Pros: clean and wide variety of nail polishCons: matte polish tarnished after 2 daysAs Ive found in various nail salons and convenient stores. Its always good to verify your price up front or calculate your % up front.💭 And this is why... we went over the details of my nails and price 💵 upfront, then at checkout the price 💵 💵 increased. And the tech tried to go back and forth about what she said and the made up price she was giving me at the end. 👎👎👎👎

Good atmosphere, great customer service. The gentleman took his time on my nails. I am happy with the result and would return. My nails are straight and the polish is smooth. No bumps or ridges plus, the overall application is not thick.They said they are under new management. I had never been to establishment before though. During covid mask must be worn or they will provide one.

This is by far the best spot in this area. Ive tried at least 7 other locations. I can say Ive found only one that is better, but their price reflects it. Lovely Nails is where you get your bang for your buck. They never let me down.

This was our first time visiting this nail salon. The staff was very friendly and did an excellent job. Hubby tends to have really rough heels. He says his heels are now the smoothest he can remember. I think he likes the massage chair too since he dozed off. 😆 Definitely will use them again.

The staff was welcoming and polite. I went at 4 on a Friday afternoon. I waited less than 15 minutes. She was very gentle, took her time and did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend them!

They were nice and clean. They have become what I call Americanized bc I caught her texting while doing my feet lol I thought it was funny tho... The place is clean - inside and out. They did not rush. They were very polite.

I went in on Friday morning for a Manicure/Pedicure. It was not busy and there was no wait.For my manicure I wanted simple art (1 heart on each ring finger). I got the manicure done and was pleased, but the next day my nails were already chipping. I noticed they did not seal the end of my nails and I think that is why they are chipping so quickly, I was not rough on my nails prior to this. By Sunday, most of the polish off of one nail was already chipped off and another nail has a large crack down the middle.My pedicure was initially great, but yesterday I started having pain in one of my toes, similar to an ingrown toenail. I am not sure if they cut me or what.I wont be going back. Not pleased with the service for $60.

Me, my mother & my sister-in-law got our nails done here for the first time today. Let me just say, they did an AMAZING job. Now, this is the only place we will be going to get our nails and feet done. The customer service was top-notch. The place was very clean & the environment was relaxing as well. They also have a nail tech that can do any kind of art or design on your nails that you desire. She can even do 3D art & designs. If you come to this place, trust me this will be the only place you’ll go to get your nails done also. Best in JAX.

The best nail tech I’ve been to hands down. She takes her time with whatever service she is providing. There is no such thing as a rush job with her. She’s a perfectionist. She literally makes you feel at home and treats you as such. No complaints. Never late. The atmosphere is peaceful and inviting. I can’t compliment this place enough

The absolute worst i have been to.. the lady i had was very slow and i asked for clear pink she didn’t ask if i wanted gel or not and put what she wanted on my toes the proceeded to offer it after the face. She also didnt put the correct color on my toes i wouldn’t recommend this terrible place to anyone.

Kevin gave the BEST pedicure I have ever had! The scrub, the moisturizing, the massage. Every step along the way felt amazing. This was my first visit and I plan on coming back to get my 2nd 3rd 4th 5th 6th pedicure :) Thank you again, Kevin!

I was recommended to go here and I am very glad i did, My services today along with the friendliness and outcome of my nails but i do believe they makeup prices as they go and i did have to ask guy to change his gloves he came to polish my toes with the same gloves he used to polish the other lady toes I probably wont comeback because of that

Today was my first visit to this salon. They just opened about two months ago. The salon is clean and reasonably priced. There is no chemical smell in the air. They gave me a punch card to get a free pedi after 10 visits.I plan to go back to them again.

My regular nail salon was closed so I went here in a pinch... probably wouldn’t go back. The nail tech put regular polish instead of gel on my nails & had excuses as to why it wouldn’t dry under the light, when another person pointed out it wasn’t gel, I then had to sit there while it was all done over. My fingers were cut up a couple times, and since I’ve left I have 2 blisters under my nails. Wasn’t a great experience but I left 2 stars because the people were nice.

Me and one of my besties had to be banished from a Bridal Shop so we decided to get pedicures. The staff welcomed us with open arms with the scent of jasmine in the air. After picking our colors from the wall of hundreds of shades of gloss, acrylics, and glitter we were rushed off to our massage chairs. With the power button pressed on points of precision rolled over sore muscles from neck to thighs. While my feet were percolating in the foot bath I recieved a complimentary beverage. I scanned the menu that was full of choices for a fun spa adventure. I selected a peppermint scrub and the nail technician checked in to make sure my session was perfect and that things were up to my standards. Loved the ankle massage and the cooling effects from the peppermint. Jacksonville is lucky to have Lovely Nails.

Love the new owners! Very responsive to your requests! The pedicures are to die for weather you get the regular or deluxe you will still receive outstanding service and your feet will feel rejuvenated.

Clean, professional, and beautiful environment. Overpriced and especially for the quality of work. They guess the prices and upcharge everything. Never again. Pedicure was very mediocre.

This place is absolutely horrible! Me and my 2 daughters were st the salon at 9:30 when they open we waited until 9:45 and still nobody was here. Decided to goto another salon and ended up having to come back here we get back to the salon at 10 and they have 5/10 pedicure chairs full they tell me come back in 3 mins came back and sat and waited until 12:00 while they finished the other group not once did they acknowledge our presence or even attempt to apologize for the long wait. We decided to leave and still no apology or any attempt to make things better. For a new salon they are not doing a very good job at trying to bring in new clients considering the lack of meeting the clients needs and just simply acknowledging their clients.

The lady left and didn’t have a conversation with me or anything ! very rude . the man that worked there was very nice learned my name and everything. the only thing is he needs a little work on the acrylic side. 3 of my a nails broke and one of those three broke off half of my real nail and caused a bleeding mess ! i’m very disappointed. i won’t be coming back .
