The lady tried her best but the shape of nails is isn’t straight, the bottom is super bumpy. they don’t look good at all. N super messy around the nails & I got charged for shape but the shape isn’t even right. One side is thicker Than the other I cannot believe I paid 70$ for this. My nails were straighter before she even touched them. Im a usual customer but im completely dissatisfied. I should’ve just made an appointment with Jenny or something. Not sure if I even want to come back.

They did an amazing job and were really friendly. I havent been able to do very much self care for a while so it was nice that the first time I did something for myself was a great experience.

Visiting from Dallas, TX, My daughters treat. I enjoyed it all. My attendant was very thorough & pleasant. I was served red wine in a real wine glass. Loved it! 🤗 This will be my go to place, when Im visiting here next time.

The whole family went in for pedicures. The salon is very clean and nicely decorated. Service is great and friendly.One of the best pedicures in Jacksonville.

A little disappointed. The women doing my nails, Lilly, was great and very sweet. She did a great job on my pedi. My manicure wasn’t quit what I was looking for, she didn’t ask what shape I wanted and they were uneven when I left but I just left it alone. The following day - 24 hours after getting them done, they are already cracking down the middle. I got dip powder so it wasn’t cheap.

I had a walk-in visit today. Everyone was very nice. When I was getting both my pedicure and my full set, they were very gentle. I was very comfortable the entire time. I am very pleased with my nails. It is the best service I’ve ever had! I will definitely be coming back many times.

Absolutely amazing experience! Was my almost 6 year old daughters first mani/pedi and they were amazing!!!! If it wasnt 1pm or a work night I would have taken them up on a complimentary glass of wine. Very clean, professional and overall wonderful.

I experienced great service here. I was able to check in and within 15 minutes on a Saturday was able to get a seat. I had a full set done by Cindy Qin. I heard she was really good at her job, so I requested her. I provided her with a picture of what I wanted. Now I didnt get exactly what I wanted from the picture, but she did do a great job. The shop is absolutely beautiful and I loved the music that was played. The only thing I didnt care for was the man who was hovering over her as she did my nails and they were talking in their language. It felt like I was intruding, which was absurd because I am the customer and if there was something you needed to discuss then it shouldve been discussed in private. Also, there were two instances when my 2 of my nails burned so badly I thought my natural nails were going to fall off. Other than that I love how they came out.Update* This is what my nails look like after a week. Still holding up pretty well.

First time I ever came to get a full set they were nice and people were kinda nice. Coming back, Cindy is super rude. Nails looked like they were a month or so old after a week. She wouldn’t take care of cuticles nor would she trim them like asked. When spoken to her about it, I got rude snappy reply. I don’t think it should matter how many times one comes in to get their nails done as long as costumer is nice and paying they should be taken care of instead of made feel like you doing something wrong. Quality shouldn’t slip either.

They’re fast once they get you in the chair, that’s the one perk I can say…but my recent experience was horrible. Extremely rude and unprofessional…I will find another place to go, sadly. Their products do not last either

I love this place but it was my first time! Everyone was so nice I got acrylic manicure and the Queen’s Spa pedicure, never felt more relaxed in my life. Would definitely come back!

My service was very rushed. I asked for a manicure and pedicure gel service. For both services I was done in 35 minutes. That is the quickest I’ve ever been done and also the tech was very aggressive pulling and pushing my hands and feet aside. I was trying to get comfortable in the pedicure chair ( mind you I am 8 months pregnant) instead of stating please watch your feet or wait until I was fully in the chair. The technician pushes my feet to the side and I almost fall out of the chair. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever encountered.

I went to get my nails done on Saturday morning, i first had a long wait which was fine but the lady sat me in the chair to do my lashes and left me sitting to do someone else nail, that was fine . I get a pedi and wait longer to get my nails done . The lady who does the brows and lashes then starts my nails but was rushing due to having to stop to do other people brows and etc . Had to return Sunday due to polish coming off and lashes falling off as well they fixed it with no problem but here we are on Wednesday and my nails look three weeks old with polish chipped off more then three nails and all lashes have fallen off. Hire more people so customers receive better quality!

My friend and I were. Going to get mani/pedi until we were being treated like cattle. They 2 nail technicians were pulling and slapping our hands. It seemed like they were in a race. Then I asked about how the pedi tubs were being cleaned…THEY SAID THEY DON’T GET CLEANED.. THEY JUST PUT A NEW PLASTIC BAG ON! Ummmm, what??? Can anyone say HEALTH DEPARTMENT! Especially during a pandemic! That’s nasty!We asked for their business information and they would not give it to me so I started writing down the company information from the framed legal “documents”They were so distraught that I was physically pushed out of the way by the old man/owner and the old lady was nose to nose with me frantically pulling everything they could. Then they refused to complete the nails, but charged me for the set, $42, $5, NAIL LENGTH, $5 shaping and didn’t paint one nail!If you want fungal disease or worse…come here!Waste of timeWaste of moneyThey are greedy and in a race to get as many people in and out.I paid but, I’m thinking about the health department shutting them down once they hear from the owner and employees that this place is GRIMY AH!!

After reading good reviews I decided to try this place since I had not had my nails done in over 5 years. However when I left I was disappointed and dissatisfied with my nails/service. I wanted a full set dip powder with a small extension and a particular design. I showed the nail technician what I wanted (two different pictures with a similar design. A nude nail color with simple flowers) and asked if he could do it and of course how much extra it would be before getting it done. He said yes and was unsure of the price, but around $20. I agreed to the price and he began working on my nails as he said he could do the design. The dip powder feels great and light. However the technician did not match my fingers to make sure the nails were the same length on each hand. I had to ask him and I filed some down at home. Then when it came to the design he could not do it. After several failed attempts I said just leave it and if he knew he couldn’t do it, that he should’ve said it in the beginning so I could have chosen something different. He could tell I was not happy as I choose the nude color to go with the design. So he said he would keep trying. He finally was able to get the design down, which I appreciated but he was so frustrated and tired of trying that my second hand came out sloppy. He and another man running the register kept saying it will be different from the picture. Trust me I understand that and was not asking for an exact copy. I just wanted something similar which is why I showed him two different pictures of the similar design but many of the flowers he was doing did not look like flowers. The technician was so frustrated he stated he was going home after he was done and sped up doing the second hand which is the hand I’m very dissatisfied with as he did a great job on the first. When paying the gentleman knew I was dissatisfied and instead of apologizing and offering anything to make it better, he charged me $75 for the work and ignored me as I told him about the situation. Mind you the dip powder was $46 (it was one color not ombré) and the design was $29. Not what I was told and don’t believe the design was worth $29. In the end the work wasn’t completely terrible but I was disappointed in how he rushed the second hand, let the frustration get the best of him, and basically lied to about being able to do the design. I wouldn’t have minded waiting for another person even on a busy Friday. If I ever return I will definitely be asking for another technician and triple checking that they can do the work.

I went to get my nails done for prom. They were fine until he cut them all different sizes. Some were longer then others and others are shorter. While doing all of filing they cut me. He tried to cover it up by glueing it and placing a paper towel over it while it was bleeding. I’m very disappointed in my nails and I will notBe returning

I went there and got the works performed on me, full set, eye lashes and eye brows waxed. Cindy did my nails and I will be booking with her moving forward . She gave me exactly what I wanted. I dont remember who sis my eye brows and lashes but the customer service was fabulous as well and Receptionist was very welcoming and friendly, she was fun and helpful . The environment was very clean and safe, which is the most important thing. I recommend this place to everyone!

My pedicure was rushed. My foundation of my two big toes because I got acrylic was uneven. Then when telling the man the mistakes he pretty much told me.. it may look uneven to you but it’s straight on my end. My pedi was $45 to remove calluses and such and feet felt the same. Wasn’t refreshing at all. But the owner was able to provide a discount. But I just wish my visit was more promising especially paying that much.

I went here and got my a full set done on Saturday March 20, 2021 and had to return the very next day because my set was lifting. Waited about 30 min to a hour after calling to get them fixed or taken off. They were so sweet and fixed things right away !! However. Today is Tuesday March 23,2021 and my nails are not only lifting but they popped off on two of my fingers. IM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND FOR $62 what a waste. Sadly I can’t even get my money back. If I have to I will send pictures to the owner to show the product of my nails !!

The fullset always comes out okay but the last time I went they took my old set off by prying them off with a nail tip. It was uncomfortable and left my nails underneath raw. My nails are still sensitive a week or so later. The only reason I still got them done was because they looked terrible like that. They usually soak them off and honestly prying them off with a nail tip isn’t good for anyone’s nails ever. You’re ripping off the nail bed which is already compromised. If you’re short on time or about to close that is not a good alternative to getting someone’s nails done quicker. I just know when I take my nails off they are gonna be so bad. Next time I’ll know to tell them to soak them off.

Went there with my friend, I got a pedicure and the man that did it was so rough and he stuck his finger nail on my leg and my toes it hurt kept moving my legs/knees like in and out. It was a weird man it was like 15 min pedicure. I don’t think I am coming back so disappointed

Brought my sister to this location during her visit for a quick eyebrow wax and trim. She is a tad picky about her eyebrows and cleanliness in salons. She was very impressed with the cleanliness of this location. She left town with beautiful eyebrows and a great experience here, as they were quick and very sweet during the session. Im definitely trying them out for nails/pedi in the future.

Went today and asked for a two basic pedicures and two gel manicures, was charged for both gel pedicure and manicure. Not only were we charged extra for services that we did not ask for but mine felt very rushed. While my pedicure was started immediately, my daughter sat in the chair beside me for easily 30 min without anyone even putting water in the foot bath. During my daughters manicure, the woman made one of her fingers bleed and at least 3 of her nails were cut crooked.

Wanted to get fill in nailcolor changed he said I could not had to pay 52 for another full set then my daughter came up she asked why I couldnt get just fill in and nail color change then he says ok 35 talked with another lady that had came thier earlierr he charged her 52 for the same service will not be going back thier that was wrong will tell others not go thier

Most likely will not be returning. Just moved here and was looking for a new regular salon, my pedicure was great I thought I’d found my forever nail gurus when I looked up after they had finished my manicure I was shocked! It was sloppy and uneven I could have easily done this at home, no issue! Next time I will be doing this at home. I’d rather spend $120 on a nail light than $35 on a horrible manicure!

I went with my family for a pedicure. It was actually recommended by my niece that was with us, but not allowed to go in, because she wasnt getting a pedicure too. (The entire time there was a seat open between us and the wall). She said she had had good experiences there before for manicures. The guy at the check-in desk was nice, but once I sat down for my pedicure the service was just bad. I looked at the booklet of different tiered pedicures and noticed that the second tier (one step up from basic and the one I wanted) didnt state that it came with a massage, but the basic did. So I asked the guy if it did, too. He said no, I would have to go with one of the more expensive tiers (tier 3 or 4), which were $50 something and $70. I said no, Id just get a basic since it stated in text that it came with a short massage. I didnt want anything fancy. All of my toe nails were long, so they needed to be cut down. In fact, my big toe nail had broken since it was so long. I asked the guy to cut it down (just clip it off). He said no, hed fix it. I said no, just cut it please and he said no, it will be easy. Ill glue down for you. I said fine. I was just tired of arguing. I really just wanted it cut short. Then he used a nail drill to take off my polish and kept hitting my skin. I kept pulling back and saying Ow! Then hed laugh and say, it tickles? And I said, no, it hurts! So he was a little more careful for a little while and then it happened again! I pulled back and he just laughed. Then he asked me regular polish or shellac? I told him regular. He said, shellac is better. It lasts longer. I said, I want regular nail polish. He asked me why. I didnt feel like I should have to explain myself. But I told him, because I dont want it to stay on my toes a long time. I want to be able to change my nail color on my own. I dont want to have to go somewhere that will use a nail drill on my toes. (I have NEVER had a nail salon do that when I just have polish on). Reluctantly he said okay. Then he started to use the pumice type scrubber on my foot, and he kept scraping my ankle and it hurt, so I pulled away. He laughed and again I said, no, it hurts my ankles. My sister was mad about her experience, as well, and the entire experience. She was paying for me and my niece-in-law, and they told her mine was $10 extra for acrilic. I said, no, I only got regular polish. They said, no, she got acrilic. And I said no, it was just regular polish. They came over and pointed to my big toe. Apparently he put acrylic on my toe! Something I did NOT want AND we had to pay EXTRA for it. When we left my sister said she didnt tip. Thats a big deal, because she normally tips $15-$20 per technician. The entire experience was him pushing me to do what he wanted that would cost more and not what I wanted. In the end it lost him money. If the technicians would learn how to listen to their customers they would have a better day. I know that experience wasnt only bad for me and my family. Im sure they guys there were upset too. I mean, every time I said no they started talking to each other in what I think was Vietnamese. Normally I love talking to people that are from different places and speak different languages. This experience was terrible. Plus, now I have to go somewhere else to pay to get the acrylic off my big toe. And now my feet are sore.

The staff has always been respectful and attentive. The cleanliness and professionalism is always thorough. This spa had a makeover and it is beautiful plus the option of wine with my pedi is much needed on the weekend. With beach step through my pedi and mani my techs offered various styles to choose from. Definitely my nail salon choice.

This man took such GREAT CARE OF ME YALL. He fixed someone else’s mistake and did it perfect. He massaged me. And this was my first time having a pedicure ever and I will NEVER get a pedicure ANYWHERE ELSE as long as I’m living in NC.He was absolute amazing. I visit this nail salon before but I never got a pedicure with a acrylic toes. I felt as if my pedicure was rushed and my Acrylic foundation was uneven. When trying to tell the guy who was doing my feet the errors, it seem as if he was getting annoyed. I received the $45 treatment. It consist of removing calluses, scrub, etc. But the process was rushed! My feet didn’t feel no different when I went in there. My toes get getting caught in my sheets because my toes wasn’t file properly. -

The business looks nice and is clean. The lady I got did a nice job with my gel pedicure but did a terrible job with my manicure. I had asked for a gel French tip at first but I changed my mind and asked for no gel instead. I guess that upset her because she proceeded to do the most crooked French tip nails I had ever gotten. They are really bad I could’ve done a better job at home.

So unfortunately I have to change my review. After numerous times going for fill in and pedicure. Service had gone downhill. Pedicures are a waste of time, I could do that at home. They don’t get dead skin off and painting of nails are not up to par.Also the nail techs need to not rush and take their time. Every time I have a fill in, the gel polish chips three days later and nails chip off as well. Also not sure why pricing is different each time. I unfortunately have to go somewhere else.

From the looks of the pictures and other good reviews, I had very high hopes for this place. I got a full set acrylic and the lady I had who did my nails was very rude to me, not only that she nicked every single one of my fingers with the Dremel tool and now it stings to wash my hands and shower. I pay very close attention to detail so when I asked if she could just fix little things she seemed very offended and made me feel bad for even asking. I also felt very rushed almost as if she just wanted me to get out of her chair :( I’m also not very satisfied with how my nails came out but I was scared to say anything to avoid her making me feel bad or stupid. I hope when I return it’s not the same experience

I got a full set a week and a half ago, my nails are lifting and falling off, I’ve gotten my nails done elsewhere before, and I’ve never had them lift and fall off. When I was getting my nails done I had asked for a floral design on one nail, seeing their display designs, I figured it would be possible, the guy then proceeded to put flower stickers on my nail. As no the top coat that was used, was lumpy and sticky, making it so my nails weren’t fully covered. I will not go again.

Looked great from outside and inside and had a great experience until the day after I got a gel french manicure the white portion chipped offalready expected better for the price.

My experience was average. The environment is nicely decorated, yet the station on the televisions are set on fish swimming in the ocean. I find myself looking for something to look at other than the nail technician. An appropriate channel would be nice such as HGTV. Most importantly is the cleanliness and sterilization methods. It is not safe to any client to reuse files, unsterile burrs and powder. This salon, although lovely in appearance with friendly receptionists and most of the techs, is not following proper protocol as many salons in this town! it’s unsafe, hazardous, and risking spreading fungus, and other harmful viruses and bacteria. The staff does well on their services but not so much ion pedicures but if it’s hazardous and failing to follow infection control and CDC guidelines, the services are irrelevant. I have to request brand new files, sterile burrs and now powder to be placed in an individual container to avoid re - dipping in everyone else’s germs. Exposure to diseases and or fungus is a terrible and careless act and should be stopped immediately!

Nails were terribly done....went there to get my nails done for my birthday. I got the gel dip. The woman was using the steps all out of order after she used a top coat that looked very old since the polish was thick and made my nails uneven and rough. She then proceeded to stick her finger on the gloppy polish to check to see if it was dry, but since she applied such a thick layer of the old polish it was not, so most of my nails have a finger print imprinted on them. She did not try and fix this mistake, only kept trying to polish over it, making my nails even worse.She did not try to fix any of my nails that were clearly messed up from her sticking her finger on them to check and see if they were dry. I will never return.

I originally asked for a milk bath set. The guy seemed confused, so I changed it to a black to a black to burgundy ombre. He said they were out of black (it seemed like the guy behind him was practicing with the black powder,) so I asked for a burgundy to white ombre. He proceeds to do a white to burgundy ombre which is literally the exact opposite of what I wanted. I asked if he could switch the colors around and he ignored me. the guy who did my toes was also a little rude. Overall, bad experience and wont return.

Have your techs ask their clients more questions on what they want done. Im not from Jacksonville. I live hour away from there and I was just visiting with family. My nails are not what I was expecting them to look like. Also I didnt realize till he was done with them that he used color acrylic powder. So now I have to call around to see who carries it or get my nails done again. Im am not happy, to the point were I want my money back.
