I came to Queen Nails this past Thursday for a full set. The guy that works there prepped my nails and did the acrylic. Another lady did the paint and design. The man did such a awful job shaping my nails!! They are not curved like a natural nail. They did not shape the acrylic correct around my cuticle area. The nails are like complete squares and not just the tip. I have been asked if they are glue on nails 🤦🏼‍♀️ The lady did not even paint my whole nail.

I love going to Queen Nails for my pedicures, i don’t always get manicures but when i do they are good! If you don’t like something or something isn’t what you wanted all you have to do is say something and they will be happy to fix or change what it is you don’t like. Honesty is key and they love their feedback from their customers! I have and will always use Queen Nails! I also get my eyebrows done here as well and they always turn out GREAT!! Opened 30 minutes prior to the other nail salons in the area.. No appointment, waited 30 minutes for service. Service quality is okay. Polish applied was old, started peeling off my nails within 2 days.

I believe they cater to your ethnicity. Waited for 35mins and when I was ready to leave they hand me the color nail book to chose while there were three people who were Caucasian that come in after me and we serviced immediately. WOW....but no thanks to your service.

The thing that is the craziest is I really liked their service. However, my gel polish literally lasted 4 days, I was advised to return and get it fixed and Im assuming some customers are more valuable than others because this lady was allowed to go before me while as I was literally sitting there!!! So, I go up to ask for an appointment and the guy literally says nonchalantly, shes going to help you. Dont know who she is/was that he was referring to at the time but I finally got my three nails fixed after being there for about 35-40 minutes. The lady I had was fine but damn have better customer service

Went here last Saturday and got in right away. Everyone was super nice. We were on the hunt for a forever nail place as we have had bad experiences at a lot of places around town and my daughter just got a beauty consultant job and will need to make sure her nails look nice. We waited a few days to make this post because sometimes you notice things after the fact. Our nails came out wonderfully! Daughter got coffin shape and I just got square, the shape is perfect for both of us and the polish (special for her birthday) is amazing! We didnt have any of the extra acrylic around the bed of our nails and didnt have polish anywhere it shouldnt have been. This was amazing and I think we have found our forever nail salon. Tony and Brian, you rock!!

I thought I was going to love this place but I guess not. I got a gel manicure and pedicure one weekend which was good for the price. the woman who helped me put nail glue on my thumb nail because it was splitting a little, Im assuming she didnt know that would cause the gel to detach from my nail because thats exactly what happened a few days later. so I call and set an appointment to get my thumb nail redone the next day at 2:15. I show up at 2:10, sign in and sit down without being greeted probably because the place was pretty full. I sit around for about 30 minutes before I finally get up and mention to the man close to the sign in sheet the fact that I had an app and ask if anyone will be able to help me. he literally says yea yea just sit down and waves me off. I had a flight to catch at 4:10 so once 3:00 came I had to leave. no one even acknowledged me until I got up to cross my name off the sign up sheet. the man who waved me off earlier asked you dont want your nail fixed? I said no, I have to leave. and to top it all off, the rest of my gel manicure started to peel up at the cuticles a week and a half after getting them done. so yea, I probably wont be back.

This place is definitely worth it. They have outstanding customer service & always makes you feel comfortable. All the associates are great but Tony ALWAYS does an AMAZING job on my girls & myself. The staff really goes beyond just a nail tech. I highly recommend them

I got full set acrylic done, and they did a fantastic job. Their not super thick and they dont have a huge bump like a lot of nail places do. Their very sturdy, and did it in practically no time at all, maybe 30 min at most, but without sacrificing quality. They were nice and made sure that I liked them before they finished. Im sure to come back next time!Best time to come is during the morning on the weekday when its not too busy.

I got my nails done here just yesterday and they came out so good! I normally go to million nails and spa but i recently stopped going there because they always over price things. They took their time on my nails yesterday, they only charge $5 more for gel when other places is $15 more. I defiently will be coming back for a fill in, in a few weeks!
