I have lived in these apartments going on eight months and I do not plan on renewing my lease. My first month here I couldn’t even move in because the roach infestation. So I was reimbursed and they promised me pest control. Now for the past six months I have had to pay for my own pest control out of pocket because whatever they are doing doesn’t work. Since I’ve moved in here I’ve had outlets in my house that don’t work that I’ve asked to be fixed. My car was burglarized as well as damaged and when I told the office they said someone would call me. I have not received a call any of the times that I was promised one. Not to mention there is constantly trash in the roads and the outside of the apartments are disgusting, even outside my front door people will leave cups Blunt wrappers and all sorts of things. The people in the office are incredibly rude and have no empathy. They can reallocate funds to put in new speed bumps and put a railing around the trash but not to proper lighting or security cameras for people’s safety. The only reason I got reimbursed for my first month was because I got in touch with corporate otherwise nothing would have been done and I am 100% sure of that. Words cannot convey the level of disappointment I have with my stay here.

Trying to find any apartment in here is awful, there are no numbers on the building and maps is not always accurate. Delivering to this complex is a joke and a pain in the a**.

Not only are maintenance requests deleted and never acted upon. The BUGS IN THIS COMPLEX are OUTRAGEOUS. They let people dump trash all over the place. There are currently 4 garden bags behind my complex and guess who is nowhere to be found? Oh! Front office. My laundry room door has been broken for over a year, no one has responded to any requests and don’t call back. Well the door fell on my two year old this past week. I cannot wait to pack my things and run so far away from this awful place. We are also in touch with corporate Think VERY hard before moving here. If living with bugs, mold and being neglected are your forte I mean, go for it.

My experience since I been here hasn’t been so good I truly have regrets of choosing this property.I work from home and the smell of marijuana comming through my vents the noise above me how dirty the breeze way is and no screens in the windows .I remember the day I did my walk through and was explaining to the mgr I know things aren’t always perfect but my god I think things could be a lil better ! No I’m not paying 1400.00 rent like I was and she said well you get what you pay for.I feels like I’m like I’m living the projects .But I’m gonna make the best of it and pray to God it gets better I can’t see my self renewal of a lease out here .I choose this property based off what I saw on line and it’s totally nothing like it .I have lived in plenty apartments and this is for by the worse.The only good experience is the two ladies who worked in the office they were exceptional nice and professional

Worst place around. Unresponsive, pretty sure maintenance doesnt exist. Paying for things that are not accessible, have no record of, etc. For example, the pool has been closed since before Covid started. Pest control is supposed to be monthly but has only shown up twice in 2.5 years Ive lived here and the roaches are horrible. There is a mold problem in a lot of units as well. Its disgusting, there is trash left all over the road, in front of peoples doors, etc. I could make this an all day thing but I wont. DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE

Worst staff. Only one staff member has been helpful during my application experience. The others put you on hold for 20 plus minute while they play around then hang up in your face. I’ve researched and seen all of the crime at this complex. It’s not worth it. As long as they get the $100 dollars from you they’re straight. Don’t waste your time.

Right now during this hard time financially and covid impacting many families all around, more ways than one, the staff in office have been extremely helpful and have been available for all questions and concerns. I cant say how much this has been appreciated, especially in this time! Its a stressful time right now, and along with 12 million other people, the IRS has held refunds. They too have been impacted with this, and has made their jobs more difficult. therefore, its taking much longer to get refunds out. This is where Courtney Manor has been understanding to everything covid related and I cant speak highly enough about them right now. My opinion has changed about them since my first review! They deserve a better review, therefore I am more than happy to give it! Thank You again, Courtney Manor, for all of your help and understanding!!

Lived there for few years the place needs some improvement on management could be really nice with the proper care for the grounds. No access to amenities not worth the price

This is not a place you would like to live in. I have put in 8 work orders for my fridge to be fixed since January. I’ve also put in 4 work orders for black Mold treatment in my apartment and with me having Asthma the office should have a sense of Urgency but they didn’t and the pest control is terrible they would come in spray one corner and leave. This living facility is not recommended at all, because they do not care about their tenants. And upon me leaving all of a sudden they want me to pay for the month after my lease is up, this apartment literally is below living means.

Update 2:It has been about three months since they asked me to email them about my initial review, and I have not received a response form the parent company. The only way to get in contact is to call and hope they answer or go to the office and hope they are there.We finally moved out about two weeks ago. My spouse and I had our roommate sign us off the lease, but the office would not give us confirmation if they approved it. I still receive notifications about rent and my login still works, so I called to ask them if my husband and I were taking off the lease. After being hung up on twice, the lady snapped at me and said “if you aren’t on a lease, I can’t take to you!” I am still unsure if she actually checked or just heard me say that I signed the release.Update 1:It has been about a month since I left my initial review. The company asked me to email them directly, which I did a couple times with no response at all.The issues with the complex continue, and some get worse.The still don’t get the compactor emptied in a responsible timeframe, resulting in trash being left outside.They do not respond to any maintenance requests and do not provide the promised pest control.The last time I went to the office and was able to speak with them, they told me to go to my apartment and they would come out with an A/C filter and also help me with the other issues. They said they would be out in 10 minutes... it has been a week now.And although they refuse to correctly maintain the apartments, they are now redoing the parking lots by making some of the speed bumps bigger. The speed bumps damage our cars even when we go over them extremely slow. There is a reason that cities across the country are removing speed bumps. Making the speed bumps bigger is a waste of time and money when they don’t even fulfill their part of the lease agreement.Original:We have been here for nearly a year now. When we moved in, there was mold on all the windows and on the ceiling, roaches were coming out of the walls, and the wiring in the kitchen was wonky.They rarely ever respond to emails or answer the phone, and their posted hours at the office aren’t correct. We have submitted multiple maintenance requests, but they almost never respond. It took them over a couple months just to check the issue with the kitchen wiring. Out of all the issues, that was the only on that was actually adressed.They changed management halfway through our lease, and the newer people are even worse. Before the change, I at least got a response after several attempts to contact them. Now I can never get a response, I have to go down to the office and hope they are there.As for when it is time to put rent, good luck. Sometimes you log on and your rent is t posted, other times you can’t even log in. Most recently the site wouldn’t even load the resident portal and the office (like usual) never answers the phone.

Sorry to say GHETTO outside appears is nice. But once you get in, your whole world changes.

I been living here approximately 2 1/2 years and overall the community have gotten better. Just like all apartment complex the good comes with the bad . The trouble that went on here were guests from outside the community. This is a great place to live. A few more changes need to happen and this will be A wonderful place to live . I’m impressed with the new management and I’m looking forward to see the new improvements

Awful apartment complex high crime area always on the news and have crime scene out there. Very dirty garbage everywhere. Our son and his family got an apartment there and found out fast it was a nightmare place. We would not recommend anyone live there. You will not have a pool to swim in if you even wanted to it is not clean so they cant open it up. The stairwells are very dirty not a place you would look forward to coming home to at all. Take my word dont go there and live a nightmare.

Courtney Manor is a great place to live. Been here for almost 5 yrs. Never had any problems with staff or maintenance.Landscape is beautiful, park for children to play. Animal friendly, location is great, close to the interstate, O.p mall, Wal-Mart, great Restaurants and Schools.Right now during the pandemic. short staffed on maintenance dept. They try to get to each request as soon as possible. Like each apartment complex you have the good, bad and ugly. No complex is 100% at anything.They do stride in making things better.Thank you for reading review. 🦋

Needs pest control, They dont care about their tenants. Only thing they care about is getting rent on time. My kids and I have caught covid since living here.

I finally moved in to my apartment. I don’t really have any complaints about the apartment itself, but I would kindly appreciate if I can have my entrance door painted. It’s all scratched up and in need of a paint job.Also I have noticed that the corridors are dirty and stained with black marks.Apart from that I have no other issues. I like the apartment itself.

As a neighbor of this community, I can confirm they are as bad as the other reviews make them out to be. Residents are constantly destroying private property of the neighbors around them, tearing down fences and throwing garbage out onto the main road because theyre too lazy to get out and use the provided trash compactor. The office doesnt respond to complaints or pleads ignorance. The pool is disgusting. High crime with no regards to the tenants or neighboring communities. Dont give this place business.

Nasty living conditions. Nasty people! Speed limit is basically a minimum under 25 mph unlawful. Garbage is ALWAYS overflowing. No class. Cant keep staff.

This community is quiet and really spacious. It’s only my first month, but I can already tell I’ll enjoy my experience here. So far my rating for Courtney Manor is 5 stars.

This community would be a nice place if it had better management. The apartments have a nice design but are old and in need of a great renovation. Also better pest control is needed as well.

Had me do all the paperwork and bring money orders just to say I was denied

I have been here for 4 yrs never got my blinds changed the just came yesterday after over a year asking for them and all they changed was only one window. Plus good luck trying to call these ppl they never answer the phone. They fast when it comes to them but if you need them they take months of not years before they fix anything.

Put in 2 separate requests for my apartment. One for water in my closet as a result of a leak from somewhere. My floor in my closet was wet and both my carpet and wall had mildewed and started to mold. It’s now been 4 weeks and no one has still been to my apartment to fix the issue, I had to get a carpet cleaner for my floor myself. Every time I call, I get the same response that someone will be there ASAP.. meanwhile I have clothes and shoes that have been ruined and a mildew smell in my closet. 2nd request was for a door to be put back up. Neither request has been filled. If you don’t have the people to do the job, just say that. I shouldn’t have to call every other day to see if someone will be sent out to fix an issue... Terrible!!!

When I 1st moved here I was excited because of the location of the apartment however once I started coming in during the application process I became more reluctant Because of the customer service that was given by the person that helped me She was very rude and Inconsiderate and very unprofessional I will not be referring anyone to come live here this may be an OK living space but is not worth being treated this way

Honestly, I actually live in the neighborhood nearby and I am sick to death of Collins Road in front of their apartment complex looking like the road to the landfill. It looks like tenants maybe put their trashbag on their car to take it to the dumpster and then forget and pull out of the complex... and their trashbag goes onto the side of the road, busts open, and scatters everywhere. The city JUST cleaned this up yesterday and this morning there are bags all over the roadside again.To be clear, Im not going to the trouble to post this over even an occasional incident. I have lived in my neighborhood for 6 years and this has been an issue since I lived here. Ive tried their website but it wants all of my personal information in order to contact them. It looks like they monitor this, so Im going to try and see if theyll get the message.

New management is professional .

I received an email stating that my inside unit needed to be replaced. I was not notified of when the people would show up. They showed up at 0900. I was not ready. I would have been had I been notified. Inconvenenienced both he and I. Also, the inside unit was NOT replaced! Only the coils were!

Had a really bad experience there, with the rental process but I have never lived there

Paid for the application fee, after we told them how much money we made. Called for 2 weeks, no one answered. Found a number on the internet, called that one, FINALLY ANSWERED... said we didn’t send them information.. (we did) she checks again.. then says we got denied because we made $300 over. WASTE OF MY TIME. Don’t waste your money on application fees.

These are income-based apartments. The apartments arent the best thing in the world, but its good for a first-time renters. Living room is pretty decent size, and the master bedroom is nice as well. Office management/maintenance staff is nice, and they dont bother you too much. Its a decent apartment for what you pay, depending on your income.

Attention: All families!! Dont move here if you have kids or if you want to be happy. The place looks ok at first. But 3 months later you will find uncovered patches in the walls in the kitchen, dinning room and bedrooms. Roaches live in the walls! Roaches live under the carpet. I have to call pest control weekly, and all they do is spray twice and walk out! If you have kids, kids will be kids and if they want to eat inside their home they have to share their food with the roaches who live in the cracks of the walls because the roaches come out in broad daylight for food and anything else they can find. These roaches eat on mold. I have lots of mold in cracks of roof but no one will repair it....DONT MOVE HERE!

The reviews don’t lie!! Do not waste your time!Went and looked at a 2 bedroom 2 bath and seen about 10 roaches. All in the sink, some in the bathtub, and seen 1 in the closet

Alot of people speed. The speed limit is 10 there is a sign up. They go 20 and above. I have told the office several times and when I do they end up firing the one trying to help..bugs are bad and I cant get things fixed I end up doing it myself. Kids are not safe here.

BEWARE!!!!Courtney Manor Apt staff are by far THE WORST! A month ago I put in my application, the staff took their time processing it. They will tell you one thing and will not document it like you’ve never had the conversation. They took my money and would not return it for administrative fees... Bull****! They told me the apartment that I put money down for they had to give it to someone else for reasons beyond me. They gave me a move in date without discussing it with me. I found out I was supposed to be moving on a date which I never agreed to, besides my lease wasn’t up in my other apartment. They are doing things shady in the office! Please beware of the staff at this apartment complex!

The management is very bias and finds confront in coning section 8 residence. They asked me to give them money orders to leave blank and said they would fill it out. They are not professional. Courtney Manor should hire a brand New staff. They never answer the phone during business hours and when you do walk in, they answer your questions with a negative attitude like they dont want you here. Why is management so mean and slick?

They are okay nothing to brag about decent room sizes decent prices to rent decent neighborhood close to a lot of things just not sure too much about the people that live around in the area only thing holding this area back from blowing up! I wish to live there though if that means anything to anybody.

These apartments does take vouchers, but I am paying regular rent and cant get anything fixed. I have been waiting 2 weeks for my oven door to be fixed and a few days now just for a replacement key. The staff attitudes are AWFUL. When you ask about your things being fixed they always say they have to fix the emergency work orders first. They wont even give me a replacement key that Ive already PAID to have replaced. The apartment itself is a decent size, but everything else is trash. Speaking of trash, there is one dumpster in the entire complex so its always overfilled and if you stay in the back of the complex you have to walk the green mile just to get to the dumpster. 2 more months and flying up out of these apartments. NEVER AGAIN

The lady in the office was very nice but I wasnt impressed with the apartment at all. 3 stars to the lady in the office because she believes in her product.

I went to visit the apartment my daughter was looking to possibly rent. Thank goodness she did not complete the leasing process. Washer and dryer in the unit when she specifically advised she did not want it . We saw live roaches walking around. Shabby paint job through out .The kitchen and bathroom cabinetry were in horrible condition. Not a good first impression . One star for new carpeting. Word of advice, never ignore red flags, and always read reviews when referred to any business.

The new Property Mgr. needs to go. She doesnt handle biz with peeps being nasty & to many peeps living in 3 bedroom. Nobody believes her & want someone who will stand up & do their job.

At this point I no longer care if I post this even if my lease isnt up yet. When I first moved in here last April I thought it was okay for what I paid. But the longer I lived here the more I noticed. They never keep the grounds up or their trash compacter is constantly overfilling to the other end of the side walk. There are always kids unattended playing in the middle of the road. Drug deals go on right by the park you dont have to be an idiot to notice. They enter your apartment without prior notice while you are not home. They come up with hidden fees like to replace a fire extinguisher that was never in the apartment they listed a price of 42.00 extra dollars. How am I Responsible for an extinguisher that was never there and I might add my neighbor set her apartment on fire twice that really would have come in handy. I have always paid my rent in time and mind my own business. STAY FAR AWAY!

Apartment size ok but staff and and maintenance team are rude and takes too long for any maintenance to be repaired. That is if they want to. There’s mold and hole in ceiling by furnace and REFUSE to fix properly.

The most dysfunctional and uncooperative and ridiculous experience with just submitting an application. The original person who was in charge of my application never submitted it. Then!!! I contacted them and had to refill out ppw. THEN!! To make matters worse, my application finally gets submitted leisurely and they take there sweet time. KNOWING MY MOVE OUT DATE!!!!! And now I am being told that there was a fee that needed to be paid that wasn’t so they’ve put my application on hold and o have to be out of my apartment TODAY! I do not ever recommend such a disgraceful place to move into.

Bad plumbing, and very infested with bugs. I’ve been staying in these apartments since May 2019, and there are outlets that do not work. The ice machine was broken when I moved in, they claimed to come and fix it and it was never fixed! The closet doors just fall off the hinges. The front office never answers the phone but you could literally walk in and see the employees sitting at the desk.

Horrible place to live like any other person found it cheap and thats exactly what you are going to get. This place my first year in FL was ok rapidly declined in every way shape and form. Every time you walk in the management office its a new face that seems to know less and less. Packages stolen, mailbox broken into, cars broken into. Trash every where long weekends you cant even drive to dump your trash its overflowing everywhere. The staff seems like zombies more than humans. Anyone with eyes can see how unhappy and overwhelmed they are which in turn translate to their work and customer service. Its so bad I rather deal with NY DMV than this office to be quite honest. I have moved out and its been over month yet my deposit has not been given to me. Every time I go its a I am waiting on the help desk they messed up (shocker) right. When is this not the case same thing happened when I move from one apartment to another a high ordeal its unreal. Now I know why your corporate office wont publish a contact number. Give me my deposit back and I can go on my merry way, thats all I want!!! If you are looking into this place please do yourself a favor STAY AWAY!!!! Oh I forgot to mention people get shot, yes look it up, and fights, arguments I mean I left Brooklyn and it seemed like it followed me here. Seriously stay the hell away its not worth it. Paper walls, popcorn ceiling, roaches no matter how clean you are.

Honestly, the worst mistake Ive made in a while, is to move into such a terrible apartment complex. I should have taken the reviews seriously, but I figured the price was good for me, so I moved in. Even before I was moved in, the leasing office was seriously trying me... First they tell me I was approved, get me all excited, then they decide to change it, and tell me I make too much money... That is false- all they found was ONE check, where I made overtime, and they ran with it, telling me I always make that amount.... WRONG! After fighting my way in, I was finally approved again. I should have taken that and backed off, because this whole experience was a JOKE! THREE DAYS BEFORE I WAS ABOUT TO MOVE IN, they call me and tell me there was an emergency and they had to give me a different apartment on the second floor. 1) I did not agree to have the second floor, I specifically wanted the first. 2) There wasnt even an emergency. While I was moving in, I SAW THE LEASING OFFICE SHOWING THE APARTMENT TO SOMEONE ELSE!!! Continuing on... I move in, and this apartment is absolute trash. It didnt even look as if anyone cleaned the apartment. I moved into an apartment with ruined cabinets, soap scum still in the shower, no shower rod, and my favorite: DIRTY Q-TIPS IN THE CLOSET. You have to be kidding me! I reach out to the supervisor, and she was nice enough to sit down with me and discuss the issues, and get me in touch with the maintenance supervisor. They came in and fixed some issues, but its basically just a band aid to fix the problems. They constantly have new staff and new managers, that is a big red flag. Anytime anyone has an issue, they seem to just take the easy way out. Like I said, I didnt take the reviews seriously, and that was a big mistake. PLEASE stay away from Courtney Manor. Awful staff, terribly loud tenants, very dirty and trashy area. They only have ONE dumpster, so all the trash will over flow onto the ground. I have never been more disappointed in my life. :|

It has nice houses

I did a walk through of the property and it appeared to be very inviting. I would consider this as nice temporary home, until one decides to become a homeowner.

I wouldnt say this is the worst place I have rented but it definitely isnt the best. I just moved in a little over a week ago. There is ALWAYS somebody playing loud music. ALWAYS somebody talking way too loudly in the parking lot. I had just moved in and then the next day they did a unit inspection. They even checked my CLOSET. A few reviews have mentioned roach infestations. In my apartment I wouldnt say there is an infestation but I have seen a couple. I called to be put on the list for pest control but the guy never showed up. From start to finish my whole application process with the ladies in the office was unprofessional. The lady who started my application was never there and got everything completely wrong. I asked for a first or second floor apartment and she pretty much guaranteed me a second floor. I was surprised when they told me I was on the third. They asked me if I wanted a washer and dryer and I had told them no. The day of my move in the washer and dryer was STILL in my apartment and they had thought I wanted it. I still dont have a copy of my lease although I was told I would get a call when it was ready. I havent had any issues with the compactor yet. You definitely wouldnt want your kids to be playing alone though. Cars are ALWAYS speeding through.

This place, you see all the bad reviews believe them!! There was a shooting in here last night! We pay over $1000 month to live here and everyday i see fire trucks, ambulances, and cops. You see all the messages from the owner oh sorry to hear this please contact us, ok WE ARE CURRENT TENANTS, ive emailed, went into the office asked for managaments contact info and STILL cant get anyone to help, so to whomever is replying with please contact us we would love to resolve these issues, please stop. UNLESS your actually going to contact us back or FIX the issues, stop trying to make it sound like this complex cares. I have a detailed review on here as well about our experiences with rent going up and everything we have dealt with to which NO ONE has addressed!

They dont fix anything you have to hassle them to do anything in your apartment.. I have a child and the workers just walk into your apartment without knocking sometimes... Its not safe do not move here move some where else

Large style complex with a pool and park. This is a good community for a small family and the single person also.

Has a big MOLD problem and is a cause for cancer. The apartment manager does not care for your health and is resistance to providing corporate information for letters of concern. Beware of bringing your children to live here unless you want them to be in the hospital! My nephew lived here for many years of his life and has been in and out of the hospital for difficulty breathing. It is very scary and glad we finally moved out!

We originally wanted to move here. The location was close to a lot of places we were interested in. The apartment they showed us was nice and Ms. Walden was very pleasant and helped us out with the whole process. She was great! The rest of the office was not. For about 2 weeks we didnt hear from anybody. They didnt respond to my messages and I tried emailing them. As our move out date quickly approached there was nothing. My bf even called. He was hung up on. He tried calling back a few mins later he was put, on hold for about 15 mins so he hung up and called back again immediately...no answer! At that point we decided to read reviews. Mold and customer service complaints added to our issues so we went with another location...and guess what, just like everyone else that complained about it they kept our deposit. Wish we wouldve read the reviews first. $200 down the drain. Im only giving giving the extra star for Ms. Walden. She apologized for our experience and if it wasnt for her accident Im sure we wouldve been living there now. Things happen for a reason since that pushed us to read the reviews.

If you like coming home to broken glass in the street, constant home inspections where there is really nothing being done than, I recommend this for you. On the other hand this is not what I thought it would be. They are overly priced and nothing nice.

They were finding ways to fire me from what i was told by higher management, New Manager is only 30 and she is a liar, shell tell you one thing but when her boss is there its another story. i was left out of events and joinings because i wasnt told.Most disrespect by staff in 9yrs of experience in this industry.Worked my butt off for all these past dues from before me, i didnt even get an acknowledgement not even a welcome to the company when hired.Worse Pay for Asst Mgr.HorribleBeing a single mother of 2 boys and they fire me right before CHRISTMAS!!!because the new manager agreed to something verbally and lied to her manager when she told me it was fine.Could never take time off, but some could depends how close this new manager is to them in a personal level.Favoritism with PM and Leasing agent.Discrimination against me for sure and I have proof from residents/coworkers that are witness, how rude my manager and my staff would be and not respect me as an assist manager.I had a leasing agent tell me she was allow to leave early, i said i needed authorization from my boss saying that, she said well she told me and as her superior i said please dont leave without confirming, She walked out.But I got in trouble meeting about that.RUDE,District MGR andRUDE New Property Manager at Courtney Manor..Worse Pay.I will be claiming a case against Courtney Manor.

Its so important to know your rights as a tenant. Read up and stand up for yourselves! Mold and infestation are real health hazards. Courtney Manor is responsible for fixing the problems and putting you in safe, alternative housing until the problem is fixed. I signed a lease with Courtney Manor, stayed there one night only and went to the office the next morning to have my lease torn up. I had to put my foot down and had I not been familiar with the laws they would have made me stay. I was/am disgusted by that place. My advice for the unfortunate current residents: take pictures, video, document your complaints!

Dont even do it. They constantly steal your money orders. Before I moved here a friend said that when he lived here they stole his money orders and claimed he didnt pay, that was a while before I moved in but I thought that they might have found who did it and fired them, they didnt. They called me and said that I payed none of this months rent. I called again and they said I payed partial, when I asked to see the partial payment they then said that they couldnt find the money order. I decided I couldnt find another place considering when I go to work no place is open and when I get off they are closed. So I started making payments until they did it again. They always put the wrong letters on the door, I got a letter to renew my yearly lease after 6 months. They have switched companies four times since I moved here, there are police men at the complex weekly (about fight with gangs and someone car got set ON FIRE and then it set like three others in flames) and firemen daily( every night). I have had packages go missing and no one knows what happened and now payments. Just go somewhere else. Since the new company came I have seen maybe 7-8 move outs and no move ins, and that what I saw. They also have one trash can that is one MILE away from my building and its some buildings that are further from it than that. Its so much more but this review would be a book. Do what someone told me run

My husband and I and our 2 small kids moved in Oct of 2017, less then a year ago. At first everything was great but now... most of the negative reviews you read are true! We dont have problems with roaches but rather silver fish and spiders!!! Only ONCE in 7months has someone came to spray! Its now 836am before office hours, and there are men working on the roof banging with ladders outside my and my babies windows, lawn care going so much noise!!!! The kids are here are always loud destroying the signs outside hitting things with rocks and stick, cars always speeding through!!! Our neighbors car was broken into! Every other day theres a notice on the door for them to come into your apartment for one reason or another one week they came in 3 times!!!!! They also without more then 30days notice jacked our rent up almost $70 a month!!!!!! Said it was because of the economy when this is suppose to be income restricted!!!! We signed up for 875 a month now pay 1000!!!!! (Yes the math adds up 940 for rent another 60 or more for water because thats not included but you pay it through the complex same way and time you pay rent) we never would have moved here had we known and the thing is I asked all these questions before we moved in!!! We still dont have a copy of our lease I requested in 3 different times! And when our rent went up the lady in the office proceeded to tell me that we were still getting a better deal then around us but my thing is when I signed a lease I signed for what I could afford i dont care what the market is! Plus we were never told it could be jacked up $70 a month!!! We NEVER would have moved in!(UPDATE: as of June 9th 2018 more has happened to make me continue my review, we have received a copy of our lease which states rent cannot be increased until the lease term is up and completely contradicts what the notice on our door stated so the rent increase makes no sense, and to top it all off our daughters FIRST birthday party was planned as a pool party at our conplex, we called and spoke with Sam THREE different times as soon as a week before the party and were told all was fine and to be there when they opened, I was there at 10:15am ready to set up for our parry at 11am. The not so kind woman in the office informed me I could NOT have a party and that she didnt even know when maintainence would be there to open the pool!!! Couldnt and wouldnt help me just told me she had no idea what was going on then refused to give me corporates number instead directs me to a website!!!! Our daughters FIRST birthday was ruined because of this complex!) I have a response from the owners saying to call well I have numerous times and left voicemails and get no return calls!!!! I will be filing a complaint with corporate as this is unacceptable all around!!!

My mother went with the possibility of becoming a future tenant here and as we sat & waited while she was talking to people before us, another person walked in with a dog so my mother who fears animals jumped up and ran behind the desk. The white strong looking lady that was sitting @ the desk told the people she was already sitting with that my mother was crazy & stupid for being scared of a dog that wasnt even gone bother her. So instead of gaining more tenants the other people & my mother both walked out & left. The lady at the desk seemed very rude, disrespectful and racist. So whomever her manager is I hope you see this comment & handle her accordingly. I dont know what her name is but I do know she was the only person there at the desk working December 30, 2016 between 2:00-2:45 p.m.

Ive lived there since 2014, apparently it had a bad rep prior, however, I love it! Quiet, clean and noone bothers you. There are alot of kids, mainly in the back, which does look a little more neglected than the front, but all are kept up well, any request for an issue to be resolved are handled promoptly, There is a lot of turn over in the office, but hopefully thats going to be fixed soon. I have a 4 bedroom 2 bath and would be paying 10x as more lf I lived say at the Beaches or even closer to town. (no thanks) Everything store is a 5 min trip, the schools are a little further ( my kids were home schooled so I can t review them)....Anyone leaving a nasty comment any time after 2014, I just assume got evicted, because they literally do everything to keep you in your apartment

This is a horrible place to live especially if you have kids. They want to evict you with no prior notice, the drug dealers in here are ridiculous and when you tell the managers they dont care. When you call the cops cause people are doing drugs in the breeze way they dont come til three hours later. Then tell you when you see anything call and they will come immediately. WHATEVER!! You cant even let your kids play outside cause of the drug dealers sitting on the staircases and the play ground. Just horrible here.

Worst place to leave. Bad management and Im so glad I moved out. They even tried to take all your return deposit. Rotches everywhere, carpet stained, their meter is not good, they will overcharge you. They even put an old meter for the a/c that way your bill can go high. Im not suggesting anyone to go leave there and its unsecured. Manager Christy doesnt know how to talk to people. Worst experience ever. They not even worth 1 star.

The worst apartment complex Ive ever lived in!!!! my apartment had mild and roaches and from what Ive been told there has been a roach problem for years now!!!! I would never recommend these apartments to anyone not even my worst enemies.

Do not live here it is the worse place ever. The office staff is very unprofessional and when I went there just to look at a model the young lady was very rude talking on her phone and not paying me any attention. Is this what WRH STAND for. If so I am going higher to someone that can help with this matter.
