someone to finish mine! This really made me feel like someone who was not worth her time. The good thing is that the lady she sent over to finish my pedicure was way better than her (I know this because the owner lady did my pedicures before) I never liked her for some reason and now I know why!

I highly recommended nails so happy for anyone. Todd and his team is awesome. I have been going there for years and they are the best.

Went in with a gift-card and took 2 of my friends. We walked in and were greeted nicely and picked a color for the pedicure. We sat down and the technicians gave us the booklet of services. We all just wanted the basic $24 pedicure. We felt pressure from all the technicians to upgrade but we really didnt want to. The pedicure was less than stellar. I had toenail polish still on my toes after she was done, the rub of my legs/feet was a light petting on my ankle for all of 2 minutes, I could barely feel anything, they didnt put lotion on our legs and didnt even walk us over to the dryer just pointed. The checkout was awkward and they charged me for my friends pedicures by accident. Absolutely horrible experience, I will never go here again.

I have been a regular customer here for a few years. I always see Van and I would recommend for anyone reading this willing to wait or only go in for her, you ask for her also. Any of the other people are careless, too quick and dont have any desire to make the pedicure enjoyable for their customers. I will give some examples of times I have made the mistake of seeing someone other than Van... My feet are dry and rough within hours of the pedicure, and the last time I went with a friend they let the basin overflow and soak her shoes on her birthday. They hardly massage your feet, instead they speed rub lotion onto your legs and feet (timer and all) and then wash it all off in the basin in an attempt to polish your toenails so they can move you out faster. I also get gel manicures to make sure the polish lasts, lately even that is horrible. I pay 35 bucks each time just for it to chip and crack after only 1 week. Im not sure what the deal is, Ive been to other salons and their gel lasts for up to 3 weeks sometimes and its not like I work in a job field that warrants chipping, I just type all day... after all these years Ive had enough. Too many other nail places to continue wasting my money on their services and unearned tips.

Gel polish seems old and didnt Last long. My toes looked like a 5yr old did it so had to go back and have it redone. Good thing is that they owned up to it and redid it for free.

I would like to give them no stars at all, I went in to get my nails removed and get gel, instead of letting my nails soak and then little by little lift the nail she cut the ends and began ripping, then filing and filing, so by the end she made my nails super thin... I hadnt had fake nails on since about 10 years ago so my nails were really thick then I got nails on in December and then came with them to get them removed on the first week of January so my nails were still really thick, and now she made them paper thin...all because she was rushing the process so they can close the store early... also I asked for matte gel finish and she tells me that it doesnt look pretty then later on says that she doesnt have gel matte...

Very unprofessional, one worker was sleeping in a pedi chair. Another lady was walking around like a zombie. Pedi was awful! Never go there people!

I asked for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure but they put gel on my feet so they could charge more. The pedicure was fine but the manicure was very poor quality, didn’t cover my whole nail, the woman used almost no lotion at all when the manicure was finished. I paid extra to get the metallic cat eye effect on my ring fingers and it looked nothing like the model/sample. My mother and I went together and we both got mani pedis but they didn’t have us sit together for them. I got my pedi while she got her mani and she got her pedi while I got my mani, which defeats the whole purpose of us coming which was to spend quality time together. Will never make the mistake of coming here again.

I went there last week to soak of my gel overlay for me and my daughter, and they kept asking if we want pedicure I said no, being that I was in a rush I didn’t realize that they didn’t fully remove the gel overlay from our nails completely. I’ve been a good customer and always tipped really disappointed with service. If this is how they would treat a regular customer, I’m not sure how they would treat a new customer.

I come here again and yet Im very happy with the results! The staff remains friendly and the service is fantastic.

Went here for the first time yesterday and will never return. I got a pedicure and a gel manicure and although the pedicure was good, the manicure is horrendous. I absolutely loved my nails before I went in and was so happy with how I had grown them out, and the woman cut them down completely without saying anything about how short she was going to cut them. She then rushed through the whole manicure process and my nails look TERRIBLE. I only tipped because I was the last person in there and would have felt bad had I not tipped. I will 10000% never return here and I’m so disappointed I wasted $60 to absolutely HATE my nails.

Su is the best at SNS dip!!!! She has protected the skill and she truly listens to what her customer likes! She is so sweet, gave my niece a bracelet for her birthday in a lil cute bag! And she always is striving for perfection and making you comfortable!!! She is a very sweet, adorable, talented, and plus boss, mom, and wife! I would totally recommend to any of my interpreters or my friends to have their nails done here because she actually makes them look natural!

Dont buy gifts certificates from the place for your significant other. I purchased a gift certificate for my wife from this establishment. My wife didnt use it for a while but was in the expiration date stated on the certificate. When she went to use it they accused her of changing the date and demanded we show the receipt of transaction to use it. So essentially what I purchased for my wife to provide her a day of enjoyment turned into a complete ass accusing her of being a thief. There are many other reputable nail places to go to that are close by. Dont put your purchase at risk from these crooks.

I wish I could give them a -5. I used to go and have pleasant experiences. I had not been in a few months due to a rough pregnancy and then I was in the hospital for a while so yes my feet were a little dry....then lady made a big deal out of it and the employees and customers were laughing and making fun of me. Very embarrassing. And then the lady came hovering over me at the dryer making a big deal because she undercharged my credit card by $1 and some odd cents. I was very embarrassed and I will not be returning.

The man who did my nails was careless and rude. He went onto my skin with the electric file more than a few times. He charged me 24 dollars for a refill when they told me it would be 16. He swore up and down he adjusted the price but the final bank statement doesnt lie. It was hot in the building also. There are so many better places to go where the people deserve business and give good service.

HORRIBLE. Went in for eyebrow waxing and she made them so thin and uneven. I HATE THEM. I told her just shape them up I had beautiful eyebrows. DONT GO HERE!!! Unless you want messed up eyebrows. Should of never even paid for it. So upset!!!!

Went and got a manicure 3 of my nail beds were picked raw and bleeding. Also, she left nail polish under one of my nails. I believe her name was Sue. She didn’t seem like she wanted to be there and really wasn’t mindful of taking time to pay attention to my nails.

Nope! I wont be back! The lady asked me to sit down and start a mani with a nasty towel from someone else already on the table, if not for me folding it in half to the clean side underneath, she would have never said a word and started my service, she then bumped my skin quite a few times with the tool and it hurt to the point I had to say something! I went in for a gel refill and was charged 31.00! My manicure was rushed, no massage, no offer of a drink, no nothing! Nope! Nope! Nope! Will not be returning! And I didnt like the way she filed my nails, she didnt even bother to ask, and I like them squared. Im not even really sure what the heck shape this is! The color is nice, but after reading all of the reviews I hope it lasts! 😤😡

Skip this spot. Terrible service and poor quality work, waited 45 mins for a regular Mani. Then owner wanted to charge my wife addl $20 to correct their substandard work. Really? No thanks, well try another of the MANY in the area.

Recently went in for gel polish change, I always get the French manicure with gel, the guy that was doing my nails rushed threw so fast and at the end the white tip polish didnt even cover my tip so they looked like they had already grown out and I just got them done!! I also felt like I was inconveniencing him like it was going out of his way to do my nails! So instead of three weeks to re do them like I usually do now Im going to have to go back within a week! But def wont be returning to this place

I went today to get a pedicure. I have not been therein several months or more. When I walked in the door I could see it had been remodeled to accommodate many more manicure stations and the smell of chemicals was absolutely overwhelming! The manicurists all had masks on which should tell you that the chemicals are hazardous to breathe I As I have breathing issues, I left and wont be back.

Since new management/owners not please wig the rushed pedicure. Also, a lot less pampering for the same money. 😡😡

Recently moved back to the area and thought id give them a try as it had been several years since my last time there.. I wont be back. Just sloppy work. Not sure if its bc where I went before was great and they set the bar high or what. I always get my eye brows and lip waxed every 2 weeks (for the past 3 years) and I have never broke out - after going the Nail time my eyebrow and lip both broke out :-/ theres just to many other options to go there.

Van is awesome! Ive been coming here for close to 2 years and she always takes care of me. Come in and see Van! Also, Su takes great care of me when Van is unavailable. Come in and see Su! I must say I have not had a bad experience since coming here.

Nails not So Happy!! BEWARE! Two weeks ago I went there for a fill. When I left, I noticed a gap between my cuticle and the acrylics on all my nails that looked like I still needed a fill!! He did not fill in the whole nail! I returned this week and the tech started filing down the acrylics with the electric tool. He kept filing in an area over and over until it hurt, so I told him he was hurting me. He seemed to be irritated and told me to watch the tv. I told him watching tv won’t take away the pain. He began to take off some of the acrylics and I decided to have them all removed and asked for just gel polish. He began to force my thumb acrylic off and ripped off a chunk of my real nail down to the nail bed! It was bleeding! I asked if he had some antiseptic but he ignored me and put on a bandage. Then he polished the rest of my nails with clear polish and told me to come back in 2 weeks! I felt like he thought this was my own fault! He even charged me! It’s now 3 days later and I am still in pain!

Asked for mani padi today gel on my toe and they over charged me $57 and the guy did my nails he did a terrible job.3 weeks ago I went in the lady changed me $49 the same mani padi she did amazing job her NAME is Ann I ask if she was there today the girl I was talking too she barely speaking English, I guess she was off. The reason I come back there because she was great. Today my experience is not good I would never come there again.

My friend gave me a gift card to this place and when I came Todd did my nails and Mickey did my feet I am very pleased with the results and I think that they did a very good job I will be back to see them again.

When I get my nails done I like to relax, I couldnt here because I had to keep asking them to fix what they did. I have been getting pink and whites for two years and just moved to the area. Got a toenail fungus from this place. Horrible over priced pedi and mani that peeled off in 1week. Asked for a basic mani pedi and they gave me gel on my TOES and hands. Will never be a patron to this place ever again!

Went there on tuesday before thanksgiving to mani and pedi,the mani was done by this guy,awful,he was in a hurry,i went back yesterday (friday ) and i asked him to fix it,he wasn’t happy but he tried,still look bad.Like a child nail.I will not go back there.

Ripped me off. The water for the pedicure wasnt even hot. My nails top coat isnt even on my whole nail and they charged for a gel top coat without even asking if I wanted one. Worst nail salon ever. Never going back. Really mad they charged me so much too cause it isnt worth it at all

HORRIBLE! Apparently it was the manager who botched my teenaged daughters eyebrows last weekend while talking on the phone the entire time and then tried to argue his point about if she not happy-she say when finished He took a good portion of her eyebrow directly in the middle of the arch and then tried filling it in with a pencil?! Omg honestly felt like punching the idiot in his face! You dont mess with someones child dumbass! No comparison to Royal Essence! I decide to wait until today as I knew they would be busy full of customers in efforts that everyone heard me say DO NOT LET THIS MAN TOUCH YOUR EYEBROWS! He has no clue how this has affected my daughter, shes been crying for days. Yes they will eventually grow back...but shouldnt have happened in the first place if he had been NOT ON HIS PHONE AND PAYING ATTENTION. Oh..and as a dental professional for 22 years, your gum disease is very apparent! Gross!

$60 dollars to paint my 7 year olds toe nails, their manicures are not worth their redicukous prices, this salon is a rip-off, avoid at all costs.

My toes were ok, but the guy who seemed to be in charge...his customer service and how he speaks to people SUCKS.

I just had mine and my daughters nails done two weeks ago and in my sleep one of my nails cracked diagonally because they put the acrylic on way too thin so it makes you come back and they add acetone or some crap to loosen up the polish so your nails chip a lot quicker. My daughters full set looked like a kid did them, bumps and lumps all over her nails. One pinky nail was a different color and I wanted to complain but she didnt want me to. We had to get ready for homecoming. We sat down at the same time for a full set and she took 25 min longer than me. when I called to see how much a full set is they said $25 when I got there it was $28 and all we got was regular polish and acrylic full set. Seriously this place is scamming people and their workers need to be retrained. Absolutely horrible.

No idea what they are doing or how to do it. Very unimpressed
