This was my second time visiting this establishment. The first time, I had the absolute perfect experience. Tammy did my pedicure, everything was great. Today I went for a soak off/full set and pedicure. It is just Tammy & her husband working so I had to wait. Her husband was great. He soaked off my nails & did a part of my pedicure. I was told Tammy would finish my services. I asked Tammy not to file or cut my big toes as I long them long. She comply disregarded my request & cut them anyways. Then my nails… absolutely horrible. I ended up choosing SNS since my nails had some length after the soak off. She filed my nails so short to where I can see the tips of my fingers & I have to look at little boy hands for the never 2-3 weeks. I told her I didn’t like them, not only did she not care or offer to fix them, I asked for a discount & she refused. She said “it’s not like that here” in the nicest way possible I told her I’m never coming back. I’ve been getting my nails done fir YEARS! I’m used to a satisfaction guaranteed type deal but maybe they’re struggling for money bc of covid that they can’t afford to, idk. In the future, it’d be great to actually give your customer the services they ask for since they’re spending their hard earned money vs what you feel like doing. She was also distracted the whole time, she wore these big Bose headphones & I had to repeat myself anytime I said something. Nonetheless, I won’t be going back but I’m sure they don’t care.

Very bad customer service, Tammy is very nasty to her clients and has a very unwelcoming attitude. I received a pedicure and acrylic services on my toenails and I contracted a fungus from their products. After I notice it a went back to them informing them of what happened and I was turned out. No explanation, no apology. They took zero responsibility for what happened and only said they could not assist me.

Ive gone about two or three times and I have enjoyed my visit and I love my nails each time, yes this includes my toes.Tammie is fast and precise, she gives you what you ask for. I have been a satisfied customer.

I understand theyre understaffed, but the customer service needs to improve. Tammy does a great job on nails and thats why I kept going back, but today is my last! The guy that does the pedicures has an attitude problem. One Saturday morning there were 7 of us lined up outside the door when the sign says hours are 9a-6:30p Mon-Sat, but they dont open til 10 some days and then they close early. Online hours reflect the same hours as well.

Very rude workers. Poor customer service. I tried to visit twice and I had a bad experience both times. They don’t want to give you the service that you ask for they would rather take the easier route and do what is quick and best for them. I requested an overlay and because the worker did not want to put the work she insisted that I get a tip on my natural nails. I also asked for gel polish on my toes and the guy told me that he did not know how to do it. I don’t understand how a person doesn’t know how to paint my nails and put them under a light. But to sum this up they are very mean and unwelcoming. I will never put my money into this business again.

I have gotten nail and waxing services here several times over the past year. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because sometimes there is a long wait . But the owners are very kind and professional. Tammy does excellent work .she is very skilled at acrylics and takes her time . She did a pedicure on me today and made sure to show me that the color I picked was slightly opaque, and offered a similar more pigmented shade which looked much better. Her husband is also good and very kind. I like how it is family owned . Nice relaxing environment. Music isnt to loud. TV in pedicure area w nice massage chairs. Also no pressure to make small talk and easygoing while theyre doing your services. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the blanding orange park area.

Awesome job by Tammy, gave me the opportunity to wear my real nail length without tips giving me a chance to have my own nails to naturally grow a good length.Hidden secret good nail place 😜.

The people that works in this establishment are very rude and unprofessional. The guy discriminates against African American customers. He bodies shame women for being plus size and refuse to service them by saying the seats will not hold them, even though they are not near the weight limit. After, confronted by their actions they accuse you of lying. This is unacceptable and this place needs to be closed

Not the best but not the worst. I had henry I think, cant remember. Some of the naila are cut a little crooked, and two nails have bumps under the Polish. (Only if youre really paying attention, you can tell.) There were two guests that had just had their pedicures done and were remarkably loud playing vulgar videos on their phones.. Remember we come here for relaxation.. Overall,Ill probably be back. They were nice to me and a good deal.

BILLION NAILS & SPA is the BEST nails salon out of the 7 salons I have tried. The customer service is great. They are one of a very few salon in town that offer free drink! The price is affordable. I pay $25 for my spa pedicure and get $50 worth of service. The salon is big, clean and brand new equipment. Plus the staffs are nice and friendly. All of my friends and families going there now so I would highly recommend it to any one.

I only get my nails done by Tammy! She always does a great job! Only downside is that she is the only one that can do nails...sometimes the wait is terrible but when you do get in the chair she is quick. Didn’t give it a 5 Star because of wait times and because she doesn’t take appointments. Other than that my nails are always great! It’s hard to find a good nail tech that can do your nails how you like them, tammy is good. I would say only request her and try to get there early in the morning during the week.

The same night I got my set done, I had 2 nails lifting. I tried to explain that other techs cut off the bottom part of the nail that is lifting, but the man insisted he knew what he was doing. It has now been 3 days &I have 4 nails lifting aside from the 2 that have already popped off. For the prices they have, I wouldn’t recommend waisting your time or money.

Ive been going here for about a year now and I couldnt be happier! The people are always so friendly! They do a great job! The owners husband is my favorite. Also Tammy does a fantastic job on almond shaped nails! Highly recommended for the price and people

When getting a pedicure the tech was extremely rough. I asked on 2 occasions to lighten up because she was hurting me then she followed by placing what she scraped out deep in toe on to the top of my foot. After asking her to not do that, she proceeded to do it again. Nasty.... I then asked for the manager and began to explain what she did was embarrassing, unsanitary, and very uncalled for... He then said Ill do your nails and was going back and forth with her and blamed what she did on me. So after him taking the nail polish off my nails he said because 2 were chipped he could not do my nails and denied me of service. I placed $10 on the counter and left. They chased me out to the parking lot and threatened to call JSO. I patiently waited. I would stay far away from this place if I were you.

Great job on my pedicure. Nails not so great. Havent even had them on for a week and one is bending and the other nail came completely off . I just think they should last a little longer than that, especially with me doing very little of anything.

Best Nail Salon in Jacksonville!This nails salon is excellent. It is so pretty and just opened a few months ago. The nail services are outstanding and the price is very affordable. All of the staff are very courteous and helpful. They offer a full array of nail services that should meet anyones needs. I have been going to this salon since the opening and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Very can customer service refused to do my nails because I told her she was over charging me because I paid the same price for full set and pedicure now the same price for fill in and pedicure and when I asked about it she refuse to do my nails.

Walk-in And no one greets you. Sign in and sit there for half an hour. I finally asked if they can give me an estimate of how long before I receive a service and she looks around and says an hour and Im the next person in line. I told her it would be nice for them to tell people that when they first walk in and she just says oh and shrugs.

I drive all the way across town to go to this place, their work is excellent and the massage chairs are by far the best. I recommend this salon well above all others Ive experienced.

Tammy is rude and so is the old man that works there. HANNAH is the best she is great! I only go to her and make an appointment. When I ask anyone else to do a design Tammy always says we dont do when Hannah has done designs for me. & the chubby pedicure lady is wayyy to gentle.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I went here. The ambience is nice and the equipment is new. The service was bad. The woman who did my pedicure seemed to stumble through it the whole way. At the end, she took me out of the chair before I had my polish done and had me wait at one of the manicure stations while she searched for it. After waiting for a bit and she couldnt find it, I told them not to worry about it, paid and left with no polish. Never again!

Just got my nails done and male owner berated me because someone scammed them earlier with a credit card. Said I may have to pay cash. But took my card and inspected it. Seems like I was charged a bit extra, but okay. Got pedicure and gel nails done. Paid for upgrade pedicure and there was no upgrade in service. Wine comes with pedicure and I had to ask if I could have it towards the end b/c he did not offer. No message either. Stones rolled across my legs for literally 2 seconds.Now luckily Tammy the nail tech is excellent. She does a great job. But def. agree the man is very rude, doesn’t give you service you pay for and is disrespectful. Will def. try Tammy again but not the spa package.

Its ok until they start hiring random people to throw polish on your nails. I cant remember get name, but the girl who sits in the last booth on the right is AWESOME.

The woman who did my acrylics argues with me the entire time. I said I liked round nails, but she insisted square was better. I said I still wanted round. I now have square nails.

I loved coming at first, until they started losing good techs and short staffed and very long wait times because everybody wants Tammy to do their nails. I dont like the fact that I was a loyal customer and I started getting treated like a new customer because they started getting more clientele. I always gave Tammy tips but the last visit I had, her husband was very rude to me because my paint was chipped and I just wanted them to repaint one nail. Her husband made a comment stating that I complain too much but I pay entirely too much money for my nails to be chipping and want to upcharge if your nails grow out. Billion nails salon isnt that far from home but I travel somewhere else for better service. Not going to detour others because you gotta see for yourself. I wont be coming here anymore until they get better customer service, more experienced techs who can do nails, feet, and brows and less waiting time. Tammy shouldnt be the only one that can do nails.

DO NOT get your nails done by David!!!! He did a horrid job. I went to another person to fix them. She was to busy and told him to fix it. He STILL did not do a better job. The polish is streaky my nails dont match as far as shape. My husband had an appointment so I could not wait for another persons shift. The only people I get my nails done by are Henry and Tammy. Do NOT let David do your nails.....

This is the only nail salon that Ive liked in Jacksonville. I use to travel from the south side every 2 weeks. Now I live right up the road. Some of the best service you can get. They are very clean, which is something I look for. Of course some of the technicians are better than others. But if you just want a mani pedi, they all do a good job. And prices a reasonable.

I’ve been going to that place for almost a year now the owner is very good at what she does I just think they’re customer service is not that great. And they always mess up my pedicure.

It was clean however the services were extremely limited. The place was slow beyond measure. Four people working on a Friday afternoon. Basic services took two hours. Never again.

I have been there on more than one occasion, thinking that maybe I was overreacting, but since they are located close to my home, I would go there out of convenience only. Both the owner and his wife can be very rude. Not to mention the fact that I have seen her waxing peoples eyebrows and double dipping... with each new client. I have witnessed this take place while I was getting my nails done, and I watched her do this repeatedly. The salon looks clean, but their unclean practices mixed with their very poor customer service is a complete turn off!!!

Terrible!!! Spawn of Vietnamese satan. If you want terrible service and an terrible attitude from the owner and his skank ass wife this is the best place to go. Literally had me sit and wait for an hour, to turn around and tell me they couldnt do my nails because I brought my own polish. This is literally the worst nail salon in Jacksonville the two occasions that I have been here. Unfortunately homeless people do nails better than this and obviously know how to hold a business because the folks in here have bad hearts when they get into a stressed-out situation. Currently awaiting the police to come because they called do to me having an attitude because they decided not to use my polish. Me and while this guy has started my nails and repeatedly brought up my polish that he is already told me he cant use I guess in an effort to make me upset so that he has a reason not to do my nails. Im not necessarily understanding what it is with the quality of the service of nail salons in the Jacksonville area ultimately it makes me sick to my stomach. Do not come to this this is your WARNING!

First time there and my experience was fantastic! I came at about 3:15 and there was hardly a wait. No forced conversation or awkward smalltalk, I let the nail tech do his thing and my nails came out great!

7/7/2017 I have been sitting here since 5:31. Lady said it would be 30 minutes. Now its 6:30 and 2 people have came in after me and are getting there nails done. I asked when I am next and I couldnt even understand them. I will never come to this place again. Horrible customer service!

I went here and was discriminated on because of my weight. I was laughed at and turned away do to my weight and they sad thing about it I went here before and Henry provided great service. This time the the old guy in front was the nasty one and this was all done in front of customers. Im filing a complaint with BBB and contacting my lawyer and well see who has the last laugh. If youre heavy set, please do not go here as youll be talked about and ridiculed.

These are the most unprofessional and rude people i have ever had perform a service for me. The owner and his wife are terrible. The man cut my cuticles, argued with me about the shape of my nails, refused to use the polish i brought with me, and tried to deny me the rest of my service when i refused to be charged an additional $3 for him to use his stores polish instead of mine. He told me to go home and paint them myself, the wife backed him up on that. I told them i would never be back, and they said so what other people will still come. Horrible!

They lack customer service. Im always waiting for long periods of time when no one is in the shop. Ive given them multiple chances since Jan 2015 but they are overpriced, rude and take too long. I just let there bc u waited over 45 mins and Tammy was free, as well as a new tech and they took someone that had just walked in! Dont go there!

The owner is rude barely speaks English and when he dont understand what you want he catches an attitude but the two young ladies that work there are awesome

They messed my eyebrows up horribly. Very uneven and then gave me every excuse why it was messed up. Never going there again.

They were being inspected at the time of my visit. the manager was very rude and ask me to leave in the middle of my services and come back later because they were too busy with the inspection. when i said something about it, he threw me out.
