Lord let me tell you. They could paint my whole foot if they wanted, too. I would not care because when I tell you I have had the best leg and foot massages when I get pedicures here!! It’s like a religious experience. I hope Heather and her family are blessed for eternity because lorddddd her pedicure was amazing! Everyone I’ve had here for pedicures is absolutely amazing and why I continue to return.

First time there and I got a pedicure. A guy that I’m guessing was in training. feet more than twice. I told him to stop it hurt but kept holding my toes with his nail. It took almost an hour to get my nails painted. He kept trying to convince me to get an dark orange. One of the ladies came by and told me that it was a light color so it needed an extra coat. I told them I wanted a light coral. They kept laughing and I had to keep telling them I don’t care if it needs a double coat I just want my toes that color. If I’m paying for a service I think it should be done the way I want it. Whether it takes extra coats or not. Otherwise the place was clean and spacious.

My husband and I have been going to LC Nails for couple months now, and we have to say we love it. The staffs are very friendly, professional especially Crystal. She is polite and really cares about her clients. I would highly recommend this salon and Crystal for everyone.

I got the best pedicure I’ve ever received she massage my feet massage my knee everything was done perfectly polished everything she spent time pampering my feet and if anybody out there knows when you’re staying on your feet all day and someone pampers your feet to the extent that she did they deserve a great review and then on top of that the gentleman that did my nails did an awesome job on my nails as well was very precise make sure everything was cleaned up my cuticles everything and normally they don’t clean up your cuticles when you’re getting nails but he did did an awesome job definitely recommend!Ok second time here and once again top notch nails.... man they do an awesome job every time!!! He used this magnet type thing to make the illusion of frost on my nails and then cleaned up my cuticles afterwards!!! Highly recommended!!!! My personal favorite and go to nail salon!!! I got a manicure and the lady was very sweet and friendly. She also took her time and did an amazing job! You cannot beat the price and quality of these nails! I’ll definitely be returning and I 10/10 recommend!Note to add: The color was a pastel yellow and therefore was hard to darken. After 3 coats I told the lady she didn’t have to keep going over it because it probably wouldn’t darken. I was the first to use this shade so she had no idea it was a see through color. It still looks amazing and I love them!

Had an awesome experience. They fit me in even though they were busy and I didn’t have an appointment. Everyone was very friendly and there was generally a nice vibe there. They fixed a botched job of very thick and unnatural looking acrylics I had gotten at another salon. 5 out of 5 stars! This is now “my” nail salon!

This was my first time here. I came to LC Nails because by the reviews it looked like a great place..but it really depends on the person you get.Didnt like the service, the lady that did my feet cut on the corner of my big toe and made me bleed. Also could not understand her, she didnt really speak english. And lastly, it was expensive, I was charged $65...for gel pedi and regular nail polish manicure. Not a great experience.

Their prices are reasonable. They could do better in wait time, but nothing to really bash on. They’re nail art is perfect

I have been to several nail salons in Jacksonville and LC nails is the ONLY nail salon I will go to for my dip powder manicure. I love to see Doris, she is so detailed oriented and truly takes her time to make sure they come out perfect! I am always happy with the way my nails come out! The best part is that they usually last 3-4 weeks. I have been going once a month for a few months now but today I decided to write a review because after my appointment today I left my wedding rings at the drying station. I took them off during the manicure and forgot to put them back on. I was already driving down the street when I realized and after my almost panic attack, I called them to check to see if my rings were still there. Fortunately they were and they held on to my rings at the front desk until I returned to get them. This act just shows what an honest and caring business they run. They have my ultimate respect and gratitude and they will forever have my business! 10/10 highly recommend!! The color I got was DD08.

My nails are no where near what I asked for. She did her own thing. Also allowed me to leave with wet nails. They’re way to thick. Allowed me to leave with acrylic powder all over my nails. It was so bad that I’m at another nail salon getting them fixed.

I had probably the best experience I could have had in a while. I never get my nails or toes done only because I never have time but I have tried a lot of places in Jacksonville and I would have to say this place is amazing! I got the deluxe pedicure with my friend and they were so polite and gentle all while doing an amazing job. I definitely plan on getting a manicure sometime in the near future!

So i just moved here a few months ago and this was the first nail place i tried. the first time i went, i waited about an hour to be seated, but i didn’t mind since they were busy and i was a walk in. from that appointment, i had two nails fall off a few days after getting my fresh set of acrylics done. the man who did them also didn’t talk to me at all, rushed through them, and kept stopping to get on his phone. the second time i went, i was sure to make an appointment. my appointment was for 4:30 and i didn’t get sat until almost 5:45 and waited another 10 minutes before the girl started on my nails and there was only a few other clients in the salon. there were several employees on break i guess, because they weren’t doing anything but sitting to the side on their phones. there were also several other clients that were having issues. one girl had to have her nails COMPLETELY redone because the girl messed them up royally. another had that same issue as i did, she waited 30+ mins for her appointment and ended up having to leave because she had things to do.the girl who did my nails did a good job, but she did rush through them and i believe they could’ve been better. i hate to be that person, but i didn’t tip. simply because i made an appointment and should’ve been seated a few minutes after i got there and i had things to do that evening. i also was told my nails were going to cost $35 for a fill in and i was charged $40 and i didn’t get anything special for the extra charge. probably will never go back.

I absolutely love my nails. My daughter got a pedicure done and she loved it. I got my nails done at Magic Nails and they did a HORRIBLE job. 2 days later I came to LC Nails and Spa and I left with a smile. I had natural ombre done. I love them.

Love my new set of nails! My sister in law is a nail tech so I am EXTREMELY picky with how my nails are done and LC Nails knocked it out of the park. Everyone was wearing masks, they have plexi glass dividers up, have you and the mail tech wash you hands before your service starts. They are definitely taking precautions against COVID-19.

Probably the best nail salon i’ve gone to! i got dip powder & have had bad experiences in the past with it being too thick.. but the gentlemen that did my nails did a wonderful job. i won’t stop coming here!!

Im super picky about my nails...even the smallest flaw will drive me crazy so I dont get them done often, but Im so happy with my gel mani I got earlier this week. And they were great with my toddler who was getting her nails done for the first time. Went back today for a pedi and left just as satisfied.

More expensive than Im used to in CT - $45 for deluxe pedicure when Im used to $25 up north. Due to the pandemic and physical disability I have a hard time cutting my toe nails so they were in dire need of an expert. My daughters werent bad at all but they put the experienced tech on her and a noobie on me. Daughter was done and had to wait abt an hour while another tech FINALLY came over to do mine.

Ive gotten my nails done a here a few times and each time they looked and felt great. unfortunately the last time I went, my nails broke off so easily and were lifting like crazy. I ended up being able to take them all off (mind you these were acrylics) and they came off really easily. Im upset yeah, but Im not gonna bash the whole nail spot for one person who messed my nails up. Overall super nice employees and a calm atmosphere.

Ive been a client of Doris’ for a year now. She is always attentive to detail, her sets last 2+ weeks without any lifting and she’s very friendly. I recommend her and this salon.

I’m always super happy and impressed when i leave. High quality, great price, quick and efficient, and very professional. They get my nail shape perfectly every time. The designs are awesome and I’m always impressed.Big time recommend them.

My pedicure was nice except for the messiness of the way the nail tech applied the polish. My boyfriend also got a pedicure and a manicure in which the nail tech made him bleed and applied alcohol to the cut when REALLY he needed a bandaid. All the while after being told the wait for my full set after getting my feet done was going to be 10-15 minutes. My boyfriend got his manicure finished and I still hadn’t been seen by a nail tech. I decided not to wait longer and leave after my boyfriend has finished his manicure. They charged us the full price and an extra 15 for the gel polish on my toes. 95 dollars kind of wasted! The ladies were all very nice but I wasn’t happy with the service and how long I had to wait to get a full set after my pedicure which was exceeding 30 minutes when I decided to leave.

Place was well kept and clean. A bit over priced for standard work though. My feet and toes feel/look great but I had to ask the girl to go over my heels again . My nails look okay. I had to ask ALOT to have them evened our, and even after I left they still weren’t even . But they got the shape right, only because I had to keep telling her what to do . I was told that they could do the shape but I had to actually tell them what to do . I ha fro go home and take acetone to clean up my fingers afterward. Definitely spent too much money for the work done . Again, it was pretty standard work, nothing crazy . I had an appointment but had to wait after my toes were done.EDIT:After hearing that I was 100% satisfied Nahn contacted me to redo my whole manicure . He was excellent, paid close attention to detail and didn’t mind my preference for “not really coffin shape but close “. He was great today and got me in and out quickly .

I go to a specific salon EVERYtime I get my nails done. It’s expensive, it normally hurts by the end and it’s ALWAYS elbow to elbow busy.Today I waited out front of my normal salon to find out 30mins later from another patron that they were closed on this day; with NO SIGNS posted.NO BIG DEAL! LC NAILS CAME IN TO THE RESCUE!!!I called and they didn’t even hesitate to have TWO walk ins! They were SO GENTLE and the technician who did my nails did a FANTASTIC job on my nails.I just wanted to let someone know that this is the spot!! They were fast gentle and great work! I had Nam do my pink and white nails and I have NEVER been so impressed. He was funny and kept the conversation going. He made sure I was happy with EVERY step of the way. It looks amazing, my cuticles aren’t cut up and I’m willing to make the 90 minute drive to get them done again!!

Literally been paying $50 for Dip powder at TH nail salon. First time customer at LC nails and spa and couldnt have been more pleased with my experience! $35 for Dip powder! My nails have never look so good. I have found the one girls. Dont waste your time anywhere else!!!

The last 4 or 5 times Ive gotten a fill ive had nails completely pop off before the 2 week mark and Im not hard on my nails, at all. I currently had my last fill a week ago and just had a nail pop off while I grabbed a tissue. Im not sure what changed but Ive never had this issue before and have been getting acrylics for over 14 years.

He told me about extra charges, and that one of my nails was a little crooked and if he wanted it fixed and I told him it was fine. But I liked that he asked me and pointed it out. September 12th I went and got my nails done here for the 1st time. Now (1 week and 3days later) they look like I’ve had them on for an entire month.The only reason I’m not giving 1 star is because The gentleman who did my nails was very pleasant and friendly. But I should have paid more attention to what he was doing because he didn’t do anything with my cuticles.Yesterday I took care of my cuticles myself and it looks like I’m way overdue for a fill. My nails don’t usually look like this until after week 3.I didn’t pay $70 to not have my nails taken care of correctly.If I went to Aloha nails It would’ve been done correctly AND I bet it wouldn’t have cost as much 😒😒

Giving it 3 stars because the pedicure was good, loved the cleanliness and how safe they are with covid. Got gel manicure and I don’t think it was worth the price at all :/. Looking at them in my car and nails are uneven, it looks kinda kray around the nails and denti looking on some. I should have done a regular manicure. Not my first time getting a gel manicure so I know what good quality is. I was expecting better for the price I payed. I don’t recommend gel manicure here

I asked for a natural solid pink manicure. The finish of the nail was terrible. He gave me a French tip and you can see my natural nail underneath. The manicure looks awful and I am extremely disappointed in the quality of my nails. Will never go back nor recommend.

Nails and pedicures look very neat. They are patient with me while I select my nail polish, which is a big plus. The workers are gentle with my nails but pedicures can be a little rough. However, I would recommend them to anyone.

Today was my second time going here. I had the older gentlemen both times and I absolutely love his work! He also remembered me from 6 wesks ago down to the color he did on my nails!He was very nice and took extra care into making sure my nails were shaped just right. I get my nails done here every month and have never had an issue besides my nails being crooked a few times but I’m not picky so I let it slide. I just got my nails done for my vacation 10 days ago and I got in the pool at our hotel and my nails turned brown when I got out the pool and fell off at the slightest touch and I was in the pool for maybe 20 minutes.$70 later my nails are completely off and didn’t even get 2 weeks with themEdit- They truly are amazing at doing nails and how they treat their customers ..this has never happened before might’ve just been a bad set..

An officer on base said she and her girlfriends came here. Being new to town I decided to try them out and AM THRILLED! I got a fill (acrylic) and my eyebrows done. Paid extra for gel and a manicure, which were reasonably priced, and my nails look spectacular. Lin/Lyn did everything and I will definitely be back.

Last time I went in another lady did them and she was going to charge me for each nail that I wanted coffin shaped on my NATURAL nail. Her reasoning was because its hard. She is the reason this review is three stars. The owner however is very nice and whenever he does my nails they come out looking great. Next time I go Ill just wait for him and if hes not there Ill go elsewhere.

I have been going to LC Nails for the past 5 years. Nam and Dorris are the only people I let work on my nails and eyebrows. They never fail to provide amazing service and they are such a sweet couple. I dont know what I am going to do when I leave Jacksonville!

They did an okay job. I was just wanted a simply pedicure but it took over an hour for me to even get any paint on my toes. The lady who started doing my toes did not speak English so someone had to translate for her. So I was not able to actually tell her what I wanted. When I told the guy and I tried to explain he just said okay and okay and cut me off. But still my request was not made. I tried to explain that my toenail was filed wrong and it was not straight but it wasn’t fixed. Just not a happy camper .

I got my nails done the same day they started chipping. Now I’m have one hand with chipped nails after only having them done for 3 days. I paid 95 dollars to get unsatisfactory work. Never again!!

A friend and I have been regular customers for over 2 years. We will not be back. They have now put the techs on timers. $30 pedi to be done with 30 minutes and so on. I can maybe understand this when they are busy.....which is seldom.....but we were the only customers in the salon. We felt our pedicures were rushed and not up to their usual standard.

My nails were covered in air bubbles and chipped the same night I got them done so I called the next day to get them redone and when I arrived for my appointment they were going to charge again. I’m now two days after my appointment all my nails are chipped and look terribleTo respond yes I’m POSITIVE I got them done there. Online it says you close at 7:30. I arrived before 6 and at 7 the boy doing my nails got up and walked out and someone else took over. Then at 7:02 everyone else left and I was left with my nails in the dryer.
