It looks a lot better than when I lived out there. I havent saw the inside renovations, but Ive heard they are nice.

Quiet neighborhood.fast work orders. Office always answers phone. Been living here for a year, and everythings perfect. One time had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday and the maintenance guy was able to come within the hour. The pool is clean and fenced in.I wont lie, I do see some drug deals going on, but theres always security after 5 pm, and its the residents getting it. The real problem is all the people driving so fast in the neighborhood.

I have been out and about these grounds since I have lived here and the maintenance and ground keepers are on the go CONTINUOUSLY I have never seen any of them still for a minute!! Good job crews!!! 😁 And anytime I need something g fixed they are on it ASAP!!! Thank You!!The Mitchell’s!

The storage in and out of the apartment is pretty amazing. The size of the apartment for the price is truly the best in town! Just wish they had 2 baths is all but everything else is very good. The counter space and cabinets are a great size too. I enjoy speaking with property staff as well. The maintenace guys are quick to complete all workorders, even last minute ones. They are friendly and easy to talk to and they really try work around the time you need like if you have pets to put up or what not. The ladies in the office are always so nice and helpful on everything as well. Im friends with all my neighbors in my building and we all look out for eachother. We have cook outs and people wave to each other, have small talk, and it’s just a good community all around. There’s security that drives around each night too and I’ve been here almost 2 yrs and there’s been barley any issues at all..seriously!! No crime here at all. Residents are just really chill and nice, I’ve not seen or heard of any drama either. Theres a good amount of good kids of all ages that play outside too. It’s super pet friendly no matter if you have a big dog or not and there’s NO pet rent just a bigger deposit but it’s worth it especially if you have more than 1. The dog park is spacious, especially for big dogs and majority of dogs here are also friendly too like their owners. I think its an all around peaceful place to live.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Unit layouts are open and in great condition. Free pest control and water. Food trucks come every week. Clean pool. 24 hour security. Very nice nieghbors. Great place to live and you cant beat the rent in this area.

When my husband first looked at this place he said they seemed nice enough. And when we went in to sign our lease they are friendly and speak to how their complex is a family oriented place. Once your contract is signed however they become a very different place. It takes months before you can ever get ahold of the maintenance staff and when they claim to fix the problem the work is cheap and subpar. It was impossible to ever get anyone on the phone when you needed immediate help. They claim to be a smoke free living environment but our neighbors smoked cigarettes and weed and it seeped into our walls, floor and ac since the ac units are shared. The bathroom and bedrooms held the neighbors smoke in the most. I have a support dog who has full documentation and they left threatening messages stating they were going to take her away from me if I didn’t remove her from the apartment. On walks or when my dog was sitting on the porch (we lived on the second floor) neighbors and children passing by would throw things like rocks or trash at her from the ground. And when I reported it, they just kept doing it. They claim to have security on site who watches the property. People stole our garden hose and damaged my husband’s motorcycles. Our motorcycles were constantly covered when they were parked, but I would come home from work and the cover (which was tied down) had been taken off and thrown in the grass. I reported one of the staff lurking by my vehicles and when my husband checked our motorcycle the fuel line had been pulled out. I also had scratches on my car. They claim to have a “quiet time” in which neighbors are supposed to keep noise to a minimum. However there were parties every weekend, people yelling and screaming, vehicles revving loudly. They claim to be military friendly, however if my husband was ever on deployment they would never assist me when I needed help or something was broken or if I reported a problem. I would strongly suggest searching elsewhere for an apartment. This is not a family or pet friendly place. I was so happy to leave this place and I will never recommend it to anyone else. I would give them zero stars, but the site doesn’t let you post until you select at least one
