Then it didn’t work anymore and for a week they said they were having a technician look into it. I finally gave up and cancelled the service and asked for a refund. They promised one was forthcoming but it was a lie. I finally disputed the charges through my credit card company. Avoid at all cost.

But out of 7 days of service, I think we were able to actually connect twice. I would try other ways to connect unless this is your only option. Also, the $14.95 price for 7 days was supposed to let us connect 4 devices. We were only able to connect 2 or 3, then got an error saying we had used the login info on too many devices. Goodluck emailing or calling them. I’ve invested HOURS into canceling for MONTHS. It’s been SIX MONTHS and the 2 times I’ve ever gotten someone on the phone... they said I’m canceled and charge me the next month anyways.Signed up at another camp site (had to with working remote) to give it another go and it was as non-functioning as the first time. Unfortunately we are forced to use Jabba where we live, since all of the other internet providers in our area aren’t available where we are. We have used this “service” for over a year and it CONSISTENTLY kicks us off of WiFi. It forces us to sign into our account everytime we exit out of Anything that requires internet. And often times once it kicks us out it says the WiFi has a poor connection and won’t reconnect. So we are paying for a service that hardly ever works and are forced to drive to my mom’s so my kids can log online to do their schoolwork. Thankfully schools are opening back up and my kids won’t be relying on WiFi. Whenever anyone moves in near us and they ask about Jabba we let them know it’s absolutely terrible service. I’m not even sure why our RV park has a contract with them because literally everyone here hates what they are provided and is constantly complaining to management about the connection. Or lack there of. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

I dont normally write reviews, but I just desperately feel the need to put this out there: Im an employee at an RV park that uses Jabba, and I live here on-site too, and as someone who has experience dealing with them in both capacities, I can confidently say that they are completely incompetent and have no idea what theyre doing. Whenever theres any significant number of people in our park at all, the service is almost unusable. The infrastructure they set up is a complete joke, the signal repeater towers are constantly going down and needing to be reset. One tower in particular has never worked correctly at all, no matter how many times we ask them to fix it. They did send a service tech up once, and he came completely unprepared in every way, missing essential tools, etc., and nothing significant got done as a result of that. Calling customer service never goes anywhere either, they always have some excuse as to how its not their fault. So basically, implementing Jabbas service has been a resounding failure for us so far, and I cant possibly recommend them to anyone, unless they figure out how to do their jobs.

I have the middle package and switched to the best package and still had the issue. Other than that it’s been great. But Jabba you really need to do something about this problem, it seems like this is your biggest complaint. Fix this problem and everyone will want your internet. They also have awesome customer service representatives. I had a lady that I can’t remember her name now that helped me with my new AC router that went above and beyond to help me. Sorry I can’t remember her name. Others have been very helpful to. Highly recommend.

Jabba is so frustrating. My biggest issue is that every 12-ish hours I get a You have reached the maximum number of registered devices for the package message even though Im not exceeding the allowed number of devices. When this happens, I suddenly cant connect my laptop any more, I have to call customer support and get them to delete some instances of my laptop off my account so I can then start accruing new instances. This works okay when I can get through to them, but their wacky hold system Will say the average wait time is 0 minutes then have me on hold for exactly 2 minutes and then kick me to voicemail. They say leave a message and that they will usually call back in 15 minutes but they have never actually called me back in 15 minutes, and most of the time not at all, so I will just keep calling until I get an actual person. I kind of feel like jabba should be paying me for all of the time that I have spent dealing with them every day rather than the other way around. Hold time is never going to be longer than 2 minutes because everyone gets kicked to voicemail after that time, but whatever time it says at the beginning of the call the average wait time is is never an accurate prediction of how long I have to wait. The company seems to be open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. mountain Time and this means there are 12 hours of the day in which you cannot actually reach customer support. So this doesnt work out too well for me when I get the maximum devices error message during the 12-hour window that they are not around to fix it for me. I cant believe I have been paying for 24-hour a day wifi When I am really getting 12-hour a day Wi-Fi.I also get very spotty jabba wifi service with my phone so this means that when I actually have regular cell service it eats up my bandwidth allotment and has cost me about $20 extra so far. This also means I often have to take a walk in search of a better signal in order to be able to call customer service. They also have kind of annoying package choices. You can get one day for $4.95. A week for $14.95. a month for $34.95. I was staying in the same place for four weeks so it sounded like the one month option would work best for me but actually the month option is calculated by the calendar month and I was staying from halfway through November to halfway through December. So, They would have charged a prorated amount for November and then charged an entire $34.95 for December. Thus, I ended up paying the weekly service. So that gets kind of expensive and also after the first week I had a hard time getting my next week and I ended up having to make a whole new account with the new email address and a new debit card. What I learned is if you need another week or another day or whatever it is best to just call them. They have really inspired me to try and find a better way to get connected. Maybe something that mounts on my RV, I will need to research. I will say that when you get customer service on the phone they are nice and they fix the problem at least temporarily even though a few times they have made me feel like somebody must have stolen my password or I just didnt know how many devices I had.

Usually takes a few hours to get going when we arrive in November for the winter season, but over all the response time has improved, the tech help is great when required. We are pleased with Jabba and will continue with them.

Used Jabba for three yrs prior to 2016. I did not have my own antenna, and my unit was not in a great loction relative to the Jabba signal. In 2016 I had Jabba put up a receiver antenna for me, and since then the reception, service and billing has been letter perfect No problems, excellent reception with high speed.
