Will not be returning to this place. Got my eyebrows done here because the place I usually go to Ann Spa & Nails was closed. Big mistake. I asked prior to getting my pedicure if they knew how to do French pedicure ( which they charge $5 extra for ) before asking for it to get done! They said yes. The lady I got couldn’t do it and was literally ASKING for help and no one would help her. I didn’t want a pedicure at all anymore. They couldn’t give me what I asked for and trapped me into getting something else. I just got a solid color, paid for my service & left. Never ever coming back here again.

I enjoyed my time here at this nail salon and will go back a few more time before I leave NC. They were very friendly and gave me exactly what I asked for. I didnt even have to ask for them to fix my cuticles up, she just did it. I do wish she would have asked hands once she was done, thats my favorite part. But I will update in about two weeks on quality.

That’s gonna be a big no from me .Went in for a pedicure. These women whole heartedly told my daughter and I that they were the least busy Saturday mornings at 9 when I inquired about their common busy times . We were looking to receive manicures but not all at once .THEY DON’T OPEN UNTIL 9:30!!!!Look I’m an extremely understanding person in the event there may have been a miscommunication HOWEVER my daughter and I BOTH clearly herd what the WOMEN, plural, were telling us . I even reiterated the fact we would absolutely be back Saturday at 9 as we are very serious about getting our hands done as well .I AM BLOWN AWAY that people still act in such a manner …Seriously glad they turned us off with that kinda negativity though …Find yourself more room to breathe, feeling more comfortable, better prices … by taking your energy over to LC Nails on Western Blvd. I promise you won’t be disappointed !

I thought I wrote a review for this establishment. They came through in the clutch when another company looked over me for over 2 hours. Shown out their skills and techniques and now have a loyal customer for life. I must say this is a must beautiful establishments very elegant. The best nails Ive ever had.

Looks good. My daughter really liked the lady. My daughter got acrylic nails done with tips for her birthday but got charged $75. It was over priced. The lady did extra nail art on her ring fingers we didnt ask for. She used acrylic but she told my daughter put cure her nails in the UV lamp. You dont need to cure acrylic.I saw that they offer solar nails which is a rip off because solar nails are the same same acrylic with gel polish on to which most nail salons do anyway. The lady seemed to do a good nail job but she kept talking in another language to other people who worked in the store. Its not professional. From my experience when someone speaks another language someone cant understand its because they dont want you to hear what they are saying. When someone is paying for service the attention should be on the customer.

They were rude and impatient. Customer should feel ok and welcome. I did not. And I have two ingrown nails now which I did not have before and they are very painful.

Ive been going here for awhile and its slowly going down hill. I wont be returning after my last experience. They seriously used a pedi drill on my fingers. This place needs the health dept to drop a surprise visit. Theyre not sanitary and dont care what theyre customers think about their experience. Im not a demanding customer but i expect a level of cleanliness when getting my nails and toes done. Quit reusing things!!

I was just got a normal set with one color polish and no nail art or anything special. I was charged $80 for it. (Not including the tip). Im a licensed nail tech so I even did all of the prep work before going in. I cleaned up my own cuticles and trimmed/clean up my nails before going in. Not a single place in Jacksonville charges $80 for a full set with no nail art or add ons. She also told me to put my hands in the lamp after applying the acrylic to my hands. I tried to explain to her that acrylic doesnt need to be cured but I guess she doesnt know this still because I see other reviews staying the same. Oh well. The ladys were super nice but I cant justify that price.

Went a few times to give a chance. Not happy and I get the same exact thing done nothing different. always keep getting a different price. Not happy.

I am SHOCKED by the service I received earlier this evening.I’ve been coming here off and on for years and it has always been my favorite place in Jacksonville.The service today was down right rude. I made an appointment and when I first arrived in the salon, the lady nearest the register asked what I needed done. I told her I had an appointment and she did not acknowledge me and instead went back to filing her customers nails. The waiting area was full so I just stood there not knowing whether she wanted me to wait outside or to keep standing by the door.She eventually rolled her eyes and told me to sit at any empty booth. I sat down and was moved around three times from chair to chair since the waiting area was continuously full.I showed up 10 minutes prior to my appointment time and my nails didn’t get started until 45 minutes after.I showed the tech what I wanted (pink and white ombré) and asked if she could do it. She said yes and we discussed shape and length. She cut the nails way too short for the shape I wanted but since I was already way behind schedule, I decided not to press the issue. She rushed through my nails and I can honestly say, they looked nothing like the photo I referenced. It was already almost 7 (they close at 7:30) by the time I saw my finished nails and I knew there’d be no fixing them tonight. There is hardly any color to them at all and the pink she used is so light, my entire nail looks white.I truly cannot believe how much this place has changed. With how it was even a few months ago, if they were behind schedule they would have at least said something and given their customers an idea of how long they’d wait. Not roll their eyes and rush through sets that people are paying good money for.If anyone has a recommendation for a better salon, I’m all ears!

I have been going to TH Nails for a few years now. Out of the many nail places in Jacksonville, they have been the only one that feels so welcoming! I can tell them my desires and am always happy with the results! They listen and care about their customers! I would definitely recommend utilizing their services!

I love this place me and my two year old daughter comes here to get are nails done they treat my daughter like their own kids. I first came to them to get my eyelashes done and now I come for it all and love their work and how they make us feel

Went in today and I got a set of French tip acrylics and an amazing and relaxing pedicure! The nail tech who did my nails was GREAT! We had a great conversation and she did such an awesome job with my nails. I will definitely be coming back for my fill!

This was my first time here and everyone was nice. Sandy did my French tips, I have really dark nail-beds so it’s hard to find a pink that looks natural and not so pink.Judy did the the fire tip nails they were a little expensive but over all I like them they both did a good job and I will return in the future.

Daughter went in to get a pedicure, was charged $70 then came home and I called and a new set is $45. They were not long, they were square and were white sparkles. I feel they took advantage of her and knew they were doing. This is very unprofessional and I’m very disappointed in this. I

Literally just walked out and this is what my nails look like...absolutely horrible job on my nails or 27 dollars. I could have done better at home. Showed the guy doing my nails, but was not listening to me.

I am very satisfied with the fill in that I received from here. Judy took her time and made sure that I was satisfied despite the salon filling up. I greatly appreciated that and Judy will be my new go to nail tech!

I’ve been going to this nail salon for at least 3 years. The service has always been great up until the previous owners sold the business. I still kept going because I’m loyal. I usually don’t make an appointment but for the last 3 times I’ve needed a fill, I have because I finally found a nail tech, Judy, that did a consistent job. I loved everything about the way my nails were done but her personality was less than stellar. Who cares, right? Just need to get my nails done so I could overlook that. I had an appointment today for noon. Judy greeted me with “pick your color”. She had someone sitting at her station so I waited. I waited for 30 minutes and the lady was still sitting there getting her nails done. I understand running a bit behind, however, there was no explanation. No apologies. Nothing. Just “pick your color). So, after waiting for 30 minutes, I left. I do have other things to do with my time and had somewhere I needed to be by 1:30. I will find another salon that cares about their customers.

They do such amazing work, they do not look to customers as numbers, the entire staff learns your name and are very careful, safe, they run as close to schedule as possible. Amazing!

I finally found a nail spa I love! The place is super clean & beautiful. The nail tech are very understanding of what you want. The girl who did my Mani & Pedi, Lizzy ( I cant remember here name) did an amazing job on me. Definitely coming back here!

First time getting my nails done there, I didn’t know what to expect because I’m very picky about nails. Both ladies did such a good job! I got a natural ombré acrylic manicure and my nails looks so natural and mice! I will say that the prices are high. It cost me $55 for just my acrylic set. The French tip acrylic is also $55. No gel included. If you want coffin, it’s $5 more.

Enjoy the environment, polite staff, but the price is high (full set was about $45) I return because the nails stay on. Not what I wanted. But came out nice.

This is the best place to get nails done! They have been doing nails forever. Very attentive, best service ever, and the prices are worth the quality you receive. They offer tons of manicure and pedicure options as well as eyebrow waxing. Its always laid back with great conversation. Just know that if you add any extra services to their baseline pricing (ex.basic pedicure) it will add to the price.

I was very impressed with Judy she did my nails exactly like the picture I had she only looked at it 1 time she made sure my nails were even also the right color and they were thin so I can actually pick things up I will definitely go back and ask for her I’ve never had them done this beautifully

I went in for a gel nail refill, normally costs $25 anywhere you go to, it cost me $46!!! They are now way shorter than what they were before! I knew it would cost a few more as I had to get two nails replaced. It cost me $45 to get them done in the first place with the fake nail under the dip to extend them. They do not post their prices for easy access online that I could find or in their store. They look good but do people want to spend $50 every other week to get their nails a refill?

I Called scheduled and confirmed an appointment a week prior for my daughter and wife to get their hands and done. Long story short the lady that took the appointment information over the phone did not annotate manicure and pedicure. So of course my wife was disappointed and confused at this point and was trying to rectify the situation to get both done So they started to do some of the work. In the process the nail lady at T.H gets an attitude, loud and very disrespectful toward my wife and daughter and basically told my family to leave without completing any of the work. I found this practice this business to be very unprofessional, they can’t take appointments appropriately or professionally handle matters with customers after be the source of the mistakes. I’m extremely disappointed that my family had to endure such unprofessionalism.

Every time I come here they make up excuses of why they cant do something.. They brush me off and act like they are to busy to help even when its super simple.. I was the very first person there when they opened and she said she couldnt clean around my nails without removing all the polish, and i wanted a super quick design and she said they couldnt do it.. Im disappointed with there customer service and acting so stuck up. Went to my other nail salon right across the plaza and she did exactly what i wanted in less then 10 minutes!! I wouldnt recommend this place EXP if you have kids as well..

Literally the best nail place Ive ever gone to! Specifically Seo is my favorite. Her and her sister are great Nail Techs. When Seo does a full French set, it lasts me longer than any other nail salon.

I asked the man doing my pedicure not to shape my nails. I dont like the feeling of someone else filing my nails. I had them trimmed and shaped before I went in. He got the cuticle trimmer out and placed them on a nail, I pulled my foot back and asked him not to trim, knowing he would need to file after. He pulled my foot back towards him, said it ok and cut the nail anyways... He cut it too short...When all was said and done he charged me for the next level up from the treatment I had asked for. I didnt memorize the menu, so Im not sure if he took it upon himself to do all that level entailed, and there was a language barrier, so I couldnt argue the charge. I wont go back.

I called and made an appointment for my daughter for prom. I repeated myself twice to make sure our appointment was good. I was told they would make a note that she was going to prom. When my daughter showed up she was told they don’t make appointments. When I called, the business hung up on me. Do not go here! Rude and not customer friendly! Ruined our prom morning

After being told the wait would only be 30 mins, I continued to wait, when nearing an hour, I left because I had an appointment. I then returned at a later time, and was told they couldn’t fit me in. I have been a customer on and off for a long time, but this will be the last time I choose TH.

Ive been looking for my go-to nail salon in Jacksonville for a while now, and this is it! Everyone there is so friendly, and they pay such close attention to detail and take their time, and my nails show it! I got the pink and white solar nails and they are so gorgeous! Most enjoyable nail experience by far!

I’ve been going to TH every 2 weeks for the past few months for acrylic and gel polish and always had a positive experience. I went last week for my normal fill-in and was met by a few new nail technicians and new management. I was placed with one of the new technicians who seemed to do a decent job, but within 4 hours of being home, 5 of my nails had cracked in the corners with the acrylic peeling off. I went back first thing the following morning to ask them to fix it. The nail technicians that were there agreed that I had a botched job done and one started to redo the nails that needed repair. I’m the midst of redoing the damaged nails, I was told that the new manager, Judy, needed to see that an awful job was done so they sat me in her chair to wait for her to arrive and fix my nails. She arrived, looked at my nails, and told me she wouldn’t be able to fix them because she had appointments booked for 9:30 and 10:00. I’m sorry, but I had an appointment the previous day and paid for a service that I didn’t receive. Plus, my nails have now been filed down and are in the middle of being redone. I ended up sitting there for 30 minutes waiting and was placed with another technician who did a less-than-stellar job and I absolutely hate how they came out. They’re filed unevenly, have acrylic underneath some nails, and each nail has a different thickness. They are just a big mess. In the midst of working with this other technician, Judy had the nerve to come up to me and tell me, “Next time, you need to book an appointment with me.” Sorry, Judy, there won’t be a next time. I would have been willing to give them another try if their customer service was on point and my concerns and botched nail job were dealt with in a professional manner. This new management needs a few classes in running a successful business if they want to keep their current clients. There are quite a few nail salons in Jacksonville that will be more than happy with my business. TH Nails most definitely isn’t one of them.

JUDY has a great personality. She did my nails exactly how I wanted. The shape was on point. The blonde receptionist was super sweet and helpful too. Unfortunately, The past two times I’ve went Judy nor the receptionist have been working. this one lady in particular has upset me. The first time she was rude to me when she told me that Judy wasn’t there that day so I left. Then I just came in again and said hello and just stood there looking dumb. Nobody asked me what I needed done. There was no pen for me to sign in so I just waited for someone to look up and acknowledge me, maybe tell me what the wait was...anything. I literally started to feel weird and left lol. totally different experience these last two times than my first one. I’m just gonna call next time and schedule with Judy cause she really does great work.

Went in for a gel manicure... the guy talked me into dip powder and showed me how good the other lady’s nails look that worked there. He said it lasted longer and looked better... and eluded to the same process as gel manicure. They looked like pink painted sandpaper and we’re horrible. I told him they looked horrible and he said nothing. He then charged me $40 for the $27 service I came in for and said “oh sorry I should have told you it’s more.,, and refused to do anything and told me to come back tomorrow and they’d do my nails for free. My cuticles and sides of my nails are pink and I have to spend another hour having them redone because he didn’t know what he was doing and still charged me. I will NEVER return.

Clean salon and everyone is very nice. They don’t have a prices list, but they tell all the customers prices before they start. The prices are reasonable. I’m very happy with my nails.

2nd time coming in as a walk-in to this place. I highly recommend you make an appointment, if you come in as a walk-in expect a minimum 30 to 45 min wait and also they will just as you what you want when you come in the door, there’s no numbering system, no person to tell you when you’re next, she didn’t even tell me how long the wait time will be. Got tired of waiting so I left, I saw even people with appointments waiting, atmosphere is not very friendly at all. There was also a young girl maybe a teen working there, she walked in front of me and didn’t even say excuse me, she also brushed pass me twice and stood right in front of me to sort through nail polish that was on the shelves of the wall. Totally rude people running this shop, they don’t smile, just glare at you....they only greet their VIP customers. I don’t see how they have 4 and 5 stars.

Does not have a good color selection in gel polish if you like dark colors. No olive, maroon, burgundy, deep purple, navy blue... ect. I liked how my nails came out did not like the colors though :(

My cousin had taken me to get my nails done for my vacation. It was the first time in 9 years. I sit down, and the tech is nice, but seems to over share her personal life. As she is putting on the acrylic she lays it down super thick. At the end of the service i notice that the tech hadnt glued the tips all the way down on my nail and now i have a gap in between my nail and the tip. I was then charged for gel tips, and they charged me to shape the nails as well. I left there without polish and borched nails for 50$.

I got a deluxe pedicure a couple days ago and it was done fabulously. The man who helped me was very kind and did an incredible foot massage! 4 days later my toes still look like they were done today :)

I had a mani/pedi today and was very happy with the service. The gentleman that did my pedicure, his name is Do. He did an amazing job. Best pedicure Ive had in my entire life. I got the deluxe pedicure and the massage he gave me was incredible. Loved the rocks he applied after the masking. Everyone was very friendly and the salons appearance was nice. Prices are great.

Regular nail tech (owner) moved away so I figured Id give a new nail tech a try. She tried her best but it was not up to MY picky standards. They also changed the way (& products) they do pedicures... So lets just say I havent been back. And the shop is far from being a spa....no calming Zen aura there. T.H. Nails may have a diamond or two.. maybe even one in the rough in their selection of manicurist & pedicurists but I dont like digging for gold or mining gems. So Im on the hunt for another good manicurist.

I went here with a friend for the first and last time. First, there are no prices posted anywhere in the salon.The friend I went with was getting just a plain manicure and was attended right before I was. I went in for acrylic full set. The lady attending me was so rude she just made it seem as if I wasnt welcome. My friend caught on and noticed the same too. I gave her no reason to be this way, as I was respectful.She was working on another customer and just attended me while she waited for that customer to get her nails dry. She rushed through my nails and somehow finished mine up before my friend who was getting plain manicure was done. The person attending my friend did the whole hand massage and lotioning with the finishing spray and all and it was evident there was a difference in treatment.She asked me to wash my hands and went off to attend someone else. She came back just to ask if I was ready to pay.The results of my nails were horrible, I still had acrylic material stuck around my finger, all of the nails were not a similar shape whatsoever, some were pointy others round or at a slant.I was charged at 45 for full acrylic set, my friend was charged 20 but got better service .And got poor service. My worse salon experience.

Needed a pedicure! And the whole experience was great.... to bad I live in Virginia it would be a great place to go to! Make sure if your in that town to ask for an appoitment....

This place seems to always be busy, which days that they do good work. I’ve been here a total of three times and sadly that will be it. I’ve had gel manicures with Jay, Amy, and Judy has done the ombré for me a couple times. I was very satisfied with the outcomes but their customer service fell short for me today when I unfortunately had to cancel an appointment. I was looking to reschedule hopefully later today because my birthday is next week. The woman who answered my call around 10am didn’t even let me finish my sentence. I said I had to cancel and she says “Okaaaayyyy, thank you for calling.” and rushed me off the phone.Call me sensitive but I don’t appreciate being cut off mid sentence and not even offering to reschedule. It’s been real, but there are plenty of other places to go.

I was extremely happy with my experience here. I was going to the mall but they kept messing up my nails so I was nervous to try a new place. My nails look amazing and the girls there exceeded my expectations. I will continue coming here
