Brandon just hung up on me on my second attempt of calling. I asked if he can hear me okay, his response was, yes, but Im not talking with all that noise in the background. Call back when its quiet. and hung up.... EXTREMELY unprofessional. Even if I needed the help, I wouldnt call back and deal with someone like that.
