Wish I could give this airliner 0 stars, even with 5 first class tickets they still can’t get me to my destination on time and they have now delayed me 4 times. And the connecting flight will be leaving 2 hours after I land. They don’t have a flight for over 24 hours. Smooth United. Oops I spoke to soon just got delayed again. You guys are terrible

A friend was going home to Germany for four months. I dropped him off. I just got home when a call from him says they want him tested for the virus he got inoculated for a couple of months ago. Its some rule to fly to Newark. Germany isnt asking that this is done after youve received the shot. So hes still here as you need a appointment for that. They should give him another ticket I believe or this stays up.

This is the first leg of my flight returning and both times we are sitting on the runway for over 20 minutes. Because they say there’s a traffic back up. It’s very hot in here and annoying. We have to check our carry on because it won’t fit in this tiny old plane.Very small seats and leg room. Get to know your neighbor real good. Ha!Staff is nice and plane is clean.They had to know this and made us get on the plane quickly. Hurry up and wait!It seems every time I fly United we wait on the tarmac for 15-20 min.

They claim there are no change fees during COVID but they force you to pay full price on the ticket instead of basic economy. If I want basic economy it is much cheaper, easier and efficent to fly Spirit Airlines -they dont pretend to be what they are not!

Very poor customer service with the United desk at the Jacksonville Airport. The woman with the died red hair was one of the rudest customer service professionals Ive ever spoken to. Flight cancellations happen, but a shred of empathy would be appreciated in these situations.

Not a very good experience, my 3 hour flight turned into a TOTAL DISASTER!! CUSTOMER SERVICE AT COUNTER WAS NOT HELPFUL IN NORFOLK. IT JUST WENT DOWNHILL FROM THERE, I WAS GOING TO JACKSONVILLE FLORIDA AND ENDED UP IN CHICAGO FOR 6.5 HOURS.. TOTALLY COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED IF THE STAFF AT THE COUNTER WOULD HAVE JUST HELPED INSTEAD OF SAYING YOU CAN USE THE KIOSK. NO THEY WERE NOT BUSY AT ALL, 3 OF THEM JUST STANDING THERE TALKING. WILL DEFINITELY NOT FLY UNITED AGAIN. DELTA FROM HERE ON OUT IF I FLY..

United Airlines is horrible. When Continental merged with United I thought it was for the best. This airline not only eye gouges on everything but they no longer maintain their planes. 3 flights were canceled today all at once because of maintenance issues. I lost the opportunity to see my family for Christmas because of this. I am no longer a faithful customer.

Would not recommend anyone to fly with United. You can arrive 30 min early prior to departure and they would not let you in. Never had any problem with Southwest or Delta. They wouldnt even let you board without bags if you arrive 30 min early. Must arrive 45 min early, any later is considered late. What airlines would consider a missed flight by being there early.... Avoid them if you could. Not worth your time or headache.

Direct flight - kiosks outdated and not open, refused to print out boarding pass at ~35 min prior to take out despite TSA precheck . Waited in line, had junior staff member stumble and waste 10-15 additional minutes, adjacent staff was apathetic, the worst customer service I have ever experienced with an airlines, supervisor repeated sir you missed your flight when I was asking how do I get there now. Staff was more interested in negative rhetoric than solutions. Also check my online receipt hat focus on ADD ONS instead of common things like ONLINE CHECK IN that could have avoided this situation. I will never fly UNITED again if there is a competing airline flight. Vote with your wallet - poorly managed businesses should go under. Book with United if you want a horrible start to your vacation.

Avoid at all costs!! Worst customer service ever. I have been trying to clear out a problem with a damaged and delayed baggage for TWO months, only to hear a different story from each employee.... and still nothing. NEVER AGAIN!

I had a bad experience with United Airlines via First Class coming from Newark New Jersey to Jacksonville Florida I was thrilled and Happy till when the Flight Attendant spoiled my entire trip. It all started when she was asking the first class passengers white folks, what they wanted to drink, she didnt even ask me, and yes I look spanish, so I asked her politely if I could have something to drink, she kind of yelled at me in a tone and told me I DIDNT ASK YOU MR. IM LIKE IN MY HEAD WHAT THE F@#K. Then I had my Small computer Laptop bag next to me and she says u cannot have that there, while the white folks behind me had theirs she called in the Lobby attendant lady to come inside the airplane to tell me to take my computer bag from there and they didnt even ask the person behind me to put hes away. This was racial profiling and discrimination... She even served them in nice glass cups while she served me in a plastic standard cup. This was unprofessional, I will keep posting my experience on social media till theses issues get corrected by upper management. Its so sad what people go through thanks to racial profiling and discrimination. I will no longer book through UNITED Airlines again till this is resolved. FIRST CLASS MY ASS...

I am writing this review for my boss. Do not use this Airline bad customer service. On a flight to Germany her luggage was damaged by baggage handlers. After landing she noticed the damage, made a report immediately and was told that it would be handled back in the United States. Two weeks later she had to contact them, spend 4 hours on the phone between Jacksonville Airport and the Airport in Germany, and in the end they wanted her to make a trip with the luggage to have it evaluated and possibly be taken care of in Jacksonville. There was three chances for the luggage to be evaluated without her having to make a special trip out of her way, she was continuously inconvenienced and in the end she had to buy a new piece of luggage for another trip. The luggage used for this trip was new and had only been on two previous flights. She has stated that under no circumstances will she use the airline again due to their unorganized and unprofessional behavior.case number TXLVA12589/05 SEPT16
