I have been a resident of this community for quite some time. The staff here does an incredible job at constantly refining things for the better. I greatly appreciate the customer service of all the staff members. I would like to give a special shout out to Melissa and Lauren. You ladies are always on top of the game! Thanks to all of you for maintaining a clean, safe, and fun-filled community. Best.

We have loved being at Stovall at River City! Any problems we have ever had have always been taken care of promptly and well! While we haven’t had many, any maintenance problems we have had were very well serviced and all of the maintenance workers I have had experience with have been so wonderful and great! Most of my experience with the maintenance staff has been with Dennis, and he is absolutely fantastic! He does his job quickly and effectively, and he is so charismatic and such a joy to talk to. It’s always so nice to see a friendly face around the grounds and know that any help I may need in my unit will be taken care of.

Very happy with our time here, community is well kept and maintained and neighbors are friendly and polite. Maintenance men work in a timely manner and are very helpful. Dennis always speaks, and whenever we’re walking our dog he shows love and always has treats on deck. 5/5

The community here at Mirador is nice and peaceful. All the staff (Justina, Connie and Melissa) that I have had interactions with in the Office were positive, friendly and professional. There were a few delays in communication. However, they all work together to get things done, if someone is not available.The maintenance staff that I have had interaction with were also positive, friendly, some a little more professional than others. Meaning, taking the time to listen to what the issue was and not just what was reported/requested. Sometimes you can’t describe in detail what the issue is through the portal. Lee is one of the few who explained their process and listened to our issue(s). So, I understand being short handed, shortage of parts and them having to prioritize maintenance requests by the type of issues reported. Lee is also one of the few that actually came back if he said he would, and completed the job.

I’d recommend this place it’s quiet, well kept and clean.Importantly whenever there are maintenance issues they are very reliable.Honestly there’s only one maintenance man I definitely trust which is Lee. He’s been attending to majority if not all of my maintenance request. Very respectful, conversational and relatable. I appreciate his attentiveness as it pertains to wearing a mask upon entry and also wearing booties to preserve the conditions of my home. Absolutely most trustworthy!Thanx Lee!!!

I was having trouble accessing my mailbox and I went inside the leasing office and spoke to Lauren, she immediately helped me and assured me I’d receive two new mailbox keys. I was happy I was able to verify I received an important piece of mail. Thank you Lauren!

I’m sad to edit my initial review. Things were great until recently, when I noticed people would enter my apartment without prior notification or work orders. The staff never follows up when they say they will, and just today, I came home to find my AC had been turned up and an empty can of Coca Cola that had been tossed in my trash can. The front staff said no one entered the apartment (this was after I walked up to the front office since no one was answering the phone) but obviously they dont document things well.

Antonio has always no matter what my issue been great and concerning of the issue no matter big or small. He’s amazing!!Dennis also is my favorite!! He always very kind and always attentive :)

Antonio has been quite helpful considering our dryer has been a pain to operate since the timer knob broke. We have placed work orders previously that did not fix the problem. I’ve tried, to no avail, explaining what needed to be replaced (I mean I shouldn’t have to since they are maintenance). But today, Antonio brought our air filter and I mentioned the dryer in passing with no regard for if it’ll get handled. Antonio took pictures for part references and stated he will order the parts. This makes us extremely happy.

The location is perfect and in my opinion the best thing they have to offer. Maintenance is also great! The apartments are overpriced, it’s not worth the money we pay for it. We have a 2bd/2bath and it’s just ok nothing fancy or spectacular for the amount of money we pay.The worst thing is my car was broken into, well my 2yr old had my keys and unlocked the doors. I woke up to my trunk open, glove compartment open, and arm rest open. They took everything that held any type of value. After reading other 1 star and 2 star reviews, I see that cars have been getting broken into for years now and there has also been an armed robbery here. So just be ware they’re thieves and burglars living within the apartments.Lastly the floors are very thin! I can hear every footstep above me. I can even hear conversations. Sometimes it can be a bit much.To sum everything up… I can’t wait to move!

Anthony was great! He answered all the questions I had pertaining the fixing of my water heater and got everything done in a timely manner.

Beautiful place. rent definitely over-rated well over priced I remember when a 2br/2b was 1050 a mth. Out there Its sad how our community, our city is raising rent pricing knowing that this pandemic has destroyed a lot of lives. Just simply money hungry and dont care about the people at all.

The staff and especially Lauren, were absolutely amazing and made my first time renting a home so easy and comfortable. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I recently moved here and I love it. Location is great and you feel safe. Perfect to return after a long day at work. I would like Management to know that in the office, Connie is the absolute best. She is very pleasant and absolutely wonderful to work with, always providing feedback !!! and returning calls when she said she would !!! (Didnt have that experience with another person which was frustrating). Maintenance wise, Mr. Dennis is the next absolute best. Very friendly and always eager to assist. Connie and Dennis deserve awards. Because of my experience with them, I would highly recommend here to any and everyone.

I really enjoy coming home to my apartment after a longs day work. The office staff have been amazing since day one. Made sure all request and any concerns were addressed. I could always depend on my work order request to be resolved within a reasonable amount of time usually same day if it wasn’t something that was needing replaced. But they got it done. Maintenance staff is awesome!!! This is the best location and place I’ve lived since being in Jacksonville!!

I stayed at this apartment for a year already. I decided to switch to a different unit on the second floor. I decided to stay at this apartment complex because it’s quite. The apartment are OK I wouldn’t say it’s “luxury”. My problem with this apartment is being in 2nd floor you hear the person on the third floor footsteps. The person that lives above me jumps up and down all day and night. It’s hard bc I have a child that can’t sleep bc of the noise. I know this because I used to stay on the third floor and they do use wood flooring on the third floor which is not the way to go. I had a problem with the person below me when there isn’t anything I can do every movement I made they heard me. I wish they could fix problems like this. It’s hard for me to enjoy my home. Other than that the gate doesn’t work as always. It is very slow to close. My favorite thing about the apartment is the maintenance they are awesome at their jobs.

I have been at Stovall 2 years this December. I love living at Stovall, the apartment is very nice. Everything is updated, my neighbors are nice people very friendly, I enjoy all the amenities on site.Mr Lee and Denise in maintenance department are the best at responding to work requests and getting things done right the first time. They respect my apartment and I can fully trust them.Brandy in the office is always professional. She assist me with anything I need or request. Brandy has great customer service skills, shes kind, understandable, and always helpful.I love my apartment so much that I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment to come by an tour and talk to anyone in the office.

I really don’t understand why they have a Security fence. It takes forever to close so it’s not secure at all. People ride though all the time. The trash gets backed up on the weekend and it gets really nasty when you drop off your trash… also don’t get me started on the gym. They won’t show it to you on the tour because there is no gym. Half the machines are broke

We have been living at Mirador since 04/2019. We have had nothing short of amazing experiences since living here. Ms. Brandy and all the office staff are superb. The maintenance team especially Lee is phenomenal. Our air stopped working and we called in an was assisted immediately with professional, courteous, and speedy service. If you are looking for a great place to call home, I promise you will not regret living here. Best place to call home hands down.

My husband and I just moved here. So far so good! The front staff team were on point. Andrea and Connie answered every question we had. Maintenance came as soon as possible. Quiet neighborhood and many places to shop and eat. Only thing I would say is the front office could answer the phone more. Dennis the maintenance worker was great. He came in our home cheerful and ready to fix anything we needed. Hopefully hell be the one that comes to us when we need maintenance.

So far we have had nothing but pleasant experience with Maintenance here and having our needs addressed. Kudos to Lee who does a lot of our maintenance. As for front office they do attempt to address ongoing issues which is very helpful. I am feeling safer than a couple of months ago. I get that the gates have issues but have noticed most complexes have same issues. Overall gave five stars because all issues have been resolved satisfactorily and in a prompt manner!!! Kudos to the staff of Mirador and Stovall!!

I have definitely enjoyed my time at Mirador. The location is wonderful, and the staff is very helpful. Recently, Connie in the front office helped me resolve an issue with apartment, and was able to get the problem resolved quickly. Jermaine, from maintenance is always friendly and professional as he works to resolve any maintenance issue. I highly recommend this complex.

I want to say that everyone starting from the front staff Jan,Brandy, Andrea and Connie have been so nice and welcoming to myself and many others that walk through the door. Maintenance has been amazing with the head of maintenance Antonio. Mr. Lee, Dennis, Anthony, and Jermaine have been on point for coming to fix what needs to be fixed. Cleve keeps all the grounds clean and picked up as well as pressure washes the breezeways. Excellent community to live in.

I loving living at the Stovall Apartments, managed by Olympus Property. The location is convenient to shops, restaurants, etc. The apartment is updated with wood floors, espresso cabinets. We have crown molding and high ceilings in our 3rd floor apartment. The balcony is HUGE! The best balcony out of all the apartments around here. We love that we have access to both pools and amenity centers. My cousin lives here as well as my husband’s best friend and his wife. We are all happy here.

I relocated here due to work and was referred here by the manager who’s position I took over, he had nothing but good comments about the beautiful Mirador & Stovall. Driving towards the leasing office I automatically felt like this is where I want to stay. Andrea (office staff) greeted and helped me get set up for the apartment. She made the process very smooth and was very pleasant to work with. I’ve very much enjoyed my stay here. Thank you for making this the best apartment complex I have ever lived in and I would like tho again thank Andrea for being professional, kind and offering the best customer service one would wish for.

The team at Mirador & Stovall are really amazing. The office staff is truly helpful and has a caring disposition .The maintenance team are positive and cooperative as well. The landscaping and common areas are well kept and the property is located nearby great shopping and convenient to accessing all of Jacksonville. It is a place to check out and call home!

The management and maintenance team are awesome. Any hiccup (very few) that I have had were addressed IMMEDIATELY. The apartment complex is well kept, well lit, and family friendly. I would definitely recommend others to move here. My ONLY reason for 4 out of 5 stars is that no place is perfect (due wear and tear), but this place is close to it

In my opinion, as a resident, I have found that courtesy, professionalism, and consistent communication are three most important customer service qualities needed, in times like these (Pandemic). With that being said, I would like to show my appreciation to Brandy (Office Staff) and Lee (Maintenance Technician) for displaying all of the above qualities and behaviors. They both are courteous, professional, and have never failed to communicate when needed (until and issue is resolved). I appreciate them both for all they do!

Best place to live staff is great as well as maintenance. Andrea in the front office is the best.Buster is cool laid back and very concerning of appearance that matches ones personally 10/10.

Been here a year and a half. It’s definitely went down hill a little. I feel like the grounds are not kept as well as they used to be. The pool area IS NOT kept up with at all. Mildew growing everywhere down there. I have had good experiences with the office staff. Maintenance is very slow to fix problems and sometimes they really don’t know what they are doing. Although they are real nice people.

My mom and I applied for apartments at Stovall and thanks to Connie the process was very smooth and efficient! She was super helpful during the application process and getting us approved etc.. We enjoy living here a lot :)

Very clean and cozy. I give 5 stars to Jermaine on the Maintenance Team. My ice maker wasnt making ice. Jermaine replaced a part the same day and it was fixed. He followed up the next morning, very early lol, just to make sure I had ice and I really really appreciated that. Hes very professional and wears his mask each time. Now Im just waiting for my bathtub. Thank you Jermaine.

I loved living at this place when I was a kid. The basketball court and pool were my favorite places. I’m thinking about moving in as an adult.

I want to thank and give 5 Stars to Maintenance Team Member Lee. I recently had a couple service requests. One involved my refrigerator. Lee came by and determined it needed a new compressor. He shared they would have to order the part. Just a few days later, despite being in the middle of a pandemic, the part arrived and Lee installed it that day. He is polite, professional and a great communicator. He kept me informed each day with updates until that part arrived. This is one reason why Im starting my 4th year here.

Maintenance team is absolutely amazing! Put in a service request the night before and everything was repaired the morning of! Thank you Jermaine for resolving my issue in such a quick manner!

I have been living at Stovall for a total of 3+ years and I always have the pleasure to see her there willing to help. Always professional and friendly. One of the true greatest assets to the Mirador and Stovall community...Overall this is a great place to live...Never had any complaints or problems living here, there always on top of everything! Office always smell great and they frequently have events for us residents to be apart of! I’ll be sad when I leave but I’m very happy here. After living here for 2 years and just resigning for my third I have to say this is a GREAT complex. Brandy In the office is amazing. She always goes above and beyond for me whenever I need assistance. She is so kind and always finds the answer if she doesn’t know at first. Thank you so much Brandy. The prices are fair, the amenities are above and beyond! Two pools, two gyms, dog parks, basketball courts, tennis courts. Whenever I need help with something like changing a lightbulb (ceilings are high on the third floor) I simply put in a request and it’s done that same day. If anyone is looking for a place to enjoy living i would definitely recommend here!!

Trae is the one who helped me and my mom with our lease and any questions or concerns that we have. Jermaine the maintenance guy is always there to complete any work orders and always has a smile on his face. This is a great place to live and raise a family. I highly recommend this great place to live.

Awesome complex!! Clean, safe and the amenities are pretty nice. The staff are professional and courteous and they’re always eager to help. I dealt with Ms Connie when I moved in and she was and has been awesome. No complaints at all. The location is also a definite plus because it’s less than ten minutes from JAX airport, maybe five min from I-95, and the stores and restaurants are all within close proximity. I have been living here for a few months now and I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.
