She was very responsive and communicative via text and email, and helped out SO much because I was no longer there to oversee my condo rental repairs. She juggled many tasks and projects on my behalf and kept me up to date throughout everything. Probably one of the worse rental companies in Jacksonville Florida. They don’t answer the phone and literally refuse to fix or update anything. Dee is very rude and will hang up on you snap at you and refuse to do anything to make the renter comfortable in renting from them. Stephanie has literally been the best property manager my husband and I have ever dealt in renting a home for our family!!! We were introduced to All County Property Management at a previous address where we had the absolutew worst experience with the owners and home we were renting and the property management company that we had before All County a(said home) just could not deal with it anymore and walked away from managing the property(although they had tried their best to resolve the issues). Thats when All County Property Management came into our lives and with some time, dedication, patience and a lot of persistence saved us (for lack of a better way to say it)... Paula, Stephanie and Miranda turned a very stressful somewhat scary experience into a blessed learning experience for us and I could not be more greatful for these 3 woman that worked so hard not to make a dime off us but to genuinely do what was right and help my family out of a mess they had no hand in creating!!Today we are still with All County Property Management. My family and I are currently living in a property that was bought by All County Complete. We are living in an undesirable residence, and have experienced so many problems and are very unsatisfied. However after meeting with Mrs. Denisha Campbell she has assured my husband and myself that there is no measure that she wouldnt take to make our living situation better. I thank her so much for caring when I felt like no one heard my cries, she reassured me she not only heard them she felt my pain. By the way I originally rented my property from Mitchell and Williams and theyre terrible.

With Ms. Dee and Miranda, I am confident that things are going to get better with All County. We dont see how hard some of the ACC staff goes for its tenants and sometimes, we dont like being patient for things to get done. We dont think about how many hands have to work together to make something happen. From calling, to scheduling, etc, etc. I must say though Ive done my fair share of nagging, Miranda, and Ms. Dee havent failed at answering my questions and reassuring me. Miranda has even let me vent through my frustration and never got outta pocket with me. The professionalism of Miranda and Ms. Dee, lets me know that soon, everything will be take care of!!!

I did my application and turned in All the paper work they asked for including paying the app fee and in less then 30min they sent me an email stating I was denied and when I called to ask why they stated they are not obligated to tell me why I was denied that I need to contact the credit companys but when i call the credit companys they stated I need to contact the company that denied me bc they make the last decision not the credit company. They had no problem taking my app fee money but yet cant tell me as to why I was denied. Not to mention their places are filthy dirty but yet Im denied and have never had an eviction or anything. And I make well over the amount of the rent. So this review is based off of poor customer service and lack of information as to why they denied me.

All County complete is one of the worst they are all about money an all they looking to do is keep your deposit and Dee is the worst I payed $1400 to move in her house in April and payed $1400 to move out in June which was 2 months an they didnt give me my $700 deposit back they will move just anybody in a house JUST TO GET THEIR MONEY!!! First realtor company I went through an will NEVER go back plus she stop emailing me when I was asking about my money.

I move in one of there properties I been having some many communication problems they dont answer there phone or emails my ceiling in my room have a hole when it rain its comes in my house I asked them to lower my rent this month because I found some one to fix it mama Debbie said oh no but they also said they dont have the funds to even get it repaired . My light bill is 700 dollars I had a water leak that they fixed I asked for the invoice to send to jea nobody have it its Christmas time I been working 7 days a week to get my kids a Christmas instead i have to get a whole new mattress and pay a 700 dollar light bill n 830 rent smfh .. I dont not recommend nobody to come to this company!
