This is literally my favorite place. Both my daughter and I come on a regular basis to get our nails done and pedicures. The staff is so friendly, and they do an amazing job! The salon is beautiful and spacious, and I have never had to wait, and I am always a walk-in. They have expanded their services, so I am super excited about doing lash extensions. Definitely reasonable pricing for the excellent service they provide. After quarantine, when they opened all the businesses up again, PS Nails was one of the first places I went back to. Keep up the amazing work!!!

I have been getting pedicures from Van for several months and I have enjoyed them immensely!! I decided to get a full set and was kinda disappointed as I havent worn them in awhile. But I love the convenience and location so I decided to try again. Vivian did an amazing job on my full set! Im very happy!!!

Very satisfied 😌. From the spa pedicure, to the acrylic soak off, to finishing up with gel nails on my natural nails. They did wonderfully. I would recommend 👌

I used to love this place, been going for at least 2 years, but last week I returned because my SNS, which is supposed to last about 4 weeks, barely lasted 2, it chipped within the first week. I decided to try Gel since it cost less, obviously not worth doing SNS again for $40. To my surprise I was charged an extra $10 to have what was left of the bad SNS job removed, which by the way is removed with acetone, not liquid gold. I felt cheated and insulted. I don’t think any nail salon should charge extra to removed a job they had done. Total cost for pedi, gel mani and removal the their bad SNS job $70. I guess the $10 is worth more than a client coming back. Ill be sure to report how long the gel last and looking for a place that does not charge removal of anything.

I wont be going here again. They did a pretty bad job on a $50 pedicure. I had rough heels and paint all over the skin around my nails when I left. I realized when I got home to clean up the paint on my skin that she didnt even file my nails smooth. It wasnt relaxing at all, it was all rushed and it shows.

I went with a bad burn, asked to remove powder & save my nails, she soaked my nails, the alcohol got into my burn, it hurt so bad!. I understand some veitnamese languages. She was very rude! Ruined my nails, AND filed my skin, and it was bleeding when I left. Very upsetting. 🥵

Clean and prompt everyone is friendly. My pedicure was more like a foot wash and nail painting. Feet still arent the way that a real pedicure should be. Maybe Ill go back but with someone else to do my feet.🤷‍♀️

This is the first time Ive been here and I came with my 6yo. They did an amazing job for both of us and made my daughter feel like a princess. The salon is large and clean and the staff is friendly and good at what they do. Well definitely be back!

05/31 Update ** as of this morning two of the nails are already lifting completely. Please do not waste your money here. I changed from two star to one star. VERY disappointedI got a full set ombré on 05/27 cost $55+$10 tip, which I believe to be a fair price. However, as you can see in the picture the detail work just is not there. Along my cuticles the acrylic was not shaved down and shaped correctly, you would expect a cleaner job for the price I’m paying. Not happy with the results, I will not be returning. I also came with a friend whom had her acrylics taken off and a gel manicure done. The tech hit her cuticle line numerous time with the drill causing bleeding on multiple nails. Anybody who gets their nails done understands how annoying this is. I gave two stars due to how clean and nice the salon was and also the staff was friendly. I really wanted to like this place but it just didn’t work.

Great place, I went here last year and had a wonderful experience. The lady who did my nails was a perfectionist and they all came out perfectly shaped, no thick spots( acrylic) and polish was edge to edge( personal pet peeves)

The pedicure was great, clean place friendly staff. However 2 days later I got a call that someone used my credit card! No I am accusing them, just seems odd when someone tried to buy over $900 in cosmetics! Just be careful. Cash only from now own.

Vincent is amazing! He was so pleasant, detailed, personable and professional. He does all hand and feet nail services. The salon is very modern and clean and such a pleasure to go to. Reasonable prices, great service, and wonderful staff overall. Highly recommend!

Im really hard on my nails and I put them through some serious wear and they still look good.

Fear based discrimination. I cannot wear a mask for medical reasons, but will stay 6 feet away (which is 100% protection) They were very rude. Would not even look at my documentation. Just kicked me out! Bartram Nails was much more professional. Cautious, careful, polite.

Went for a fill was told $20.00 when I called. When I went in I asked to trim my nails down a little and the tech did. I then went to pay and it was $28.00 because she said owe we charge $5.00 To trim down, also an additional $3.00 to take off old gel polish. Not once was this mentioned until the end. And to top it off my last manicure lasted a full month I currently have 2 broken off nails and its not even been 2 weeks. Would not recommend

I really love my nails today! The services I received were impeccable. The dipping powdered nails were put on with expertise. The powder is thin and shiny. My nails were manicured very well before the application of the powder. The nails were also shaped to my satisfaction. I hope they last got a couple of weeks. This will not be my last time visiting PS Nails.😊😊😊

I really enjoyed PS Nails when I came Jacksonville to meet my mom. First of all, The salon was so CUTE and clean. Super easy to talk to which made the whole process go by quickly. And nice facility. Prices are the most reasonable Ive ever seen. Thanks a lot!

I was traveling through Jacksonville for work and needed my nails done. I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks and get the powder dip nails. I was reluctant to try a new nail salon but absolutely no regrets! Florida was able to work me in an hour before closing.My nails look fantastic! In fact I wish I had Florida back home! Guess Im going to have to come to Jacksonville to get my nails done more often!

11/9/2017I saw an ad for this salon while looking for a new nail place close by with nail designs. The atmosphere is posh, the selection of pedicures is amazing and $$ priced. La Mei did my Spa pedicure (with hot stone, peppermint mask, and hot towel service, plus an awesome massage) - she was very attentive and friendly. She took her time and really made it a great experience and worth the money.Next Stephen did my manicure. My nails are long and natural so they are a bit weak. He recommended clear powder dip to strengthen them. Powder is a slight upcharge but will reinforce the nails without being as thick as acrylic or as thin as normal gel. He was detail oriented and relied on the drill a lot - even for my cuticles. He was incredibly gentle.I also got a new style of paint called Chrome, wanting rose gold kind of look. The Chrome gives it a silver hologram look when you put it over hot pink. Not gold but definitely rose-silver!Everyone was very attentive and friendly, and very much wanted me to be satisfied. I will definitely go back :)

They take appointments, is super clean. I have used several tech for Mani and pedis and all were good.

Horrible experience and service. Daughter had hers done today and it is the worst set Ive ever seen. 23 years of acrylic nails and this is the worst ever. Too thick, too small, over done and just wrong....then refusal to fix them after shes not happy with the work! No thank you. At another salon getting fixed....another $20-30 on top of the original $50...

Over priced and the lady charged me a a different price than what’s shown on the price list expecting me not to notice. Tried charging $35 for gel when it’s supposed to be $25. I got a $10 off $25 gift in the mail for new customer and when I showed it to her she tried to say it expired. When I said no, it’s good through the end of the month she quickly said “oh no, you can’t use it today but we will give you gift certificate for next time to use” it does not say that anywhere on the flyer or in fine print! Would not let me use it.. let’s just say someone else can have this $10 bc I will not be back.

Even told me that they were going to be adding some new things for their customers soon. Everything was clean and sanitized! Give them a try! You wont be disappointed!

Services wasnt bad!

This place is unbelievable. They are EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. There most basic pedicure is $27. This includes only sharing, cleaning, massage, and polish.. You have to pay $30 for callus treatment. They offer a heating pad for your neck but ONLY if you get the $50 pedicure. Its a freaking heating pad. Take your business over to diamond nails where you can get a basic pedicure for $20 that includes callus treatments and even a hot stone for $35, when there price is $50. Im beyond disgusted w their customer service and their greedy behavior. I dont think this place is gonna last long until you are able to afford very expensive pedicures. Im a very unsatisfied customer and I wont be back.

I liked how the salon looked and its located in a nice area. Any work done there was pretty average… My nails arent really something Im happy about or excited to show others. I asked for a full set cost about $35 and it wasnt even done correctly. He didnt clean up my nails, he literally just put on the acrylic stuff and got to shaping but didnt do anything before that. He didnt cut them, didnt file them, didnt clean the cuticles, nothing. So when it got to applying the acrylic powder it was uneven ..some nails were bulkier than others and then when he cut them they didnt even look the same or correct shape. When he painted them It looked unfinished. The nail beds were uncovered and left looking dirty. Then I asked him to put just one simple line across the nail and it was crooked and it smeared and was thinner in the corner and then got thicker.. he did not bother finishing the line or fixing it until I had to mention it to him . I asked for a whole new color because of how it smeared when he went to go apply the matte coat so I just left with a look I wasnt really pleased about even after I asked him to erase the polish and start all over . Maybe it was a rough day, I dont know but I dont think Ill be coming back

Beautiful clean place. Bon did an amazing job and they were all super friendly!.....But...they are unusually expensive. Ive started going to a different place because I couldnt seem to walk out of there without spending almost twice what I would spend other places :/

The atmosphere was great, very tranquil, clean, and inviting.... my nail tech for my feet left a ton to be desired.... i asked him if he wanted to soak my nails (they were nexgen) while he did my toes (this is after a 30 min wait sitting in the chair) he just shook his head and proceed on to my pedicure..... i got in the chair for my manicure and felt a tad scolded for not telling her i had to have my nails soaked.... she dialed the tude back when she saw my face and then said oh no worries we can get that off super quick.... she used the dremel thing and sanded my actual nail down to a baby fine wisp of a nail, when I mentioned it she said not to worry the powder would strengthen it. she put a gel top coat on which i was very unhappy with as I utilize extremely hot water to do my hair and that peels the gel. If I had wanted Gel I would have just gone with regular gel manicure.... 200 bucks later (mine, my sisters and my nieces nails) i find a bubble in my gel polish topper, my sisters nails started to peel shortly after leaving and my nieces toes flaked after taking a shower..... worst money spent EVER ... two days later that wispy fine nail... just broke.

Very clean, courteous, and attentive to details. Tyler did a great job and allowed me to relax. Prices were a little higher than others, but it was a great experience and I will go back.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten in my life. My toes look like a toddler painted them. And to make it worse, the massage chairs literally move at .05mph and have zero intensity.

Ive been here before and havent had any problems, until today. I showed up at 530 for a pedicure and fill-in. My toes were done and good, but when I mentioned a scuff on my toe before I got up, she seemed a little annoyed. However, she fixed it and I was moved to let my toes dry as I waited for someone to do my nails. A guy eventually called me back to take the gel polish off my acrylic nails, but advised that someone else would paint. After taking off my gel polish for regular polish, I was moved to a guy named Kevin. He rushed through the entire thing. I said I needed the nails cut, he insisted I only needed a file - I settled. He rushed through filing and didnt even compare the evenness of my nails, left hand compared to right, so some are bigger/smaller than the opposite hand. He rushed through painting and didnt cover the entire nail. When I asked, he seemed frustrated. I got a matte top coat, and he didnt even cover the entire polish area so some areas are glossy and the rest matte.The entire salon isnt bad though. Ive had others do my nails and were good. My sister showed up later than me and had Mimi, and she did a great job with both her toes and her fingers. Even finished before I did. I just dont recommend Kevin. I would give a higher rating, but his intent to make me feel like an annoying burden, for something Im paying you to do, left a very bad impression for me. You had one job

I never leave bad reviews but I felt I had to this time. I was not happy at all with the service I received this past Sunday The gentleman who did my pedicure was very rough and unfriendly. He seemed much more interested in his phone and what was going on around him than in doing my pedicure. I feel like he rushed through and did the bare minimum to get the job done. The man who did my manicure was better and he was friendly but felt like he was cutting corners to get done quickly as well. I dont expect to return to this salon. .

There was nothing special about this place. I asked for straight nails, I got wings instead. My cuticles were barely polished back. The nailpolish, and gel polish wasnt put on evenly, and the design was not done well at all. Then I was overcharged as well. I do not recommend this place.

Best acrylics Ive had in jacksonville yet. Madison (i think that was her name) did my nails BEAUTIFULLY! The only complaint I have is this place is more expensive than a lot of other nail places, but i dont mind for how great she did.

If I could give negative stars I absolutely would! Never have I been treated so rudely before. Vivian did my fill in with gel polish and pedicure. My gel color is all uneven, u can see through spots, side and top of nails arent painted and there are bubbles in the paint. Vivian also did my pedicure, she was very rough and I have small cuts on my cuticles on a few of my toes. I understand that mistakes happen so I went back inside and told her what my problem was and she said it was fine and acted like I didnt know what I was talking about!! She didnt even offer to fix them so I just wasted $70, also the paint on my toes is the same way. Horrible, dont waste your money here cause apparently the customers opinions dont matter! I also had a few stones put on two of my nails and not even 2 hours later they are popping off. This place is way over priced and are horrible when it comes to customers opinions cause to them we are wrong no matter what. Its a shame cause I wanted a new nail place near my job but no way will this be it! I will be sticking with Ken at Zen Nail Spa in Orange Park, that place is amazing and much cheaper than PS Nails. PS should stand for poor service cause no one seems to reach out to solve these problems, the owner should be reaching out to the people who write the bad reviews and try to make it right! Dont waste your money or time!!

Not only on multiple occasions have they cut me during a pedicure this time they stole money. I had experienced horrible service again and was cut again and left no tip at all it was horriable service when i go to look at my bank account they had desided to give themselves a hefty tip I always believe in giving second chances but i will never ever go again because the same thing will mostly likely happen again save yourself the trouble dont go

Went for gel manicure asked for square shape and nails are all different shapes and not the same length. Nail tech tried doing the cat eye polish total disaster polish has lumps and ridges.

The male tech I had did a terrible job, cut up my cuticles to the point of bleeding, couldnt even paint an even layer and started far out from my cuticles so my nails look like theyve grown out even though I just got them done. He kept making excuses, too, that I had thin cuticles and my nails were too short making them difficult to paint (what?), and then finally, he held up his hands to show me his calluses which he said are from handling the hot stones. If you cant do nails, DONT. I cant believe I had to pay $50 for such a terrible experience. It had been my first time in months since I had been able to go (had a baby), and they ruined my experience. I should have known when the salon was almost entirely empty on a late Saturday morning and down the street Nail Time consistently has a 30-45 min wait. (The reason I ended up at Babylong.)

I have been going here for 3-4 months after another nail salon didnt have great customer service. Chris is very friendly and told me about their scheduling app for appointments. This worked great for 2-3 times with Chris but my schedule didnt permit to keep going to him. So I switched to Tony. Tony is friendly and does a good job but is habitually late. I made my appt. for 3 separate weeks (2 weeks apart) and same excuses everytime. (He claims he doesnt look at his phone, doesnt look at the computer for upcoming appointments. ) So tonight I came in at my usual 5:30 - previously scheduled at the end of my last appt, to ensure he wouldnt have an excuse. I come in and hes giving a pedicure. Then the receptionist says can you come back at 6? I say, hes always late! I go to Panera for 30 minutes and come back at 6. Tony is still with the other customer. I just walked out. I WILL NOT RETURN. I work in customer service all day long and there is no excuse for BAD customer service in the nail industry. There is a nail shop on every corner of this town, too bad Tony doesnt realize he lost a good, repeat customer.

They started a soak off of gel on my nails and then the girl walked off to start a pedicure on a customer that walked in 15 minutes after me. Didn’t say anything. 30 minutes pass and I had to say something for someone to take it off for me. Don’t go here. They are more about money than their customer service. I won’t recommend this to anyone I know.

I decided to check out this place for the first time yesterday. I walked in and showed the gentleman a pucture and he said he thinks he could do it. He grabbed the display if the colors he thought would match and it clearly did not. I picked out my own colors that I thought would be similar.I honestly felt I was annoying him because I wanted several colors. (To match the picture) The process was rushed and i felt like a burden .I understand wanting buisness but it would of been nice if some effort was put into making them look similar to the picture or just of said no because im honestly not happy with them.I would of payed more to achieve the style I wanted and he was made aware of that. My cuticles are also cut in several places due to him rushing. I definatly overpated for the product recieved. The only thing I can say positive is the shape of the nail looks nice. However I will not be returning and thats a shame because the spa peducures look amazing.

I’ve gotten my nails done here twice, each time the gel polish flaked off in less than a week, and the paint was uneven and splotchy. Very disappointing, considering the prices are on the higher end. Won’t be coming back again.

I was not at all satisfied with my manicure. It was rushed, the nail polish did not match my toenails, after many attempts to tell the technician that it was wrong. I left with no polish. My nails were worse when I left than when I came in, and I was still charged for a complete manicure. I have been coming to the salon for a long time, but I will not be returning.

I hated the service, not friendly, dirty waxing station, poor foot massage with my pedicure. Dont go there.
