I needed to get my nails done last minute on a Saturday. They did a great gel polish and quick also. The service was friendly. I will definitely come back for another service.

I came because I would follow my nail tech Le everywhere. The shop was very clean organized and everyone was so kind. When Im back in Jacksonville Ill definitely return to the shop. 🙂

Got my nails done for the first time ever and they came out beautiful!! It was so cool watch the gentleman make my nails, he did a great job!

Very reasonable, professional and everyone wore masks . Today I got my nails painted red white and blue he looked at my phone and saw the picture and did it exactly the same AMAZING

I have been going to this nail salon since I was 15. I am now 33, John and Mimi are great! They are super friendly, and very skilled as nail technicians. They are fast but very detailed orientated. John really takes the time to learn the new styles and what is in. I recently moved and tried several different salons and there are none that are as good as Happy Nails. I will drive out of my way every time to come back to them. They are truly gems of the Westside of Jax!

Worst pedicure ever! I usually get really good service but today was the exception! Paid for the deluxe and didn’t even receive a normal Pedicure. Not the usual people here today hope the old ones come back

I started going here 3 months ago and was happy with my nails just getting a French painted on look. But I went in today because I needed a retouch and wanted something a little different (color with design) Needless to say was not a good idea at all!! She applied polish way too thick and there were bumps (could not really see inside due to poor lighting) and to top it off the design looks like my 6yr old painted my nails. I returned a couple hours later to ask for them to take it off and just give me my regular French and they pretty much refused and he said no it looks good ...Word of the wise customer is always right I guess I will take my $10 tips somewhere else!!

John and his wife were very welcoming. His wife took her time and made sure my nails were done properly. They got me right in. The quality looked wonderful. They were both beey nice and welcoming.

One of the best salons I’ve been to in Jacksonville. Not only did they exceed my expectations on my mani / pedi combo but customer service was awesome as well . I will definitely be returning as a customer.
