This is a Great Place to Call Home. The apartments are amazing and the location is terrific. Our office staff and maintenance crew are quick to respond and are friendly and always with a smile. We enjoy getting to know our neighbors through our social events or just walking through our neighborhood park like setting. I have been here for about a month and so far I really like it here! The gals in the office are awesome! Larry, the Maintenance gentleman is great...he does a good job whenever needed!

I’ve absolutely loved the two years I’ve lived on this property. The maintenance is amazing, the girls in the office are very helpful always willing to make sure you leave with a smile. My neighbor are quiet and very friendly everyone speaks the property is well maintained very warm and inviting.

Great one bedrooms with lots of space. An incredible dog park with lights that you can turn on at night when taking your pooch out for a walk. Maintenance crew and office staff are on top of all requests almost immediately. The complex is very clean and maintained. The garage to keep you car in and out of the elements is amazing. Now that I have had that luxury, I probably will not be able to do without in the future.

The apartment complex is old but well maintained. The two-bed is roomy for two adults. The screened porch, pet policy, private garage, nearby open parking and laundry in the apartment make living convenient and easier. Garbage pick-up is 3-days a week so thats a nice feature to not have overflowing bins throughout the complex. Such a shame to be leaving Elements of Belle Rive - its a safe and quiet community, full of friendly people, wonderful amenities, and eager-to-assist management and maintenance.The units themselves (though they may have some quirks) are also really spacious, well-kempt, and provide loads of natural light - which is pretty atypical as far as apartment complexes go. All-in-all, Im always happy to recommend this place!

I moved here from Ny about 2 years ago and I couldn’t be happier. The property is always clean and well maintained. Apartments are a great size for the price and anytime my wife and I have any issue in the apartment Larry comes and fixes it within the hour! We also love the dog park and our fur baby cries daily to go. Our neighbors are friendly and everyone gets along. I cannot ask for more out of an apartment complex. Great place to live ❤️

I cannot describe how bad is the management & apartment complex. There are roaches in almost all apartments and sulfuric smell all around the corners of the complex. Water in the tap comes so slowly & water bill is so high. Most of buildings are designated as smoke free but people are smoking at all the corners including maintenance guys who keep smoking all around the corner including near the swimming pool. I strongly recommend never go to the apartment complex and people who are also living in there should look for alternatives. There are numerous incidents that they charge the residents for fixing the appliances rather than upgrading the appliances & they charge for the full money of the appliance which is 2-3 times more than the market rate. That way there are making money from the residents. Apart from that there are so many incidents of burglaries in the apartment complexes and they never installed any camera for the safety. Leasing office is horrible and so indifferent to the basic things. They also increase the rent once lease expires and to existing residents they charge more than the existing rates so be prepared that rent will be increased after every 6 months or a year. It is one of the worst experiences that someone can have in the apartment.

Amanda was great help she notified me once an apartment was available.Very disappointed to have lost the $100 application fee which is very high compared to other locations.Was told I would receive an email stating why I wasnt approved and never received it.Also disappointed to have to wait for corporate to send out a check for the reservation fee. Overall not the best leasing process compared to other leasing experiences in the past.

Recently moved in! It’s an amazing property, pretty landscaping and very quiet. Maintenance crew are on top of everything. The office crew are patient and very sweet!

So far so good! Its so peacefully quiet! We needed maintenance to touch up a few things after we moved in and they were very quick and efficient.

I moved here temporarily in April 2000 and never left. I love it here! The grounds and buildings are attractive, the staff is the best, maintenance is done promptly, the location cant be beat for access to shopping and interstate access.

My room mate and I absolutely LOVE it here. We have been in love since we first moved in, and 100% plan to renew!! I love my neighbors, and have made many friends of all ages... everyone living here is so nice. I love the bark park, and how convenient it is to wash my dog if she gets dirty. The ladies in the office are so nice/helpful, and know everyone by name and know which apartment they are in. Anytime I have a maintenance request big or small, it’s handled insanely fast. Even when there’s things I may have not liked, they’ve been very reasonable and met me half way. The maintenance guys greet you whenever you pass them. The pest control is great, and the landscaping is improving. You’ll never have a “perfect” experience, but they come pretty darn close. Any concerns you DO have, they take seriously and address them. I really feel like we are part of a community here, and we feel that the property management takes great care of us. Thanks guys!

Apartments are not what are shown on their website. Place is old noisy washing machines and not as central compared to newer places in Jacksonville.

Wife and I have lived in our 2-bedroom bungalow for almost 10 years. Jeni and her staff are wonderful. Have never had a problem getting maintenance done. Jeni keeps the complex looking great. Our neighbors are wonderful as well. Very, very pet friendly.Without a doubt, would HIGHLY recommend this complex.

The management staff at Elements of Belle Rive does everything to help you settle in and feel right at home. They are super responsive and communicate very well. The apartment units are spacious, and the grounds are meticulously well kept. I don’t feel like I’m in an apartment at all, but rather a small bungalow with a homey feel. The location of this apartment complex is fantastic. Almost everything you need is within a 5 to 10 minute drive. My dog loves the dog park here. The complex is very canine friendly :-)

We have lived here, almost 6 years, and plan to never leave. Rental, and maintenance staffs, are efficient, and friendly. We have socials like movie night at the pool, ice cream socials, Barktober Fest for our pets in the Bark Park, holidays buffets, caroling through our community. A large part of residents have been long term, due to all of the above, safety, and quiet. We do love where we live!

These apartments are really beautiful. The design of the apartment is beautiful. The maintenance guys are really nice. The ladies in the office are really nice. The only issues I have is the washer is way too loud. I am not sure why it sounds like that because it work just fine. I would say if you have your own washer switch it if you can. Also I stay up stairs and when its 90 plus outside its 77 plus in my apartment. The maintenance say thats normal because of the humidity outside but I didnt have that problem when I stayed in another apartment complex upstairs. Its happening at night and during the evening. But besides those issues I enjoy staying here but the air issue I cant take much longer.

My partner lives in this complex and has since November 1st 2018. To start, everything was non-functional. The washer and dryer, they attempted to fix them three time, took three weeks, finally agreed to replace them. The water in the entire apartment wreaks of sulfur, including the whole apartment area outside from the irrigation.Second, the master bedroom window leaked from move in, got replaced, leaked worse, then finally got properly fixed.Third, this is the kicker- DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU HAVE SOMEONE THAT OCCASIONALLY SPENDS THE NIGHT. I have my own apartment I reside in 4-5 times throughout the week, I stay with my partner roughly two days a week... He received a letter saying verbatim No one else may occupy the apartment. Persons not listed must not stay in the apartment for more than 1 consecutive day without our prior WRITTEN CONSENT, and no more than twice that many days in any one month.They literally do not allow you to have anyone stay at your home here, even if they have their own residence. He is now threatened with eviction unless I become apart of the lease, background check, $100 fee and will be a leaseholder.Ridiculously crazy. Do not move in if you want a boyfriend/girlfriend staying with you. Better off living in a college dorm.

We absolutely enjoy living at Elements of Belle Rive! The office staff are the best weve ever encountered. The maintenance manager is the best weve ever seen and can always ALWAYS be seen on the grounds! Hes even fixed me and my wife a cup of coffee once during a very difficult time! -Now thats above and beyond always being very prompt in fixing everything!

Elements has been the best community Ive lived in. The office staff know my family and I all by name. Maintenance requests are taken care of fast. They are all very warm and friendly. There is always something fun going like movie and trivia nights. The property is beautifully taken care of and the neighbors are always smiling and waving. The rates are competitive. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I was nervous moving from a house into an apartment but now I cant imagine moving away from Elements. Maintenance is always available and all requests are tended to promptly. Larry is great at explaining and alwaya helpful. Jeni, Sarah and Lindsey in the office are wonderful. My apartment feels like a house to me. Love that the apartment has front and back porches and my own garage. Do not have noise issues from neighbors and the a.c. is always cold. Elements is always having activities for the residents to stay connected. The pool is always clean and maintained. Hands down the best community.

Absolutely love this place. Theyve done a lot of upgrades. Very beautiful and peaceful. Our apartment impresses all of our guests. Walk in closets and a spacious kitchen. Also love the patio. Only problem Ive had here its that we are on the second floor and our neighbors below tend to hear footsteps/noise. Its not an issue for us because we are on the 2nd floor but it something thats inherent to the way the place was built. Either way its a nice place and maintenance is fast.

We have now lived here for 3 years & most likely will never move out. We love the small, intimate, safe environment & know pretty much everyone. Props to the manager, Jeni Dugan, who performs about & beyond her duty. Her staffing? The same. They do everything humanly possible to make sure everyone is comfortable & happy.

Please do not move here. These apartments are not kept up, the paint is peeling, cabinets are painted over with cheap paint, sinks are rotten, tub is very small, refrigerator will not stay close, sugar ants, loud washing machine, exterior full of leaves.Now, management. Not managed well at all. No drop box for rent so if the holidays falls on a day when rent is due, they still count it late if you pay the next day, and will say use the website as an alternative. That happened to me.So I was going out of town, office closed again because of the holiday, so I decided to use their broke down website. I used it and the website picked up the .53 balance due and did not pay the rent. So of course management not understanding, theyre not responsible for their maintained website.So I have to pay an extra 100.00 for this raggedy apartment. Save yourself some stress and move somewhere else.

Spacious, upgraded units. very private feeling community. more like a home than an apartment. great layouts and garages are included in the price for every home. cant beat it!

Absolute great location!! We are minutes from the mall, town center, and grocery stores. The hardwood floors and free car garage is a great bonus.

Don’t be fooled by the model. Everything is immaculate in the model, but far from it in our unit. I do not recommend this complex unless we are the unlucky ones that were stuck with one of the lemon units. The girls that work in the office which are the main point of contact are very nice and professional it’s just that things are over their head and they can’t control that I’m sure.. Washer is obnoxiously loud. We can’t watch tv with it running, obviously can’t sleep, and usually have to leave and run errands while it’s running. Upstairs neighbors I’m sure loves it! It has a loud grinding/knocking sound but they tell us it’s normal for that machine.......Evidently it’s also normal for the water to run from the kitchen sink 3-4 seconds after it’s turned off(so they keep telling us while we pay the water bill of course). Every step our upstairs neighbor takes we can hear. It sounds as if they are very heavy walkers but I’m sure it’s the floors. There is no light fixture or ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom, but to be fair the model doesn’t have either. But be aware. Stains in bathtub, excessive caulk prob to hide who knows what. The garages are a nice feature but may not be in front of your unit. Maintenance responds nicely but I don’t buy the “normal” sink and washer comments. I will update my review if anything changes.

I moved here from Mississippi didnt have time to really look at different areas in Jacksonville, didnt really look at the reviews either, however so far so good. I was impressed how easy it was to do everything online and just pick my keys up and moved right on in!

This is one of the worst places to live in Jacksonville!!! I don’t even give want to give them one star....These apartments are disgusting and you can hear everything your neighbors do! The staff are rude and unhelpful! Your maintenance request will be answered in a short amount of time but expect them to have to come back at least 10 times to actually fix the problem, because they’re not actually certified in anything! Forget the office manager because she will make any problem way worse! I see positive reviews on here from the office staff so definitely beware!!!

Unfortunately I have to give this place at least one star. Definitely doesnt even deserve that. I have lived all over Jax and this is by far the absolute worst place yet. Maintenance has no clue what they are doing period. Ac doesnt work for crap and is constantly breaking making my electric bill through the roof. No insulation what so ever either. Drains dont drain and backup into the shower leaving a sewer smell. Washer shoots water out the top and it takes 3 cycles to dry one load of clothes. They have already replaced the dryer after the last one was strangely spitting out plastic pieces. Everything has broken/is breaking/needs replaced! The walls are paper thin and I can hear everything my neighbors do. I cant even walk without the people below me beating on the ceiling. Lets see, what else? Car robberies as of late, cops always in and out of here, the murder/suicide that just took place and the creepy guy who has been hovering in the parking lot. I dont feel safe even taking my dog for a walk. This place SUCKS!!! Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else!!

We moved in to a 2 bedroom, second story unit when I was 8 months pregnant over a year ago. I love how it looks like a little tree house when all of the blinds are open. I have to admit, at first glance, the updates are really appealing. Once you move in, you realize its just painted over. Thats not a huge deal for me, though. I have an end unit so I dont hear my neighbors unless Im in the bathroom and they are in their kitchen. I REALLY HOPE MY DOWNSTAIRS NEIGHBORS CANNOT HEAR US!! I tend to walk heavy and my daughter likes to run around. There are a few things that REALLY irritate me, I.E., Ghost ants that appear ALLLLLLL the time, old faucets and the temperature in the Summer. Our A/C bill is the highest I have ever paid before. You would think not, since the apartment is not huge. We basically have to freeze at night and bundle up in order to not overheat during the day. This is an older building, though, so it has to be expected. Overall, I love it here. I feel safe and have never had any issues other than ants. Palmetto bugs make their way in ANYWHERE you are... no matter how much you spray. The ants, though... UGH... just keep Taro ant killer pod thingys on hand. Maintenance (especially Larry) is always on point and the ladies in the office are always helpful. I cant give 5 stars because of the A/C and ghost ants.... but other than that Im happy to call this home :)

Ask if someone killed themself before you move in. They won’t tell the new residents of the apartment where a dude rotted for two weeks, but they’ll send an email to the neighbors that had to deal with it telling them not to tell anyone. And let’s not forget the grow room they found in the spare closet.

Loved living here, maintenance is response and staff is very friendly. Very quite apartment complex, doesnt feel like youre living off of Southside Blvd.

I have to rate a 1 star.. I hear every step my upstairs neighbors make.... I hear the T.V. from other units... conversations.. The maintenance has been the best so far but everything else sadly gives this move a regretful experience..water from sinks smells like rotten eggs... I call management & they say its the water plant they cant control... I am so tired of these properties not being upfront when you tour the property..but the minute your late $100 after the 3rd day... so why in the hell should I have to be subject to not enjoying a place I pay almost $1000 a month...Pissed off tenant to the max...

I just moved to jax and needed a place to start. Been here almost a year and cant wait to get out! ! If you want to pay am over priced place with-painted over walls-rotten sink heads-rotten with mold shower heads-a painted over tube to look brannew- Flux wood that is coming undone-a move in day that the place is still dirty-suger ants that come out before summer-random roaches stuck to ceiling-roof leaks that they just come and paching over****BEST OF ALL THE MANAGEMENT TEAM WILL TELL U YOU WERE CAUSING THE ROOF TO FALL ON YOU BECAUSE THEY COULDNT FIND A WET SPOT. RELLY ITS FLORIDA, I PRACTICALY BLOW HER OFF AND WILL LOVE TO SUE HER IF SHE TRIED THAT ONE ON ME** BE WORND!!!Then live here, over all for 1000 u are paying you can find a new place.

Place is very cramped. Jeni in the office is a bit incompetent. At least it seems safe enough in there.

Too expensive and not worth the price. I cant sleep here because my one neighbor smokes weed on the porch and my other neighbor has the most annoying damn dogs ever, yalp yalp yalp and thump thump thump up and down the stairs is all I ever hear.
