Love living at Fusion so far and I recommend it to anyone who wants a new modern style apartment with lots of amenities. The gym is great, I dont need a membership any more, and the pool is awesome. The staff has been great and attentive to anything I need. Tyler was my leasing agent and did a good job, Amanda and Sonnya were there to assist as well if I needed anything while Tyler wasnt working. Alicia is the property manager and has been open and helpful to assist any issues that arise which certainly helps moving somewhere new.

Camryn and the staff at Fusion have constantly displayed great courtesy, professionalism, and communication. Amenities at Fusion are top grade. Very thoughtful layout and design to accommodate the remote workforce and a healthy life style. Excellent office space for the residents —media/ computer room, conference room and full workout facility.

I needed to rent an apartment in Jacksonville and looked at about 10-12 places.Fusion was simply “The Best”I actually waited for an apartment to come available and as soon as it did I signed the lease.It’s been a true pleasure working with the staff, they could not have provided any better customer service.After moving in I was not disappointed.Thank you to the owner for building an excellent apartment complex and for hiring a Great group of people to take care of the property and residents.

Great apartment complex and Cameron and Dickie have been so accommodating and helpful in the office. From the moment we arrived, they have made sure our move in has been smooth and have made us feel welcome.

We could not be more thankful to have Camryn assisting us with our rental. My husband and I are currently in the process of becoming renters again and Camryn Has been amazing! She has been very informative, flexible, and transparent. I could not recommend a better person to work with! If your planning on renting at fusion she will make a otherwise stressful experience a breeze.

My move in experience was a breeze thanks to the team at Fusion (extra thanks to Camryn). They made sure all my needs were met and have been flexible with any help or issues I have needed. The building itself is SPECTACULAR and the team at Fusion are part of the reason for this. Dickey, Camryn, and everybody else at the Fusion are always there to help out.

Great experience working with Chris and Tyler. Both of these guys were more than accommodating and extremely helpful. Great guys. We havent moved in yet but it is a beautiful facility with amazing amenities. Me and my girlfriend are extremely excited for our move in date and its all we talk about anymore. Cannot wait to utilize the beautiful 2 story gym and pool and grill area. Looked at 10-20 apartments around the city and in my opinion this is the best one weve seen. Thank you to the Fort Family for creating such a beautiful facility that will serve as home to us and many. Looking forward to creating memories here.

Sonya was a tremendous help since my initial visit. She was able to provide me a tour with no appointment and helped me find a unit that was close to the garage and the dog park, which is one of the best I have seen in an apartment community. Great team here!

I never been this excited to write a review before. Sonya did an excellent job touring us around the community and showing us her passion for the Fort Family. The community is absolutely breathtaking. It’s like staying in a hotel at Disney. Yes! The Mickey and Donald pieces in the leasing office were a crucial part in our decision making lol. Our 5 month old son fell immediately in love with it.Although we are new to Jacksonville Sonya and Victoria made us feel not only part of a community but part of a family.We are so happy that we picked fusion to be our home and we are so looking forward to our moving day!Thank you Sonya and Vitoria for everything.
