Horrible service. And they keep your money even your security deposit. Rude staff and all they care is about getting the money. They tell you won’t get your application money back but they never say about your security deposit taken away. Do not recommend even try renting here. They will try to rip you off.

Run. If i could give 0 stars i would. The won’t spray for bugs, ever. The landlord is harsh and belittles her staff and tenants. We’ve been here for a while and have never caused issues. They absolutely will not fix any issues, even the fact I had a rodent in my attic that caused part of ceiling to fall in. They ignored it even though i had a baby living here. Multiple times tried to charge me more on my rent. The only good part about this place is the maintenance man. He’s an angel, he’s just over worked being on his own.

Everything everyone else is saying is 100% accurate. I did get my security deposit back but only because I documented every lil thing wrong with the place. In the end Im glad I did she was trying to charge me for the nasty rusty stove tops that have probably been there since the 90s. I was able to prove they were there before with the copy I kept. There was other stuff too but thats just an example. Highly unrecommended anyone lives there.

Windows will not open, large tree in back yard has rot and she was told three years ago by an expert to remove the tree. Good luck on getting anything fixed. When you move out she will keep your monies. Don’t do business with this company unless you are desperate and don’t mind their lack of professionalism as there ain’t any there. You’ve been warned!!!

Would not recommend this place at all. I had mold on every window when I moved in. 2 leaks fromUpstairs that they came in and sprayed primer on to cover up the stains. I was 8 months pregnant and they had a crew working upstairs Laying carpet at midnight So I had to stay elsewhere (still paying rent) until they were finished. Bad drug area! I had someone try to break into my apartment and busted 2 of my windows out. After 2 weeks of staying there and my infant was getting bit because we had no windows I paid my lease off and moved. I was told not to turn off my water or electricity for inspection and their workers ran up a $80 light bill upon just paying one before I vacated. I received my deposit back with deductions after 60 days because they sent it to the apartment mailbox I moved out of. Charged for not painting the walls, they used my money to pressure wash their apartments, charged me for the broken windows after receiving a police report, and carpet cleaning that I had a receipt for. Mrs brunelli has not returned one call to me. They make you responsible for spraying your own apartment for bugs even if they come from upstairs tenants. My sink sprayed me, my shower head sprayed all over, the paint was falling off the wall, my toilet leaked all the time, my AC leaked constantly. Tried to charge me 640 for 2 pets I didn’t have. Worst trashy, greedy, place ever.

I lived here for two years II was a great tangent didnt own any money but said I couldnt rent another lease they had three violations from city inspectors paid a professional carpet cleaner had the date set after turning my keys in they changed it cuz I had to leave my lights and water on for 4 to 5 days after moving out mold and bugs issue bad dont fix nothing would try to get you at the end on your deposit but I wasnt messing around so I got mine back after recording my inspection that day recorded my calls about fixing stuff and wrote my own work orders and handed them copies and kept the real one if you have mold or they not fixing nothing and its been months after writing several work orders call city hall inspectors but do not rent from them they are liars and money hunger is real

Had to go without AC for three weeks. They can careless about you or your family....I have never seen them spray for bugs. The pool was closed last summer, due to the owner not wanting to pay someone to paint it....Every year the rent goes up, it went from $650, $675, and if I decide to stay another year it will be $700.$715 for a six month least.... I really dont understand what I will be getting for my money except a dump to live in. The toilets are always leaking...You have to constantly fight over a parking spot. Please stand clear of this place...

Dont even think about renting here. Worst experience ever. Mold! Poorly maintained apartments. Call maintenance and no one comes. Neighbors upstairs poured mop water over patio balcony. Totally disgusting!

I read the reviews before I rented here, but thought to myself that this place couldnt be that bad. BELIEVE ME, its that bad. These people will stand in front of you and tell you a bald face lie then turn around and charge you for something they said they wouldnt. You can bet your last dollar they will keep the better part of your deposit when you leave. This outfit is a real piece work. I would leave a no star if I could. And the reviews about the mold all over the walls, they are all true. The place is a health hazard.

Very unprofessional. They will keep your deposit without telling you why. Later on, you will find out they charged even more in damages and bill you without ever sending you a bill or contacting you. Now, I have a $250 negative account on my credit because I wasnt notified that I owed money. I had the carpet professionally cleaned before I left that place. I made sure there were no damages to the place throughout my stay and even double checked on my last day there. I didnt see anything!! They screwed me over. They couldnt contact me, even though Ive had the same phone number the last 10 years and they knew it. They suck. If you can, stay elsewhere!!!!!

The staff is rude and lie. Things dont get fixed when you put a request in. The owner treats her staff like garbage and belittles them. When you move out they give you the run around to get your deposit back

This is by FAR the worst place I have ever lived. Ashley park is riddled with mold and bugs, all appliances are out of date, falling apart or rusted. All sinks and toilets in the apartment leak. Nothing ever gets replaced and if it does, it’s only after you’ve called and complained at least 5 times. Every interaction I’ve had with the owner has been a terrible one. She’s rude, greedy and treats her employees even worse than she does her tenants. Save yourself the money and the headache and stay clear of Ashley park apartments.

This place is horrible nothing was mentioned about the possibility of having mold issues before we moved in with our infant and toddler we had to throw out a king size bed and a childrens couch because mold spread from the walls onto the beds and keeps returning they only care about money and will not replace anything. If you have children stay away from this place horrible landlord heartless people running this place.

They don’t call back to update tenants on progress of repairs. Will literally let you life in your apartment with an AC that has broken down 4 times in one month, won’t call back to let you know updates, and get irritated when you ask them to do their job. This place needs to be investigated by the city of Jacksonville. Ponzi Scheme to the max.

Wouldnt recommend this complex. the maintenance guys are really nice but overworked and the own is very inflexible. the dont spray to keep bugs away unless you keep after them over and over.

Just moved out two months ago and these are the Worst apartments ever. They don’t spray for bugs at all. Maintenance is terrible and take too long to fix anything. More than likely gonna keep your security deposit and charge you more money/Rip you off. Would not recommend this place at all.

I didnt like nothint bout this place. They took my whole deposit after i did a walk through with them and told me i didnt owe them anything. Just cause i had forwarding address to ny they though they can get alway with itZ i use to live in apt 400 bugs all over since i lived there no one live upstairs i wonder why. Dont live here

Worst place to stay! there is far more better apartments then this!!! They dont keep up with maintence, i had to call them 4 times just to come and fix stuff. I was pregnant and husband was deployed (I was moving back home to have the baby)and I cleaned from top to bottom on the apartment and it was completely empty. And aparently to them it wasnt good enough and I was previously in the corps..seriously!!. So they kept my 200 depostit plus the leaking on the ceiling that wasnt my fault. Tried to call them for that and they never came. Landlady flirts with your husband and whenever my husband calls, she gets whatever needs done. But when i called it took them loonger to get to me. And the best part of this apartment is it had mice.. we killed about 6 if not under that. Aparently it was from the people down stairs that is what the guy said that came and look. If you have a problem with them...make sure you get the thing at wal-mart to plugs in and keeps them away. IT works!! I dont know about you, if want to move in be my guest..but it is not worth the money to put up with stuff like that.. They dont keep it as nice as they make it turn out to be.
