I don’t even leave reviews but please beware. I went for a full set he showed me a picture told me desired length would be 75$ charged me before he even applied acrylic . After applying acrylic was all over hands and piled like a bubble .. being pregnant I started to cry and asked him to just stop and atleast refund me half .. he tells me he can’t do a refund because I used my debit card but he will fix my nails .. having already been there 1.5 hours getting a terrible job I had no desire to let him soak off and start over .. I lost $75 and had to pay for soak off and new set elsewhere .

Good place for a Mani/Pedi, however the wait time is long!!!! Sitting and waiting for them to assist 3 people. It is now a Father/daughter business, I believe . They need to hire more people to assist them. I don’t know what happened to the wife.

They WORK and do an amazing job getting your feet to look amazing and to keep them healthy! They get out the ingrown nails and know how to shape the nail to prevent future ones. Best nail place in Jacksonville!

First time coming here from a friends suggestion. I got an acrylic gel fill and I had an amazing experience. She made sure that my nails looked great and took her time. My nails look and feel amazing! It was only $30 which is cheaper than most places. Rated it a 4 stars because it was kind of dirty there but overall my experience was great. I would highly recommend!!

From Michigan, In Jacksonville visiting before our cruise. Yesterday my 6 year old daughter and I went for pedicures. The young girl was so patient with my daughter and did an amazing job with my daughter. The older gentleman did such a wonderful job doing my daughters flowers on her little toes. She said she felt like a princess! My pedicure was amazing. They took their time and did a great job! Best pedicure Ive ever had! Wish we could there again, unfortunately we will be heading back to snow soon?

Very Nice Husband and Wife owner! They make it very relaxing. My nails look great and lasted way longer than expected, i work at papa johns and its not good on my nails at all! So for them to last even after 2 weeks is amazing! I am going to get them done tomorrow!

This is my first time coming here and I am truly satisfied with the results. Jennifer did an amazing job on my manicure and pedicure!Also, the prices here are affordable. They dont try to charge you here and there for certain things like other nail salons. I was even offered something to drink.I have absolutely zero complaints and it was nice to have a manicurist actually hold a conversation. Will be coming back when Im in town again.

This place is amazing! We had arrived 5 minutes till 7 not realizing they closed at 7. We were still greeted with smiles while receiving the best pedicures ever! Made my daughter and i very relaxed and happy!!! :o)

Loved the fact a gel polish is $19, and they use spa bags for the foot spa!! They could be better about the utensils though, I think they should cut up the pumice bars and use mini files for each person for sanitation purposes. Overall my experience was nice.

I love this salon! Paradise Nails is a family run business and the warmth and love shared between them can be felt in the atmosphere. I always get a gel manicure and polish on my toes when I go and have never been disappointed.

I've been getting my brows waxed here for 3 years. I always call ahead to make sure I can get in and out. I gotten my nails done a couple times too and can't complain about anything, except maybe the quaint nature of the place, but I love that about it.

Just over from UK and found them very helpful. My wife had gel infils and gel polish for $30 which is about the same price as home. Did the nails nicely and she is very happy with them.

IF YOUR TIME IS VALUABLE.. PLEASE STAY AWAY. My experience with this nail salon was beyond horrible. I read reviews prior to coming here an decided I would try this place for the first time. When I arrived customer service was great. Everything went down hill as the older woman started to do my nails. We made small talk as she sloppily painted my nails with black gel polish and she touched every edge of every cuticle with the paint brush. Before she placed my hand in the UV light I asked her if she could clean the cuticles first due to all of the black paint around my nails. She said she will clean them when she is done. I asked, Wouldnt the uv light make the polish harder to clean on the edges? and she pushed my hand under the light and said she will clean them later. I asked for glitter on my ring finger and she made excuses as to why it wouldnt look right instead of doing what I asked her to do. When my nails were dry I looked at them and told her that the polish wasnt neat and that I still had black polish all over my skin . She asked me how I could be so picky and I shouldnt look THAT close at my nail because she couldnt see what I could see. She said my nails were too short and because I got black polish my nails were sloppy. I was being super nice about this but when she said those ignorant words I literally lost it. I told her that when I come out to get my nails done I will not pay to leave to look like I let a 12 year old do my nails. And she told me I can pay HALF of the service. I told her I will pay half if she takes the gel off. and she said no, there is nothing else she can do for me because it doesnt look sloppy. Her own granddaughter was telling her that she was missing some edges and that some polish was on my skin!! She later tried to take her grandmothers side by saying that the gel polish will come off when I washed my hands!?? You literally have to sit and soak your nails in acetone for 15 mins to get it off!!! Long story short I told this lazy, sloppy, and unprofessional woman that I will never return and that I will be posting a damn review..... HERE YA GO HONEY!

This is the best place to get a mani pedi. They don’t rush through like most places. Even though I live kind of far away, I still find my way back to them when I get spa treatments.

Made an appointment, was not taken until 45 mins after my appointment time. The guy was in a rush, filled 2 of my finger tip and they started to bleed. He had to redo my nails a couple of times because he was in a rush. Dont recommend this place.

This is the worst nail service I’ve ever received. First instead of soaking off my org nails the guy ripped them off. This pulled my skin. Then another tech put the new set on crooked and when I asked her to remove the nail she ripped off nail and ripped my skin off even more!!! The next day I went to work and the comments about my nails were awful!! Then they charged me $30 for a terrible job I asked for a refund they declined.Worse service ever!!

Cute place! Friendly staff (ran by a husband, wife, and daughter). Got a mani-pedi matching color to my first time gel mani experience. They did an awesome job! I will definitely be back!
