This place is awful they don’t fix nothing they don’t answer the phone the trash compact is loaded with trash the residents leave trash in front of the buildings and the ducks rip it open some of the staff is rude and the don’t keep they property up anymore none of the Amenities are never open they have a roach problem

Office staff is rude, and there is a literal mountain of trash as you pull into the complex. No wonder you have complaints about roaches, mold, etc. Will definitely find a nicer place for my mother-in-law to live.

Went to visit a friend who just moved in she had mold roaches etc I dont know how the hell it even passed inspection as the whole apartment and complex is a health hazard they dont let you see the place before hand but will take your security deposit which is illegal seems like the office or whoever is trying to pocket peoples money personally Id be taking everybody to court and nobody would have had a job while the place shut down . I dont even live in Florida but I can say enter at your own risk! Nobody wants to live in filth but I guess the people that live here do and the people that work for this apartment complex who literally know about the disgusting units lives in filth to.

Everything’s falling apart. Closet, walls. Mold and roaches everywhere . Maintenance people never response. Trash cans are over loaded next to my building more then a month and no one wants to clean it, even after I told front office 3 times. Maintenance and front office people change almost every month. I have taken a lot of pictures of apartment from the inside and around complex ( I am definitely going to upload them soon to give you all an idea if you have decided to move here)

Alot of the negative reviews are lies I moved into this complex coming from New York. The mold if there is any is pretty much a cause of leaving the a.c. on super cold which causes condensation on walls cabinets etc I had very little mold on cabinets wipped away with Clorox wipes. This place is above and beyond what I expected with all the negative reviews. I think most of the negative reviews are based off of tenants not getting what they want and or not following rules of the complex. I wouldnt mind showing off my unit to any one looking to move in. Everything from the view the office everything is amazing.

Lindsey Terrace apartments should be inspected by the health department. There is black mold growing everywhere and all they do is paint over it and rent out the unit to the next person. I can only speak on what I know so beware of Apt.1215 and if you do choose to rent there good luck. There are also roaches,a lot of them. It wont matter how much you clean, it wont matter if you fogg, spray or if they come by every Monday with pest control. Just consider the roaches your new pets that come with the apartment. Please listen to the comments and if you arent convinced take a Walk in the complex and ask around. Its sad that they are taking advantage of people like that. No one should have to live under those conditions. Also dont be fooled by management or anyone in the office because once you been there past 4 months and everything in your apartment start breaking down and leaks start happening they will avoid you at all cost.

It took over a month to get the issue fix when I submit it the issue back in February. It took over two weeks to get the mold out my apartment and the mold is growing right back. I think the only reason someone came is because I’m due out the apartment soon. Oh wait let’s not forget I come home to water leaking from my ceiling last week and NO ONE CALLED TO SAY A WORD TO ME. When I called and said I have water leaking from the ceiling it took him 45min just to get to the apartment and the lady I spoke to sound like she didn’t care one bit. It was a known issue apparently but not one person reached out which is not acceptable at all. Would never rent from them again. I tried to reach out to who ever owns this property or even HR and heard nothing back. Before you rent read the comments.

As a delivery driver, I find it very difficult to read the numbers on the building. It would be nice if the numbers were better painted or better lit for easier navigation. I find myself driving around in circles trying to locate a customers address, especially at night.

MOLDS MOLDS MOLDS!!!! Called them many times but they never respond or send maintenance to my unit. We cleaned the molds ourselves and they keep coming back! We also just noticed our furnitures full of mold, curtains, ceilings, windows full of molds. We have a 3 year old daughter that is consistently sneezing, wheezing and coughing. Me myself have allergies that wont go away because of this. My eyes always hurt and itches, terrible! Finally, we informed them we are moving out due to this issue and they hung up on me twice because they could not give me an answer about my deposit and the assistant manager “wasnt around”. They never bothered calling us back or checking back on us. This is beyond ridiculous and we have packed our stuff to move out because this is taking a toll on our health.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I am currently a resident here. It is roach infested and the maintenance men do nothing but ride around on golf carts all day! The most I’ve ever witnessed them do is pick up all that nasty away trash that overflows at the trash compactor! I have work orders dated 3 months back that still haven’t been addressed! Today the entire complex is without water and the staff have gone home and left tons of people with no resolve or update of when the issue will be repaired! I beg you to stay away from this place! Living here is a nightmare!

Horrible experience living here, the office manger does not listen when there are two or more people on a lease together. She only sided with one person, never listened to the other tenant.

This has been the worst experience i ever had the only good thing about these apartments is the location. I was shown a very nice apartment and what i received didnt look anything like it. Before i could move in i had roaches n mold in my apartment! I have been waiting for my kitchen floor to be repaired for 5 months now! My air goes out every few days which i dont understand why! Cant wait til my lease is up!

GreatI moved here in 2019. Very excited, pleased and accommodated with my work orders and staff. I understand with patience there has been a pandemic that caused changing circumstances for everyone. My refrigerator has been a problem since October 2020 and is a still an ongoing issue. I wake up to a trail of water leaking from fridge that at this point im over looking at it. I cen not fill my fridge with groceries due to low temp and over worked refrigerator. Ive put in numerous work orders had 2 come bandaid the situation couple days later back to the leaking low temp ice maker out. Why go up on my rent every year and this place is short staffed? Also im owed carpet cleaned that i have yet to receive since i moved in. Over$1000 in rent is not worth it here. Location! Close to a SAMS

I have lived here since 2014. There is constant turn over in office staff. Ms Denise the property manager is very polite and helpful, however, the rest of the staff is VERY rude. There are roaches, I know some units are infested (such as the unit across from me) I have my unit sprayed every Monday which I requested multiple times before they would finally do it. It has made a huge difference and only occasionally do we see one in the kitchen. We also purchase bait stations ourselves and place them in cabinets below kitchen and bathroom sinks and behind the stove and refrigerator. We also pull the stove and refridgerator away from the wall once a month and bleach spray them completely as well as the walls, side of cabinets and floor. None of the windows stay up on their own, they have mold on them and are foggy, the windowsill, all around the window and the Sheetrock below windows have mold. They also leak/drip with heavy or multiple constant days of rain. When I made the service request to get windows fixed I was given clamps that screw on the window frame in order for the window to stay up. These have to be placed a certain way and than screwed in to make it tight using ONE HAND because the other one is holding the window up! There are areas where the walls are so rotted you can literally push holes in it with a finger. People hang out on the stairs and breezeways smoking pot, talking very loud and allow their children to spill drinks, food, and throw garbage from their snacks in the middle of walk ways, stairs, grass areas and parking lot. They sit on the stairs and will not move while your trying to go upstairs with arms full of grocerys. The stairs and breeze ways are always filthy and garbage ( fast food bags, chip bags, diapers, used paper plates, drink bottles and cups) always in the grass areas and in parking lot. The doors for the units storage area and the door entering your unit are covered in mildew. Work orders are never done on 1st request. Again, I have lived here since 2014 and each year it gets worse. Last year I reached out to the property management company to see if carpet in living and dinning area could be replaced with vinyl flooring like it shows in pics online and was told they do not do upgrades to units until they are vacated. NO UPGRADES in 6yrs BUT RENT INCREASES EVERY YEAR! Our appliances dont match, we have a white refridgerator with small rust spots all over it, a white stove and a black dishwasher. If you do decide to sign a lease here make sure you are getting a unit in a building in the front close to rental office.

I had the opportunity to visit this apt complex and the staff along with Ms. Phyllis were very nice and helpful. I enjoyed the tour of the place and I would consider there in the future because of the friendly staff, & the location.

I am currently living at Lindsey terrace and the mold here is horrible. I am constantly coughing, my nasal runs, and having headaches because of the mold. I can go outside or any other place not have this issue. It is only when I am in my apartment that I have these health issue. And I constantly sneezing. I would definitely not recommend this apartments to anyone. STAY FAR AWAY

It is not my intention to try and slam your property, all i want is my money back. April 2nd i gave the leasing office my money for a deposit things didnt work out around April the 10th i requested my money back has been told that my money was maiked on the 22nd of April abd as of today i have yet to receive my money. Ive asked several times for the number to the corporate office and no one one has yet to give me the number. Its going on two months since ive requested my money backand all ive gotten is a lot of ignored calls . My question has always been was why did my money order get deposited if i hadnt signed a lease .

So apparently my package is missing and they are not doing anything about it!!! I have had nothing but problems since I moved into this complex from not getting my mail, roaches, problem with my hot water, and now THIEVES IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD LIKE I HATE IT HERE

I love my apartment. I barely have any issues but if I do it is fixed right away. My kids play at the park that is well kept and I love looking out my window and seeing the view of the lake. There is always something going on for the residents which I am grateful for especially when they have the dinners for us. The staff is also awesome as well

These apartments are roach infested! Dont let them fool you! They show you a model apartment that is very nice. But when you move in your apartment looks nothing like the model apartment. When I moved they took most of my deposit and couldnt tell me why. Take this as a warning dont move in these apartments...

I enjoy living here. I know many say they were told lies but I was not. My apartment is nice and problems are addressed quickly. I have no complaints about the staff, my needs and problems are always addressed. Like any place you will find negatives but they are usually because of the other residents. They dont respect where they live or others. The staff is not here 24hrs out of the day to address these residents. Be proud of where you live by showing it. It is up to us to make the community better. I am going on my 3rd year here and the things the residents do far out way the complaints of the staff who I see working hard everyday.

My parents recently moved to Lyndsey Terrace. The Office personnel was very pleasant especially John Flores. He went above and beyond to make sure my parents were set, and continued to check on them periodically. Could not ask for a better place for them to reside.

I love the people from the office, theyre so nice and helpful. I would recommend this condominium to everybody, its so well kept and what can I say about the apartments, super clean, spacious and beautiful. Give them a visit if you need a rent. I Sergio approve this message 👍

I moved in May 2019 had to move out in January because of mold they also took 90% of my deposit after I moved because of the mold in their unit. I have 3 children and a newborn that was breathing in this mess. Management is horrible Denise Bess, their all unprofessional, maintenance doesn’t know anything. After they cleaned some of the mold it came back again, and they didn’t clean all of the mold just a portion. Right after I moved they moved a family in my unit. I guess they used my deposit to clean up the mold they caused. Which is so wrong because I had to throw away all my molded furniture I was left with a couch and dining set. I moved in w a friend and my stuff is in a storage. Never move here, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

My daughter moved into Lindsey Terrace about 2 years ago. The office staff was nice. I was most impressed with the maintenance manager Mr. John Flores. He would response to the issue quickly, made sure problems were resolved and he would check the work afterwards to make sure it was done correctly. The complex is very clean thanks to Mr Flores.

I love this place. Its always clean and the staff are very helpful and thorough with the whole property. Your maintenance staff is on top of everything. I Love how clean the property is kept thanks to Johnny the maintenance guy who is on top of everything.

I was visiting a tenant and got lost looking for his apartment. An employee named Johnny Ricardo saw I needed help and stopped. He was extremely helpful and polite. Come to find out via my friend I was visiting, that Johnny is the service manager and he also says John is awesome. He says one of the reasons he loves living at Lindsey Terrance Apartments is because of the staff like John. It was obivous that the service here is great! Thank you Johnny.

I have been living here for 6 months now and I love it. The staff is always friendly especially Vivian and Maintenance is always available. I love all the activities they have especially the fitness program on Saturday..

Lindsey Terrace is a beautiful property and kept clean. The maintenance manager, John Flores was very helpful, nice and welcoming. Id recommend this property due to the location and wonderful staff.

Kind of like Courtney Manor and Kendall court. The area is much nicer. Has a pool community center workout room nd park. Nice living quarters for a small family.

Was going to try to a 2 bedroom since the 1 bedroom wasnt available for some time, I called someone the day before told me all of this info saying that there is one available on June 20, app fee is 50 per adult, has to be in a money order. Since I work till they close that friday. They said come in tomorrow and fill out an application with the money order. Okay did, then the lady at the office told me something completely different than what I got told on the phone. Saying no point in filling out an application because the tenants have 60 days to surrender the apartment. But the day before I got told there were several open in june and July. So I feel like I got the round around, so Im not going to mess with this apartment since they were rude and misinforming.

Wow I came in and the customer service was great. I spoke with a young lady name Keyandre and she really down the floor plans for each unit to me. She was the only attendant in the office at the time and 3 other applicatins came in. But guess what she never complained and she basically had a field trip with us around the complex so that she could meet company needs. She displayed great customer service, quality for her company and resiliency. Not one time did a smile drop from her face. Although I did not pick this complex I definitely will refer others all because of her.

This place is a joke,,, apt. Is full of molds,, and INFESTED with roaches,,, roaches in my clothes, on my clean dishes that we use to eat,,, I willnever recommend anyone to live in this place!!! Its disgusting!!

Ashley Bryant was amazing over the phone. The only reason why I didnt rent from this beautiful community is because of breed restrictions, otherwise I was inclined to make Lindsey Terrace my home. I could never get rid of my Mr.Tiny (Pitbull Lab).

I will not advise anyone who have small children to live in this Apt area. They stolen my friend car right under him👎 and his in wheels chair broad day light it took police almost a week to find the car have been vandalize and stole all his meds in other stuff. To much insecurities in this place.

I have never had any issues living at Lindsey Terrace Apts. I feel secure, the office staff is courteous, the grounds are clean, maintenance department is always available, plenty of parking and a lovely pool.

If you don’t care about your living standards this is the place for you. They rented me an apartment that was infested with roaches. The window seal had mold & mildew. The cabinets were greasy & sticky. Dead roaches & roach motels in cabinets behind appliances. Management suck! Don’t expect for your apartment to look anything like the model other than the floor plan.

This is a wonderful place and the staff is friendly especially the Service Manager Johnny. He is great asset to the team

Moved in December 2018 been here almost 6 months they rent has went up 40 dollars cause I am not on hud ... apartment is full of roaches once my new neighbors moved in, it’s not quiet out here at all ... young couple always fussing in hallways ppl smoking, everytime you need help everybody say they are new and refer you to ms. Tina and she is always short and never resourceful and never return your calls if needed... this place is just a joke you pay your rent online and they take forever to process the payment so you never know when it’s coming out ... wanted to stay here for two years until I bought a house but I may just make it a year and leave just too much NOISE outside ! I have a 3/2 and with all the fees it comes over a $1000 ...just not worth it with the noise and roachs I have to clean and spray EVERYNIGHT ... and after they came and sprayed made it worst ....

I starting to have mixed feeling about this property. The tenants have to sign a lease but the things on the lease are the issues that are taking place in the apartment. For instance, mold..Im doing my part with with wiping windows but the black spots are coming back. I have reported it and it has been inspected but none ha got to the root of problem. Also the short notices of entering the apartments and at times I didnt get notice. Lindsey Terrace appears to be improving things so I guess I just have to wait or get sick for being patient

I just had to break my lease for a roach infestation so I was thinking about renting here. Not anymore. So many reviews speak of how this place has roaches!! Its sad and disgusting!! Im so shocked at how many apartments would willingly lease roach infested units to people.
