I went here because it had good reviews on google. However I was not pleased at all. The staff is nice and the place is comfortable which is why I gave 2 stars. My nails at the end looked rushed. I got a fill in with gel nail polish and I’m not sure what happened. The polish never seemed to set right and left air bubbles, lint, finger prints in GEL polish. It honestly looks so bad. Also I’m used to a clean finish around the cuticle and it’s polish all over the place. The polish has already chipped on one of my nails. I promise I’m not trying to be that person and I usually don’t leave a bad review but I paid too much money to let this one go.

I went to get a pedicure and my daughter got a full set I requested John because he does an excellent pedicure but she gave me the new guy and he did it absolutely horrible job he was done in 15 minutes with the pedicure and she highly recommended him I only think because she had bad reviews about him and she was trying to push him off on me. And when I told her he was done in 15 minutes she gave him praise for being fast but I explained to her I rather have someone who go slow and take their time he acted as if he did not want to touch my feet. And as for my daughters full set she did a very rushed job but she rushes with everything that she does with my experience with her I went to go get my eyebrows done a couple of times and it took her less than 5 minutes I was not and neither was my daughter satisfied? I will not be doing that to her.

I spent about 2 hours there for a soak off and overlay and some of my nails were thicker then others and then the lady who did my polish did a horrible job. I spent way too much money for a rushed paint job that left my nails with bubbles. Now I have to find someone else who will fix them and not charge me a arm and leg. I’m very disappointed.

This was the first place I went to when I moved here 6 years ago, I love they way my nails are done. I would not go anywhere else .I highly recommend going here.

Work is really messy and rushed, whether you get there early or not. The nails look so chunkie and just too much! I started out there when I moved here in 2017 and I ended up going somewhere else and then went back there. However, I was so disappointed when she was re polishing my toes (gel) and she didn’t even remove the old polish properly before reapplying fresh one. I stopped going there when I had a stripping nail after a few days of doing them and still had to pay to fix it! I would never recommend anyone to go here!

I take my teenager there often to get her nails done. Great prices and friendly staff. They always do a great job on her nails. We have been to other places, more expensive places here on Jacksonville and the quality of work does not compare. We will always come here.

Either this place started off great then took a nose dive or they ONLY specialize in nail DESIGN... Worse experience ever! Horrible service, unprofessional and poor quality of product and product application. I wasnt able to relax or enjoy my experience there at all. Between three people, not one could properly perform a full manicure or pedicure, figure out what polish went were, and the price was ridiculous! OMG. I CANT EVEN GET MYSELF TO GO BACK IN TO TRY AND GET THEM TO FIX THE MESS... Go at your own risk.

Yvonne has been my manicurist for years. Shes always been prompt, friendly and courteous to all my needs. She and her husband are a very unique team.

Great place to chill and unwind while pampering yourself at the same time. She is the only person I trust with my nails. Im a loyal customer. I travel from New Bern to Jacksonville faithfully to get my nails slayed.

I have been going to Yvonne off and on for over a year. I was initially impressed by her cheap prices and her nail designs.There have been times where I just was really disappointed in the quality of my nails and have gone to a another shop where they were more expensive but the quality was better. I ended up going back to Yvonne for the design and price point yet again. Its been several times when my nails were not painted on the sides or they chip very easily. She also puts the gel coat on unevenly and it just makes your whole nail look messy. The last straw was me taking my girlfriend who had just suffered a miscarriage to get her nails done to try to cheer her up. Big mistake! The nail tech John left Polish all over her skin and when she asked if he was going to remove it he said it will come off when you take a shower. It gets even worse. The very next day she sent me pictures and we had a video chat of how the shellack had peeled off of several of her nails. The very next day folks!! I told John and Yvonne about this and they said for her to come back in. They would take care of her. Some time had passed because we had snow and she still had complications with her miscarriage so she was not able to get back until about 2 weeks. They declined her and embarrassed her in front of a shop full of people. She even had me on the phone and Yvonne said she would not help her because of the time that has passed. Stating...this is my business... I cant do business like this. Im out of $35 and what was supposed to cheer my friend up ended up being a nightmare! If you are looking for cheap prices, cheap quality of work, cheap customer service, and cheap product this is your place. I have since found a place where my nails do not chip as easily as they did with her and I am most certain it is due to the quality of the product she uses. She uses cheap product.

One star so I can tell my story and warn people that care about quality, professionalism, and great customer service to stay away from this place!! Had my toes painted by John, and was left with nail polish all over my toes, so I asked to get it fix, the answer was it will come off in the shower to that I answered that I had already taken one, and his answer was shower again. I was shocked to say the least. I also end up doing the gel nails and I kidd you not, that same night 4 of them had pealed off and by the next day all of them did! So I call my friend (who paid for me) telling her about it, so she went by to explain the situation, they told her they will take care of it to just come in. I did like a week and some days later (due to the snow and medical complications, that my friend had explain to them, so I was not able to go in sooner or rather the next day). I got treated so badly in front of other customers and was so embarrassed because Yvonne was loud with my friend over the phone and I just wanted to run from that place. My friend was trying to take care of me and cheer me up, and they made my visit with them an unbearable one, not to mention I never got my nails done and my friend lost her money. STAY AWAY, unless you dont mind paying so much for such poor quality of service, product and application!

I called to see how much a full set was and the guy who answered was very rude I don’t even want to try and see if they are good just for rude staff

Not a good place to get your nails done at all she use all kind of reasons why your nails turned out like they do and then on top of that she called me out my name so yes I will be taken her to court and yes it was 3,other people in there plus my daughter in law I put it on everything Ive been getting my nails done since I was in my 20 and now Im 48
