Rude staff. Properties are ill maintained. Staff do nothing to resolve issues. I signed a lease with these people stating they will enforce certain rules and uphold the community to a certain standard, but they fall short. Now I live in a miserable situation where everyone around me breaks rules with no regard for anyone but themselves and my unit is infested with roaches. Venterra will do nothing to address any issue no matter the situation. Currently, they are utilizing the pandemic as an excuse for their downfalls, but in reality, these downfalls are present 100% of the time. They are violating my lease agreement, yet I am having to pay the full amount to get out of my lease early because even that is better than continuing to live like this and deal with this absolutely horrible company. I could go on and on about the much more extensive list of issues, but Im sure you have my two cents by now.Do not do business with this twisted company.

Horrible, twisted company. Do not sign any contracts with them, they will not uphold their end of any deal!
