I was recently looking to find somewhere to refinish my head lights.. I had been told that this could be done and wanted to find out the cost. After calling around Jacksonville the prices ranged from $20 to $75. I called back 4 of the companies asking about the process in which it is done. One company would not even give me any information and told me the price differs between cars and I had to come in for an inspection of the lights before they could tell me... the other 3 all told me about the same thing. So since I thought i would have to replace my head light assembly soon anyway I went with Daughtrys at $20. They did tell me on the phone that the heads lights probably would not look new still but would have a vast improvement. The head lights look amazing.. I am no longer replacing the head light assembly units and it just saved me hundreds on the head lights and labor. If you want some work done on your vehicle at a fair price and get quality work done... this is the place.

I live in Wilmington but my vehicle broke down while in Jacksonville. I was recommend to have my vehicle towed here, and I could not be more happy and impressed with the service. They had my car fixed in a timely manner and I felt very at ease after talking to these gentlemen! Super friendly, genuinely want to help you, and trust worthy folks. Ill definitely make the trip to Jacksonville in the future for my oil changes just to experience the sweet service. Thanks again!

I have not only purchased a used vehicle from Jeff and Mr. Mandy but the shop services the other household automobiles as well. These gentlemen never fail to offer outstanding work at fair prices. The customer service is exceptional during this day and time when most have a dont give a damn attitude. These gentleman give respectful, upfront pricing and never go beyond what is quoted without contacting you first and getting the OK. I have never had a surprise bill when I have picked up my vehicle. The most trust-worthy same day service in town! As a single mom on a budget, these guys are a blessing.

Awesome staff who go out of their way to help out the community. We at United Way of Onslow County are truly blessed with the support they are providing for our CHEW van. So grateful that I walked into their door on a whim. :) Picked up our van on Friday and we have never been happier. They even cleaned it inside and out for us at no cost. They are truly an amazing company. I will continue to recommend them to have all of my friends and acquaintances.

Moving here 3 years ago from Pittsburgh, Pa. I had no idea where to take my vehicles for service and had a couple bad experiences before finding Daughtrys. I have been treated with respect and can count on them for all my repair work not to mention the best prices on tires ! I know from experience they are honest and do great work. Had a simple tire repair done today. Called ahead of time and they told me everything I needed to know. They got the screw out of my tire and filled and I was out in less than 10 minutes, and the price was good as well. They were polite and professional.I would recommend them and will come back for my windshield wiper replacements.

From now on, if I have an issue with my car, Im coming here.This shop should be the poster image of how all shops should be ran. Theres too many shops that you walk into and they try to create problems that do not exist solely for profits. The service here is amazing. This place is family owned and they love their customers. They treat everyone with respect and like family. I will definitely be coming back for everything thays needed for my car. So far Ive gotten an oil change, it was fast and reasonable. They also let me know everything that they are doing. My car needed a special oil that cost more. They let me know before they did the change and put it in my car.

Great group of folks. Been going there for the past 10 years and I refuse to go anywhere else. If there was anything that was an issue that came up, Jeff, Mandy or anyone else will give me a call before they take it upon their selves, which I greatly appreciate. Their work is solid, prices are right, and as some one whos not mechanically inclined, they explain whats going on without being insulting.

I have rented 2 trucks from Daughtrys and had my vehicle worked on also. Everyone in Jacksonville talks about how bad customer service is throughout Jacksonville. This place has the best customer service out of any business in Jacksonville. Really nice and friendly service. They will help you with anything you could ever need with your auto, Im leaving Jacksonville and going back home, and I dont even think I could find a place like this back home. Before you go to any other auto care place. Check them out first!

No problems with our rental; but I was misinformed about their Sunday hours of business. I would rather have returned the moving truck to an actual employee instead of a lock box. But the moving truck we rented did fantastic for our 700+ mile journey.

Stellar service that has always exceeded my expectations!! I moved to Jacksonville 7 years ago and have never taken my vehicle to anyone else for repairs. The first repair that I had on my Ford Exploder was a costly one that could have well exceeded my budget. Jeff looked at all of my options to include purchasing a rebuilt part. I went with the cheapest option and saved a lot of cash. Cant say how long it would have lasted since my daughter did me the favor of totalling that heap of crap a couple of weeks later but Im sure glad I didnt go the new part route. Long story short, I own four vehicles and have consulted with Daughtrys on more occasions than I can count over the last 7 years. Not only do I not have any complaints but endorse their service with the highest recommendation. I have conducted multiple moves over the last 20+ years to include 6 states and 1 foreign country and Daughterys customer service is the best Ive ever seen. It sure is hard to find a good mechanic these days but Im glad I found one that I can trust.

I was in Jacksonville to pick up my son from Camp Lejeune and I was on a very tight schedule. I had lost my brakes due to rusted brake lines. Jeff and the guys fit me in and did the necessary repairs that I needed to put me back on the road safely. These guys made me feel at home and went way beyond all efforts to satisfy me. When I received the bill, I was shocked at the price, it was exactly the price that was quoted to me. Most shops that I have dealt with in the past usually try to gouge me when I am traveling. If I did not live 17 hours away Jeff and the guys at Daughtrys would be doing all my work from now on. I feel like I made some new friends and thanks again for the job well done guys.

Daughtrys was suggested to me as I was having issues getting car care for my five cars. I tried them and they have been outstanding. They are just the nicest people, the most capable people, and honest. They have even been able to keep my prized 1979 Trans Am running. They have earned the right of first refusal on ALL my car needs. By that I mean I take them everything, if they cannot fix my issue they always provide a repair shop that can do the job. They made me a hero with my wifes 2014 Lincoln. The tire selection they made provided a better ride than the factory. I at 64 have found the repair shop for each of my cars. Brent

So Im getting home from work and I notice how disgustingly dirty my door is. Mind you, we just had our car in the shop a week ago for some repairs. I get it, my car isnt a Lexus or anything new and fancy for that matter but geez, at least have the courtesy to wipe off the grime you left all over my car. Ive been putting my hand on that for a week now. Ick! Needless to say I just got done wiping down the whole interior of my car after a long day of work. Also, my mother has been bringing her vehicles here for years and it seems half a$$ed everytime Ive gone in with her. She has spent thousands in repairs with them and the problems never really get fully fixed. The major problem is fixed but then some light is still on in my car indicating a problem and they tell us not to worry about it. That just doesnt seem legit to me. It sounds like laziness. They dont call and give you updates when they say they will, so then youre left in the dark unless you cause a stink about it and call back every so often depending on how long youre vehicle is in.

Would not take our vehicle anywhere else !!! They always look after us and do an amazing job and never overcharge !!! You guys Rock !! Thank you !!

This is the second review im writing for this AWESOME Auto Shop. I came in today for an inspection and rear brakes.The guys here at Daughtrys are seriously the best. They give great great great service, and I wouldnt trust my car to anyone else. Im moving out of state next month and im seriously considering driving the 5 hours back here if my car ever needs anything! (thats just how great they are and have been to me). Trustworthy, Honest, great prices, and great people work here. :)

The shop came highly recommended and took my car there to get a front end alignment and was told that my tires are dry rotted and need to be replaced. I went to another shop to have my brakes repaired and I asked them to look at my tires. I was told that it is not ncessary for me to replace them.

I had come from out-of-state and these gentlemen took care of me like Ive been a customer of theirs for 20 years. Not only master mechanics but masters of customer service.I would not go anywhere else.
