Had a dead battery and called David’s (after calling a few other places who couldn’t help us). They had someone here in less than an hour and got us on the road. Would definitely recommend!

This guy took an insurance job for my agency idk if you know how that works but they put the job out and the wrecker grabs it. Both times this guy tried to charge me fo3 overages the ins was already gonna pay him for. Smh. What a con man.

DONT EVER GO TO GAMECOCK VILLAGE, JACKSONVILLE ALABAMA WITHOUT KNOWING WHERE TO PARK!!!!! They take advantage of broke college students!!!! $100 fine to take the car off of the tow truck! Absolutely insane. College kids do not have money like that! I am beyond frustrated with the way this company handles business. Extremely rude, AND the guy had his kid outside while all of this was going on.

My daughters car was towed because she had parked illegally- she was definitely in the wrong. When she returned to her car, David or an employee had her car on the tow truck and was very rude to her. He demanded payment of $125 at site or she could come pick up car at shop. She did not have her purse and agreed to find transportation to the shop. At the shop, the rudeness continued and David refused to accept her debit card as payment for this fee. I am by no means excusing her actions of parking illegally, I am pointing out that this company appears to be gouging students who are foolish enough to land in their web. Their cash only policy for this fee makes me feel that maybe they are not claiming this as income. For a college student $125.00 is a sizeable amount. I warn students to avoid this situation-stay out of the sleazy Park Place II parking lot and avoid Davids Wrecker service at all costs... I do believe that the IRS needs to be alerted to this cash only practice-gouging college students is below the belt - this business is corrupt!

I was brushed off, threatened, and left in danger of having a life threatening convulsive episode because of this company. This business towed my car and when I asked to retrieve it they said I would not be allowed to for almost 5 hours. I was threatened with being arrest for trespassing when I said I would just walk to and wait at the tow lot until they opened and the employee hung up on me. I called again and was told that if I continued calling they would add fines because I was interrupting the employees sleep. The only problem is I am epileptic and my medication was in my car and need to take a dose within the next 3 hours to not be in danger of having a seizure.

The WORST body shop EVER!!! I wouldnt even call this a body shop! Its a busted up place where they got cars EVERYWHERE and old stupid heads that dont know what they are doing working there! Workers who look like they can barley get around!!! Slow at their work! They are RUDE and irresponsible!!!! The shop is trashed NOTHING organized!!!! The workers just chilling sitting on couch!!! I suggest NOBODY to go up there to have anything done! I REPEAT...NOBODY should take anything up there to have done! This place dont even deserve no kind of stars!!!
