Well Kathy or miss michelle we are 100 women who all have different vibes. This place Ive known for 22 years, and you either make or break it. Its gone through a lot of changes. May God Almighty bless and keep us all. It is what you make of it. Kudos to Kathy, Michelle, and Danielle, also to the residents who live here and work in the office. I could only wish I was as fortunate, I was a drug and alcohol counselor, and could only wish I could be here working. When I asked miss Mary she told me hell no, so it is what it is. God bless all who are a part of. This place is a refuge for wayward women who need love and respect. For that thank you.
The Liberty Center is a great place to drop off donations of food and toiletry items. Just be sure to call in advance. I do property clean outs and came across several hundred pounds of high quality soap and lotion products one time. The residents and staff of the Liberty Center graciously welcomed these gifts!
I used to live here a few years ago & i really appreciated it...I loved my lil room it was nice and clean...Most ppl may not like living here because u cant have company in ur room & u have to share the bathroom with one other person but its soo much better than living in a shelter in a shelter u dont get ur own room soo i appreciated it & would live here again if i needed to...I love ms washington the property manager💜 im not gone lie she dont play but shes just doing her job but shes really helpful and cares..This facility houses about 100 ladies i think most of the ladies are up in age there were only a few of us younger ladies there at the time i lived here...I never got into it with anyone i would speak to ppl but mostly stayed to myself..Fighting and things like that are not tolerated because they will put you out...
Experience was very enlightening...
