100% would recommend this apartment complex if youre looking! Carie, Nicole and akirah made the process very smooth and non complex and made sure everything was kept in order. NO FUNNY BUSINESS. They stay true to their word, and on top of that the apartments are beautiful and very well maintained along with the grounds outside perfect for any dog family.

I moved to Jacksonville on short notice in the middle of peak moving season. The Assistant Manager Carri went out of her way to help me be able to move into my apartment in a timely manner. She’s very professional and very good at what she does. She helped me move into a temporary apartment until the apartment I applied for was available. She not only helped me with the living situation but got me moved into my apartment a week ahead of the original date. I would absolutely recommend Arlington West apartments to anyone looking for a great living conditions, location and professionalism from the staff.

Moved in 8/2021! Everything was clean and freshly painted! Akirah at the office helped me with my whole move in! Also, the day I moved in… Bull from maintenance came the same day to help me with my ice machine and showed other helpful tips in the apartment! Thanks, Bull!!!Will update as I have stayed here longer :)

The housing is super nice and warming. But the overall experience was awful. Their lease agreement is super confusing and overall annoying to read through. Their pet restrictions are never mentioned unless you directly asked them, and if you have a pet that they don’t allowed you’re kind of stuck between moving out and owing a large fee or getting rid of your pet. The facilities are rather small as well. The gym is fine but barely enough, and the pool is always packed. Along with this all the other residents rarely ever abide by the actual property guidelines so you get annoying neighbors or people leaving dog poop everywhere. And finally the drive is not worth it. It’s roughly a 20 minute drive to and from base every single day. With traffic it can easily be 40 minutes on weekdays.

The apartment my wife and I had was really nice. We had nothing but great experiences with the staff and maintenance was complete in a timely manner. Its pricey but youre getting what you pay for. 10/10 would go back

I have lived in many apartments and Arlington West is by far the best placed I have rented. The staff is prompt, kind and they go out of their way to make life easier for the residents. The community is well kept and clean. Overall the best renting experience.

For military personnel, it is a great distance from USMC Base Camp Lejeune to feel you are far enough away from work on weekends, but close enough that it isnt a long drive in. Location gives easy access to Main Gate and Wilson Gate.

Arlington West apartments was an amazing first home for my husband and I while stationed at Camp Lejeune. The one bedroom apartment is so spacious, and has beautiful updated interior. I cannot express how thankful I am, as first time apartment renters, how attentive the maintenance staff is! I would place a request and the next day someone would be there to help. I also appreciated how involved the office staff was with building community outreach. I know my husband thoroughly enjoyed the pizza nights! 🤗 Safety is a huge thing for us, and we always felt very safe in the area, never any problems. Thanks for everything Arlington!-Lauren & Mike

We stayed at Arlington West for four months in a furnished short term two bedroom. Campus was clean and well maintained. Office staff were professional and supportive.

I absolutely love this apartment complex. The units are spacious and lovely. The amenities are also very nice, the gym is well kept and has decent equipment, the pool is very nice, and the grill stations are all well placed and cleaned. Have a maintenance issue? No problem at all. Ive had two minor maintenance issues and both were resolved within an hour of me calling. This may change if it is not regular business hours, however, I have had this experience yet.The area is really good. Its about 13 minutes away from Camp Lejeune Wilson Gate (with traffic!) and 17 from New River main gate. Youre close to grocery several grocery stores, gas stations, the mall, etc.The staff is very friendly! I constantly see them interacting with tenants and if you spend enough time in the clubhouse, they will know you by name.Now the price is a little more expensive than other places around Jacksonville, but I believe it is well worth it. Amenities and living space are well kept and the staff is phenomenal. I havent even thought about seeing a bug.Now this place is not without its issues. The biggest issue I can warn you about are the dogs. Arlington West is very dog friendly. You will definitely hear dogs barking during the day and sometimes at night. Walking up the stairs to you unit, the smell of dog is very noticeable. I would not recommend living here if you dislike dogs or very allergic. Occasionally youll see people walking their dogs and not even bother picking up their droppings. The other big issue are your neighbors. This is a Marine town and from time to time you will hear extremely loud music and parties.Now this is not common at all, but it has happened a few times. Those young Marines will also get very loud surround sound systems in their living room and you can hear and slightly feel the floor shaking if its too loud.Overall, Arlington West is a delightful place to live and any issues usually resolve themselves or a quick chat with the staff will fix it right up. I highly recommend this complex over any other place in the area.

I put in three separate work requests for a few small things to get fixed around the apartment. The maintenance staff showed up within a couple hours of me putting in the rpm order and fixed all three things in little to no time! Great apartment complex

Pleasant place to live. Office staff are nice and not afraid to enforce rules. Maintenance will be at your place usually within 24 hours and are thorough with repairs. The grounds are kept up and kept clean. The salt water pool is awesome. It was newly tiled last summer.I havent notice any children running amuck without supervision. I would say most people are cordial and mind their own business. Dogs are kept on their leash when out walking. There is also a gated area where dogs can run free. The tenants are great at cleaning up after their dogs on the grounds.

I’ve been here since around 2015 and this community has been the perfect community for me to transition and shift gears from military life to student. It’s quiet but there is always something to do, whether we decide to swim, workout or go play bingo! The community feels protected and it’s always well kept. The staff know your name and I’ve known the maintenance team as the best. There is none like the staff here at Arlington West. I’m grateful to be a part of the family.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The move in process was smooth and the units are spacious and modern for the price. The property is very nicely kept as well. It’s always full to capacity. However, if you’re lucky enough to get a unit to rent here, it’s a gem.

I have lived here for two years and absolutely love this community! The office staff are always friendly and try their best to take care of everything as soon as possible, as long as its in their control of course. Mother nature may have other plans but thats not the properties fault. Working in this industry for several years I personally know the hoops you have to go through with insurance companies for anything to be done. Kudos to the maintenance team as well. Couldnt say enough good things about Arlington West. Just a great all around team.

Great experience! Staff was professional and the apartment complex is amazing. Have lived here for a couple of months. Our fridge wasn’t working and they took care of the issue right away. We had our daughters baby shower in the clubhouse which was fabulous! The staff (every single one i have met) are very professional yet friendly and calming at the same time. We have to move out of state in less than a year and i wish i could take this apartment and the staff with me. They really set the bar high.

All of the staff are amazing. Simply lovely. The staff will ensure you have a fantastic customer experience. This is the best apartment complex in Jacksonville, North Carolina. There is plenty of space in the apartment room.

Just an advice to a potential prospect interested in living at Arlington West, I’ll save you some time, please skip right over the ones screaming abuse and neglect. Here’s the thing, in addition to being a home to you, this is also a place a business. The Management staff does have a responsibility to assist you in providing you professional and courteous service, however, they are also responsible for protecting an asset. It’s a two sided agreement here guys, YOU, yes you have responsibilities as much as they do - it’s not just their devoted servitude towards you. And if you threaten with hiring a legal representative, perhaps it would have been a better idea to hire them before you went out to look for an apt, just to know how legal binding documents work. Next, $947 for a 3BR, girl, that’s a STEAL! Not only is the property in excellent condition, the apartments are absolutely gorgeous. Easily, I would pay $1000-$1500 for these apartments. If you don’t agree, then their charms are out of your budget and you should stay in base housing :) And lastly, guys, seriously, a lease agreement isn’t a piece of paper the staff sat down to write sipping on some wine and evil laughing about all the ways they’re gonna screw you over. This is a LEGAL BINDING DOCUMENT! It literally BINDS you to the owner of this property, because in case you needed some reminding THE APARTMENT IS NOT YOURS, even if you sign the lease, you are only borrowing it and the owner has granted you permission to live there during the agreed upon time on the lease. Once signed, it can’t be changed by either party during the duration of said agreement, because... you AGREED to it! Once again, do your research and ask questions! Please, save everyone a huge headache and be nice - no one’s out to get you.Now, if you’ve taken the time to read this far, thank you. Before I finish, let me just tell you how amazing this staff and their property is. They are kind, dedicated, and hard working individuals who willingly come in everyday, not knowing what version of you they’re going to get that day :) They, too, have a heart and feelings just like you. Most of the staff has been there for years, they’re trained professionals who love what they do and their residents. They’re there for you. So, don’t be “that one” that ruins the day because Mother Nature was going through some things! Contrary to popular belief, this is one thing they can’t control! There is no better policy than kindness, so don’t be ugly. The apartments are absolutely beautiful, and that’s not an understatement. Their management company is top notch and together along with the staff and property, make the perfect recipe for an awesome living experience! 💜 Can I move back to NC now? My girls and I love it here. We love the staff and the amenities. We take advantage of using the gym and the pool. The location is great and close to everything. Would definitely recommend this apartment complex. We have the 2 bedroom and it is very spacious!

Overall my wife and I had a great experience. The apartments are very nice and affordable, and the staff is great. Maintenance is quick and efficient, staff is friendly and courteous. Plus they have dope pizza parties. This place is very pet friendly, so if you arent okay with dogs then this isnt the place for you.

During our time at Arlington West we had a terrible issue with black mold (poor insulation in closets), resulting in our infant son having respitory issues, e.r. visits, and at one point pneumonia. This is due to him breathing in such a mold infested environment.We also had our CIF (military) gear (worth hundreds) covered in mold, which gave us issues when we had to return our gear. Everything in our closets had mold.We had to pay for cif gear that was just smothered in mold.When we addressed this issue to maintenance, they said to just keep doing what we were to treat the mold issue, which was placing moisture absorbance (at our expense).When it came time for us to renew our lease. I had previously signed off on the renewed lease, but it was rejected due to my husband not having signed as well. We were in the hospital as I was in labor, when they were sending notices to have my husband sign, they were not understanding and we had to pay a higher rent as the rates of the apartments had gone increased..

AND ALL OF YOUR APPLICATION MONIES USED TO APPLY BEFORE YOU MOVE IN IS NON REFUNDABLE!! HOPEFULLY THIS WILL HELP MANY BECAUSE THESE 2 VERY IMPORTANT DETAILS WERE WITHHELD FROM US !! I WISH I COULD GIVE A ZERO !!! The overall complex, apartments and staff are amazing but the only issue I have are the so called breed restrictions they dont enforce. Theyll tell you youre not allowed to have things like Shepherds, Dobermans, Rottweiler, Pit Bulls or any kind of mixed breed of that animal but I have blatantly seen German Shepherds and Pit mixes around the complex and no one says anything because they have on their papers that its a mix of some other breed. Dont claim you have breed restrictions and then throw them out the door because the papers from Pet Warehouse say something else, when the animal is obviously a certain breed, and have no real consequences for violating the policy..

This was the perfect first home for us! The apartments are spacious, extremely well kept, and modern. The staff is incredible, from the ladies in the office to the mantainence staff. The ladies in the office go through a lot of work to bring the community together for fun events and giveaways and they do it OFTEN! I would recommend this complex every time!

Ive lived here for 10 months. While not perfect (what is?), I enjoy living here. Arlington West compares favorably with other apartment communities in which Ive lived across the country.The staff is friendly, helpful, and always responsive. The apartments are active and host events often. Ive had a couple maintenance requests and the staff handled them quickly (never more than 24 hours) and completely every time. The entire complex has a welcoming and warm feel to it.The floor plan is convenient and I like the layout. The materials in the apartment are good for the price. I enjoy the pool area and the gym is very convenient. In regard to the amenities, the only complaints I have relate to the gym equipment (while the quality of the equipment is great, the condition is extremely used) and the grills (too few, inconveniently located, and theyre as basic as it gets). The only amenity Arlington West lacks that I truly want is a car wash area, but thats not a big deal at all.I wish I had a real option to use DirecTV (maybe we could have the antennas outside on the ground!). But the complaints Ive listed are very minor. For what you get, the price is very good. I really enjoy living here and wont hesitate to recommend Arlington West to anybody - definitely 5 stars.

Gave them a deposit of $230 to RESERVE/lock in that our apartment would be ours, once it was move in ready. Come to find out a day before move in, that they gave our place away. With the intent of keeping our money. Our move in date was supposed to be the 27th of February, how and why someone else already has our apartment is beyond me. They lost whatever lease/paperwork that we signed. Their only lead argument is that “their apartments are in demand” so they gave our place up because someone wasn’t doing their job correctly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE by all means! They are taking full advantage of hurricane victims!!! We will definitely be going to legal due to all the fees we paid to move out of our current place, the money we gave for the deposit, and overall trouble they put us through. We will definitely be blacklisting them through legal.

Moved in not long ago however my experience so far with the staff and the whole love in process has been very good and surprisingly easy. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice clean place to live either alone or with a family.

I love the place. The only problem I have is that when I tried to extent my lease after only having lived in the apartment for 26 days I was not allowed to. I would understand if I was trying to shorten my lease but I’m trying to extend it to 12 month from the current 6 month to avoid having to pay the extra $75 a month short term lease fee. The only reason I signed the 6 month lease was due to base housing giving us a 6 month expected move in date. Base housing gave us a new update that it would be longer than that. Arlington West told us we can sign for another 6 month short term lease once this one is up. I don’t understand why I would have to pay the $75 a month fee if I plan to live there for a year.

You never know what a place is like until you spend the night there.Almost every night a 15 second long extremely loud buzzing sound came from a heat pump outside of my window. The management and maintenance strung me along for months and never fixed the issue which required a blanket or rubber damper on the compressor of the noisey unit.It is illegal for building mechanical systems to make noise that prevents rest per Jacksonville Civil Code 15-48. The problem will likely worsen as heat pumps age. I can only imagine what the noise level will be on hot summer nights when the reversing valve is actuated and the units are used for heating.The gym is adequate for casual exercise with limited free weights. The clubhouse, pool and grounds are well maintained. Parking is adequate. Not a bad place to live just make sure there isnt a heat pump directly outside of your bedroom window!

-The apartment is beautiful! Feels very comfortable with the wood cabinets & countertops (unlike the all white walls, cabinets, & floors of our last place). The amenities are enjoyable. Pretty pricey in my opinion. One member of the staff even told me we may seem to make a lot of money but we really dont, we will take every bit we can. Well that they do! You pay for EVERYTHING! As for the staff, nice for the most part but you can tell they dont truly care that much.-There are all these rules you must live by, which I understand to keep a place nice, but if you have rules, keep them in place for EVERYONE! If you leave any sort of trash outside your door for even 2 minutes while putting on your shoes or grabbing your stuff to head out & take the trash on your way to work & they catch it, $25 fine for debris & garbage in the breezeway. Yet, the downstairs neighbor has kept MULTIPLE bags of trash by their door for over 2 weeks now, not to mention it is blowing down the breezeway & stairs!-Maintenance is apparently allowed in your place all the time for inspections. This would be okay if yearly or so but its a lot more frequent & when they dont even allow you to schedule a time for you to be present when you would be much more comfortable with that, its complete violation of personal areas.-As for the manager, seems nice, barely talks to anyone. But she doesnt follow the rules herself. I have noticed the significant other coming & going occasionally but there is a pit bull in the household, which no one else is allowed to have?! Also, they will fine for people not picking up their dog poop when walking their dogs. There have been emails & notes saying fines may be applied to the building where the poop is around. Just for the record, you cant fine a whole building for some people & their dogs. Not everyone has a dog in the building & people in the whole complex walk the complex with their dogs & let them go by other buildings, dogs are going to mark territory & go wherever they please. On top of that, Ive seen the manager not even pick up her own dog poop from her 2 smaller dogs!Great for my first true place of my own but dont recommend if you want to have a true place to call HOME & want to build your life. Its hard to do so when all the joy is getting sucked out of it.

We have been here for a couple of months now and have had no issues with the apartment staff or apartment itself that wasnt taken care of. The apartments are beautiful and fairly large! Anytime we have needed maintenance, they have come and fixed the problems! Honestly, these are probably some of the nicer apartments available in Jacksonville. You do pay for sewer/water, and electricity every month but its not a lot at all. The staff is always advertising activities or events they plan and try to get the community involved! The clubhouse is also fun and they have a nice pool. Definitely enjoy being here

Definitely the best apartments I had ever stayed at. No bugs(Which seems to be a issue on the East Carolinas), friendly staff, and nice get-togethers. The maintenance had always been there when I need them. So far no complaints. I will miss this place when moving day comes.

I agree with the some of these reviews, whoever claims that these apartments or the office is horrible must be crazy or just plain arrogant. I currently live here and my husband and I LOVE IT. The complex is very well maintained and clean. The dog park is well sized and I love that they have baggies in handy. The ladies at the office are always so nice and helpful with anything you need. We havent had problems with maintanence or the office or residents, this is by far the best apartment complex Ive lived in compared to the other 4 Ive lived in the past.

Lived here for over a year. Overpriced, the pool sucks, constant inspections on the apartments. Over 800 dollars for a 1 bedroom and once you add the fees in its over 950 a month! Staff is very polite and the neighborhood is good, but the price is too steep. Month to month is 1200, I could pay two mortgages here with that. The grass isn’t well kept, the dog park sucks, this place is just not worth it. It’s such a shame we have to move, but be warned this place will inspect your apartment constantly, and they can’t be liable for any property damage. So if they mess up something, then charge you for it it’s not their fault. 🤦🏼‍♂️

My experience of residing at Arlington was a decent experience. For my first apartment experience, it was satisfactory. They’re beautiful apartments and the complex has decent amenities. My main gripe during my lease though was other residents. My neighbors arguing day and night did not create a peaceful environment, as I could hear it through the walls. Sometimes at bedtime I would hear rowdy residents (or possibly not even residents) swimming in the pool and partying loudly at late hours, when the pool has designated hours. It was very inconsiderate.Otherwise, my experience was pleasant!

They are always very friendly and helpful when I need anything for our apartment. Its a beautiful place to live with friendly staff and neighbors.

It’s not really cheap to live here and I work late most nights so it’s very disappointing to come home and not even be able to park in front of my building. There is no designated visitors parking so anywhere is free game even for non residents. I was given a sticker to put on my car as a resident but it doesn’t mean anything. They even resurfaced the entire complex and just painted over the existing lines. I have mixed feelings about this place. The staff is great and the apartment is nice however, for the same price across the street at The Plantation they have garages available. They should really look into assigned parking for residents. At least 2 spaces per unit. I would easily give 5 stars.

Everything is great about the apartment itself, except for the extra thin walls and the clubhouse gym could use some new equipment. Some of the machines in there are rusted and the resistance machines are not really smooth. Ive even seen people use the equipment and no properly clean it off and just walk out. Parking is horrible in my experience, people have guests all the time and people who actually live in the apartments have to be inconvenienced because guest park wherever they want.

Whoever wrote that these people are rude must have issues! I LOVE everything about this apartment complex. It is a relatively quiet, family friendly and pet friendly community. They keep both the insides and outside well kemp. Maintenance is quick. All amenities you could possibly think of are here including tanning, pool, gym, free cookies baked fresh daily, coffee in the club house, in-unit laundry, etc etc. They are VERY reasonably priced and all utilities besides internet are included in their low cost. High-end apartments for sure. And - they put on at least monthly activities for the community - this month is a free pizza party for all to attend. DEF recommend this place!

Beware! They are scamming the hell out of people! Ive looked down the list and see now that Im not the only one. When we called they said it would be $50 to put in an application.We went in to apply and we were told it would be $40 per adult.... Oookay. Sure, whatever.We did all the work online. We have two cats, thats going to be a charge, ok. At the end, our total was $190 to apply!!! Not the original $50, not the $80, but now $190!?Underneath that statement read that we would owe another couple hundred dollars later for the cats(when we were approved with a move in date).We kept verifying with the woman that what we were looking at with the application procees was $190. She said yes but wouldnt give us a reason why she was wanting to charge us $230!!!!There was no paperwork that showed we would owe that up front. We had the numbers from the company itself on the computer. It was added up and we pointed it out to her. We showed where each charge was explained i.e. each applicant, processing fee, but she still insisted that $230 is what we had to pay. The only way out of there was to say, oh ok, well go get it now and be right back.When I kept getting emails about bringing in the money, I replied back saying that we were clearly being scammed and she replied with, sorry for the confusion, Ill remove you from the list.

I have nothing but great things to say about my move in experience. Both Megan and Carri made the process simple and easy for my last minute move-in. I called to get some information about the apartments to compare to others, went into the office for a walkthrough, and the very next day they were helping me with the forms.I was looking for a one bedroom apartment for a few months while at training. They were able to get me one AND furnish it for much cheaper than expected. It was minimal furnishing (bed, dressers, couch, tv stand, etc.) and all that I needed for someone who was only staying for a few months.They were both amazing and helpful during this last minute move. I wouldnt have wanted to stay anywhere else.

Theres no question these are very nice apartments, granite countertops, fresh carpet, high ceilings and ample space. The complex throws get-togethers for the residents on a regular basis which is nice if you dont want to go far to have fun. As far as cons, the walls/floors are quite thin. For example, I live on the first floor and my husband and I hear our neighbors all the time. Im sure most apartments are somewhat like this so I look past it but it can be annoying sometimes. Overall you get what you pay for.PS maintenance requests are fulfilled ASAP every time! So thats a plus!

The staff at this facility are rude, use language that is degrading to their customers and lack any sense of human decency. I highly recommend that if you are looking for an apartment in the Jacksonville NC area you seek residency elsewhere. Until they change their staff or attitudes this is not a place for a real human being to reside!

I have been living here for 2 years I love the spacious apartments the location of the proprty, overall look of the property, the staff makes you feel like you are part of the Arlington family. I would have rated it 4 or 5 stars except for 2 reasons. 1 the loud stopping overhead you can hear the apartment above conversations, hear them washing close and the loud ear pounding noise from above and people stomping and running up and down the stairs. 2. The trash situation is horrible. Although they have made adjustments to the trash pick up, it still over flows weekly and it is almost impossible to put your trash in the bins due to the fact that the trash containers are too close together and therfore creates a daily obstacle of just trying to find a way to put your trash into bins. Tenents give up and just end up lying trash bags outside the bins. maintance request get A+.

Arlington West is a rip off.They take money from young Marines family. They use everybody money to do stupid events every month even if it’s not a holiday.They overcharge people and the people are really rude.I would not suggest this apartment to nobody else.If you are a first-time apartment owner do not choose Arlington west apartments.they are way too expensive for any military families. Especially if you have a dog or a cat any type of animal they will charge you a fee that you have to pay every month.This apartment complex is not sanitary it has poop all over the place nobody cleans up after the dogs.The doggie park never Gets cleaned up.If you are a military Family looking for a house or an apartment Arlington West is not for military People.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. If youre military, stay away from here. They act like they care but they dont and all they want is your money. The apartments and amenities are nice, but you literally pay for everything here. Rent, utilities, pets, trash, everything. Nothing is included, not even the alarm system they advertise. The prices for the one bedroom apartments is wayyyy too high for how small it is. You can get 3 bedroom houses in jacksonville for the amount of a one bedroom apartment. They are always watching you and will send you a passive aggressive email if you do anything they think is wrong. Also, this is your home so youd assume theyd ask permission before going into your apartment. They dont. They will go in whenever they want and dont care what you say or how you feel. Their words yes well,we own the property so we can do what we want. That is what the assistant manager told me when I said I wasnt happy with anyone coming into my home without permission. They treat me like Im some sort of criminal for wanting basic resident rights. They have also threatened me and others on my building that they would have animal control come take my dog because they changed their policies. The staff is rude and passive aggressive when you ask questions about your rights as a resident and they are constantly watching you. Im sorry, but I am not a criminal and I dont deserve to be treated like crap by this place. I am so sick of it. We have rented before and this is the first time we have had a problem with our landlords. We dont cause trouble and always pay our rent on time. As soon as were able, we are moving out. Stay away.

The front office needs better customer service skills.

Loved living here at first, but slowly found more things we hated about this place the longer we were here. Its a beautiful complex however, besides the nice ammenities that come with the apartment like the washer and dryer, etc. the carpet upon move in was disgusting. It felt sticky, smelt like mildew and had stains of bleach everywhere. Also in corners it was patched up with new carpet that was awfuly noticable. We asked the office receptionists how often they replace carpet and they said as needed so i wouldnt be surprised if that carpet has been there for years. our apartment seemed like it wasnt cleaned before we moved in as well. We also noticed the walls were very thin so you could hear neighbors like they were in the room with you and the paint on the walls gets easily stained and chipped. We lived on the first floor so we could hear every stomp the people above us made. People left their trash in the walkway outside and would leave it all week until the maintence people would clean it up or they would throw trash in the woods behind the apartment building. People also NEVER cleaned up after their dogs, even right next to designated clean up stations! The poor maintence people were out there everyday cleaning up after people when they shouldnt! The dog parks are also small and one is right next to a sewer pond so it was always full of nasty mud! Upon moving out, they lost the damages sheet so we told them how nasty the carpet was when we moved in and we got CHARGED for it. We were in the office quite a bit because of things getting messed up. The women working in the office were not very nice at all and not very bright either. The managment doesnt care about your situation (military) and only care about the money. So glad we got out of there sooner than the full year. Im giving it 2 stars mainly because of the nasty situation we were in with the carpet and the many problems we had with management. I would give it more if it werent for that, because it is nicer than most apartment complexes around, but definitely do your research before moving in! Its overly priced for what you get. Im upset that we had such a horrible experience and hopefully this review will help future military families finding a place to live!

Great place

So far they have been so helpful when it came to me looking for an apartment, but i am curious, do they pay utilities or are they included in rent or do i have to set up and pay it seperatly?

Just beware dont expect to receive your damage deposit back even with a walk through of approval from management. They were very deceiving and dishonest about their intentions.
