I have been living here for four months. The first coupe of months were good and then I had a new neighbor move in on top of me and I have complained twice and all was done was a phone call was made and lie to them saying his dog was out of town with him that weekend and then my wife complained as well and they said they were going to call again and send a letter out and now here it is again 8pm at night and the dog is back to his old tricks....This is ridiculous that they staff doesnt care about there residents and we have to put up wit noise and we have quiet hours that are not being respected.

This neighborhood is so safe and quiet. Beautiful apartments that are spacious and you feel right at home. I cant recommend this community enough!

Loud. All the time. Neighbors literally roll by blaring jungle music at 2 am and all the management does is send out an email telling everyone to be curteous. This place sucks.

Constant noise, sounds like my neighbor is just taking a jackhammer to the drywall half the time and someones dog has been straight up screaming throughout the entire day and has been consistently waking me up at 5 am.

I been here since 2019, and All I can say is very nice and the maintenance guy are excellent! Dawn and Gill are the best!

Love our home. The amenities are amazing, the staff is wonderful and our view is incredible!

Any time I have a problem they are on it right away! I dont have to wait days or weeks its a like ways the same day!!!!!!

I got bed bugs while living in this place. The management company hired an exterminator company to treat the place. I only found out that I was responsible for the payment of $650 10 minutes before the treatment was supposed to start. I did the whole treatment exactly as they told me to, put and I still have bed bugs. I moved out of the place, and they still want to charge me $650 even though the treatment didn’t work. I told them the apartment still has bed bugs yet the manager told me she rented the apartment to someone else two days later even though she knew the place has bed bugs. The contract people sign states tenants have two days from their move in date to report the apartment having bed bugs otherwise they are responsible for the cost of treatment. The contract is written to screw tenants.

Overall a great apartment complex to call home! Fairly well maintained common areas and anytime we spot any issues and report them they are taken care of quickly. Staff are very courteous and friendly! The weekly food truck is awesome and something we look forward to every Thursday. Easy to recommend.

Thank you Jill and Jen for going out of their way to help me. They went above and beyond for me I appreciate that. The buildings look great and apartments are nice. If you have kids the schools are the best.

Reserve Bartram Springs is the best place to live. It is easily accessible to the beaches and major highways. Check out Miklers Beach for a beautiful sunrise. You will have your own private beach minutes from home. The ancient city is only a half hour away so you can play tourist and experience this fabulous city anytime you want. Jill And Dawn are so friendly and caring and do everything they can to make your living experience better. They make living at RBS feel like home and family. You won’t regret calling this serene community home!

Convenient to 95, affordable and updated apartments in Bartram. Jill and Jen are easy to work with and friendly. I would of given a perfect score but since I moved out its been a little difficult to reach back to close out my account. Not sure what the issue was/is but move out was super smooth and they were more than understanding of my military transfer. Hopefully, this us just a hiccup in communication. But I still recommend the complex.

I moved here last June, the staff was very nice, very accommodating. Any of the concerns I had they addressed right away and have been very professional, and very friendly. I moved to a bigger apartment 8 months in, and they were very helpful in the transition and anything that had to be addressed or fixed, they did it RIGHT AWAY, no delays ever. The maintenance staff are very nice; and they fix or replace anything that needs to be. Its a pleasant place to live!! Love the location, and easy access into town or the beaches!

We got in after the new management took over. I have to say that I am very pleased with this apartment so far. The girls up front are incredibly sweet and practically bend over backwards to help me out! They have brought my packages out to my car when I had my son with me on many occasions. They have great amenities and are improving consistently. There is also a day care within walking distance, as well as small stores. Please only make decisions based on recent reviews when deciding if you want to live here or not. The old reviews no longer apply to this amazing place!

Apartment building was full of roaches. They had a exterminator spray but that just made them come from all over. They never went away. Gym never fully operational. Parking is a hassle. And trash is always over flowing. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Also on check out they said my apartment was fine, to find a bill in the mail for over $1000 months after moving. Staff is very lazy and just want to cover there butts. They can careless about the tenant.

Was definitely discriminated against..im trying to understand how you did me a favor for renting a 1 bdr to me for 889 when that was your posted price...You told me certain amenities were in the unit that was not...then told me I could visit home depot to purchase a back splash and do it myself.and buy my own microwave. Some nerve...I could go on and on..but i wont..if your african american trying to live in Bartram Spring s i guess yousuppossed to accept whats given. I think not glad i changed my mind and found something better...

My father lived here during his retirement from the Navy he was in his late 80s. He fell and could not get up it came to a point where he could no longer live along. I talked to the property manager about his situation and breaking his lease so he could move in to an assisted living facility. She demanded 3 months rent approximately $2500.00 for him to break his lease despite his physical condition. The property manager told me there was no compromise that even if he died in the apartment he would be liable to pay this amount to break his lease. This is a heck of a way to treat our elderly veterans.. No respect for this apartment complex.

Decent apartment complex. This is brand new management so it is hard to review it at this time and the three stars is based off the old management which was bad. The pool is nice but the gym is terrible. Parking is terrible for certain buildings. The actual apartments are average apartments nothing special.

If you like hearing ever footstep above your apartment, this may be for you. Very noisy and management is terrible!!! I called three times to complain and asked for a callback to NO AVAIL!! When I first moved in, I found dirty molded clothes behind the dryer when I was plugging it I . Obviously this let me know the infested dump was NOT thoroughly cleaned initially! Roaches are a big deal here as well. If you Like HAVING ROACHES AS ROOMATES, this dump might just be for YOU!!! Bad thing is they don’t pay rent, they just live with you for FREE!! I sent a hand written letter almost three months ahead of time that I was giving my notice to vacate at the end of my lease, they emailed me back that they wanted more clarification on why I was leaving lol WORST APARTMENTS I’ve Ever lived in! Totally not worth the rent!! I’m so glad to be out of this dump that they call apartments!!

Biggest bunch of crooks there are!! Moved out at the end of my lease and got a collections notice for over $2000 dollars which is $900 over what my rent was saying I owed a month and damages!! My apartment was left in absolute perfect shape, I cant stand a thief and thats exactly what these people are. I also intend to pursue this very strongly. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THESE PEOPLE!!

I have been a tenant with Century Bartram Springs (CBS) for approx. three years. I have read several of the negative reviews about CBS and found them to be off putting. Nearly all of the people claimed that they were residents for long periods of time. If a place was truly as bad as they described then you would think that they would have not renewed their leases. Nearly all of them sound as if they wanted something that they weren’t entitled to and then chose to lash out by writing a negative review. I had an absolutely wonderful experience living at CBS. The pool was always clean, the property was always clean, the maintenance staff was always courteous and attentive, when I moved to a smaller unit after two years the cleaning staff was wonderful, the management staff was very fair and helpful and the crime level was practically non-existent. One negative comment stated that the apartments were always full which in my opinion is a direct result of having a really good product. Another negative comment spoke about how Mrs. Roberts (the property manager) was expected to handle a noise complaint while in her robe spending time off hours with her family. For the record, Mrs. Roberts has been nothing but professional 100% of the time that I have spoken with her. It is management like her that makes a place a great place to live. The expectation for her to handle a noise complaint under those circumstances seemed to be unrealistic. An after-hours noise complaint is to be handled by a courtesy officer and/or the police. Having the ability to hear base is a normal occurrence of apartment living. The person didn’t state that the base was so loud that stuff was falling off of their walls, only that they were able to hear it. That’s like complaining that you can hear kids running around in the apartment above you. Some people just really aren’t cut out for apartment life. To sum up, I believe that this property is a wonderful property with fair prices, excellent customer service, spacious and updated apartments, a wonderfully quiet location, sparkling clean pool, a hardly ever used pool table and so much more.  Perfect it is not. At times, early in the morning residents would be lazy and just throw their garbage in front of the trash area instead of getting out of their car but maintenance would quickly correct the situation by cleaning it themselves. At times the gate wouldn’t be fully functioning but it was always from tenants running into the gate. None of these issues were due to the lack of effort from the staff so I am definitely giving CBS five stars for giving me more than my money’s worth over the past three years. Thank you to the friendly staff at CBS.

Great neighborhood to raise a family in, has an elementary school in the subdivision, a beautiful swimming pool and many stores just a short drive away. Its a very peaceful place to call home.

My experience here has been nothing but wonderful! The only maintenance request that I had was about the ice maker and they fixed that the same day I put in my work order. The office staff has always been extremely friendly and has made me feel like family every time I speak to them. People only tend to take the time to write reviews when theyre upset about something; but I understand that there are 2 sides to every story. I am a big review reader, and I am so glad that I didnt count Century out after reading these, and other sites reviews. I can guarantee that there are more satisfied residents that live here, than the reviews suggest. Definitely worth stopping in and experiencing the staff for yourselves!

Extremely lazy people run the apartment complex. Never got my resident referral check that I was supposed to get months before I moved out. Upon move out they will not shut your water off for a month and a half after you move out. When I called to ask to speak to a manager, she said the manager did not want to talk to me and promptly hung up the phone. So because they are lazy and did not submit paperwork to A 3RD PARTY WATER COMPANY, extremely high water bills, I have to pay for an extra month and a half of water that I didnt use.

The treadmills are constantly broken, my water gets neither hot nor cold, I cant get parking in front of my building, wasps are everywhere. The front office people never updated car info and almost towed my car. I wanted to complain to corporate about this and they wouldnt give me the info they told me to find it on my own.

I love the service and the office team here! Very professional.

This place is very full, so its no surprise they lack in customer service. Im only putting one star because I have to, where do I start with this place we moved in with roches we called, Nothing we were inorged. Then our ac went out it took someone 3 days to come look because it wasnt considered an emergency it was over 100 outside. Then the weather strip came off of our front door and that took a WEEK and me going to the office 2 times to remind them, then the day we broke our lease they came to fix the strip and also we are pretty sure $210 dollars was stolen we had out for bills. The new management is just as bad they are rude! 6 months was to long and I will not be telling good stories about this place . Do your self a favor dont move here.

I would never recommend these apartments to anyone. I really dont know how we even stayed there for as long as we did. I actually couldnt move because at the time I was pregnant. We started having roaches and everyone seemed to be complaining. It was so disgusting. My dishwasher never worked right. They even came to fix it but it always only worked for a day. The apartment smelled like cigarette smoke all the time because it seemed to never had been cleaned properly the first time. The paint was horrible. A very thin layer was sprayed throughout the apartment but would chip off from a clump that they just painted over. All our shower heads and sinks faucets were nasty and caked. We even had cracked walls. They never fixed it. The carpet was always coming up and the carpet tacks were sticking out as well. I could honestly continue. Its a very long list. I just think for what we paid for there. We shouldnt have had all the problems we had. It is by far not a Luxury Apartment Complex. The worse thing of it all is that we need up with Mold in our ouside garage and we lost so much. Later we ended up finding it our apartment. The mold was coming from the ouside coming in underneath our carpet. So now they want us to pay for the carpet that was only damaged by the Mold. I would never ever step foot back there again. I hope you think twice. I can deal with a lot of stuff but it was just one thing after another there. I just cant believe they r still up and running. Good Luck!

BEWARE!!!! They will nickel and dime you when you move out! The apartment itself is great but the company that owns it is not.

They care nothing about tenants and if there was away to give negative stars I would. Plumbing issues and leasing agents that have nasty attitudes makes this place one to stay away from.
