It took me a long time to find a nail salon that I liked! This is the one. Very professional employees, friendly service, amazing work! They treat my kids like princesses and give everyone the royal treatment.

Got a full set & a pedicure yesterday. They did a great job and are very clean. Definitely will be coming back.

I called today to schedule with my regular nail tech. I was informed he no longer works there. Which is fine. I had been going to this location for a very long time. When I asked who else they recommend for me to try... the worker refused to recommend someone so I can schedule an appt... she kept making excuses about not wanting to refer me to another nail tech? She then told me to go to the salon my old nail tech now works at....? I never asked where he was working. Simply to schedule with a new person. Turning me away was very rude. I would not recommend going here... I was comfortable at this location and was turned away... makes no sense!

Visiting from Cali, needed a fill and pedi. Lv nail salon is very clean and calm. They place liners in the pedi tub and use new tools. Noticed they soak all tools. The two ladies did a great job, best leg/foot scrub I have had in a while. They were both very gentle with hands and feet. They do dip, gel, and standard polish. Again not from the area, but this was a good find while visiting the area.

Got my nails done here 3 weeks ago, Poor quality acrylics with gel. The woman doing my nails was obviously not in the mood and speaking under her breath. Also the acrylic stuff was all over the place on my nails and on the skin parts. They were so thick too she didn’t care at all for my nails. I felt rushed, I felt like I as a customer did not matter at all. She was rough at handling my hands too, especially did not like how the acrylic mold stuff was completely everywhere and not just on my nails but on my skin and she did not care to file or anything to make them look better. She did not want to entertain any of my questions either and I was more than kind to her the whole process. Never going here again. I went to Island Nails oakleaf the other day and they treated me so much better and they do a way better job on my nails.

I am beyond thrilled with my nails. Steven was wonderful! Super clean, Super friendly. This is my GO TO place from now on!

A friend from work recommended that I go see them to have my nails fixed after the place I had been going to since I was 15 years old messed them up so bad I had to fix them myself at home. My sister in law and I went in, they were very clean and professional, had us both right in chairs and getting done with no wait. They did amazing on both of us. I have officially found my new salon. I haven’t figured out how to add photos but my nails are absolutely beautiful. I’m not a picky person, but I do expect quality work for my hard earned money. They are not like other nail shops who don’t really listen to you when you tell them what you want because a lot of shops do what they want even after you’ve specified the look your going for. I got a new full set with gel polish and a number 3 pedicure with gel polish. And my two children got the number 4 pedicures. They are sooooo neatly done and she even cleaned my cuticles without trying to charge me for a manicure. My cuticles are jacked up so I don’t get upset when I get them done and it still looks bad because I know I needed a manicure but she made sure the entire full set looked amazing simply by nipping the dead cuticles off for a clean look. 1,000 percent satisfied and they don’t have attitude problems like some shops. Very talkative and all smiles. It was my first visit and I will return. When people came in, they didn’t start rushing through my service, they still took there time on me and my kids so we could experience the full relaxation a pedicure is suppose to provide you. That provides they are not money hungry and they actually give uh damn about the quality of their work.

First time Ive tried them, and I got a full set. Now it is three weeks later and I can go get a fill in I have never gone three weeks without getting to fill in or the nails coming off they are wonderful!!!

This will never get my service. When I came before there was no problem getting myself and my daughter feet and nails polished. Now some old guy stop me at the door to saying she can not come in the shop.

Absolutely horrendous. My sweetheart went to get her nails done here. She got the dip powder. THE VERY NEXT DAY, the top coat was already coming off. The next couple days they started to discolor. $43 down the flipping drain. Do your self a favor and find somewhere else to go.

Went to go get a basic manicure, and their door clearly says “walk ins welcomed” but that was not the case when I walked through the door. The lady took a look at me, told her I wanted just a manicure and she told me “appointments only.” I didn’t even say anything back because that’s money you missed out on.

Not my usual place to go but since it’s closer to my house i went and gave them a try. My mom and i went for pedi but to our dismay they didn’t do a good job. They trim and cut our toenails but didn’t even clean our nails thoroughly, didn’t clean under our nails to get those dirt out. Didn’t even nail filed our nails properly. My toenails came out uneven. Very unhygienic tools. I didn’t see that the tools they are using for me were sanitized and the scrub gel that they are using are from the same jar. He was dipping his used/dirty fingers with gloves on over and over to the scrub gel and to whatever else he used on my legs. Not coming back ever again.

After trying several places, I finally found the one! This salon is great. Ive been going for a couple months now and I love it. Every 2 weeks I go to Tina, who is amazing. She is very gentle and her attention to detail is wonderful.

Me and my mom scheduled an appointment for 2:45pm, they said they would only be a few minutes. They ended up taking 3 other people in front of us, didnt say anything to us. We waited 30 minutes with no change. Would not recommend.

Going to them is really hit or miss depending on who you sit with. The quality of the nails are not good at all! You can pay the same price at a different shop with better nail techs. Oh and by the way the tech cut my finger when she went to cut my nails down like seriously smh

I got a full set sns on Sunday two weeks ago by sat I was at the emergency room with my pinky finger infected with staff infection....two weeks later still on high dose of antibiotics and finger still looks gross

Was seen as soon as I walked through the door. Just wanted their basic pedicure ($25), which included hot towel and callous removal. Lisa was great! Gentle, quick and my toes came out super cute. Everyone seemed pretty friendly and the place was clean. Very happy with this nail salon!

Lv Nails is the best place to go to get your nails and toenails done. They all do a great job, and they are all as nice as nice can be, they are wonderful people. Want your nails done right by wonderful people, then I say go there.

This salon was very nice but I’m disappointed in my nails. They are not fully painted and I left with paint and glue on my hands. She had someone waiting for her so it felt very rushed and I didn’t want to speak up but once I was able to really look at them I was very upset. I had to file the sides when i got home.I don’t think I will return here.

I just left from there & my nails are a beautiful color and the girl who did my toes did geewt but Anna ? If that’s her name has my nails VERY uneven and blotchy

Customer service is great. I got a medi. & pedi. I really loved how my pedicure came out, however, my nails wasn’t the best. My nails wasn’t the shape I wanted, the acrylic wasn’t file even and the polish wasn’t put in evenly. The prices here are really nice thus you getting what you pay for. My full set was $25. I’ll be going to a totally different nail tech to get my nails fixed. I personally won’t be going back.

I can usually walkin without an appointment and be seen almost immediately. I dont have amy specific tech i see, I have been taken care of by all of them and they all do a great job.The salon is always clean.

I have been going to Lv for a while now and overall there services are great. I have gotten full sets, pedicures, hot wax treatments, eyebrow waxing, and gel polish and I mostly have no complaints. The owner Anna is awesome, I definitely recommend her. She is very patient with me (I change my mind often) and overall great with my nails and with teens, she explains services and how long they last and what to be careful about when getting them. The only reason I rated four stars was because I have had 1 bad experience with the male owner. He is not very patient or detailed. If you change your mind too many times with him he gets very frustrated and then your nails dont turn out so well. Overall I do recommend this salon.

I have been going to LV Nails for a lllooooonnnngggg time.Anna and her husband Ryan are the owners, they both work very hard and go out of their way to make sure that everyone has a good experience.I have probably been helped by everyone there at one time or another and I can honestly say they are all very good at what they do. Anna is always willing to try any design as long as she has a picture to see what exactly you want done. I usually let her use her own judgement, and Ive always gotten compliments on her work. My husband goes regularly for pedicures and he wont see anyone but Pen....he says she gives the best massages hes ever had. I told him he has to quit tipping her $20 every time...hes making me look cheap!!! They are closed on Tuesdays and y ok u dont have to have an appointment. Its best to call ahead on Fridays and Saturdays because they are usually booked solid on those days. They will squeeze you in regardless, but you may have to wait a while on the weekends. You wont find a better bunch of people, and I guarantee youll have a good time. Ryan is a comedian at heart and he will find a way to get a laugh. In case you havent guessed, I love these people like family.

First of all the customer service was pretty good. But my big draw back was lack of cleanliness. Every experience Ive had getting a pedi ghe tech brings out clean tools and opens them from the blue sterile packaging. My tech came out with a little hand tote with tools sunk at the bottom of her tote as she dug around for nail Clippers. They appeared dirty i asked if they were sterile and clean and she said yes but I disagree. I also watched as they sat someone next to me in a chair that had just been used without properly cleaning it first i between people. They use the same container of orange gel on each person so after rubbing someone elses feet/legs. My skin was crawling with the lack of cleanliness. Go to Salina Nails in Fleming island!! They serve you drinks, everything is clean and sanitary and they actually talk to you. Im completely grossed out!!!

This was my first time having a pedi/mani. The woman doing my mani/pedi was competent and gentil. The mani is perfect and still in good shape. The polish on my fingers started to come off 3 days after the mani. This was my first time getting a mani/pedi so I knew nothing. I went back 6 days later and the manager told me I should have asked for gel polish. I had to pay $15 more for the gel polish to be put on. I think I was kind of ripped off. {art of the problem was a language barrier and Im hard of hearing.

This is a really great salon. I have been to many salons and the customer service here is just wonderful. I have never waited more than 10 minutes even as a walk in. The work that they do is superior. I usually get a gel mani and it will last 3 or more weeks. I highly recommend the deluxe spa pedi, it is heavenly and I am not even mentioning the wine! If you try this salon, you will not be disappointed.

They cant file square nails right and she grind my nail layers to the point it burned my skin underneath my nail. i told her to take the polish off and not to worry about it i just wanted my money back. She refused to refund me the money and i walked out with my nails worst than what i came in with. She is rude and not professional at all.

Ive recently moved to Jax, FL & Ive been to a few nail salons but didnt liked them. Finally I came to LV & did my nails with Mai. I absolutely loved her. She did my nails just how I like them.

LV nails was a complete bust! I was greeted upon arrival and although the salon appeared clean, the smell of acetone nearly choked me as I searched for a color next to an open door. I sat in a chair and told the tech that i had never been here and the reviews on the internet are less favorable then Im sure hed like. I thought that may stir a fire and hed do his best but, boy was I wrong. I had Kevin for my tech and as previous reviews stated, his hands looked like they hadnt been washed in years. They were adorn with thick jagged nails that had thin black lines underneath them and orange finger tips. He was uncomfortably rough on my cuticles and left skin hanging around the beds of my nails. He asked me my name 3 times in 10 minutes while making small talk. 3 out of 10 nails are shaped unevenly and not one of the match the other hand in length. He asked me before polishing if I wanted a gel finish but neglected to explain that the clear coat would cost $5 more. When I declined he insulted me by saying thats just like military spouse! I am assuming he thought I couldnt afford it rather than just being uninterested. I inquired about a design but he brushed me off and showed no interest in showing me my choices. He didnt not make eye contact with me through the remainder of my service and as soon as the top coat was applied he turned on the fan and proceeded to help someone getting a pedicure. The owner was in high spirits making jokes with the patrons seemed warm and humorable but because of the standard I expect for acrylic nails I will not be returning. DO NOT ASK FOR KEVIN!!

I saw the attitude of greed and manipulation on the first visit to LV Nails on Argyle Forrest Rd. in Orange Park Florida. However, a new technician who had recently relocated, won my heart with her genuine desire to give her best. Her name is Mai. The light in a very dark place. To my sister in Christ, Mai, I applaud with 5 platinum STARS! Shes amazing. Now lets address the truth. The owners are plagued with greed and an obvious gift of smooth talking and trickery. Statements like, we like your money, yes come in now no problem, we do it for you, we have many customer who buy this, and so on. Sounds harmless, right? Well had the opportunity to see one of the owners named Anna in action. I called for an appt. with Mai. Anna, seeing Dollar signs, schedules me in for a fill, pedure, and wax at 1821 hrs. Keep in mind, they close at 1900 hrs. Driving past several salons, I arrived 13 minutes early. While Mai is completing my nails, the owner, Anna walks up and firmly stands behind Mai demanding a ticket now. It was an awkward moment and very uncomfortable. Now Mai is hurrying, obviously nervous, and trying to finish. Anna abruptly says to me, were closed. Not doing your pedicure today. You come back tomorrow. Mai do your wax, but we closed now. My jaw hung open in disbelief. I declined Annas gracious offer to return and she snatched my credit card faster than JJ can deliver subs.. Mai profusely apologized and I reassured her that it wasnt her fault. Made sure her gratuity was 50%. She deserved it. You see, there was never any intention to complete my services. It was impossible to expect one tech to complete my scheduled services in one hour. Anna is clever. She manipulated me into the door, made a little more money, then became rude when she was ready to go. There is a sad motive behind the treatment I received. It all to well resonates white sheets and hate. I watched as this husband and wife team snapped pics of their customers who look like me in order to post on Facebook. Dont be fooled. After you have given them your money, theyre superior demeanor is laughing behind your back. Unfortunately, I must give up a great nail artist.
