I was supposed to move in to Seaboard Oaks Apt on the westside on July 6, 2019, but when I went for my walkthrough the apt was filthy and needed repairs. I had to move in with my friends and put my belongings in storage. Shucom Properties will not return my money even though I did not move in ( see attached photos)

I just moved in and very happy. It is clean and affordable. The Property Manager Linda and Maintenance man Chris are wonderful. They take care of any issues I have right away. I couldnt ask for anything morel.

The so called owner of this company is so unprofessional it’s unimaginable, I literally did not believe the conversation I was having with this man. Not to mention that you can call all day long and no one never answers the phone and when he finally returned my call, I couldn’t believe that business man would actually speak to you in the manner that he did with me it was disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with this company.

Professional staff.. Good maintenance crew all and all a great place to live for the price.. @ Castille Court Apt.

Im experience the apartment from seaboard oak I thought she is nice person but no she very stuck up and not cooperating also she will not allow any kids play outside even they was bored also roach inside the apartment..she think she whatever she want go in somebody apartment without informing I’m glad left that place

The apartment was nice at the Oxford but Linda is not friendly and inviting at all. She makes you not want to move in.

Sorry but if you can find some where else to live, they are crooks an took my deposit. the owner was very rude an nasty. please find you somewhere else to live!!!!!!!!!
