Property manager needs a course on providing good customer service. My AC went out twice and both times her concern regarding my situation was nonexistent. After I voiced my concerns, no follow-up was made to see if things were OK. I guess since she didnt hear about me in the news, she felt I made it through the situation just fine. I do not recommend.

Attention to detail, gave best opinion and walked us through why, for the multiple offers. The buyers lending was a bit problematic but Mario was able to get everything handled and even got us a month of our mortgage back, since the buyers did not close on time. He gives a very personal and professional touch.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Poor management and terrible customer service. If you have something wrong with your property that you’re renting they will take weeks to fix it. Always on their own schedule never on yours to get things done. Also they took money out of my account for rent twice but refused to give me money back until both payments were processed. Michale Jordan was terrible and rude until you snap back, then he collects himself. My bathroom toilet flooded my house the first day I moved in called the emergency line, no answer, call my PM no answer, he texted me back “is it an emergency it’s late” like why else would I call you?! Waited weeks to get my washer fixed but when the HOA was going to fine the owner for broken blinds they were QUICK to get them fixed and CHARGED ME FOR IT. Most of the trouble calls I entered to be fix were deemed okay to be broken in the sense it wasn’t an emergency. they will not give you your deposit back. Terrible terrible terrible I would not recommend them to anyone stay away actually. They take days to respond and when they do they are rude. As a member of the US Navy I am furious they use the navy name to benefit their business when they can care less about service member and their needs. They do not care because they’re getting money no matter what, take what you want with that information.

What do I like about this business - well it Bailey Jordan! Ms. Jordan was my property manager for 4 years and recently, I may say QUICKLY sold my home. Navy to Navy managed our condo in Jacksonville. Christy wrapped things up with our tenants as their lease expired May 31. She got “workers” in to paint, make necessary repairs, and replace the carpet starting June 2 (June 1st was a holiday). Dealt with this company for about a year and left on good terms, however, I will not be renting any property managed by them in the future. Problems began when signing the lease. They use a stock lease printed off of an internet legal service with no ability to make modifications. Property manager was challenging at times to get ahold of and the move in process was an uphill battle.On move in day the property was still dirty from the previous tenant. Every wall was covered in dirt and required cleaning. Windows were caked with dirt, yard was very over grown. It took a few weeks to get the yard handled and we were told that cleaning the walls was not part of their cleaning and that we would need to do that ourselves. Additionally there were some large holes in the wall left from a tv mount and a couple of the curtain rods had been pulled out of the wall and were hanging. After a few weeks repairs were made but when moving out we were charged half our security deposit for patching and painting which based on the condition when we moved in, I doubt was actually performed.Getting repairs done was also a bit of a process. Although all repairs were made, it took no less than a week but usually two to three before repairs were performed. In the case of a water softener that was installed by the owner or previous tenant, it required service the day we moved in and beeped about once every 5 minutes. This service was not completed in the entire year I was a resident despite numerous service requests. Additionally on move in day, house was sorely in need of a pressure wash and we were told it would have to wait until the next spring (9 months) before it would be done.Positive notes about the management. Although repairs took a while, most of them got completed. Once moved in they were very hands off and didn’t require constant inspections or anything of the sort. All of their contractors provided good service. Finally, when we requested to extend our lease a few days to facilitate moving into another residence, they were able to accommodate.As a final note, although their name is “Navy to Navy Homes” I didn’t experience any level of service that was anything different than that of any other property management service despite being active duty Navy.TLDR: If you rent through them ensure the property is clean before moving in. Don’t expect any special treatment or discounts for being Navy. Plan on a large chunk of your security deposit being retained.Response to reply: Yes the majority of my stay was during Covid-19 and I do appreciate the work that was done, however, in the interest of providing an accurate review, the delays needed to be addressed. As far as the application fee discount, that discount has been applied with every property manager/apartment complex I have ever stayed with including those that do not use the key words Navy or military in their name so I think most would agree that the discount is more of a standard practice and less of a benefit. My negative feelings towards that particular aspect of my review stem from the perceived misleading name of your company. I would expect that if you market to military specifically that you would offer services, discounts, or rebates that are above and beyond the normal treatment that is received in the open market. Finally, as far as the itemized accounting regarding my deposit, I have requested it twice at this point and received a receipt that simply stated the amount deducted and that it was for paint the wall that needed patch work, multiple colors. It did not show any sort of accounting for materials or actual labor costs which is what one would expect from an itemized receipt. At the end of the day, my overall experience was about what I would expect from a run-of-the-mill property manager and that did not meet the expectation I had when dealing with a company that markets themselves towards military primarily.

We had Bailey Jordan as our Realtor as a recommendation from our son. Since we were moving from out of state, she emailed us listings to consider. When we got here, we did a little looking on our own, so when we met with Bailey, we had pretty much made our minds up on the home we wanted. Easy peasy, or so we thought. It was new construction and Bailey made sure things ran as smoothly as possible with our builder. We were told we would be delayed by a month and with Baileys help, we were able to get that down to 2 weeks. She found things that needed to be made correctly on our walk through. Overall, she was a pleasure to work with! Very highly recommended.

To keep your attention I need to keep this review short. However, I really could go on for quite some time regarding our relationship that we had with Bailey Jordan and Navy to Navy Homes. We used N2N homes initially to find tenants for our home this then evolved into management and eventually the sale of our home. We had our share of challenges with tenants and Bailey showed EXTREME professionalism, confidence and knowledge. Bailey was “by the book” and had no issues dealing with tough situations. In the last 1.5 years of management our family has been stationed overseas our tenants posed more challenges and Bailey was AMAZING. We trusted her opinion and when we wavered on decisions she gave us many options to consider but never pushed us to make a decision that wasn’t ours. Her knowledge of real estate is top notch and it shows in her work, her relationships with tenants, and when working with lenders. The eventual sale of our home was a decision we made that we knew would be difficult from overseas. Bailey priced it right for the current market, allowed time for it to be shown, kept us up to date with weekly updates that were extremely thorough. Our house went under contract in a time of year that is “slower” and we were surprised by the offer. But, the entire time, Bailey had ALL THE CONFIDENCE it would sell. I have been using them for property management for 4 years while I’ve been out of state. I seriously can’t say enough good things. When there were repair issues the costs were less than expected. Their communication has been excellent. They provide detailed financial statements for taxes.
