My number one concern is getting my nails done right and they did a really good job at that, even though I’ve heard that when they are busy they rush and don’t really do a good job. On the other hand they were really nice but service wasn’t the best and this was my first time here. There was no massage at the end of the manicure and this is a big one for me, but other than that there wasn’t really anything extra that I can talk about.

Wow! I don’t know how you can talk bad about this place! This place is awesome! It is truly a full service spa for nails, lashes, waxing, facials, eyebrow tint and more. Each time you get something done, it a truly an experience! They make sure that you feel comfortable and at home! I truly enjoyed my lashes done by Chris, finger nails done by Roth, and toe nails done by Tiffany!! I will definitely be back several times! Thank you!!

Im always disappointed when I go anywhere else, this is by far the best nail salon in the Jacksonville area. Not only do they have a great ambience but you can get a drink while you get your nails done. Every time Ive come here theyve done a fabulous job.

I have been going here for several months now and the owner Roth always does an amazing job on my nails. He takes his time and makes them look exactly how I want. I recently had him do eyelash extensions for me as well and he did a great job while also being quick, he got them done within 15 minutes and I couldnt be more happy with the results! I highly recommend booking an appointment with Roth, hell take great care of you and you wont be disappointed.

This service has never let me down. I have been going ever other week now for about two months and they are great. Kimberly and Sam shape my nails perfectly and always apply gel evenly.The owner is very friendly as well. He was just as interested in getting to know me as a person as making sure my nails were perfect before leaving. Even if my nail chips the day or so after, he fixes it for me.You should go!!

I had the worst eyebrow wax experience. I tried eyebrow waxing for the first time and specifically requested to not reduce the thickness as I normally have thin eyebrows and have managed to get a lot of growth from last 3 months.One side of my eyebrows was literally reduced to half and I lost them. Now I would need another 3-4 months to get some hairs back.The crew felt sorry for the service and advised me to use eyebrow pencil, which I could have used without visiting and would need not to have my brows done at the first place. Really disappointing experience and would not recommend anyone to visit. Too embarrassed to even put up a photo of my distorted brows!!!

I went in just for a gel polish change. I was the only person there the entire time and the staff was so friendly. Unfortunately my polish started to rub off on one nail within 24 hours and my nails were filed down so much they are paper thin. It’s going to take forever to grow then back out and have them strong again.

Definitely don’t waste your time or money going. I made an appointment and still had to wait for someone to do my nails. Got Dip powder on SHORT nails, and had 3 nails cracked within 24 hours. I live in Orlando, so I asked for a refund since I wouldn’t be back for them to fix it. “The have a no-refund policy”...The staff kept telling me but I didn’t believe them. They have bad reviews so believe me when I say, don’t waste your time or money.

The website says eyelash extension process is about 2 hours. This man took 5 minutes to just glue lash clumps on top of my real lashes.. I thought it would look more professional. Nope. I could have just bought some individual lashes at the store and did the same thing myself, honestly. The only reason I came was because some associate from here handed me and my coworkers a 10$ off gift card. She did not mention we had to spend 50$ or more to use it. He still gave me the discount, but for the results it still wasn’t worth it.

Great place. Wonderful work, My mom, sister and I had our nails done and we are extremely happy. You can definitely tell the owner has great pride of her work and place. Definitely will be going back.

I took my girlfriend out for her birthday and a relaxing girls day. We stumbled upon Cosmo Nail Bar at the Towncenter. When we walked in, the place was immaculately clean, organized and had the ambiance of a fun place to be pampered. We both requested a pedicure and they immediately sat us in really nice, comfortable chairs, handed us color wheels and asked us what style of pedicure we wanted. They offered us a nice glass of wine, only $5 per glass. Very cool. They did an amazing job on both of our toes. We sat there and had a great time. The staff were Asian and all spoke English and engaged in our conversation. Absolutely lived the place, we will be back. Ask for Kimberly.

I left another Town Center nail salon, with a fill started, but not finished because I declined to soak a nail in acetone after a tech ripped into my nail bed. I was frantic, afraid of trying to work like that in the morning. Less than a half hour before close, Krys filled my nails, did a fabulous job, and earned a customer for life, with her incredible customer service, the fact that she did an A+ job, is just icing on the cake!

My niece and I went together and had different nail technicians, as well as very different experiences. She had a very attentive technician who took her time and cared, and she left with a great manicure and pedicure.My technician did a horrible job. My nails arent covered in paint, I have paint on my skin, and the paint isnt smooth. I said something while I was there and the same technician came back to apply additional layers of paint. I left with 7 layers of paint on some of my nails (base, 2 paint, clear coat, 2 paint and clear coat). The result is a thicky, gooey, mess that looks worse than anything I could have done.

I loved going to Cosmo!! Henry and Elsa are two of my favorite people that work here. They are super dedicated and did an amazing jobs on my pedicures. They definitely put in a lot of effort to make the client experience to be great. I recommend getting their spa treatment they definitely know what they are doing and for an affordable price.

Elsa is the best! I walked in with feet in much need of a pedicure and walked out with the best pedicure I’ve ever had. She was attentive and took pride in her work. Thank you, Elsa!l! You’re the best!

Went in Sunday afternoon for the 1st time. They took me right in. While I was enjoying my pedicure I was able to watch football and drink a nice cold beer. I got a gel manicure. Polish pedicure and bikini wax. Everything was excellent until that evening the gel on my nails began to peel! I was completely disappointed! I went back the next day and because the lady that did my nails the day before wasn’t there I felt as if they didn’t believe me that I was there the day before. They fixed three nails. The very next day they peeled again! I fear I will not be back.

I originally got my nails done on May 31, 2019. I loved the nails initially. But a couple of days later I feel them starting to lift. Not even seven days later the nails were popping off. I have been getting my nails done for a long time and nothing like that has ever happened. It cost me about $60 for a full set! Now for $60, I expect quality. There’s no way that they should be charging that much for such low quality products. Now I had gone back twice. The first time, the original nail tech attempted to fix two nails that popped off, half heartedly. She didn’t even try to make them look like the original nails, shape and length. When she finished, it still wasn’t right. A couple of days later, I went back and the male owner fixed them. He started off with an attitude but somewhere along the way changed the tune. He took off the set that the lady had done. My nails were very sore by the end of it all. He did the best he could I guess. The nails were much shorter than originally, (you pay more for length), and the shape was not as I asked. I didn’t say anything then because I was just over it already and wanted to go about my day. I was going to leave it alone and never go back. But I went elsewhere about 3 weeks later and and the lady filed my nails and noticed that the nails the applied were too small for my nail bed! I have gone to cosmo nail bar plenty of times before this, but this experience by far is the worst ever. I will not get my nails done here ever again.

Rating for their lash extensions. The price brings you in but lashes are not something to skimp on. The amount of glue used is ridiculously and they are not comfortable. You can see the think band of glue all along the lash line its crunchy and uncomfortable. From my understanding lash extensions should be glued to your other eyelashes and not your skin. I feel like the thick band of glue is attached all to my skin and my lashes. It was messy as well. I ended up getting lash glue on some of my bottom lashes and it ended up pulling out two bottom lashes. The lashes themselves feel like very cheap plastic. I know I got the 35 lash extensions but it feels like they got the cheap dollar store lashes and just glued them on my lashes. If you want lash extensions spend the extra and get them done correctly.On a side note the person doing my lashes had a phone piece in her ear and constantly was talking on it when she was doing my lashes. I would have preferred her to pay attention to my lashes instead of her conversation. Overall bad experience and bad lash extensions. Will not be going back or recommending to any friends.

This place is extremely overpriced, the service is not great, the lady who did my nails tried to tell me how to get my nails instead of doing what I asked her to do and when she did my nails she complained the whole time because I wanted my nails coffin shaped, which is not good customer service at all. It felt like she was rushing to get my nails done. After being blindsided by the price of the manicure and pedicure that I was given and after I said something to the people there I was told that if I come back its fine and if I dont they dont care. Being that I needed my nails and feet done at the time I went ahead and paid but that will be the last time, I will not be going back, it is a rip off and it is not worth it Im sorry. They are absolutely right, I have a choice to go somewhere else and that is exactly what I am going to do. If I could give zero stars I would because in my opinion they are not even worth the one I gave them.

Cosmo is great. I go their all the time and see Henry. The one time Henry wasnt there and I had to see someone else, they ruined my nails. But a trip right back in a couple days to complain and the owner was so sweet to me and just fixed my nails for free with no problem.

I had a really bad experience here! I made a reservation for a Friday evening at 7pm to get a manicure with my sister. I made sure I mentioned when I made the reservation that there were two of us and that we were getting gel manicures, so theyd know how much time to allot.When we arrived, the staff seemed frenzied and frustrated. They sat my sister down first and then pulled up a chair for me to sit at her station with her. Then they spent a few minutes yelling at each other about the fact that they didnt have towels left. Then, they moved me across the salon, to the other side of the room. Honestly, the only point of making a reservation for two people for a manicure is so that you can sit together. I was pretty disappointed that my sister and I had planned this outing and then didnt get to spend it together.The woman who ultimately did my manicure was very nice, though they did have someone else start it, and then moved me again to another station so someone else could do it. They seemed super disorganized. My manicure, while not incredible, looked nice when I left. However, only 5 days later it was already chipping and falling apart. This is a gel manicure, which from other places lasts me at least 2 weeks, normally closer to 3. Today its 9 days later and I need to go get it redone because every single one of my nails looks messed up.My sisters manicure actually did not look great when she left, though it wasnt horrible. Just a bit messy. The owner also made her a little bit uncomfortable when he took over for his wife, who did her manicure.Honestly, theres no way Id go back.

I go back and see the same person each time. I will not share her name because I do not want to share her with others. The service has always been impeccable. Having a drink while getting a relaxing pedicure = happiness. Its a great place. I am a hygiene freak and like the way they use disposable liners. I love the experience, everyone has been super friendly and not once did I feel anything less than the priority.

The best nail salon in Duval County!Kimberly is the nail technician you need to request when you come here. She is professional, and takes her time to do a beautiful job. Her skill level is compared to no one. You will not be disappointed if you come to Cosmo Nail Bar.

The worst place in Jacksonville, very rough and very expensive for the quality that the provide. Kept offering gel when I didn’t want it and left my nails mix match. $37 for a fill in. A fill in people!!! That’s crazy. Could not manage to make my nails even, when one broke, left one super short and the others a bit longer. Rushed and finished within 20 minutes. Which is fine if they didn’t come out so bad.

I would have given a 5 for the finished results. However, the manicurist was very rushy. I couldn’t enjoy the pedicure “deluxe” spa because of the constant instructions being given for my nails. The pedicurist was amazing!! I could understand the rush possibly if they were busy and had customers waiting which was not the case. It was a Tuesday at 7pm and very slow. I could definitely have gotten better pampering customer service had I gone to another competitor instead of spending my $95 for a rush out the door. Likely won’t go back. My line of employment is too stressful to not be able to relax and enjoy a mani-pedi spa afterwork. I never even got the opportunity to utilize the massage chair. Quality over quantity goes a long way.

I enjoyed the pedicure and mimosas but the gel polish on my fingers started lifting the same day. I got a mani/pedi on Saturday and as of Monday 3 nails on the same hand have lifted. This is unacceptable for the price they charge at this establishment.

My sister and I came here to get our eyebrows tinted for the first time. When we walked in we were sent to a corner to wait for the next available person which took pretty long, given they were busy! When we finally got someone to come to us the woman was very sweet and very thorough. She was VERY detailed and took her time to make our eyebrows look amazing. They looked pretty intense when we first walked out the door but they lasted a good while and faded beautifully even when they were getting lighter. Ive been to other places since to get my eyebrows tinted and no place else takes the time and patience they do. Definitely going back for more!

Do not I repeat do not get lashes done here. I went in to get lash extensions. My natural lashes were already full but I just wanted them to look thicker. Yesterday, unpon removal I realized that my natural ones were glued to the extensions and I mean GLUED I tired everything to remove the glue but it would not come off. I now really have to get extensions to have any lashes period because so many came out trying to remove the glue. My eyes are basically naked now and I’m furious.I will never return here. If I could give zero stars I would.

I went here today instead of my normal nail place since I was already at the towncenter. It was dead, that should have been my first red flag. I just got a pedicure and my experience was not pleasant. Im 30 weeks pregnant and pedicures really help my aching feet but this one made it worse. The guy who was doing my pedicure was very rough, cut my nails down way to short and was jerking my legs/feet around like they were an inconvenience. He took the pumice stone or whatever he used to scrub the dead skin off my feet (which looked worn out already) and cleaned it in my tub while my feet were still soaking. I got gel polish and he didnt put a top coat on and they had a matte finish so I asked does he not do a top clear coat because Ive never had gel look like that. He got an attitude and said okay okay okay put the top coat on and then said better? I shook my head yes and he laughed. I paid $50 for horrible service and ugly shaped toe nails. I will not be going back and will be sticking to my original nail place Nail Boulevard where I always get great service and they use new disposable supplies on every customer.

Finally a nail salon with complimentary drinks! I was a walk-in on a Monday, got seen immediately for a gel manicure with matted accent nail. Had a lot of color choices, my manicurist was so awesome and sweet. Had a good experience, over all. Definitely going back!

This place is so hit or miss. The first time, my friend and I got men and they were great. This last time, the we had women and they were lazy and terrible. My manicurist left my nails COMPLETELY crooked (they were filed at sideways angles) with jagged edges and didnt even try to fake it. She just put the paint over them, which only accentuated the issue and then left. Sad. Then after I subtly said something to my friend, they offered to repaint them, but it was so far gone, I was just past it. You can fix filed to the nothing sideways.Good luck, you may get something great, or horrible. Throw the dice.

I really liked it here. The layout is really nice, the staff was very helpful and they did a great job on my toes. The only thing I did not like is that they asked me if I would like something to drink, but they did not inform me that if you order a soda they charge you a dollar. Non-alcoholic drinks are usually complimentary. They offer all sorts of alcoholic beverages such as beer and wine, and daiquiris are free, but soda is $1. Overall it was a great experience.

I have nothing bad to say about anyone who has done my manicure/pedicure. However, the owners steal your tips for the nail tech and pretend like they gave it to them. If you want to patron this establishment I would give cash directly to your nail tech or they may not ever see it. I thought it was a fluke the first time I heard about this and then several employees and other patrons verified it too happened to them.

Worst pedicure I have ever received. Tech was so rough the entire time, rushed through the “deluxe” pedicure, used a color I had not picked. I noticed after she already had one foot painted that the color was wrong. I didn’t want to go through the pain of having her remove it. The only time I left no tip. Just horrible. Will never go back.

I literally just walked out of this salon and keep looking at my nails and Im so frustrated that I want to cry. I went in for SNS and it took the tech over an hour. No drill no used to smooth or shape. The thickness of each nail is uneven. I tried to ask if he was going to do certain things and explain what I wanted and there was clearly a language barrier. Happy new year to me, my nails look like a 5 year old did them and Im out $40. They obviously do not vet their technicians to ensure their capable or just dont care. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I only get my nails done every so often. Today was the day. I am a teacher and so the experience and feeling pampered is everything when it comes to a pedicure.I ended up with dark bruises on both of my feet from the lady. I didnt feel massaged or pampered. Wasnt even offered a drink. However, I paid for a pedicure with a stone massage...that didnt have a stone massage... That ticks me off. Paid for something I didnt get.Typically I like this place. I wont base my coming back because of this one experience, or a different one that wasnt great either. It just might be a while. And if it keeps happening, then I will be in search of a new place.

Staff was very friendly but..... quality is very poor. I got a gel manicure and pedicure and the next day my nails were chipping gel. Also the woman who was doing my nails did not listen to the shape I requested. She immediately started filing to her own liking. And the clear coat was so sloppy I could see where she started and finished. My nails needed to be repainted but she only redid 2. I left very disappointed and upset. Will never return here.

This is a convenient place to get nails done if youre shopping. But I go out of my way because a nice glass of wine and getting nails done is great. Johnny did a great job on my French gel nails. Please ladies or men dont book him up because Im going back to him. I have been to salons and spas all over town, from Ponte Vedra to mandarin. This place is great.

Every time I go to Cosmo Bar whether for eyebrow arching or a mani/pedi I leave relaxed & pretty satisfied. Kimberly Kimmy is so amazing. Her outgoing personality makes any rough work week disappear. Shes awesome with pedicures and even better at making you laugh! Cosmo Bar is pretty dope!

Two times in one visit, they tried to screw and my husband over. We went in for pedicures. Mine $60, his $45. The lady doing his pedicure tried to ease him into the $60 pedicure. And got mad when we told her we didnt want the $60 one. Then, when we were paying, they total us to $160. $55 more than what we owed!! I dont like shiesty business and will never spend another dime here!!

This is one of the worst places I’ve ever been! I went when they first opened and didn’t like it but decided today, years later, that I would give them another chance. I asked for a mani-pedi and sat in the chair with my feet in the water for 35 minutes before someone came over to work on me. The young lady that did work on me had a terrible attitude as it was almost their closing time, even though I got there a little before 5 and waited forever until she made her way to me. She did an awful job on my nails to the point where some of the nails on multiple toes isn’t even fully covered. She finished my nails at 6 which is the time they close. I didn’t even get a manicure because by the time she finished they were closed, which is one of the reasons that I went in. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!

I was in town visiting family and it was our last day in town. My friend and I were wanting to get our nails done. They imidiately took us back and started on our nails. I got the sns dipping powder. The man doing my nails made one of mine bleed and didn’t apologize. Then the next day when I woke up to leave I was putting on my shoes and my thumb chipped. In the past 6 days almost all of my nails have chipped and are peeling off. I do not recommend!

First and last time. I went because they offered the Ombre nails. There was only one person doing nails that morning which would have been fine except she was on the phone the majority of the service. She kept apologizing but why bother? Next the price on the sheet we $50. I was charged $58...explain this please. The seating isnt all that comfortable and the counter situation is weird. When it finally came time to pay come to find out their systems were down so we had to either wait or go to an atm... which charged us a fee. No issue with the fee because it cut into the tip. So far the nails look good but I wont be back.

Great mani pedi experience. I never been to a nail salon with a bar so it was nice to feel pampered and being offered a mimosa after a long work week of training! The woman who did my nails was very nice & we had light conversation. I loved the fact that she took her time to do my nails and made sure they looked perfect! The man who I believed was the owner was very attentive in making sure everything was running smoothly. It was also his birthday the day I came in lol. Great atmosphere! I definitely recommended my coworker to check them out and she also had a good experience.

Do not go there. Terrible pedicure. They dont honor gift certificates at full value if over a year old. The paint job on toes is horrid and the lady was rough. She snipped my toe when doing cuticles.

Do Not Get your eyelashes done here!!! My daughter and I went to get lashes done the Saturday after Thanksgiving. We wanted individual lashes and payed for them. We got clusters and they used so much glue my natural eye lashes are now gone. Terrible Job! A Waste of of Alot Of Money!!!

Unfortunately I picked this salon over two more and I had the worst experience ever. I went for a pedicure and it was okay. I also went to get an acrylic full set for me and my daughter and the owner which I think his name is Chey or something like that took care of us. I was expecting to get an awesome job done, especially because he was doing them and because they spoke so highly of themselves. I just have to say that it takes more than putting acrylic in somebody nails to be able to be a nail artists. He doesnt have any knowledge on this matter. I had to ask him to please polish the nails after he applied the acrylic and even though he did we ended up with the worst nails we had ever gotten done. Please DONT go to this place to get acrylic nails you will regret it. He also trashed talked about another nail salon in the area, but the irony is he did a terrible job. Once again, AVOID THIS PLACE at all cost.

I have visited this place a while back when looking for a new salon in the area I moved to. I was not impressed back then. I stopped by to fix one nail just recently, and I am still not impressed. The place feels dirty, the tools dont seem to be disinfected after each customer, a disaster waiting to happen on your nails. Its such a shame that a place located in this area does not have more to offer. They look like a factory but dirty factory :(

Recently went to get my eye lashes done and it was the worst experience in my life! Not only did they load too many individual lashes onto the corners of my eyes they started coming out within 2 days which caused them to take my REAL lashes with them. They irritated my lids and aggravated my life. Now I barely have any lashes as a completely different business told me they were not done correctly. I’m pissed and I stopped coming once I’ll never return now. Btw the prices ALWAYS change

I naturally have long, thick nails so any nail salon I go to I just get a polish change on my natural nails. I had to have polished taken off and redone, they still look horrible. I got my lashes done too and that was an even bigger mistake I feel, they’re pretty painful. There’s glue all on my eye lids. The gentleman that installed my lashes was on and off the phone the entire time which I believe he owned the shop. This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten lashes but my first and for sure last time ever getting any service done at this poor establishment. I don’t even believe in leaving reviews but I hope this helps someone. Save yourself some time and money!

My name is kayleigh and I usually love this place but the last time I went they put my tips on crooked and cut my cuticles and when I went to get my fill in at a different salon they told me that I was going to need a new set because they were starting to curve in from how sideways they were.

Extremely rude and pushy. Throughout my entire mani-pedi, my technician constantly pushed getting gel on my nails no matter how many times refused. He must of asked at least 10 times in a 30 minute period. If I did no the first time, I obviously dont want gel. The whole experience felt rushed and far from relaxing. On top of that, the wait was crazy. I waited almost 30 minutes after they sat me down. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Im never going back here again.

Do not get your acrylic nails done here!!! I went in and the woman that was doing my nails seem to be in a rush, she did not file them down properly I have little lumps and waves in my nails. I was very disappointed! I walked in thinking they would do a great job, the decor is beautiful and amazing butt the service was absolutely horrible!

Our nails were well done, but the staff is not friendly. My daughter and I were together and the man who did her nails spent the half hour poking jabs at her - calling her old, making fun of the nail style she chose, etc. Kindness goes a long way, especially when its toward an 11 year old girl who is already in the middle of her awkward stage. We wont be going back to see Johnny.

Cute salon with great color selections but the service was subpar. I got a sloppy, rushed mani/pedi. My pedi got one coat of color. My mani involved several layers of undried gel polish one after the other after the other. Will not be returning.

I have been coming to this spot for over 18 months for lashes. Im loyal and tip very well. Today I got hustled into a $60 pedicure for a stone massage with no stone massage. I wasnt given a menu to choose which services I wanted. What a shame, Ill never go back. The manager thought it was funny and said he would talk to wihnlee, from reading these reviews I see why they are a joke. Stay away from this place. They are small time hustlers only out to make a few bucks, they dont care about customers.

First time at this nail salon on Monday 4/24 for a mani/pedi before going out of town the next day. I will NEVER go back. It has not even been a week and my gel manicure is chipped in multiple places. The service was awful and Johnny was more concerned about everything else in the salon than making sure my nails were done correctly. This place is not worth the hype or the price

Absolute worst nail salon Ive ever been too. From the time I arrived was not greeted. Everything felt rushed. As I sat in my chair and looked around employees were sleeping in pedicure chairs, and manicurist were talking on their cell phones WHILE giving a manicure. And on top of that sanitation was not exercised. I watched nail clippers being used repeatedly guest after guest without dipping in barbicide. Last but certainly not least my nails look horrible. To the point where I made an appointment to have them redone somewhere else tomorrow. I could go on for hours about why I will never go back there. Please dont waste your money here!!!!

Where do I start. I called this location because they were open late and I was in dire need of a fill and a polish change. Due to the time of night I confirmed the time I would arrive. When I got there this lady of Asian descent was in the front and she told me they weren’t taking any new customers . I drove 30 minutes to get there, I was in St.Augustine Fl at the time. I told the lady that I called in ahead of time to confirm my appointment and she says sorry can’t help you. I walked to my car and then I called the location again because o wanted to inform the owner about the terrible service. I spoke with the same girl I confirmed the appointment and she stated even though I came to the location 25 minutes before closing that I couldn’t be seen because the nail technicians have been there since 10am and it’s a long day. I simply stated if you came to Chik fil a at 9:55pm and ordered 2 chicken sandwiches how would you feel if they said you came 5 minutes before closing we can’t serve you . I said the customer service is ridiculous as well as the communication. If you close at 9 but stop performing certain services at 830 that is something that you should put on your site or have it updated via google. I work in customer service and this is terrible. Bad business. I work 9 to 6 and sometimes without a break. I don’t dismiss a client because they called me 25 minutes before I get off . That is absurd. I will never go there again . I have never had this happen to any nail salon I’ve been too. I’ve even had some salons do so much as stay late just because they wanted and appreciated my business. Don’t waste your time people. This place is trash.

PLEASE DONT GO HERE!!! My mom and I went for a gel manicure and our nails look awful! After expressing our concerns about the terrible job they did, they decided to blame it on our nails and took no responsibility and didnt try to fix them at all. Their attitudes were awful and after we said we werent returning they simply said, so dont return. We usually dont get our nails done here, but were in the area and decided to give a try, biggest mistake ever! Theyre cheap and do a very low quality job!! Please dont waste your time here, try the other nail salons at St. Johns Town Center!!

Ok I normally do not ever leave reviews. I am super picky because I was a licensed nail tech for 15 years and when I came in for a pedicure it was the absolute BEST I have ever had done by Henry !! I had continued coming back over and over and will not go anywhere else. So if you want a quality pedi or mani that feels amazing go to this establishment and request Henry or Johnny ( that is who my daughter and I use) you won’t regret it I promise!

The staff was very nice but their products they use for gel polish I feel is very cheap considering the polish started peeling off just 2 days after getting my nails done not to mention once I started taking it all off I didnt even have to soak them they just peeled off like a sticker and I have my nails done with gel polish countless of times and has never experienced any polish like that before, very disappointing especially after just spending $40 on getting them done, so therefore I will not be returning to this place or ever recommend it to anyone

Finally a nail salon with drinks, drinks & more drinks !Right away I was welcomed by the manager and asked what service I wanted.They offer you 2 complimentary daiquiris ( very light in booze) .You can purchase champagne, wine or beer.I enjoyed my champagneTheir pedicures start at $25 dollarsI enjoyed the massage chairThey are new chairsThey have a lot of staff, a lot of massage chair and a wide variety of polishes and colors!I had vinylux on my toes, which is supposed to last longer and I hope the results are great ! Im already loving the shine.I have shellac french on my hands and its very nice.The negatives :they are not consistentAlso i hate when I look at the time or steps during each service and the nail specialistSKIPS ONE OR TWO !I paid for a manicure and she skipped the hotel towel wrap !I asked her and she said they only do it during pedicures but that is NOT WHAT THE SHEET SAYS !I dont believe in false advertisement or skimping people what they pay for .Especially when it is relaxation .Keep all of this in mind .The drink options, massage chairs and variety of polishes are great BUTyou do have to pay for the drinks, most upscale places they are complimentary and they are not consistent!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Lady was nice, but my nails are horrible, and I was told they were using regular nail polish and when I went to pay I owed $42 I couldnt figure out why, so I asked and I was told because gel is $15 extra on top of the full set, I was swindled into paying for a polish I didnt ask for and specificly asked for regular polish. I went with a good friend and she was very unhappy as well. They have plenty of nail colors, except they were out of most :/. Overall horrible service. She and I decided we wouldnt return. Save your money and go somewhere else!

The owner is a crook. I asked for the special displayed in the front and was charged 4 times the special amount agreed to prior to services being rendered. The owner would not work with me even though I did not receive the services I was being charged for.

Was in the town center one day and came across cosmo nail bar. Wanted my lashes and eyebrows done so i decided to try them. (Even though they have tons of BAD reviews) HORRIBLE EXPIRIENCE. NEVER AGAIN !!! they rushed and messed everything up. Lady that did my eyebrows and lashes ripped a chunk out of my eyebrow and instead of tell me she tried to hurry up and fill them in with this black wax stuff that took DAYS TO COME OFF!!! as i removed some of the wax i notticed a patch of my eyebrow was missing. Like a huge gap. She notticed i was getting upset so she said i dont have to pay for my eyebrow and gave me a $10 discount on my lashes. And said my fill in will be free. She knew she messed up. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE ! over priced and they are all rude and dont care they just want to rush and get it done so they can sit on their phones.

It was my first time here and the job they did on my nails was horrible they didnt put a clear top coat. I asked for a manicure and they didnt even clip my cuticles or anything! I do not recommend this place, they was very fast and not relaxing at all. One of the staff memebers tried to hit on me? Very unprofessional. Im 16 and he looked to be about 30-35 I felt very uncomfortable and slightly afraid tbh. I will never come back here.

I went to The Nail Bar about two days ago, very last minute walk in for a full set and gel polish. I was attended quickly and the Nail Tech taking care of me (Johny) was very hospitable and took great care of me ! He was hilarious as well as Red . To me personally Nail bar is a place to go to last minute with your girls, for mani pedis and drinks . Very laid back. Deff going back for my fill in, in two weeks.

Normally don’t do reviews, but this experience wasn’t the best. I’m very open minded and love trying new places. But this was not a delightful experience.My nail technician was Johnny. He was okay. Not talkative. Didn’t listen to what I wanted.I came in with acrylics, read on THEIR service sheet that they would take off acrylics complementary with other services, otherwise $10 would be charged. Okay perfect. I planned on getting gel.So the process taking off my acrylics was painful. Mind you, my acrylics were peeling themselves off they were way over due. There was no soaking. He just took clipped them, after I told him I was growing out my nails and I wanted to keep as much length as possible. He cut them really short. Then dug under the fake nail with another acrylic nail. Um, Ouch.Anyways. I got my gel and I pointed out which colors I wanted. Gave him the specific numbers. It was a teal and a sparkly silver for my 2nd to last finger. He got gold. Whatever. I’m optimistic. Maybe gold goes better. I’m not very confrontational. So I let it slide bc it was a little appealing. I mean he’s the creative one. Anyways.It was a wam bam thank you mam sort of job. Absolutely no personality with the experience. Then I got charged $35 when it was suppose to be only $15. I mean whatever. I paid. I won’t be coming back. I did however ask what I was being charged for and they said I had a manicure. I told the check out guy I didn’t and he asked if i had a hand massage Johnny approached and said yes I rubbed your hands.I mean I guess when he put the oil over my fingers that was my hand rub? The whole 5 seconds. I’m not even exaggerating. It’s a waste of money in my opinion.The mimosa I had to ask for was delicious though. The best part. I’m sure that was in the unexplained $20 extra charged. Whatevs. It was an experience I won’t be considering again.

I stumbled upon cosmo nail bar by accident as I was visiting Jacksonville. The staff greeted me and took me immediately despite being busy.Tiffany did an awesome job on my gel mani and regular pedi and in record time.To add to the outstanding service when I came back a few hours later with multiple smudged toenails they re polished me without any issue.This place will definitely be my go to any time I’m in Jacksonville. I’ve had mani/pedis all over the country and this is by far one of the best!

I am fuming with the disasterious experience I had!! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I got my nails done by them two weeks because they had a sign out front saying $40 for SNS so I went. The ended up charging me $50 but I didn’t say anything since the guy did such a good job. I have no problem paying a little more for a better job. I went back and asked for the same guy, and luckily he was available, so I thought. I told him I wanted to go a little shorter and he cuts my nails down to skin!!!!!!!! And then does the WORST job I’ve even seen for SNS and shaping! The SNS is so wavy around my cuticles, there is NO SNS on the side of my nails and to top it off, it was applied so bad that my nails are flimsy feeling. How is that possible?? If I didn’t want something to protect my nail and last, I would have requested standard polish and saved my money. DO NOT GO HERE..... REPEAT, DO NOT GO HERE
