Love the place a lot, one of my favorite apartments so far. The gym is great. Although they claim they have free printing, never been able to access the printer as the clubhouse is usually locked . Also the yoga room is not air conditioned at evening. Valet trash is one of the best services.

This complex and management is terrible. My wife and I were mailed a package that was dropped off at the leasing office by the USPS..the leasing office then proceeded to open this package, remove its contents and then re sealed it.. A day later I was notified I had a package where I was then handed an empty sealed box by the leasing office. While the leasing manager was very apologetic and admitted she wasnt sure how this even happened, it was not only a complete invasion of our privacy but also highly illegal. There are also ALOT of car break ins and our neighbors brand new car was even stolen.Dont make the same mistake I did.. find another apartment at one of the many other comparable places nearby.

From the moment you enter the leasing office you are greeted by a professional and friendly staff, coupled with a smile and youll find them extremely helpful. The property is well maintained, well lit with very nice amenities. Whenever I need to address a maintenance issue, it is immediately taken care of, followed up by a timely survey to assure it was done to your satisfaction. This is a prime location with the St. Johns Town Center just minutes away and situated in a business complex where there is no traffic on the weekends and extremely peaceful and quiet. The apartments are up to date with beautiful floor plans and appliances, high ceilings and French doors. Couldnt ask for more, thats why I renewed my lease for 2021.

I’ve been living here for 9 months and my experience has been subpar. The staff is great, maintenance is quick at fulfilling requests, and the location is amazing (these are the only reasons as to why I’m even giving this apartment complex 2 stars), but I would’ve paid a little more for better quality. These apartments are very poorly built. I live on the second floor and can literally hear my below neighbor’s conversations, and the walls crack (very loudly) whenever my upstairs neighbors walk. I constantly hear doors slamming; not sure if it’s my neighbors above or below. The noise is enough to make me start looking elsewhere instead of renewing. I’ve lived in student housing that was built better than this. My advice to anyone who is interested in these apartments is to make sure you are on the top floor! You’ll still hear your below neighbors, but at least the stomping & wall cracks won’t keep you up at night!

I am going into my freshman year of college and expected to go into a dorm, but COVID-19 made things difficult. I decided to get an apartment, so I came from out of state to tour some. Long story short, the office staff of the complex were absolutely amazing with helping me. They were able to get me approved and my paperwork taken care of within 24 hours- which allowed me to move in the day after applying. They went above and beyond, and their customer service skills are exemplary. Not to mention, the complex itself is VERY well taken care of, as are the apartments. If I could give them a 6 out of 5 stars, I would.

Upon my arrival, I met with Willie and he was extremely accommodating from start to finish. My apartment was very clean and in pristine condition for move in. Paying my rent has been a breeze due to their easy to navigate online portal. As for the complex itself, it is always very clean, the pool is beautiful, and the fitness center is outstanding! The apartments are by far the BEST place I’ve ever lived! As a young adult it is definitely worth every penny. I love the area that’s it’s in and how everything is so close and convenient. The management team always takes my calls and provide the best service. I love also how clean it is. I’ve lived in a few apartments here in Jacksonville and they never have the pride to keep up their estates. Here I can expect all my complaints to be heard and care for in a timely manner. Also they allow pets! A lot of places don’t and I’m so glad they do here cause I could never live without my sweet maltese puppy. Added bonus is the pool and gym it’s literally like heaven living here. 10/10 would completely recommend.

Been here for almost a year.G it a 3/5 for following reasons.Good:- New management is good. Theyre diligent and good.- Overall location and apartments are greatBad:- While most of the maintenance guys are super nice the new supervisor is very rude and hostile. I kindly asked him to take off his shoes, which he objected that he is not required to do. Its no problem to take off your shoes, but to be hostile and rude in your response is not good.- New management is not as nice / courteous.Update: its been almost 2mo w new management. not worth the price they advertise.Update; after 6mo of moving out, they start sending me letters stating that I owe them $150 lol. I have no problems paying if I owe someone, however I think my review may have influenced this.

I came to this apartment complex with high expectations and have been somewhat surprised at the level of disappointment. This apartment complex is not worth your money. Since my residency we have been through three managment companies who lose your information. I have been given an information sheet to fill out just as I did when I signed my lease, the lack of organization is astounding.First resident in an apartment that costs $1300 a month, toilet was leaking under our floors, door handle falling off in your hand, drawer handles broken, the carpet spike strips hadnt been hammered down, finishing nails sticking out of walls, ceiling fans that didnt work, paint that doesnt even match, walls and floors of paper, not gated yet local comps are gates for less cost, the package lockers are nice when they work if not expect your packages to be delivered to the office; shorted hours only, millipedes that fill your house daily and cockroaches coming out of your clean dishwasher, finally the strangest thing kitchens without drawers. This complex has had break ins to vehicles to the point we had rent a cop security for a few days. Overall its had been a very very bad experience. The very few hints of anything good would be the apartment is spacious and its nearby the St Johns Town Center.Update:Upon moving out we asked to see if there was any further bills for us to cover. We were told no but provided our new address for any bills to be sent. Fast forward a few months we were sent a notification for collections from the point. No bill was ever sent to us. They also claimed there were damages that did not exist I.e. carpet damages. Others we agreed to and would have gladly paid. Now I have to deal with a reduced credit score AND a debt collector. By far some of the worst business practices I’ve ever encountered with any apartment complex.

When my wife and I began our apartment search a few months back we were looking for a place that was new, modern, moderately populated (10 bldgs or less) and conveniently located to all of the places we like to frequent. The Point at Town Center checked all those boxes for us (and then some!!!).We’ve been here for nearly 2 months now and we love it! It is a very friendly and diverse community of students, professionals, and seniors. The grounds are well maintained and nicely landscaped. The Clubhouse has a great pool area, lounge, and gym. Perhaps my favorite area in the Clubhouse is the coffee bar!!! My wife and I like to stop in on the weekends for an afternoon cup. It never disappoints. To anyone currently in the market for a new apartment home, I would highly recommend The Point at Town Center. The staff is terrific. They’re always pleasant and attentive to our needs. We had a few minor issues with our unit after moving in and Edgar (Maintenance Supervisor) took care of them right away. A special thanks also to Cole (Property Manager) who was great to work with throughout the entire leasing process. Any questions or concerns we had were resolved promptly. And if Cole wasn’t available Kassie (Assistant Property Manager) was always there to provide assistance.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I relocated here from Seattle, Washington in July, 2018. The whole process - even though I did the whole thing from Seattle - was seamless! They were so helpful in every regard. Since Ive been here, it has been amazing. They are constantly doing social events and fun things for the residents. The grounds are FLAWLESS. Always kept clean - no dog poop anywhere - which I LOVE. The pool and clubhouse are like a resort. Actually, living here is pretty much like living at a resort. Your garbage and recycling get picked up right outside your front door 5 nights a week! I never have to go to the dumpster. The apartments are gorgeous. Everything brand new, modern, and sleek. The best part - I dont hear a SOUND. I was very worried about hearing my neighbors and its like living in a tomb. I love it here!!!!! The staff is amazing - helpful in every way. I wouldnt even bother looking anywhere else.

The new management has been here since November 28th or early December 2018. Basically about a month and a few days. The new property manager has been very courteous, professional, and attentive.Since the change there have been a number of things that have gotten much better. Two of those things include the fact that the breezeways are now in the process of being cleaned which is something that the old owners/management team never did and the trash is being collected more regularly. It’s highly likely that the old owners/management had it in their plan to build these apartments and then sell them off as quick as possible. And because of that they decided to purchase a small or less durable trash compressor. In October/November right before the old owners sold the apartments, an incentive to move in was advertised and the resident numbers hit a huge surge. That surge caused the small or insufficient trash compressor to break down for weeks. Trash was everywhere and the trash collection company began to stagger their pick up because they had no place to put it.Right before the sale the old owners/management made a quick fix or rigged the trash compressor to give off the illusion to the new buyers/management team that nothing was wrong and all was well but the truth is that the compressor would need to be replaced and they didn’t want to foot the bill so they passed it along to the new team.Again it’s only been a month and a few days and I’m confident that the new management team will figure out all the kinks. But so far good job, especially since they were thrown into their new positions and had to inherit many of the problems that were already in existence like gas grill knobs not properly working, and trash compressor needing to be upgraded or fixed.

Good move in specials, while I lived here had no issues with management they never bother me, also the apartments are super clean and new. My unit never has had any issues & I’ve never seen a roach in it which happens in some buildings in Florida, at least in central & south Florida. Any issue I had like when I accidentally clogged my disposal was fixed right away the next day lol. Only giving 4 stars because you pay a lot for the area of town center to be near all the shopping, but traffic is so bad it’s almost better to live in a less populated part of town because simple errands like picking up a loaf of bread really quick takes 30 mins of fighting through the traffic full of aggressive Jacksonville drivers, many times I don’t like to leave my apartment until after 8 pm when the traffic dies down. They drive so aggressively in town center that I’m 23 & think it’s reckless and scary lol. But if you have a higher tolerance than I do for handling traffic & bad drivers then you’ll love it here bc the apartment is absolutely perfect & super clean/modern!

Unfortunately, the opportunity fell through but I felt it necessary to leave a review based on the customer service I received. Before even coming to The Point, Kassie corresponded with me for several weeks by sending me pictures, videos and answering  every question I could possibly have. After all of our correspondence, I had narrowed my search down to a Studio apartment. Zero stars is more like it. Take my review with a grain of salt. Let’s talk about both sides of the fence. The community is relatively new so you may get a unit that has never been lived in or has had few tenants. I was the first tenant in my unit. The clubhouse has all the amenities that you need: nice gym, clean bathrooms, great pool, gas grills, complimentary coffee and tea, retention pond with fountain. Close proximity to St. John’s Town Center and other newly built shops and restaurants. On the flip side, I’ve since moved out after finding a huge roach in my refrigerator. How does a roach get inside of a refrigerator? I’m super clean and and my unit was well maintained by me. That was the last straw! Yes, this new community has roaches. You may call them eater bugs, but it is still a roach. Maintenance was completely unresponsive. Had a water leak under my sink that went unrepaired, I couldn’t properly use the washer and dryer because they installed an improper hose on the dryer, the valet trash will invite strange critters into your apartment, the walls and floors are thinner than paper(you will hear your neighbors when they take a step, cook, clean, talk on the phone, or have sex). The common area was filthy. I walked past McDonald’s fries and ketchup on the stairs for more than a week before it was cleaned up. Parking, like most communities in the area, has become a huge problem. You’ll likely have to park far away from your unit if you don’t get home before 5-6p. Last but not least, the air stinks. You will surely smell a sulfur type stinch every time you walk out of your apartment. If you can look past these things, you’ll love the place.

Update 3 - 4/5 stars (7/2020): Loved the new management. Very friendly, always interested in doing resident activities. Wine & canvas nights were always a blast.Downside: Pray for courteous upstairs neighbors or youll wanna die.Update 2 - 3/5 stars - (6/21/19): The management has changed ... again. While that in itself is frustrating, Pinnacle Management was replaced with Pegasus Residential which should hopefully be a good thing. We have previously lived at a complex managed by Pegasus and it was our best apartment experience to date, so hoping for the same results. The first few weeks of management transition were rough, but now that things seem to have settled down, they appear to be on the upswing. Very friendly and helpful people in the office (especially Willie!!). They have also started resident events back up, which Pinnacle tended to fail at. Weve already noticed better care of the lawns, dog stations, etc. Pegasus also supposedly has plans to fix up what the previous management failed to keep up with - general landscaping maintenance, dog park maintenance, etc. 3/5 stars post-transition, will update if Pegasus does restore the property to the former glory it had under the original (ZRS) management.Update : (0/5 stars)The new management (Pinnacle) is awful. Package system is down when everyone has stuff coming in for xmas and they make it seem like a huge hassle for them to have to look for your packages. Some very poor, abrasive personalities that probably shouldnt work in a customer service setting. Completely overhauled the payment system for the worse. No split payments - youre screwed if you have roommates and dont want to juggle everyone trying to get rent check, when previously you could all pay your portion online. Complete lack of communication.Original Review (June 2018 - ZRS Management - 5/5 Stars):Summary: Overall, a super friendly community that is on the smaller side with a great location. Pet-friendly with well-maintained amenities you usually have to yourself. Friendly staff and neighbors. Biggest flaw is the lack of a gate/fencing.As mentioned in other reviews, there are fees for just about every luxury (view, floor, etc.) but we didnt see a single complex that didnt when apartment hunting - aka they all have them, whether they tell you about it or not, usually just built into that units price. In regards to price its basically on par with comparable places that are less conveniently located and 3-4+ years old vs brand new, so cant complain much there.Breakdown:Pros:- Friendly office staff, the lady we dealt with for our move in process was very attentive and on top of things.- Friendly neighbors. Have met nothing but extremely friendly, courteous people.- Dog friendly, no weight restrictions. (But pricey pet fees)- Management is very active with community events. Something going on at least every week.- Beautiful interiors. Very modern. All appliances stainless steel.- Nice, well-maintained amenities. Surprised the pool was not salt, but chlorine (most new places have been going with salt), though nice nonetheless. Good gym set up, adorable yoga lawn.- Small community comparatively.- Convenient system for package deliveries- A number of grassy expanses that are functional and add charm.- Location.- RecyclingCons:- Not gated. Its a pretty busy area to not have a gate. The biggest flaw in my opinion. Unfortunately anticipating not having a gate until something happens in the community and spurs them into action.- No elevators. We were surprised to find that such a brand new community lacked elevators. It makes more sense when you realize that the buildings have far fewer units than most complees, but still inconvenient. Changed floor of our unit because of this.- All the units have hardwood floors throughout the living space. Tends to exacerbate the noise from upstairs neighbors.- Exterior doors only have a single bolt, no privacy deadbolt.- Why does the kitchen not have any drawers ... lol- Not gated. Enough of a con to be listed twice.
