NEIGHBORS do not RESPECT your PRIVACY or PERSONAL BELONGINGS. They treat your space like it’s Extended Stay lifestyle or a Motel 8 standard, instead of your HOME. Where you can feel comfortable and safe. MANAGEMENT IS GREAT!!!

They don’t answer their ☎️ phone how can you rent apartment when u don’t answer the phone and voicemail is full hmm that is really bad Business . I have been calling to see if they had any apartment available from the sign out front saying you do

No maintenance is ever done. The manager is never in the office. There are constant problems with water, electric, and cable. The phone numbers in the lease no longer work. The living conditions have gone downhill every year since Ive moved in but theyve raised the rent $50 per month every year. They drain the pool at least twice every summer and dont actually make anyone abide by the safety rules.

What a great property... From higher management to maintenance. They exceeded my expectations, alreadybtold my cousin to move in this community.

Security cameras are useless. Laundry pesimas conditioned. Dryers burn clothes. La Pristina has been closed for two years.
